Battle of P5L-110 Part II

Date: April 29, 2013, Time: 3:06 P.M., Location: In Orbit above P5L-110 aboard the USS Ronald Reagan command bridge

As the Battle of P5L-110 continues the Tau'ri Galactic fleet is continuing to provide their Planetary forces with support; However General Mitchell's Galactic Fleet eliminated the Trust ships that have invaded their mining colony Lt. Isaac saw on the Ronald Reagan's advanced sensors several unknown ships dropping out of subspace; Lt. Isaac turn his attention to General Mitchell and in a calm and surprised tone, Lt. Isaac "General our advanced sensors are detecting several ships coming out of dropping out of subspace some 75,500 meters off our starboard side."

General Mitchell in a surprised and somewhat calm tone to Lt. Isaac, General Mitchell "Are they Trust Imperium reinforcement ships?" After he asked that Lt. Isaac saw on the ship's advanced sensors the unknown ships fully emerge from subspace.

Lt. Isaac in a calm and concerned tone, Lt. Isaac "According to our ships advanced sensors the unknown ships dropping out of subspace 8 are the same sized of the 2 trust ships that we eliminated on the planet; As well with another Trust Imperium ship of a different size."

General Mitchell in a calm and curious tone, General Mitchell "Lt. Isaac how large is the new type of Trust imperium ship that arrived with the Trust reinforcements?"

Lt. Isaac still in a calm and concerned tone, Lt. Isaac "Well General according to our ship's advanced sensors the new type of Trust imperium ship that arrived with the Trust reinforcements is roughly 3/4's a Goa'uld Hat'ak; General Mitchell according to our ship's advanced sensors all the Trust Imperium ships have activated their weapon's systems and have raised that ship's defensive shields; Sir according our ships advanced sensors the new Trust Imperium ship that has arrived with the other 8 ships appears to have a hanger bay and is launching what looks like fighters and Al'kesh's(Mid-range Bombers); General According to the ship's sensors they have launched what looks like again missiles coming towards our fleet ships."

General Mitchell "Damn it,(General Mitchell came up to his command chair's communication switch and opened a fleet wide channel to the whole fleet and in concerned and calm commanding tone to all fleet ships) I want our fleet's ships to get back in battle formation to engage the enemy fleet;(Over the next few seconds he hears his fellow ship commander give their acknowledgment.) Lt. Isaac can you check the advanced sensors and have them do some calculations to see how many missiles the enemy ships have launched."

Lt. Isaac "I can see what I can do General."

General Mitchell "Thank you Lt. Isaac."

Time: 3:11 P.M.

After roughly 15 seconds of typing Lt. Isaac in a calm and concerned, Lt. Isaac "General Sir according to our ships sensors the enemy ships have launched roughly 416 missiles and are heading towards all our fleet's ships.(As he was saying all their fleet's ships that are targeted were firing their railgun defenses and their own interceptor missiles to trying to shoot down the enemy missiles. As the missiles were going to make contact with the ships saw that they all saw that they were able to shoot down nearly 5/8(260) of the enemy missiles.) General the missiles will impact the ships targeted in 5,4,3,2,1."

After he said that General Mitchell and his command bridge crew saw the missiles impacted the defensive shields of both their command ship and other fleet ships targeted; Both General Mitchell and the rest of his command bridge crew saw the missiles impact explosions. General Mitchell turned his attention to Lt. Isaac in a calm and curious tone, General Mitchell "Lt. Isaac what is the status of our ships shield strength?"

Lt. Isaac took a few seconds to look at the ship's shield strength, Lt. Isaac "Shield strength down 90%."

General Mitchell opens a fleet wide channel to the ships hit and in commanding calm and curious tone, General Mitchell "Fleet ship commanders report what is the status of your guy's ships?"

Time: 3:16 P.M.

Over the next 3 1/2 minutes General Mitchell hear the following from the Fleet ship commanders of all the fleet's ships; Captain Anthony Marcos aboard the John A Macdonald in a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone, Captain Marcos "Captain Marcos here sir my ship's shield strength down to 52%."

