Chapter 4: Helping your brother, Mock Battle and A Talk with All Might.
The Next Day
Izuku was tired. First, he was bombarded with questions from his mom about Jack mentioning he liked Uraraka. Second, he was now heading to Dagobah Beach. Jack promised him that he will help him out with mastering one for all. But… WHY IT MUST BE AT 3:30 IN THE MORNING?! It was barely any sunlight and plus it was very cold.
But still he accepts Jack's help. Because it will sure benefit him, especially today was the day All Might will teach hero basic class. Lost in his thoughts he didn't noticed that he and Jack have arrived at Dagobah Beach. Jack told Izuku to do some basic stretches before they begin. After a couple of stretches, Jack then begins his teaching session.
"Now Izuku. I've already watched your power displayed yesterday. And I noticed you lacked control of it." Jack said.
"That is obvious." Izuku said.
"Well now today we will try erase that problem. First, I want you to try to feel one for all, the sensation from it and the power that you will release. I noticed that yesterday you released too much power into your arm, All Might once said that your body can't bear the immense power from the quirk yet, that's why you need to feel your power so you could be able to control the output. Now try activate one for all and feel its power." Jack explained to Izuku.
"Alright." Izuku said with determination. Immediately Izuku activates one for all on his right arm. Red veins shown on his arms. Izuku then took Jack advice to feel one for all. The power he was releasing was too much for him to handle. He then tried to lower its power until its safe for him to use. Then the red like veins dissipated and the lights on his arms became dimmer. He felt the power lowering. When he felt that one for all is safe for him to use, he threw a punch. A small wind was emitted from his punch. Izuku saw that his arm was ok and didn't broke.
"J-Jack… I didn't break my arm!" Izuku said.
"Great job brother, I knew you could do it. Now don't be too happy, you only just completed step one. Step two well its like step one. Only now you need to course it to all over your body." Jack explained.
"What do you mean?" Izuku asked confused.
"Think of it like this way. When you heat up a donut, do you want it to be heated all the way around?"
"Well ofc It needs to be heated all the way around, or the donut…wont…be…good to eat…" Izuku then realize something. Jack saw Izuku's expression turned into one of those anime characters where they received some type of epiphany.
"I get it! Jack I was using one for all in wrong way! All I do was using it on one part of my body, instead of powering up in one part of my body, i should let the switches on." Izuku then activates one for all but instead on one limb, he coursed it into all parts of his body. Red veins shown on different parts of his body. Then green lightning starts to emit from all over his body.
"You figure it out. Now then… do you think that you can move while still being on that state?" Jack asked while readying his fighting stance (AN: Btw for Jack's fighting stance. You could just imagine it as the same as from the Insomniac spider-man, specific on peter's). Izuku still trying to maintain his quirk when suddenly Jack deliver a kick to his chin. Izuku landed on his back, groaning.
"Uhh… why did you do that Jack?" Izuku stii groaning on the sand.
"Hahaha, sorry. I just want to test your grasp on one for all. It seems you need to know how to maintain your power to always on and didn't turn off when receive a blow. Well since we still have time, we should try doing cardio on this beach while you try maintain one for all while moving." Jack said.
Izuku then got up and then tries to activate one for all again. Izuku and Jack were running across the beach while Izuku would maintain his power. He would trip because how overwhelming his speed is while in that state. Then as minutes went by, he finally could maintain that state. Jack was very proud at his brother's progress. After their cardio, Jack proposed that they should spar to see how powerful Izuku is while in that state. Using his knowledge from Jack hand to hand training, Izuku manage to be faster and more powerful than before. Jack would need to be serious when sparring with Izuku than before.
Hours later, Jack and Izuku was laying at the cleaned beach.
"Thanks Jack, for helping me with one for all." Izuku said.
"Nah its fine. What brothers are for heh?" Jack said.
"Ahaha yeah. Btw how do you know how one for all works?" Izuku asked.
"To put it simply… it is similar with my venom power. When I want to emit electricity, I always need to think to not emit too much of my electricity. If too much I could kill someone with it, too low it will only feel just like a bug sting." Jack quipped at the last line.
"I see then how does the electricity worked? Do you need to recharge? Do you need to think that the electricity is some type of sentient?" Izuku muttered.
"Oi snap out of it will you?" Jack snap out Izuku from his muttering.
"So-sorry." Izuku embarrassed.
"Its fine. So now you know how your quirk works, any name ideas for your new mode?"
"I think will call it full cowl."
"Not bad. But I was thinking about 'kaioken or lightning style: Lightning armor jutsu'" Jack told.
"… Seriously. I wouldn't copy a move from one of those animes Jack." Izuku deadpanned.
"Hehehe sure… anyway its already 5:30. Want to go home?"
"Yeah sure thing."
They then packed their things and went home. As they walked too their destination, Jack spotted an old building. It was located before the entrance of the beach and it looked abandoned. Jack then wondered if he was allowed to make street art on that wall.
