Roxy's Point of View
Aro suggested that I be with one of them at all times, that bastard. Either way, it wasn't like I was going to be leaving here anytime soon anyway, so why not? It might be better to make friends with them even though I didn't know why I wanted their friendship. I still did, and so here I was getting ready to have a hopefully normal conversation with Marcus.
"It might be nice to get to know them outside of the emotional times, since that's really only the times I knew them from. I, of course, couldn't open the door, so I had to call for Felix from the other side. I guess I had to be thankful I could open the doors in my… well 'room' wouldn't cut it. I would say more of an apartment just without a kitchen.
"Marcus opened the door instead of Felix. I wasn't sure if I was ready to talk to him just yet. I guess fate was big piece of shit sometimes, "If you would appreciate it. We could walk in the gardens?" They had gardens? "Um, sure." We started walking through the hallways and I really got to look at him this time. Not like when I first saw him, or the last encounter. Those were just way to emotional and short.
"This so far had been a silent ten-minute walk. I wasn't sure exactly sure what to say, so I wasn't talking. And if he had something to say, then he wasn't saying it, "This way." He said, startling me after the long silence. He was motioning to a door. I, of course, tried to open it and failed.
"Ughh! Why do all your doors have to be so hard to open?!" If I wasn't mistaken, he was laughing at me! "Hey! That's not very nice! I'm just not the hulk like you!" He stopped laughing, but he started looking at me like I had grown a few heads, "The hulk? He's like this big green character? No?..." Felix pitched in and said, "He basically is this muscley guy very strong." My eyes went wide as I realized what I must have implied. That he wasn't hot… maybe… ughh! Fine he's definitely hot, I admitted to myself, annoyed.
"Marcus must have figured out what Felix was implying I implied, because realization flashed in his eyes, "You're not hot." I said resolutely, "You know we know that you're lying right? We can here the changes in your heartbeat." Shit, I forgot about there supper hearing and whatnot, "I'm quite surprised to find that you find me 'hot' cara. (dear)" I crossed my arm's blushing, annoyance written all over my face, "Are we going to the garden or interrogating me?" Felix snorted while Marcus responded./p
"We are going to the gardens, so let me open this door for you cara. (dear)" Was he? Mocking me? Either way, he did open the door and I did see the first part of the gardens. After that I was just staring at Marcus, because dam the man was glittering like no tomorrow and wearing a cloak fashionably. I had to guess this was Demetri's doing. He did say he was the reason everyone kept up with fashion, "Are you coming cara? (dear)" I nodded "Sure." I said pretending I hadn't been staring at him.