Captain Adelheid Schaefer aboard the Ludwig Erhard in a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone, Captain Schaefer "Captain Schaefer here sir my ship's shield strength down to 48%."

Captain Chikako Hamamoto abroad the Kuniaki Koiso in a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone, Captain Hamamoto "Captain Hamamoto here sir my ship's shield strength down to 56%."

Lt. Colonel Alessandro Carriero abroad the Priamo Leonardi a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone, Lt. Colonel Carriero "Colonel Carriero here sir my ship's shield strength down to 46%."

Captain Evelyn White abroad the Cairns a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone, Captain White "Captain White here sir my ship's shield strength is at 50%."

Captain Qiang Fu abroad the Soong Ching-Ling in a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone(In a moderate thick Chinese accent.), Captain Qiang Fu "Captain Fu here shield strength down to 62%."

Captain Iris Williams aboard the Arthur Harris in a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone, Captain Williams "Captain Williams here shield strength down to 46%"

Lt. Colonel Gertruda Gorecki aboard the Torun in a considerable concerned and somewhat calm tone, Colonel Gorecki "Colonel Gorecki here shield strength down to 46%"

Colonel Andrei Abakumov aboard the Aurora in calm tone, Colonel Abakumov "Colonel Abakumov here my ship's shield strength is down to 98%."

General Mitchell " Damn it those missiles are getting annoying; We will need to quickly eliminate these Trust imperium ships cause major damage from their weapons; I want Colonel Abakumov and Captains Marcos, Schaefer, Hamamoto, White and Fu to spilt our selected ships into pairs; I want our ships to move within weapons range and quickly doing hit and runs attacks to eliminate the enemy ships; I want the Soong Ching-Ling and Kuniaki Koiso to the Join Aurora as support ships to help provide covering fire and further support duties; I as well want the Arthur Harris and Torun to stay with the Ronald Reagan as support ships to help provide covering fire and further support duties; (Over the next few seconds, he hears his fellow ship commander give their acknowledgment; He then push is command chair communication switch and opened 2 channels to both his F-302 fighter and BB-01 bomber officers: Colonel's Harrison and Jefferson and shifted his tone into a calm curious tone.) Colonel Harrison and Jefferson this is General Mitchell do you copy?"

Colonel John Harrison was the 1st to answer and in a calm tone, Colonel Harrison "Colonel Harrison here sir."

Colonel Jefferson in a calm tone, Colonel Jefferson "Colonel Jefferson here sir."

General Mitchell "Colonel Harrison and Jefferson how many of your fighter Pilots and bomber crews are still able to fight and possible assist us currently up in orbit?"

Colonel Harrison "Give me a moment General to confirm the number of F-302 fighters and Pilots still able to fight and possible assist our fleet currently up in orbit."

General Mitchell "Of course Harrison but please make it quick."

Colonel Harrison "Yes sir."

Colonel Jefferson in a calm tone, Colonel Jefferson "I will need to do the same as Harrison for you General."

General Mitchell "Of course Jefferson and like what I tell Harrison please make it quick."

Colonel Jefferson "Yes sir." After Colonel Jefferson said his statement General Mitchell pushed his command chair's communication switch and closed his communication channels between Harrison and Jefferson and turned his attention to his command bridge crew and to oversee the wider space battle before him.

Time: 3:27 P.M.

As General Mitchell was waiting for both Colonel Harrison and Jefferson to respond General Mitchell heard from Colonel Harrison in a calm and somewhat calculating tone, Colonel Harrison "Colonel Harrison to General Mitchell please respond."

General Mitchell in a calm and curious tone, General Mitchell "General Mitchell here what is the status report of your F-302 fighter forces Harrison?"