"Hey Jack, what are you looking at?" Izuku asked looking at Jack's direction.
"That wall. I was wondering if I can make a street art on that wall beside the old building."
"Maybe you can. I heard that the building was used for making wooden toys. But the owner was killed by a villain. Since then that building was abandoned."
"Hmm poor guy. Oh well since the locals here didn't demolished the building. Then I can make my street art there. Oh yeah Izuku, want to join making street art? We can make a street art of All Might if you want." Jack asked.
"But I don't know how to make a street art."
"Don't worry I can teach how. It isn't very hard actually. You just need a cardboard of a portrayed of your object, then you just spray paint it." Jack explained.
"Oh ok then. I join you," Izuku accept Jack's offer.
"Great."
They then continued their track to their house.
UA High
The second day of high school was boring. First English class with Present Mic. Jack could answer all the questions and grammar problems in class since he used the language at a daily basis in his universe, but a girl who Jack knew as Momo Yaoyorozu was not far behind from Jack. In the afternoon they went to the canteen to eat lunch. When Jack first taste the food from the canteen, he immediately praised the quality of the food. Izuku told Jack that a pro hero by the name Lunch Rush was the chef who cooked all the canteens food.
Then in the evening, the moment that class 1-A have been waiting for, hero basic class. The class is currently discussing what would they be doing in the hero basic class.
Suddenly the classroom door burst open and a man with a wide smile came.
"I AM… COMING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!" The man was All Might himself. Wearing his hero costume that Jack didn't know of.
'I think that's not how a normal person will do if they come to class….' Jack sweat dropped.
"All Might!" The class said. Only Jack and the half red half white boy that Jack now know his name is Todoroki Shouto.
"We're going to be taught by All Might himself?! So manly." The spiky red hair boy, Kirishima Ejirou said.
"His wearing his silver age hero costume." Tsuyu Asui said.
"Hello students, I am here to teach you hero basic training. In this class you will be taught about basic hero duty such as rescuing, fighting and more. Now todays hero training is." All Might then pull out a card from his costume that written 'Battle' on it.
"Finally!" Bakugo said.
"A-a real battle?" Izuku nervously said.
"But the real key of being a hero is…. LOOKING GOOD!" Then the walls beside the class moved to reveal suitcases with numbers written on it. "Here are the costumes you registered to the school and build by our own support department."
"Woahhh!"
"Awesome!"
"Now get yourself suited up and meet me at ground beta."
"Yes sir!" Everyone said.
Minutes Later
All Might was waiting for the students to come through the tunnel. Then he looked at the tunnel as all the students were going his direction.
"They say that clothes made the pros, ladies and gentleman behold you are all the proved." The students were shown with their own costumes. Some were flashy, some showed more skin and others were just a battle Gi and simple jacket and jeans. But there were two people who aren't present.
"Where's Hamada and Midoriya?" Kirishima asked anyone.
"Probably too anxious to be looked because their two costumes are lame." Answered Bakugo.
"Think again ticking bomb." Someone said from behind. They looked at the source to see Jack with his new costume. He wore a black jacket with a collar and a hood attached to it. There were red streaks on the jacket between the shoulders and elbows that travel diagonally. A small red spider symbol on the center of the zipped jacket, specifically on the chest. He wore black pants and black boots with red lines on the bottom. He wore a new spider mask with glowing white eyes with black slits and black cobweb pattern. He then wore black gloves with red fingers and a web pattern on his fingers. He also wore white knuckle and white thin armor forearm guards. On the back was a new spider symbol with the color of red and the same as the one at the front of his chest (AN: Look at the cover for the spider symbols and just imagine the jacket is like Alex mercers but it is zipped up and with his hood is like connor kenways from Assassins creed 3).
Jirou was looking at Jack and she thought that Jack looked cool with his costume. Jack saw Jirou looking at him and he waved at her. Then he went to Jirou's direction.
"Hey Jirou. Wow I was going to say cool but… you looked cute with your outfit." Jack teased.
Jirou blushed by Jack's compliment. But she immediately composed herself, not that she minded, in fact she was happy he called her cute, but she didn't tell him of course.
"T-Thanks, you looked cool too Hamada." Jirou said with a noticeable blush on her cheeks and as she twirled her jacks. Jack smirked behind his mask. He was really enjoying teasing his crush, but his compliment to Jirou's costume was genuine. Jirou's costume consists of a black leather jacket, long salmon-colored shirt with several rips at the collar and hem, black pants, and boots with stereos built into their shafts. She also has two small, triangular red paint marks just below her eyes, a plain black choker, and white fingerless gloves. Overall her costume very much screamed 'Rock Girl'.
"Btw have you seen my brother?" Jack asked.
"Midoriya? Nope. I thought he was with you." Jirou said.
