Peter Parker had just landed on a building after swinging away from the party, a question that a reporter asked about him becoming the next Iron Man, bothered him so much that he felt his chest was tightened up and couldn't breath, so he swung away because he had to get out of there.
Taking a few deep breaths after having a small anxiety attack, he looked to his right and saw a graffiti art of Iron-Man on the wall of a building and felt tears come to his eyes as he looked away and wiped the tears. He missed his mentor so much. He was like a father to him. He still has nightmares about that day, how he watched the man whom he looked up to die right in front of him.
It doesn't take a doctor to tell him he had major PTSD from having a building dropped on him, fighting on an alien planet, dying and coming back to life 5 years later, and Tony Stark dying when he snapped his fingers to save the universe. He's been keeping his dreams from May because he doesn't want her to worry. He was brought out of his thoughts when he saw something out of the corner of his eyes. He saw a blue beam of light shoot up into the sky, his nano-tech mask covering his face as he shot out a web and started making his way towards the light. He wonders what the hell that thing was? Well, he's about to find out.
When he landed on a rooftop he saw who he suspected was behind the giant beam in the sky, The Lizard (aka) Doctor Connors of Oscorp. He has been causing Spider-Man trouble for the past month, he sighs as he shoots out a web and swung down to get a closer look, "Hey Big Guy. Over here" Peter said as he landed and stuck to a wall and shot a web hitting the Lizards feet making him fall.
The Lizard got up, "Spiser-Man. Just who I was looking for." stated the villains he took a gun and shot at Spider-Man, but he jumped away and stuck to another wall, "Whoa! Watch where you're pointing that thing." Peter said as the Lizard let out a frustrated roar.
"You're done Spider-Man. Hope you said your goodbyes." He said as he shot at Peter again missing him the second time as Peter landed on the ground. "Oh yeah? Why do you say that big guy?" Peter asked as he unleashed his Iron-Spider legs and used them to hit the Lizard making him howl in pain. He saw that the Lizard grabbed the strange gun and started shooting at him only to missed, but when Peter jumped off a wall heading towards Lizard for a punch he felt his spider-sense tingle but before he could web out of the way he was hit and surrounded by blue energy that was painful and let out a scream as everything went dark.
