Violet laid there in the bed stuffed. She never knew Moo's cooking was so good, she was just only going to take a piece of bacon and a spoon full eggs but she just couldn't stop eating it.

She heard some muffling through the door wondering what was going on. Someone was here, she just hoped it wasn't... her. She didn't want to see any more surprises in this town today, yesterday was a mouthful.

Louis having a sister.

Sophie being alive.

Not only finding out her mother was a leader, but also finding out that Sapphire was her little sister.

How many more secret siblings do I have?!

Moments later, she jumped out of her thoughts to a knock at the door. She wondered why, this was Moo's home. She saw him crack open the door a bit then gave a small but nervous smile.

"Hey Vi," he said his wavering a little, "someone's here to see you."

She raised a brow, "Who?"

He then opened the door to see her walk in. She widened her eyes backing away as quickly as possible then turned to glare furiously at Moo.

"I told you I didn't want to see her again!" she lashed out making Marisol look away hurt.

"Look, I know you did, but I realized I would be doing the wrong thing if you two don't ever talk out your differences," he explained as Violet's face started to soften a bit, "I know you hate her, but she doesn't. I know."

Violet looked away then sighed, "I guess... but if I want her to leave, she leaves."

He nodded, "That's fine."

Marisol turned to Moo raising her hand as a sign for him to be excused. He nodded again then slowly closed the door behind him.

They were now alone. One of the things Violet wished would've never happened. Marisol walked over to bed sitting on the car edge wanting to respect her daughter's distance. They sat in silence for a while until Marisol spoke.

"So," she started to say, "it's been a while since we been together like this."

Violet just nodded.

Marisol cleared her throat, "Um, how have you been?"

"Fine."

"That's good, where've you been living at?"

"The school where you abandoned me."

She sighed in frustration, "Violet, I didn't abandon you. You needed help."

"Yeah, the boarding school was the perfect place for that, right?"

"Why can't you understand that I only wanted best for you."

Violet turned to glare at her mother, "You didn't want me and neither did Dad, he said it himself before you sent me away."

"Your dad says all kinds of fucked up shit and you know it!" she exclaimed angrily, "You try putting up with it for eighteen years! Working three damn jobs just to keep food on the table, having to leave you most of the time with Betsy, I had to do it all by myself!!"

"I don't care what you had to put up with," Violet hissed back, "you could've left, we could've left. But you chose to stay and deal with his shit."

"It wasn't that easy, Violet," she huffed sadly, "it only took a near death experience to finally get the guts to leave the drunk bastard."

"What do you mean?"

"We got into an argument one night while he was in one of his drunken rages until this happened..."

She lifted up both her shirt and jacket revealing a long gash wound on the side of stomach that was dark but stitched all the way through. Violet just stared at it before looking back at her with mostly shock and a small bit of pity.

"He stabbed me, one of the nurses said if I hadn't been at the hospital sooner, I would've bled out to death."

Violet couldn't begin to find the words, "Mom I... I..."

"Don't say anything. I screwed up, okay? If I left him sooner with you, we could've been so much happier."

Tears started run down her cheek as she quickly wiped them away sighing heavily. Violet didn't know what to say, she was still mad at her mother for what she's done, but she also started to have a sense of pity.

"I know it doesn't make up for what I've done," these words quickly catching Violet's attention, "I was a bad mother, I know that."

She isn't wrong.

"I let your brother get abducted, I sent you away because of something that was out of your control, and if Sapphire was raised in the same environment, I completely would fail as a mom."

Like if hiding family secrets wasn't enough, nothing could excuse that, "What about Storm? You completely wiped everything about her, I didn't even know who she was when she told me and had prove."

"The picture I gave her when I saw her again. That's how you knew, right?"

Violet nodded, "After everything she's been through, she acts the complete opposite from a broken person."

"I know, she's still so sweet after all these years," she chuckled softly, "I don't deserve a daughter like her."

Not wrong about that one either.

She scooted over more closely to her daughter then took her hand squeezing it gently. This time, Violet didn't pull away but just stared intently into her mother's glossy eyes.

"I've changed, sweet face. I've changed for the better. Not just for Sapphire, the town, or even Moo, I changed for me."

Violet looked down as tears started to stream down her eyes. Marisol lifted up her chin then wiped them away with her thumb giving her a concerned look.

"What's wrong?"

"It's just that... that... I needed you the the most," she sniffled, "as much as I hate to admit it, I needed a mom; I needed you."

"I'm here now, and even though you're an adult now, I'll always be there for you. I'll even be the mom you wanted me to be, I'll never leave you again."

She pulled her into her embrace as Violet started crying into her chest holding her tightly as her rested her chin on her head starting to stroke the blonde's hair. She felt like a little kid again and she was so embarrassed. She was supposed have thick skin not crying about mommy issues. Then again, it felt comfortable with her in her mother's arms, getting the love she always wanted all those years ago.

"I always loved you, Violet," she leaned down to kiss her on the forehead, "you, Storm, and Sapphire are my main priorities."

Violet didn't say anything else. She began to sob harder on her mother's chest holding her tightly as Marisol kept her arms around her rocking her slowly as she whispered soft words.

Moo laid down on the couch while Sapphire sat silently looking down to her hands with a blank expression. He wondered why she wasn't speaking the whole time, she Marisol's been in there with Violet. Was the usually the talkative one when it came to serious situations. But this... this seemed different.

"Hey, you alright?" Moo asked making Sapphire jump in surprise.