Before Jack want to retort, the questioned guest has arrived. Izuku wore a green full-body jumpsuit with a red belt, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves, along with his signature red boots. He also wears a mask with long ear-like protrusions that resembles All Might's haircut, and a respirator with a makeshift smile on it that also reflects that of said hero. Jack as trying his best not to laugh his ass of his brother costume. He looked like a miniature All Might. With All Might he was hiding his mouth because he looked at his Izuku's smile and noticed that it was the same as him.
'Too obvious' All Might thought.
Jack approached his brother.
"Yo Izuku nice costume. I noticed that it's resembles All Might."
"Y-yeah it is."
"Hey Deku! I like your costume its nothing too flashy you know." Uraraka called. Her hero costume consists of a skin-tight black full-body suit with a pale pink design down the middle of her torso, two black circles on her chest, and a black rectangle below her waist, running between her legs. There are two more pink patches over her shoulders, both cut off by darker pink armbands that match the thick choker around her neck. She has circular wrist guards, a dark pink handle on the back of each one, wide knee-high boots with magenta soles and a two-piece belt around her waist a circle embedded into the center where the pieces join up, a helmet with a tinted visor sometimes worn on her head, all of which are the same pale pink colour.
"U-Uraraka-san!" Izuku blushed because Uraraka's costume.
"I should have been more specific with my costume. I mean it didn't fit my style." Uraraka embarrassed.
"Nah you looked fine, right Izuku?" Jack saw that his brother was in broken mode, stuttering and a deep red color on his face.
"Midoriya?" Jirou waved her hand at Izuku's face. Jack knew why Izuku is like that, but instead he just let him be like that. Soon All Might addressed the students to looked at him. Izuku was still in that mode. Jack then helped him by giving him a little shock. Izuku then snap out from his broken state and thanked Jack for snapping him out from his trance.
"Now that you all are ready. Its time to begin battle training."
"Sir this was the fake city from our entrance exam. Does that mean we will be conducting urban battles again?" Someone said. Jack and Izuku looked who it was and find that it was Iida. His hero costume consists of a black one-piece suit with a high collar, over which he wears various pieces of armour, all in a pale silver in colour, including a chest plate, a metal collar around his neck and another around his upper arm, and metal vambraces that extend past his elbows pointed at the ends. He wears a helmet covering his entire face, its sharp bevor full of holes to allow him to speak and breathe easily, and its upper piece rounded over his head with two larger holes on either side, two curved horns just behind and a single spike sticking out of the back of his head. On his feet, he wears silver knee-high boots with gold accessories, which are specialized for his Quirk, and around his torso, he has three thick metal pipes, attached with a blue band, although these only serve as decoration. His armour is very lightweight and does not protect him much; its main purpose is to cut down air resistance rather than to protect him.
"Not quite. Most of the villains takes place outside, however most of the villains operates indoors." All Might explained.
'It's true. Most of the villains Miles, Pete and I were fought actively operates indoors. Even the underground we faced all are found in buildings such as construction sites and secret bases. But regular criminals such as thief's and cocaine deals are often active inside alleyways.' Jack thought agreeing with All Might.
"Think about it, backroom deals, home invasion, secret underground lairs. Truly intelligent criminals stay in the shadows. So, this battle training will be divided into two teams. One will become a villain and the other will be heroes. The two will fight indoor battles."
"Isn't that a little advance?" Tsuyu Asui asked.
"The best training is what you get in the battlefield. But remember you are not fighting robots this time. You are dealing with actual people now." All Might answered.
"Sir are you the one who will decide the team?" Yaoyorozu asked.
"How much we could hurt the teams?" Bakugo then asked too.
"Do I need to worry if the looser team getting expelled like earlier?" Uraraka then asked.
"Will you be splitting us up based on chance or compared of skills?" Iida asked one hand up.
"Does this cape look twinkling to you?" Yuga Aoyama asked.
'Why did you asked about something that is completely unrelated to the topic…' Jack sweat dropped Aoyama's question.
"I wasn't finished talking!" All Might clearly frustrated from the bunch of questions.
"Poor All Might…" Jack muttered. Jirou heard it and she just chuckled by Jack's sympathy to All Might.
Then unexpectedly All Might open a little notebook.
'Must be a script.' Jack thought.
"Alright listen up. The situation is this, the villain will hide a nuclear bomb somewhere inside the building. The heroes must spoil the villains plan. To do that the heroes must capture the villains or recover the weapon, and so likewise the bad guys either capture the hero or protect the weapon until the times up." All Might finished explained.
'Hmm easy enough. Although most of this situation sometimes will involve a hostage situation. But I get it why they give us this simple 'retrieve the weapon' situation since we are still heroes in training.' Jack thought.
Soon All Might pulls out a lottery box.
"Time is limited. Take a ticket and see who you will be paired up."
"Isn't there a better way?" Iida asked.
"Think about it, pros would often have to teamed up with other heroes. So that's why the reason is the same thing as here." Izuku explained.
"Yes, I see. Life is a random serious of events. Excuse my rudeness." Iida bowed.
"No sweat. Now then pick up your tickets!" All Might said.
