In has been 8 months since the Tau'ri have heard from their deep undercover agents within the Lucian Alliance that they Leadership have cancelled any further counterattacks on them and their Galactic Planetary bases; Since then, they have been within the Lucian Alliance have been working around the clock to see what the Lucian alliance is doing since they have cancelled counterattacks. They have been able gather information on the Lucian Alliance Leadership has moved more Military assets into the territories and Planets that were formerly under Asgardian Protection; They sent their reports to the SG Command and the I.O.A. to which both the Tau'ri High command and the I.O.A. where grateful that the Lucian Alliance has stopped their counterattacks against them and their Galactic Planetary bases; Although with them gather information on the Lucian Alliance Leadership has moved more Military assets into the territories and Planets that were formerly under Asgardian Protection they have trying to gather information on the location of the Lucian Alliance's Galactic Shipyards that produced warships to fight the Tau'ri fleet and to create New Supply lines to planets to Supply them with the Highly Addictive Substance laced Supplies; Finally, recently after months of infiltrating some building materials carried by Lucian alliance supply line ships; As well following some heavily damage ships that that have been able find the location of 5 Lucian Alliance's Galactic Shipyards.
Location: Tau'ri Home-world: Earth, Time: 11:30 P.M., SG Command felicity Gate room
As the Tau'ri Home-world SG Command felicity personal and officers continued their daily routes and assignments; As they were continuing their daily routes and assignments Stargate operator Captain Norman Harriman saw the stargate suddenly activate with the gate chevrons beginning to light up; Out of instinct Captain Harriman activated their bases stargate Iris; he then got on the bases loudspeakers and in calm concerned and somewhat surprised tone, Captain Harriman "Unscheduled Gate activation, General Landry please report to gate control room immediately."
General Landry was in his office going through his daily route in reading his Stargate teams most current off-world reports when hear what Captain Harriman said over the base's loudspeakers; After he heard what Captain Harriman said over the base's loudspeakers, he left his office and made his to gate control room; After walking for roughly a minute to the gate control room and came up to where Captain Harriman was seating and, in a calm, curious and concerned tone to Captain Harriman, General Landry "What have you got for me Walter."
Captain Harriman "Unknown as of yet General we haven't received an IDC."
General Landry "Very well Walter."
A few seconds after Genral Landry said that Captain Harriman saw on his computer screen of his computer receiving an IDC ID code. Captain Harriman "Receiving an IDC code sir."
General Landry in a calm and curious tone, General Landry "Good Walter who it?"
It took Captain Harriman a few second to read the IDC ID Code the incoming Gate traveler was sending through the stargate, Captain Harriman "General According to the IDC ID Code it's someone named Orion." After Captain Harriman said that he saw a surprised look on his face.
General Landry "Walter quickly open the Iris for Orion before he comes through." Captain Harriman just nodded in agreement and deactivated their bases stargate Iris opening at General Landry orders.
After Captain Harriman did as General Landry ordered both of them saw a gate traveler come through the gate. she saw that gate traveler was wearing what looked like warren medieval style clothes; He saw his gate room guardsmen personal aiming their weapons at Orion and were preparing to open fire. General Landry "Stand down guardsmen he's a friendly." General Landry saw his bases guardsmen stand down.
Orion in calm and somewhat nervous tone, Orion "It's good to be home once again.(he looked up from the gate room saw General Landry.) It's good to see you again General Landry."
General Landry "That it is Sgt. Jones; To what do we owe this Unscheduled early Gate return?"
Sgt. Jones/Orion "I have important valuable intel for our Home-world and Galactic Intelligence agency: The T.U.I.S.*; as well our fellow Galactic Fleet officers and officials on 1 of the Lucian Alliance's important Planetary Galactic Production facilities; General Landry sir I wish to go further but this information must be presented immediately in front of General O'Neill and all senior Galactic Fleet officers and officials. General Sir You can call up General O'Neill and both of you can set up an emergency meeting here at stargate command in your base's main conference room."
General Landry "Very well Sgt. Jones please come up to our bases main debriefing conference room and wait please while I try to contact General O'Neill to possible made the arrangements for this emergency meeting."
Sgt. Jones/Orion "Very well General Landry."
Time: 11:49 P.M.
Over the next 15 minutes General Landry was able to get in contact with General O'Neill over the phone and they both agreed that they would set up an emergency meeting at stargate command in their base's main conference room with their fellow Galactic Fleet officers and officials. After both General's Landry and O'Neill decided that they would try to get their Galactic Fleet officers and officials needed to hear 1 of their intelligence agents: Orion on important intel on the Lucian Alliance; General Landry got off the phone and made his way into the main conference room right next to his office and turned his attention to Sgt. Jones and in calm tone, General Landry "I been able to get in contact with General O'Neill and we have agreed that we will try to do this emergency intelligence meeting with our fellow Galactic Fleet officers and officials; As well our T.U.I.S. agency Director Malcolm Barrett; It will take a few minutes to an hour to get everyone needed at this emergency meeting."
Sgt. Jones "Very well General Landry."
Time: 12:21 P.M.
Over the 1/2 hour both General Landry and Orion saw the head of their Home-world and Galactic Intelligence agency: Director Malcolm Barrett; As well all their fellow Home-world Galactic Fleet officers and officials being beaming down greeted them as each of their arrived. When General O'Neill arrived at their bases main conference room General Landry came up to him and in a calm and curious tone, General Landry "Jack it's good to see you again; Tell me have you been able to catch any fish in your vacation cabin pond?"