"Uh... yeah, yeah, I'm good."

He furrowed his brows, "Worried about your mom?"

"I think she'll be fine," Sapphire said a bit coldly as Moo looked shock taken aback at her tone.

"Hey, what's up?"

"I said I'm good!" she snapped.

This wasn't like her to act like this. She rarely would be moody unlike Marisol and Violet. She would always bring peace to trouble like how she convinced him for Marisol to talk to Violet.

She sighed, "I'm sorry Moo, I'm just mad at mom."

He cocked his head, "Oh? What about?"

"Well, it all started you two left. She cried aaaall night long about Violet and then this morning she came rushing over here to see her again even though she didn't want to see my mom. I thought it would've been wrong if the two were just stayed silent with each other after mom hasn't seen her in so long. At the same time, I feel like I don't want her to see Violet again because she might take her away from me. Is that bad?"

So that was the issue. This was a complete one eighty from when she first met Storm. She was so happy to find out she had an older brother. He would thought the same for Violet, but this wasn't the case.

"Of course not," he chuckled, "you're probably just a little jealous."

"Jea-lous?" she said confused, "is that bad? I think I heard some people use it before, I think it's bad."

"It can sometimes be bad if you act on it the wrong way," Moo explained, "for you, it's pretty normal unless you want to hurt Violet."

"I wouldn't hurt her!" she gasped offendedly, "I'm just think that she'll replace me and she might not need me anymore."

"Saph, your mother would never replace you. She's just misses her daughter when she thought she died just how she acted when she saw Storm again."

"I know, but it's just weird having another older sister now."

Matthew laughed, "I bet it is. But hey, Violet's been my best friend since even way before your age, and I promise you, you'll love her just as much as both Storm and your mom and she'll love you."

"Do really think that?"

"I don't think, I know."

She smiled, "I think it'll be cool to teach my second big sister some of the stuff I learn at the hospital like how you taught me."

"I think so too."

Later on, Violet walked out alongside with her mother. Moo quickly sprinted off the couch running towards the two.

"So, how did it go?" he asked Violet concernedly.

She gave him a small then gave one to Marisol, "It went better than I thought it would."

Marisol smiled back, "I think it did too."

Sapphire then walked up to Violet hugging her tightly around the waist, "I hope we get to spend a lot of time together, big sis."

"I hope so too," Violet chuckled hugging her back.

Marisol then pulled the two into her arms squeezing them tightly almost making Sapphire wheeze.

"My precious girls," she cooed, "we're finally a family again."

Later that afternoon, Violet, Storm, and Moo spent most of the day in the city hall where Marisol and Sapphire lived. The three spent most of the time talking and joking around every now and then. Marisol was in the kitchen making lunch while Sapphire helped. Marisol wanted to spend as much time as she can with her kids before she had to on duty today.

"So Vi, you never really told what's life like at school you've been staying," Storm said making Moo look annoyed a little.

"It isn't much to talk about, but I'll spill for your sake," Violet insisted, "it's not really that much of us so we get along pretty well."

"Do you guys have tasks?"

"Oh yeah, some are picked to go hunting, fishing, and lookout duty. I barely get assigned to do any because of, you know."

"What brought you here then?" Storm asked curiously.

"Well, I volunteered to come here in search of supplies because we were kinda running low, I really didn't know it was a community until you guys told me. My leader told if it was, I was supposed to turn back, but knowing I can trust you guys and seen this place myself, I'm glad I didn't."

Storm smiled, "Me too."

All of a sudden, Violet felt something wet on her chest area. Her eyes quickly widened when she something hit her like a bullet. Her breasts were starting to fill up and without her pump she couldn't get the milk. Also, she realized it's been more than three days, they were more than likely to burst out at any minute.

Moo started to notice expression raising a brow.

"Vi, you alright?" he asked making her blush in embarrassment.

"U-uh, yeah," she stuttered jumping off the couch and rushing to the kitchen, "excuse me."

As she left, Storm just shrugged at Moo while Moo furrowed his brows in concern.

Violet rushed over to Marisol who at the stove mixing vegetables while Sapphire set up the table. She turned to give her daughter a big grin until her face almost completely changed at the sight of Violet's worried expression.

"Mom, where's the bathroom?" she asked hastily making Marisol's face often again assuming she just had to go.

"Just through the hall then making right to the first door."

"Thanks."

As Violet sat on the toilet, she started taking off her layers of shirts leaving her in her gray bra that was almost soaked. She put her hand over her face sighing heavily feeling so frustrated and guilty.

She left her Blossom away for more than a day. She thought about her day and night wondering how she felt without her mother.

Terrible, Violet guessed sadly.

Even though she was in Ruby's hands, she still felt so bad leaving her own daughter with her good friend. She even thought about Clementine and how she trusted her to make it back soon. Her and Louis must feel so awful that they let her go on this trip alone and thinking something went wrong.

Violet felt so stupid, she was too busy trying to know this place while friends were worrying why she wasn't back there already. And it just took breast milk to realize that she needed to go home.

Pathetic

How was going to tell the others that she had to leave already? She knew they would all be devastated, especially Moo. Since her mom was leader, she still has to ask for supplies for the group which was the least hard part. The more difficult part was telling her she had to go.

Violet shook her head in defeat, she so blinded by everything else, she needed to do that she didn't realize she could be hurting others. It was all such a mess.

She knew what she had to do. Refocus on the task so she could go home.