Soon all the students pick up a ticket. After 8 minutes the teams are formed.
Team A: Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka.
Team B: Shouto Todoroki and Mezo Shoji.
Team C: Kaminari Denki and Momo Yaoyorozu.
Team D: Katsuki Bakugo and Tenya Iida.
Team E: Mina Ashido and Yuga Aoyama.
Team F: Koji Koda and Sato Rikudo.
Team G: Jack Hamada and Kyoka Jirou.
Team H: Fumikage Tokoyami and Tsuyu Asui.
Team I: Mashirao Ojiro and Toru Hagakure.
Team J: Hanta Sero and Kirishima Ojirou.
Then All Might randomly decide which team will go first. The first team will be Team A vs Team D. Team A will be the hero and Team D will be the villain. All Might then declared that the rest will wait at the monitoring room. Everyone then continued to head up to the momentarily room. Jack glanced at Izuku. He was nervous at Bakugo who is glaring to his brother but Izuku respond back by giving Bakugo a glare that told 'I will not falter by you'. Bakugo was stunned and he then gave Izuku a snarl and after that he went to Iida. Jack then went to his brother to give him some words.
"Hey Izuku." Jack called. Jack then offer a fist bump to Izuku. Izuku then respond to Jack's fist bump with his own. They still maintain their fist bump until Jack told something.
"Show him what your made of brother." Jack told him.
"Right I will do my best, brother" Izuku said, with determination on his eyes and a smirk behind his mask. Jack then went to the monitoring room to join with the others. Jack arrived at the momentarily room minutes later. In the momentarily there was a screen that showed the battle will takes place. Several cameras monitored the insides of the building that the teams will fight in. Jack after seen the screen head up to his team partner Jirou. Jack tapped Jirou on her shoulder to address her.
"Hey Jirou. Sorry for the wait."
"Its fine. Btw what did you do?" Jirou asked curious.
"Gave some encouraging words to my brother." Jack explained.
"Getting to the big brother role huh Hamada?" Jirou smirked.
"Well of course that what brothers are for. Oh, are you jealous of me with my brother? Or you just want me to treat you like me treat with to my brother?" Jack smirked under his mask. Jirou could feel Jacks smirk and blushed red. She then gave Jack a pout and a light punch.
"Idiot…" Jirou muttered.
'Two times you have been teased by me Jirou. Two Times.' Jack smirked.
After their interaction, All Might addressed the room after he returned from after bringing the teams to the assigned building.
"Alright everyone. You will all watch the battle on the screen. Take what knowledge you saw from each battle. Because at the end of each battle, there will be MVP's for an individual who are the best at handling this type situation." All Might explained.
Soon All Might addressed the teams that the battle has started. Everyone watched as Izuku and Uraraka got inside the building from a window. Then they went to a tight space hall. Jack saw the expression from Izuku that he was expecting someone. Jack already know who he was expecting. Not long after that Bakugo suddenly appeared at another hallway. He attacked the two of them, but Izuku grabbed Uraraka and on an instinct evade Bakugo's attack. Uraraka was fine but Izuku's mask was ripped on the other half. Then Izuku told Uraraka that he will stall Bakugo and Izuku also ordered her to find the weapon.
Uraraka nodded and she went to the direction where Iida protect the bomb. After Uraraka is out of the way, its only Izuku and Bakugo in the hall. Izuku then activates one for all: full cowl.
'I just need to use 5% of my power.' Izuku learned that he only could use 5% of one for all. Until that he needed to train his body more. He really thanked Jack for giving him some pointers on how to control his quirk and for giving him hand to hand combat sessions.
Green lightning then danced around Izuku's body. Bakugo was shocked to see Izuku's control over his power. He expected that Izuku still couldn't control his power, but he was wrong. At the monitoring room, everyone who watched Izuku's sudden control over his quirk was evenly shocked as Bakugo except for Jack because he was the one who helped Izuku. All Might was shocked and proud at his successor, after the mock battle he will need to congratulate him.
Back at the duo, Izuku prepared his stance. Bakugo was fuming with anger at Izuku's achievement and then he launched himself to Izuku. Bakugo readied a right punch to be delivered to Izuku. Izuku remembering his times been bullied by Bakugo. He knew that Bakugo always use his right hand to initiate an attack. When Bakugo's outstretched punch was neared Izuku's face, Izuku then yanked the punch and gave Bakugo a judo slam to the ground. Because the strength of his body and coupled with the 5% of one for all, Bakugo felt the impact more. He vomited his saliva. Izuku then backed away from Bakugo to prepare another attack. Bakugo was still on the ground feeling the pain from the attack.
Izuku who was watching Bakugo, who is trying to regain his bearings ready his stance again. Bakugo slowly got up and launch at Izuku again with his explosion but this time Bakugo gave Izuku an explosion instead of a punch. Izuku saw this evade the attack by went sliding between Bakugo's legs and immediately jump from the floor back flipping. He spun around and gave Bakugo a fist to a jaw. He then followed up by a kick and a palm strike to his gut. Izuku learned from Jack that a villain needs to be put down quickly if in a bomb situation such as this.
