Bruises And Lies

Chapter 1: Her Protector
The first time Noah Puckerman saw Liza Marie Anderson with a cast on her arm. Kurt told him she fell while playing with some kids at school. The second time Noah saw her with a cast on her arm, Kurt said she tripped and fell at the park. The first time Noah saw Liza Marie with a black eye he got two different stories from Kurt and Blaine.
When he was carrying Liza Marie out of Kurt and Blaine's house as they were being put in the back of a police car. After she called him in the middle of the night with Kurt's phone screaming for help. He knew that Blaine was like his dad and Kurt was like his ma. And he was going to make sure Liza Marie was never going back to that hell.
As he looked at Liza Marie laying motionless in a hospital bed with tubes all over her. He knew he had to tell Burt Hummel about it and that it was going to be the hardest call he had to make. As Noah dialed Burt's number he heard a cellphone go off and turned around to see Burt fuming. Then Burt said, "Kurt called me to bail him out after you had him arrested for child abuse. I came here first, I was already headed to his house when he called, and Carole is headed to the police station to talk to him. Puckerman, I know you weren't in a fight club back in high school and I saw your phone number on Liza Marie's casts. So, what was your first clue Blaine was hurting Liza Marie?"
Noah just looked at Liza Marie and said, "When Liza Marie got the first cast. Kurt said she hurt herself playing at school and she looked at him the same way I would look at my ma when she would lie about how she got her bruises or casts. After I saw the second cast and got two different stories from Kurt and Blaine. I knew they were lying and I ended up threatening Blaine. Then I get a call from Kurt's phone two hours ago and I don't know how I even got there, Burt. All I remember is one minute I'm hearing her scream and the next I'm carrying her out of the house. I don't even remember beating the shit out of Blaine or calling 911."
Soon Noah screams a guttural roar like the Hulk and Burt sees Liza Marie get red in the face as she clinches her fists. Even Noah notices this and takes her hand into his before saying, "Uncle Hulk is here Little She-Hulk and Hyde-On-A-Bad-Day is in jail. Liza Marie, your Dada is also in jail for not telling anyone about it. Sorry, Baby girl, but if he would have told Grandpa Hulk or me. He wouldn't be in jail and he'd be here. Do you want Dada to go to jail too?"
Then they see tears rolling down her cheeks as she shakes her head no. Before they hear Blaine yelling at Kurt saying, "I can't believe my father had to bail both of us out, Kurt! How could you make me do that?! This is all your fault if you would of not left the discipline to me, and spanked her as I asked! We wouldn't be in this mess!" Then Kurt says, "I did spank her as you asked, but you took it too far, Blaine! You know, I am done! Puck's ma was right! You are like his dad and I am through with this crap! Blaine, I love Puck and I can't believe it took him having me arrested to see that!" This made Blaine laugh and say, "Ha, Puck is straight, Kurt and I doubt he loves you the same way!"
Suddenly Noah is storming out of Liza Marie's hospital room and wrapping his arms around Kurt as he kisses him full on the lips. Before looking at Blaine and saying, "Blaine, I love Kurt and Liza Marie. And I am gay, you son of a bitch! I dumped Quinn last year and I came out on Facebook six months ago. After seeing Liza Marie's first cast because I thought it would help Kurt see there are better men out there." Then Noah picks up Blaine by his shirt collar and says in a low growl, "If you come within fifty feet of Kurt or Liza Marie I will kill you, you son of a bitch! Got it! Now, get the hell out of here or I will drag you out you pathetic little shit!" Soon Blaine is pissing on himself as Noah lets go of him before he runs down the hall and out of the hospital.
Then Kurt and Noah go back to Liza Marie's hospital room and Kurt starts to cry as he looks at Liza Marie's bruised face. Before he says, "I'm so sorry Liza Marie! I should have left Bad Papa after the first time he hurt you." This made Liza Marie raise an eyebrow the way Noah does which made Kurt laugh and say, "I should have gone to Papa Hulk then too. Huh, Liza Marie?" This made Noah ask when did she start calling me that?" Kurt just looked at Liza Marie as he says, "After you came out she was at Santana's when Santana saw your post. Look, Puck, I wanted to go to your house so many times, but I was just afraid to." This made Burt say, "Why didn't you come to Washington DC, son? You had plenty of opportunities to leave Blaine, son! Now, Liza Marie is in a hospital bed because of Blaine and she might die! You should be in jail, son! I mean I am happy you are with Puck now, but I am not going to ignore the fact my granddaughter is in a coma in the hospital! Because her Dada was too chicken to leave her Papa!"
Soon Noah says, "Kurt, I was never in a fight club my ma was the one hitting me and I was the one raising my sister Sarah! Who almost got taken away from us several times! You know, I could have gone to Burt's house several times after he and Carole got together! But I was too wrapped up in my own teenage shit to think! Now, my ma is dead and Sarah is God knows where! I haven't even heard from her since Ma's funeral and I kick myself every fucking day for not getting Sarah out of that hell! I sure as hell wasn't going to make that mistake again with Liza Marie! Kurt, I love you and I want to be with you, but I really don't think you should be here right now. Because I can't stand to look at you right now knowing that you are the fucking reason Liza Marie is in that bed!" Then Noah goes back to watching Liza Marie as she lays motionless in a coma and Kurt walks out crying knowing Noah is right.