Colonel Harrison "Well General after discussing with my 2nd command: Major Josef Patterson and captains etc. I have found that I have 139 F-302 fighters and Pilots that still have armaments that can fight and possible assist our currently up in orbit; The Remaining F-302 fighters that don't have armaments will need to return to their respective ships for rearmament; That includes my own fighter as well General so I have given the order of all F-302 fighters that don't have armaments will need to return to their respective ships for rearmament; Sadly I'm sorry to say General I won't be available to assist our F-302 fighter forces personally for at least 15 minutes; That is why I'm having Major Patterson to take over as the commanding officer for the time being you can tell him what you need our F-302 fighter forces to do."

General Mitchell "Very well Harrison;(General Mitchell moved to his command chair's communication switch and pushed it to open a channel to Major Petterson and in a calm and commanding tone.) Major Petterson this General Mitchell please come in."

Major Patterson in a calm tone "Major Patterson here sir, what do you need sir?"

General Mitchell "I need you and most(75%(104 F-302 fighters).) of your F-302 fighter forces to disengage from Planetary operations and very quickly reorganize your F-302 fighter forces to assist us in our Orbit-able Space-battle by engage enemy fighters and bombers."

Major Petterson "Right away sir."

General Mitchell "Thank you Major Patterson."

After he was done talking to his fellow officers General Mitchell saw that Colonel Jefferson was the other communication channel line; General Mitchell pressed his command chair's communication switch and he hear from Colonel Jefferson in a calm and somewhat calculating tone, Colonel Jefferson "Colonel Jefferson to General Mitchell please respond."

General Mitchell in a calm and curious tone, General Mitchell "General Mitchell here what is the status report of your BB-01 bomber forces Jefferson?"

Colonel Jefferson "Well General after discussing with my 2nd command: Major Jennifer Scotsman and captains etc. I have found that I have 30 BB-01 bombers and crews that still have armaments that can fight and possible assist our currently up in orbit."

General Mitchell "Very Well Jefferson, I need you and most(80%(24 BB-01 bombers).) of your BB-01 bomber forces and crews to disengage from Planetary operations and very quickly reorganize your BB-01 bomber forces to assist us in our Orbit-able Space-battle by engage enemy fighters and bombers."

Colonel Jefferson "Right away sir."

General Mitchell "Thank you Colonel Jefferson."

Time: 4:55 P.M.

With that General Mitchell and his fleet forces continue their engage with the Trust Imperium fleet ships in battle that lasted for 1 hour and 20 minutes and ended with the Tau'ri fleet victorious in forcing the Trust Imperium reinforcements to retreat but at a cost to the Tau'ri; That cost being that their Mining colony of the Planet was eliminated by the Trust Imperium ships launching over 100 missiles(where the Tau'ri fleet ships were able to eliminate 90% of them.) that were heading to the wreck of their ships that where on the Planet surface to it would seem to destroy the chances of salvage teams to try to recover any technology and weapons that they could research; As well to eliminate the Tau'ri civilian mining colony on the Planet that the Tau'ri victory over them would cost them dearly; When General saw and hear from Lt. Isaac of the enemy bombardment of their mining colony on the planet he was very angry to see that the enemy would do such a thing; However, after a few minutes he was able to calm down and knew that this is terrible but then again, he knew that in war there is always collateral damage and civilian lost no matter how hard that they try to avoid it.

They were able to eliminate 5 of the Trust ships that were 1/2 the size of a Ha'tak's and moderately to severely damage the remaining Trust ships where they were forced to retreat; Sadly, when the space battle was finishing up General Mitchell was sadden to hear and see that his forces has lost the Ludwig Erhard, Priamo Leonardi and John A Macdonald with them being destroyed; Fortunately, nearly of their commanders and crew where able to evacuate their ship by beaming to other ships or to the Planet's surfaces; Along with the loss of the Ludwig Erhard, Priamo Leonardi and John A Macdonald all their remaining ships received heavy damage* with all of them temporarily losing their hyper-drive, sub-light engine and life-support systems after the enemy ships missiles that drained their defensive shields; After General Mitchell ordered all his fleet's emergency repair crews to repair their hyper-drive, sub-light engine and life-support systems; After a few days of repairs from their emergency repair crews they send them to both home-world or off-world bases/Colonies with the right facilities needed for repairs.