Bakugo was in a dazed. The Deku right now is strong, stronger than him. Bakugo gritted his teeth and then propelled himself backwards to ready his ultimate attack. Bakugo then outstretched his right hand and with his other hand that was holding a pin on his gauntlets. At the monitoring room, the audience who was enjoying the fight between Izuku and Bakugo then suddenly wondered what was Bakugo doing now, except All Might who knew what Bakugo was going to do.
"Young Bakugo don't do it! He will die!" All Might shout, but Bakugo didn't cared. Everyone watched as Bakugo was going to pull the pin he was holding. Until a green blur stopped him by giving a serious of punches and kicks. Bakugo was startled and the results was his aimed was messed up. He aimed at the ceiling instead. A massive blast erupted at the ceiling giving a shake at the building. The other members of the team were shocked and startled for a bit. Bakugo who was still in a daze by Izuku's attacks then didn't noticed the opponent silently wrapped his capture tape around Bakugo.
"Young Bakugo has been captured" All Might said through a speaker in the hall.
Bakugo was stunned about finding out he was captured. With Izuku he was honestly surprised he could beat him, he really thanked Jack for his hand to hand teaching and his help with controlling one for all. He finally could beat his childhood friend turned bully. With Bakugo he was very pissed at the boy in front of him. How dare he looked down at him. He was supposed to be a useless Deku, just another stepping stone for him, nothing more.
After that Izuku went to head to Uraraka's location but before saying a couple of words to his childhood friend.
"Kacchan… I am not the useless Deku you looked down before. I am now the Deku that means not useless." Izuku said and then he went to Uraraka. Bakugo was stunned, he then yelled 'Deku' on top of his lungs.
At the monitoring room everyone was amaze with Izuku's fight.
"Damn Izuku was on another level huh?" said Kaminari Denki.
"You bet. I mean look at that fight. He beat the heck out of Bakugo. That was very manly!" Kirishima said.
"But who did he learned to fight like that? and not to mention that this time, he didn't manage to break his bones while using his quirk" Mashirao Ojiro asked.
'Me mate me', Jack thought but didn't want to reveal it and proud to himself that he managed to make Izuku beat the crap at Bakugo.
"It was you, am I right Hamada?" Jirou asked him whispered.
"Yeah it is. How did you know?"
"Considering you were his brother and all." Jirou said smirking.
"Atta girl. One hundred points for you my lady." Jack bowing with a hand drawn out.
Jirou chuckled and blushed by Jack's antics. Then they continue to watch the battle again.
Izuku was now heading to Uraraka's location on the fifth floor.
"Uraraka-san. What is your status." Asked Izuku through an earpiece.
"Great job for beating Bakugo Deku-kun! I'm alright though. I'm able to hide from Iida's line of sight. But I think it wouldn't take long for Iida to notice me." Uraraka said to him.
"Alright be right there."
As he was close to his destination. He spotted Iida at the middle of the room guarding the bomb… while imitating a villain's voice. He then stopped for a moment to look for his partner. He saw that Uraraka was hiding behind a large pillar. He then told Uraraka through his earpiece that he had arrived.
"Uraraka-san im on the fifth floor and I see you in front of me." Uraraka then looked at her back and saw Deku crouching.
"I see you. So Deku what are we going to do now?"
"Ok listen. I will try to distract him while you go to the bomb." Izuku said.
"Alright Deku-kun. Good luck." Uraraka giving a thumbs up at him from behind.
Izuku gave her too his thumbs up. Then they initiate their plan. Izuku step forward revealing himself to Iida.
"Well well if isn't the heroes." Iida said with his over exaggerate villain tone.
"Give it up villain" Izuku said acting up as a hero.
"I will not give up myself to a hero that easily." Iida said.
Iida didn't notice that Uraraka had been sneaking up from behind him. Then she touched the bomb and the first battle was over.
"The Hero team wins!" All Might declared. Iida was surprised and he then hung his head because he lost. With the winning team they were happy that they win. With Bakugo he was crushed because he has lost. Because he was prideful Bakugo just silent himself on the way to the monitoring room. As the teams were gathering in the momentarily room except Izuku who is heading first to be checked up by Recovery girl for injury, All Might addressed that the MVP was Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka. He then asked the student why they are the MVP's.
"I know the answer sensei!" Yaoyorozu said. "Its because they were good at coordinating with themselves. As Midoriya-san was keeping Bakugo distracted, Uraraka went to find the bomb. As soon as Midoriya-san finished dealt with Bakugo he then went to Uraraka location. But at the villain team especially with Bakugo. He didn't show teamwork with Iida. He just went to his own intentions without worrying the weapons safety." Yaoyorozu explained.
"AHAHA, good explanation young Yaoyorozu. As expected with the recommendation student." All Might praised her.
