That morning, Marisol rode in her kart to the rehabilitation center for the sick and elderly. The use of it hasn't changed only that it's one of the only places that were more protected than others. No use in turning it into something else.

She stopped beside the entrance getting out and walking in. When she entered, she was hit with the scent of rotting old people. She didn't mind it though, she was used to it since she loved to visit her grandmother here when she was a teenager. She walked up to the desk with a woman organizing some papers. When she looked up she smiled as Marisol smiled back.

"Mary, I didn't expect you to see you,"

the woman chirped.

"Hey, Samantha, I'm here to visit someone."

"Alright, who's it gonna be, boss lady?"

She inhaled sharply, "Lucas Knight."

Samantha just stared as she hesitated to get his papers, "Oh, um, okay... but are you sure?"

She nodded, "Yeah I'm sure, it won't even take long."

"Okay, he's around in room 435, I advise you to be careful, Mary."

"I'll be fine, Samantha, thank you."

Marisol went through one of the hallways with the four hundreds. She found 435 before she took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

"What is it now?!" a groggy voice yelled.

"It's me, Mary."

There was a long pause before the voice called out again, "Come in."

When she stepped in, she saw a long dirty blonde haired man with an untrimmed beard sitting in a chair in front of a TV with tubes in his nose and arms from an IV machine. He turned to look at Marisol giving her a lopsided smile.

"Hey, baby doll," he croaked, "Nice to see ya."

She rolled her eyes, "Lucas, we need to talk."

He pointed over to the chair across from him, "Take a seat."

When she sat down, she saw him pull out a box of cigarettes taking and lighting one up. As he took a puff, Marisol furrowed her brows, he noticed her look and frowned.

"What?"

"I thought you're not supposed to be smoking."

"Mary, I'm gettin' my kidney replaced not my lungs," he blew out more smoke, "did ya' come all the way to bitch me all day."

She glared more menacingly, "No, I came here to tell you about our daughter."

"Ooh! How is she? Tell her she owes her old man another visit."

Marisol looked down to her feet, "No... it's Violet."

His expression saddened, "My flower . . . " he shook his head his face hardening again, "what about her? Came to guilt trip me some more then?"

"She came back."

"What?" he almost jumped out of his chair with a dumbfounded look.

"She came back with Matthew a few days ago."

He looked like he was about to cry, Marisol honestly didn't expect him to act this way.

"My little flower's alive?" he breathed, "c-can I see her, please?"

"I didn't expect you wanted to," Marisol muttered angrily.

"What hell are you talkin' about, that's my fucking daughter, the daughter we thought was dead just like our son?!"

"That you were both responsible for!"

"Mary, please I wanna see my girl," Lucas begged desperately, "she was my everything."

Marisol gawked, "You never loved her, nor our Storm, nobody beats their daughter like an old blanket and tells them their worthless all the time."

"I was drunk, Mary, you of all people knew that. My old man died around that time and my mom was so depressed to even talk to me."

"It wasn't an excuse to make your daughter feel unwanted. You said it yourself you didn't want her."

"I don't even know why you're talkin'. You're just as guilty, you ignored her, never came when she needed ya the most. You're just as a bad parent you're accusin' me of."

"No, I'm not!!" Marisol exclaimed making Lucas flinch, "I loved her, you didn't! It was your idea to send our baby away! Lucas, I wanted to kill myself before I found out I was pregnant with Sapphire because of the two children we thought were lost forever!"

He shook his head and sighed, "Until I can see my girl again, I want ya out of my fucking sight. I don't care if you're the alpha dog of this goddamn town, we had her together, she's my baby girl, and I love her just as much as you do. I just wanna see her again and tell her that."

Before Marisol could say something else, Samantha opened the door peeking in.

"Is everything all alright, Mary?"

She looked back at Lucas then shook her head, "I'm just about to leave."

She got up as Samantha held the door for her. Looked back one last time at the man she used to love, then sighed heavily.

"I hope your surgery goes well, Lucas."

He paid his attention back to the TV staying silent, ignoring every word she now said. Nothing was exchanged after that as Marisol left the room.

"I have to find a way to stop him," Nicóle cried, "I can't let him do this!"

The man that stood by Miguel's side sighed, "I know, but he wouldn't hurt him."

"You don't know that Miguel hates my guts, Cobra despises him, and found out what our brother did to one of his men, you do the math, Dixon."

"He's the youngest, he'll probably go easy and just ask for your brother to come to explain himself."

She pursed her lips, "You're his second-in-command and you still don't know anything about Miguel."

"Nikki, look, it probably wasn't him and he probably didn't even do it, Sabrina's just running her fucking mouth again, it could be anyone."

"That bitch," Nicóle grimaced, "she knows she's trying to wipe out my family, she knows Miguel believes every fucking word she says. Dixon, we could be dealing with another war on our hands for Will's death! Cobra can't protect our mother this time because of his leg if he interrogates them, I could lose my whole family for this!"

Dixon pulled her into his arms stroking her hair as she slowly began to cry. He rocked her a bit holding her tighter as she hung on to him.

"Sshh..." he whispered, "that's not gonna happen, it's not."

"You don't know that," she whimpered, "God, I've been such a bitch to them, especially to Matéo, I don't want to lose them."

"I know, Nikki, they still love you no matter what."