General Jack O'Neill in a calm tone, General O'Neill "As always it's good to see you again Landry, As to your question yes I have been able to catch a few fish at my vacation cabin pond but have after I catch them and lease them back into my pond; what of you Landry have you been able to do any good hunting in good game at your forest hunting cabin with some of you friends."
General Landry "How nice of you Jack and yes on 1 of my recent hunting trips with Cameron I have been able to track, hunt and shot a wild boar."
General O'Neill in a curious tone, General O'Neill "Did you bury the wild boar after you shot it?"
General Landry "No Jack after I killed the Wild boar both myself and Cameron took the wild boar the local butcher and after paying him his standard service charge to have him turn our wild boar into meat we could eat."
General O'Neill "I see Landry so tell me when is your next BBQ gathering for us to possible enjoy some of that wild pig."
General Landry "Well I was Just going to Plan a BBQ gathering and contact you and a few of the other in a few days to came over to my house for a BBQ gathering."
General O'Neill "Nice Landry you can count on me to show up to your BBQ gathering."
General Landry "Thats nice to hear Jack."
General O'Neill just nodded in respond and then turned his attention to all present in a commanding and calm tone, General O'Neill "Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen please take your seats we are going to begin our emergency intelligence meeting."
Time: 11:28 P.M.
After they all took their seats, it was T.U.I.S. Director: Barrett that turned his attention to Orion and in a calm and curious tone, Director Barrett "Agent Orion it's as always nice to hear from you."
Sgt. Jones/Orion in a calm tone, Orion "Thank you Director Barrett."
Director Barrett "I believe I'm asking on the half of all of us here that we are curious on the important intel that both you and your fellow agents were able to get on the Lucian Alliance? So, what information have you and your fellow intelligence agents have you guys been able to get from the Lucian Alliance?"
General O'Neill in a calm and curious tone, General O'Neill "Yes Pre-tell on what you and your fellow intelligence agents have been able to get from the Lucian Alliance."
Sgt. Jones/Orion "Oh the location of 1 of the Lucian Alliance's important Planetary Galactic Production facilities Planets; Before I continue, I think I will need some water if I'm going to continue this is going to be a long report. Alright as I was saying General O'Neill and Director Barrett for the past few years both myself and my follow agents have spent years to try to find the location 1 of the Lucian Alliance's important Planetary Galactic Production facilities Planets. Finally, after years of infiltration both myself and fellow agents have been able to infiltrate 1 of the Lucian alliance's major Planetary Galactic shipyard Planets."
Director Barrett "Do you have anything physical information that could get us the Location of where 1 of the Lucian Alliance's important Planetary Galactic Production facilities Planets."
Sgt. Jones/Orion in respond pull out of 1 of his coats pockets and took out what looked like some type of Crystral and placed the Crystral on the conference room table in front of all present; Orion "Actually yes Director here is an information Crystral that both me and my fellow agents have been able to copy information the necessary information to hand to you guys."
Time: 11:45 P.M.
Over the next few minutes Orion continued his mission report debriefing to all present on some other details like on that he and his fellow intel agents were able to infiltrate the Lucian Alliance Planetary security and plant a subspace tracker on the Planet of where they have their 1 of the Lucian Alliance's important Planetary Galactic Production facilities planets where; He told them that both he and his intel agents saw that this Lucian Alliance's Planetary Galactic Production facilities Planet has 5 Galactic Shipyards on the Planet; As well the current Lucian alliance military forces size and strength protecting their Planetary Galactic shipyards both on their planet and in orbit; Towards the end of his debriefing report in a calm and now somewhat exhausted tone, Orion "That all I have to report General O'Neill and Director Barrett."
General O'Neill was the 1st to answer and in calm and somewhat surprised tone, General O'Neill "This is Impressive Sgt. Jones that both you and your fellow intel agents were able to get all this very valuable from the Lucian Alliance."
Major General: Steven Caldwell in a calm tone, General Caldwell "Indeed O'Neill this is an important Military target we must take notice; You know as well as I do this target needs to be eliminated to stop or at least reduce the number of ships the Lucian Alliance." After he said that she saw her fellow officers and officials nodded in agreed with her.
General O'Neill "Alright Caldwell you made your point and I would agree with you. Alright to all present I'm hear by ordering a Major Military Operation to attack and eliminate this major Lucian Alliance target. We must contact most of our other Galactic fleet commanders at our Task forces and off-world bases Planetary defense forces to organize an attack fleet to eliminate this target. Let's get started Ladies and Gentlemen we have a lot of work ahead of us; This meeting is now dismissed."
Over the next few days General O'Neill and his fellow officers and officials working around the clock to organize an attack fleet to eliminate this very valuable Lucian Alliance target; As they were organizing their attack task force, they were able to track the subspace tracker that Orion and his fellow intel agents were able to plant of the planet and found that the Lucian Alliance Planetary Galactic Production facilities were located on a planet they called on their Galactic Map of Planets: P3B-197; Finally after a few days of reorganization they have decided to have Brigadier General Samantha Carter as the commanding officer of this attack force fleet*. Finally on October 7, 2013, above the Tau'ri Major off-world bases: Alpha site with everything ready to go in her attack task force fleet for the attack General Samantha Carter get the order to attack.
*The T.U.I.S. stands for the Tau'ri Universal Intelligence Service.
*The Tau'ri attack force fleet under the command of Brigadier General Samantha Carter is made up of 13 BC-304 class Battlecruisers, 3 BC-401 class carriers and 3 Aurora class battleships.