Bakugo was getting angrier. The ponytail girl was right, and it really makes him frustrated because of it. The second battle was Team B vs Team I. It was a very quick battle, with the half red white haired teen who his name is Shouto Todoroki, who only freeze the inside of the building, ending the battle. The cold even got felt in the momentarily room. Making the audience in there cold.
"S-so cold." Izuku said. He returned soon after having a checked up from Recovery Girl.
"N-no k-kidding D-Deku-kun." Uraraka said.
Well except Bakugo and Jack. With Jack who has tolerance with the cold because how much he would fight in New York in low temperatures. After that it was Jack's turn, his team were assigned to become heroes and Yaoyorozu becomes villains.
Jack was given time to planned out before they went to the building. Jack and Jirou were outside the building looking at the map out the insides of the building.
"So what's the plan?" Jirou asked.
"Hmm… first we need to figure out their quirks. I heard that Kaminari had an electrification quirk right?" Jack asked.
"Yes, his quirk could discharge electricity from his body. Its similar like yours actually." Jirou point out.
"Then I guess I can take out Kaminari just fine. I heard that Yaoyorozu-san's quirk was the ability to produce objects from her body correct?"
"Yup."
"In that case. Can I count on you to handle her? Don't worry once I finish handling Kaminari I help you." Jack said.
"Sure thing." Jirou said.
"Well now is the second matter that we need to discuss. Because Yaoyorozu-san's quirk, she probably made traps inside and all the way to the weapon. I don't know If she made cages for the windows though. We can try to get in from the window where they hid the bomb and do a surprise attack at them. What do you say?"
"Well it's a good plan, but I think Yaoyorozu expect you to come from the window given your quirk. It's not hurt to try I mean to get into the weapon from outside to the window. Sure, let's do it." Jirou said.
Then All Might announced that the battle has start. Jack and Jirou then initiate their plan. Jack offered that he carried her on his back. Jirou flustered because of it but soon she complied with Jack's offer. The two of them were on a wall, with Jack crawling on it and Jirou who was hanging on to Jack. Her hands were wrapped around Jacks chest. Jack was blushing inside his mask, but he will not let that falter him.
Finally, they arrive at the said floor. They think that the weapon is on the fifth floor and they were right. Right outside of the said floor Jack's was perching beside of the window looking inside the room. There was Yaoyorozu guarding the weapon, a capture net on her hands. Kaminari was in front looking at the barricade door, waiting for them to enter. Then Jack look to the window inspecting it.
"Huh I was right they didn't barricade the window." Jack said to Jirou with his head slightly tilt to behind.
"Great then."
"Now we just need to enter quietly." Jack said.
Jack then open the window very slowly. They enter the room and Jack proceed went to crawl up onto the ceiling. He fired a web line to the floor so that Jirou could slide down to the floor. Once that done Jack then went to Kaminari to knocked him out. But an alarm was triggered on Jirou direction. Apparently Yaoyorozu put sensors around the room and Jirou triggered one of them. Jack then went invisible to avoid getting seen and went to knocked Kaminari down before he went to join Yaoyorozu.
'Damn it I forgot to use my radar sense.' Jack thought while he crawled to Kaminari's direction.
With Jirou she was facing with Yaoyorozu. Jirou avoid a net coming from Yaoyorozu. She then shot her jacks to Yaoyorozu but she countered it with her staff. The two of them fight each other with Jirou avoiding a swing from Momo's (AN: I change to momo because her name was too long) staff and she countered it with another shot from her jacks. The two of them were like this until Jirou was hit by Momo's staff. Jirou was trying to get up but Momo point her staff to her.
With Jack he was crawling on the ceiling to Kaminari's direction. When Kaminari heard Momo's fight with Jirou he then went to the fights direction to help Momo. But he was halt by a web oh his chest and before he could do anything, he was met by a kick to his head by Jack immediately knocking him out. Soon Jack webbed up Kaminari.
"Hero, I got a hostage for you." Momo said from behind him. Jack saw that Momo was keeping Jirou on her grasp. A stun gun on Jirou's neck.
"Wow easy. Let's put the stun gun down now, ok?" Jack told the villain.
"Can't do hero. Surrender and admit defeat." Momo said. Jack then in quick succession shot a web to the gun and shot another one on Momo's feet. With the distraction Jirou was able to get free from Momo's grasp. Jack then yanked the gun from Momo's one hand and then went to deliver a roundhouse kick to Momo's gut. Momo instantly was knocked out. After that the third battle was finished.
"The Hero team wins!" All Might declared. After that Jack went to checked up with Jirou.
"Jirou are you alright." Jack said worried written on his voice.
"I-im fine. Just a minor bruise that's all" Jirou said a small blush seen on her cheeks. She was happy at Jack because his was worried with her well being.
"Good then. Btw good job handling Momo, im sorry that I didn't warned you about the sensors. Its because I didn't used my radar sense to detect them." Jack apologizing.