As for General Mitchell's F-302 fighter forces commanders: Colonel Harrison and Major Patterson's F-302 Fighter forces where able to eliminate most enemy fighters(90%) and most other Mid-range bombers before they return to them base ship and escaping total destruction; However, at the end of the Battle of P5L-110 they forces lost over a 1/3(37.5%(40).) of their F-302 fighters; During the space battle in their dogfights with the Trust fighters they saw that they have defensive shields that where strong enough to resist 3 of their A.S.N. missiles impact before failing and destruction the enemy fighters; As well seen that the enemy fighters must have enhanced Jaff staff cannons that can take down an F-302 fighter-interceptor defensive shields in 2 hits from staff cannon blasts; As well seeing that the enemy fighters as well like their fighters have what looked like their own version of an A.S.N. missile where if the A.S.N. missile hit their fighter's defensive shields they would down and valuable to attack; As for General Mitchell's BB-01 bomber commander: Colonel Jefferson his BB-01 bomber forces have been able to do attack bombardment runs on the enemy capital ships and have been able to drain the enemy ships shield strength to a moderate amount; However, at the end of the Battle of P5L-110 they forces lost over a 5/8(62.5%(15).) of their BB-01 bombers.

*The following are the list of the 5 BC-304 Battle-cruisers in the Tau'ri 1st Galactic Defensive fleet that received heavy damage; The Cairns heavy Hull damage; Their communication relay, life support, sub-light engine and hyper-dive systems have taking Heavy damage and being knocked off offline; Along with 5 of their decks being heavily damaged, 3 moderately damaged and 2 desks taking minimal damage; Both of the Cairn's F-302 fighter hanger bays were damaged beyond repair unless the ship went to Space-dock/Dry-dock on their home-world or off-world bases/Colonies with the facilities for repairs; As for their remaining 1st Galactic Defensive fleet: the Torun, Arthur Harris, Soong Ching-Ling, Cairns and the Kuniaki Koiso have received roughly the same amount of damage in roughly the same areas of and ships systems; A few days after General Mitchell ordered all his fleet's emergency repair crews to repair their systems enough for them with each traveled with permission from General Mitchell to land at either their Home-world or their other off-world bases with the right facilities needed for repairs for further repairs and to get replacement crew for the crew members that they have lost in battle.

As for the Tau'ri Aurora-class battleship: Aurora it has received a heavy amount of damage from enemy ships missiles that drained their defensive shields after 100's of missile impacts enough for their ZMP powering their shield generation system couldn't keep up in maintain their ship defensive shields strength; The Aurora's surface command bridge took heavy damage to the point the command bridge was leaking atmosphere forcing the command bridge crew to evacuate and seal off the surface command bridge and head to the 2nd internal command bridge; The Aurora's communication relay, life support and hyper-dive systems have taking Heavy damage and being knocked off offline; Along with 10 of their decks being heavily damaged, 6 moderately damaged and 4 desks taking minimal damage; A few days after Aurora's repair crew were ordered by General Mitchell repaired their systems enough for them with to travel with permission from General Mitchell to land at either their Home-world or their other off-world bases with the right facilities needed for repairs for further repairs.

The BD-401 or Ronald Reagan carrier has received heavy Hull damage; Their communication relay, life support, sub-light engine and hyper-dive systems have taking Heavy damage and being knocked off offline; Along with 7 of their decks being heavily damaged, 4 moderately damaged and 3 desks taking minimal damage; Both of the Ronald Reagan's F-302 fighter hanger bays were damaged beyond repair unless the ship went to Space-dock/Dry-dock on their home-world or off-world bases/colonies with the facilities for repairs; A few days after Ronald Reagan's repair crew were ordered by General Mitchell repaired their systems enough for them to travel with General Mitchell give the orders to head to either their Home-world or their other off-world bases with the right facilities needed for repairs to land for further repairs.