She looked back up at him then kissed him on the lips as he kissed her back.

"Te amo, Dixon."

He smiled, "Yo también te quiero."

"Come on, Izzy, hurry up!" Sophie rushed.

Izzy ran out with a couple of bags then tossed them into the trunk of the kart. She leaned on the door wheezing as she was out of breath.

"So... tired... I..."

Sophie winced, "Ooo, sorry about that."

Izzy just crawled into the back with Sophie still wheezing heavily. She saw Storm walking out with his bag throwing in the trunk with the others. He went ahead with getting in and starting the kart, waiting for Violet and Moo.

"You guys sure you wanna drive in separate vehicles?" Sophie asked.

"Yep."

They saw Moo and the dogs trotting beside him walking out with two crates of supplies and two bags, one of them being Violet's. Violet followed behind getting in the kart in front of Storm's. He frowned knowing he didn't like her and Moo alone, especially what he knew last night.

Moo got in as Snowy jumped in the back. He cranked up the kart before taking a slight glance at Violet. She noticed by looking away from his gaze not speaking to him.

He shook his head and sighed, "Can I at least have the map if you're not gonna speak to me?"

Violet just pulled the map out of her pocket handing it to him before looking away from him again. He put up in the middle of the window looking at the marked place that was the school.

Once he got a good look, he started to head out with the others following behind.

Back at the school, Aasim held a wailing Blossom while Ruby looked around frantically for something to calm her down. She's been crying more often these past few days, it has been the longest time she's been separated from Violet.

"Aasim! Can't you at least try to rock her a little more?!" Ruby yelled through her cries.

"I'm trying!" he yelled back, "I was never good with kids!"

"Oh for Pete's sake, give her to me!"

"You don't gotta ask me twice," as Aasim gladly handed her over.

Ruby tried to talk to her or rock her a little but she just continued crying.

"Is she hungry?"

"We just fed her ten minutes ago," Ruby glared, "she just misses her momma that's all, she hardly ever cries."

"You think she's coming back any time soon?"

"Shh!! Don't say that!" Ruby spat, "Violet's comin' back."

"I hope so."

As Moo and Storm drove through the woods, Moo kept making glancing at Violet every chance he got. He knew she was still mad at him from last night and hasn't talked to him ever since. He really didn't like it.

"Hey, I know you're still mad, but can't we at least make small talk?"

She sighed, "What?"

"Look, I'm sorry for what I said last night," he apologized, "it was wrong to say that to you when we just meet up again."

Violet pursed her lips, "I guess I'm sorry too for lashing out at you, it was just a stupid question, not a marriage proposal."

I wish it was.

"Um, thanks. So, are we cool again?"

"Yeah, we're cool," Violet smiled.

He smiled back, "You guys have rooms, right?"

"Dorms, yeah."

He scratched his neck nervously, "Um... do you think that we could be roommates?"

"W-what?"

"Roommates, but if someone's sleeping in there with you already, it's fine."

"Uhh... I don't care, but it's up to my leader."

Why is that up to her?

"Good, and Vi."

"Hmm?"

"Thanks for letting me come with you."

"You're my friend, Moo, I would never leave you again."

"Me neither."

He touched the corner of her eye rubbing it around with his thumb as Violet just stared up at him breathing heavily at his soft touch.

"That stuff really did its work, it's like your scars aren't even there."

It makes you look even more beautiful.

"Um, yeah, I guess it did."

"I made it for Cobra when he lost his leg, it helps make the scars less visible and reduces risks of any infection."

"Even a walker bite?"

He chuckled, "I'm still working on that, I still have to scrap up some DNA from one to find the root cause of the infection."

"If you do, you'd be a miracle worker."

He shrugged, "Maybe I will, who knows."

"Maybe you can teach Ruby some things, I think she'll love that."

"Who's Ruby?"

"She's kinda like our doctor, but she's still learning, you can maybe her even make medicines."

"It wouldn't hurt to show her the ropes."

"She's super sweet, I think you'll like her."

"What about you're leader, what's she like?" Moo asked curiously.

"She reminds me a lot like you, brave, smart, selfless, cute..."

"Wait what?"

"Oh!! Nothing!"

Clementine spent most of the day pacing and pacing running her hands through her hair.

"I knew it was a bad idea to send her alone!" she panicked, "what are we going to do, Lou? We have to go find her."

"You're right, but what about the kids?"

"Ruby can watch them."

He shrugged, "Sounds fair."

"C'mon, we gotta leave as soon as possible

Louis waited at the gates holding "Chairles" in his grip. He soon saw her running out with AJ following behind her.

"Clem, can I please go?" he whined, "I gotta protect you."

She smiled, "Don't worry, bud, we'll be back before you know it."

Hopefully.

"But what if Violet's on her way back to the school and she's just taking a bit longer?"

Louis and Clem looked at each other both thinking that could've been it.

"Well, we gotta see just in case she didn't drift into the abyss," Louis joked before Clem shot a glare at him.

She sighed, "You have nothing to worry about, goofball, I promise that we'll soon—"

"Violet's back!!!" Willy's voice ranged from the tower.

Louis and Clem ran up to the gates looking what Willy was talking about. They soon saw a kart coming into their vision with Violet in it but also with a strange guy beside her driving. She then saw another one following behind them with people she clearly didn't recognize either.

But either way, they had company.