"Its fine Hamada. Wait radar sense? You have two sense besides your spider sense?" As they walked back to the monitoring room with the paramedic robots went to the villain team to be brought up to the nurse room.
"Of course, The first as you already knew is spider sense, I could detect any danger in my surroundings. The second is radar sense, I could sense electricity in living and non- living things, for example electronics." Jack explained.
"…. Wow what a quirk you have Hamada. You must be very lucky to be born with that quirk." Said Jirou.
'Oh if only you knew Jirou.' Jack thought to himself.
After they arrived at the monitoring room, everyone who was there congratulate them minus Bakugo and Todoroki.
"Awesome moves Hamada." The pink girl said, Mina Ashido was her name.
"Yeah Hamada. How did you even learn to disarmed a gun like that?" Mashirao Ojiro said.
"Uhh… practice?" Jack meekly said.
The crowd just silence and looked at Jack like they saying 'really'. Jack just sweat dropped he knew that he couldn't tell them the truth about him being a daily superhero from another universe and somehow transported into this one after he died. All Might soon break the chatter and said to leave Jack alone if he doesn't want to tell them. Izuku knew where Jack learned disarming, because he told him. Soon All Might told all of them that the MVP are Jack and Jirou.
The battle then continued with the other teams. Soon after, the hero class was over and they all gathered up again at the entrance to the city.
"Excellent work all of you. There are no major injuries except with young Midoiya's hero suit. You should all be proud of yourself. And not bad at your first day of hero class." All Might declared to all of them.
"Thanks All Might for your encouraging words. With Aizawa sensei he gave us all a total bummer." Everyone nodded at the frog girls statement.
'No kidding, its like Aizawa sensei was the batman and All Might was the superman.' Jack thought.
"I am happy to bring such positive to my alma mater. Then I should go now, remember students go beyond, PLUS ULTRAA!" Then All Might left them in a gush of wind.
"Woah now that was a hero right there." Kaminari said after had been checked up in the nurse.
After that they went to the changing room to change to their normal UA uniforms. As Jack was going to class he saw Aizawa sensei approached him and Midoriya. He told them that All Might wants to see them at the teachers lounge. They don't know why they've been called but they just complied. The others were thinking that they were in trouble.
Not long after, the two of them were outside the teachers lounge. Jack knock and heard All Might called them from there. Jack open the door and inside they were greeted by All Might. All Might then told them to seat on the couch while All Might sat at a chair in front of them. Between the two and All Might was a table with three tea on it.
"Sorry for suddenly making you two come here." All Might said to them in his true form.
"I-its ok All Might." Izuku said.
"Yeah its fine." Jack said.
All Might smiled to the two of them.
"Well good then. So the reason why the two of you are here is that I wanted to congratulate you two for the displayed of your skills in the mock battle. Especially you young Midoriya, you finally able to control one for all." All Might said amused.
"T-thanks All Might. Actually, I couldn't have done it without Jack's help though." Izuku said embarrassed by the compliment.
"Ah I see. Thank you young Hamada for giving him a hand to control one for all." All Might said.
"Nah it was nothing. Besides it was the duty of an older brother after all." Said Jack then he gave Midoriya a nudge from his elbow.
"Hehehe right. Btw young Hamada, you were very good at disarming young Yaoyorozu's gun. I guess that you learned that from one of your crime fighting?" All Might asked.
"Well yeah. At first Pete told me to disarm holograms with guns or a crowbar. Then after a couple of corrections he will give me a new challenge of disarming such as the hostage captivation like Yaoyorozu did to Jirou." Jack explained.
"Hmm I see. Well regardless you've already got enough experience with real villains besides the others. Which is why bring us to the second matter that I want to discuss with you." All Might then turned serious. The two of them then bewilder by the sudden change.
"Jack, I suggest you should tell them your secret." All Might said.
Jack and Izuku was surprised.
"W-what?" Jack said.
"Yes Jack. I know its not a good idea, but because of your displayed of skills after the mock. I have a feeling that they will think you've trained from real experience. And by means they will think that you're a vigilante." All Might said.
"But is it ok? I mean what if they think of me that I'm crazy." Jack said.
"I promised you Jack. They are good people, i have high expectations with his class. You can trust them Jack. I mean you even make friends with them faster and they have already trust you." All Might reassured.
Jack was still debating about telling the truth. Jack then turned to his brother.
"What do you think Izuku. Should I tell them?" Jack asked to his brother. Izuku contemplate for a moment. After a few minutes he gave his answer to Jack.
"I think you should Jack, it will be a good way for you and plus to erase unwanted thoughts." Izuku said.
Jack then turned to All Might.
"Ok I tell them tomorrow." Jack said with determination and a little anxious.
"Ok Jack. Im positive that after you tell them great things will come to you." All Might said. (AN: Oh, if only you knew.)
"Yeah sure I hope." Jack then drink his tea.
'Wow this is a good tea.' Jack thought.
