A/N: Sadly, this is where I stop to work on newly mated. There wont be another chapter tomorrow.

Roxy's Point of View

I was in my apartment sized room waiting. Who for I wasn't exactly sure. Marcus told me he wanted me to meet his brothers instead of just hanging out with him, so I really didn't know if I was going to be hanging out with Aro or Caius today. I honestly didn't know which one I preferred at the moment. Caius seemed so angry all the time and Aro seemed a bit to overexcited about things, we were likely to start talking about something like… bee flight patterns.

There was a knock at the door, "Coming!" I said and got off the window seat. It was a pastime of mine to watch the people below. Even though no one could really be considered normal after vampires existing had been proven, they definitely weren't having as an abnormal few days as mine. Vampires just sort of existed, it was weird, we knew about it, and got fearful when they showed up, but life just went on, for the most part like it was before.

When I got to the door, I realized I couldn't actually open it, "Um, I can't open these doors. You're going to have to open it." I had to grit my teeth to get that out. I didn't need more jokes from Felix about my inability to open doors.

Caius was there when the door opened, "I did not actually believe it when Marcus told me you could not open the doors here." I started to get annoyed. Was this the start of a two liner? If so, the Roxanne is not amused, "Either way, what would you like to do today?" I was choosing?

"Um, I really don't know much about what exists in this huge castle besides that there's a garden and a library, maybe we can explore?" He thought about it for a moment, "Sure, and I can point out the room's purpose if your curious." Cocking my head to the side I said, "Do you know every room's purpose?" He nodded, "Dam! So if I point at a door you can tell me what's in it?" He sighed, "Now you're just restating your question. The answer is yes."

Okay, no need to be rude about it. Caius struck me as one of those guys with a very little set amount of patience. I started pointing to random rooms and apparently most of the rooms so far had been guest rooms with the exception of one storage room, "Why do you have so many guest bedrooms? What's the point?" I asked after the umpteenth guest room, "It's because all other necessary rooms have been assigned really, and we have a lot of extra space."

Well he's right about that. After a while, and a few corridors and staircases later I asked, "What's this room for?" The rooms here had become less and less often guest rooms, "That would be my art space." Art space? "you do art?" He cocked an eyebrow, "Is that so hard to believe?" Duh, yeah, "Yes."