Then after that conversation the two then bid farewell to All Might. When they returned to class, the others were asking them what did they did? And what are you guys talking about with All Might, but Aizawa shushed them out and class continue as normal.
School was over after that. Jack looked at Izuku to ask him to go home, but he looked at Izuku that he was looking at Bakugo concerned. Bakugo have been silent after the mock battle. As Bakugo went to the class exit Jack saw that Izuku was following him. Jack then also followed him but before that he told Jirou to go on without him because he has an errand to do.
Jack was following Izuku without him knowing. Izuku end up at the school front yard where he halted Kacchan from his departure. Jack was in invisible and he was currently listening on a bush not far from them eavedroping.
"Kacchan! Wait up!" Izuku said to him. Bakugo then stop to look behind him.
"What?" with a menacing glare.
'What are you doing Izuku?' Jack thought.
With Izuku he was debating about telling his childhood friend about one for all. But he made up his mind.
"Kacchan… I need to tell you something, about what's going on. Maybe you will understand, I was not hiding my quirk from you. It was given from someone else." Izuku said. With Jack he was shocked that Izuku just gave up the secret.
'What the fuck are you doing brother!?' Jack thought.
"But I don't want to tell you where I got it from. I know its sounds like something from out of a comic book, but its real. At first, I didn't know how to control it. But because of Jack I managed to control a little of its power. I cannot control to its full potential because my body isn't ready yet to handle the raw power from the quirk. I am still learning that's why I'm here. That's why today, when i've finally beaten you, I swear that I will master this power to its full potential." Izuku said.
Silence after that. Not a minute, Izuku realized he blurted out All Might's secret. Izuku was panicking and Bakugo was giving Izuku a look that of annoyance. Jack seen enough reappeared from the bush and then step out from it. Izuku and Bakugo was shocked when saw Jack out from the bush not far from them.
"What Izuku means is that his 'burrowed' power was a metaphor, A.K.A his trainer. His trainer trained him to make his body strong enough for his sudden manifested quirk. When he said that his body breaks whenever he threw a massive punch, it means that the stored energy from his body was so god damn full when released his body couldn't keep up. That's why I've gave him some pointers for his quirk. That the story." Jack explained. Izuku gave him a confused look at Jack and Jack gave Izuku a look of 'just go with it, don't make it any worse'.
"Tch. I don't care if is burrowed or not. You think i'm an idiot?! You've already beaten me at that damn exercise. When that half and half bastard froze the building entirely, I realized I couldn't beat him at a head on head fight! Even I agreed with the damned pony hair girl, it was so foolish attacking at wide scale. DAMN IT DAMN IT!" Bakugo shout.
'Jeez… that's why kids don't take a compliment and praises to the next level.' Jack thought seeing Bakugo so pathetic.
"You won this round Deku! But next time I will win, you got that?! And you webhead I will beat you too no matter what! I will become the number one hero just you wait!" Bakugo tears shown.
"I'm counting on it, ticking bomb." Jack said. Izuku just gave Bakugo a determined face.
Bakugo then spun his body back to the gates. While ranting 'I will beat you two bastards.' Izuku then released a breath than he didn't knew.
"Phew good thing i've stepped in. Izuku why the hell did you tell All Might secret?" Jack asked.
"I-I just I think I owed him an explanation." Izuku looked down guilt evident.
"Well the good thing is he doesn't buy your truth and I butt in giving him an explanation." Jack then gave a scolding by ruffling his brother's hair. Izuku then groaned and Jack just giving him a smirk. Then out of nowhere All Might came passing them.
"Ba-Ku-Go, I found you!" All Might said halting Bakugo.
'I swear, Pete and Miles definitely need to see this guy' Jack thought.
"Just so you know pride is an important attribute to have. But while you are certain that you have the ability to become a pro hero there still plenty for you to need to learn." All Might said.
"Let go of me All Might… right now" Bakugo said wiping his remaining tears.
"Huh?"
"Save your speeches, I will be more famous than you. I'll do it without your help." Bakugo said while looking at All Might irritated.
All Might then got off his hands on Bakugo shoulders and let him go.
'Man being a teacher is hard.' All Might thought.
Then All Might turned to the two students. Jack explained to him that Izuku almost blurt out his secret to Bakugo. Good thing that he interfered by saying that Izuku was referring to his trainer, which is All Might himself. All Might then told Izuku to be careful next time and thanked Jack for interfering. Soon All Might bid farewell. Jack texted Jirou that he will wait her at the front gates so that they could go to the train station together with his brother. Soon Jirou was seen with Tenya and Ochaco walking to them. They then went to the train station together. Because tomorrow Jack's secret will be revealed to the class.

Well I have an important news. First there will be a new oc when at the start of UA sport fetival. Second, I have finals so the uploads might take longer than before. But don't worry I will sometimes write a little.
Oh btw spoiler alert next chapter my oc will confess to Jirou. Yup excited? Well im definitely excited and can't wait to write it.
