"Who is he?" Lucas asked briskly with Marisol roll her eyes at his tone.
"What are you talking about?" Violet spat back without thinking.
"You never told this massive detail during our last visit," Marisol butted in still wondering why her daughters would hide this from her.
"I knew you guys would act like this!" Violet couldn't help but blurt everything trying her best to steer around the question of Blossom's father.
Marisol gawked, "Well sorry for getting so freaked out that my daughter I haven't seen in a decade has a secret kid."
Violet sighed, "Whatever, mom."
"I wanna know who you're with," one of Lucas's main interests being that.
Violet looked uncomfortably at Clementine and Louis while they shook their heads frowning back her sadly. Marisol noticed this her face softening into a more sympathetic look getting the message that information was personal.
"Lucas, stop it," Marisol hissed, "that's her damn business, not yours."
"My daughter, my business."
Marisol saw Violet shrinking into the pillow by her father's response her mouth tightly shut.
"Drop it," she growled pulling him away from the bed pushing him to the door, "she's not gonna put up with that shit so you wait outside 'til you learn some boundaries."
Before Lucas could protest she slammed the door in his face then groaned at the fact he still wanted to pry in everyone's business.
She turned back to Violet who had her whole, undivided attention on her daughter as she rocked her gently in her arms. Marisol never saw any of her daughters becoming mothers, mainly Violet. She thought that since she wasn't in her daughter's life as much Violet would grow up into the kind of person who didn't want kids.
Now she was witnessing Violet's motherly side right in front of her.
She cleared her throat, "Violet, I–"
"Mom, please, not now," Violet glared just wanting to be alone with Blossom.
Marisol shook her head walking back up to the bed, "No, no, I'm gonna pester you no more, I was gonna ask what her name was."
Violet blinked before looking back up at her mother with a soft smile not ashamed to talk about her daughter, "Blossom, my little Cherry Blossom."
"So cute," her mother chuckled, "how old is she?"
"She just turned a year old a few months ago."
Marisol looked down sheepishly fidgeting her fingers, "Heh, so this means that I'm a . . . um, a . . ."
"Yes, mom, this makes you her grandma," Violet laughed knowing how her mother is about aging.
"I suppose it does, doesn't it?" she kissed Violet's forehead then Blossom's causing her to look up at Marisol in curiosity.
Violet suddenly heard Clem clear her throat getting the blonde's attention. She saw that she nodded towards her mother who was distracted by Blossom signaling that she had some business to talk about with Violet alone.
Shit, I was afraid of that, she thought nervously already predicting her reaction.
She sighed turning to her mother, "Hey, mom, you mind if I talked with Clem for a moment?"
Marisol blinked at this, "Oh, I guess," she looked towards Clem and Louis, "will it take long?"
"Not at all, ma'am," she answered.
"You want us to go too?" Sophie spoke hesitantly wanting more time with Violet.
Before Violet could answer Clem gave the opposite of what she was hoping for, "If you guys don't mind."
All of them looked at each other with disappointing looks before heading out. Both Sophie and Storm gave Violet a kiss on the forehead with Izzy embracing the blonde tightly before following the rest out.
Once everyone left the atmosphere was nothing but cold and empty. Violet had shrunk down into the pillow when she saw Clem and Louis's expressions slowly shift to worrisome and anger.
"Now, what the hell were you thinking, Vi?!" Clem cried with Louis touching her shoulder to try to calm her, "you almost got yourself killed!"
"Well I didn't," she grumbled rubbing Blossom's back in comfort.
Clem glared scoldingly at her, "You left without a word with a guy that I was just starting to trust, not only that, you took Blossom with you when I trusted you weren't pull something like again."
Violet squeezed her eyes shut just ready to spit out what she had to say.
"I wanted to leave," she spat making Clem blink at the response, "I wanted to leave for a long time, Blossom just kept me grounded for a while until I started thinking about it again."
"Vi . . ." Louis's voice butted in, "you never told us that; you never told me that."
"I didn't want to make you feel bad," she frowned, "but you have to understand, when I was sent on that mission and being with Moo again, I felt . . . happy again, and I was so happy I almost forgot about that task."
"Did really have to leave without saying anything?" Clem asked sadly, "I really thought he got you like . . ."
"He's not him," she interrupted coldly, "he's far from him, and I was gonna say goodbye but we just had to leave so soon because of our family needing help."
Clem did remember Coyote telling her about the abduction and how they needed to waste no time on try to get them back. She couldn't blame Violet for wanting to help save her mother but she still couldn't let go of the fact that the two could've at least said something.
But the thing that lingered in Clem's head the most was how Violet really felt her best friend since he made her the happiest she's been in a long time.
She needed answers.
"What's going with you two?" she asked out of the blue, "For like the past month you guys seem to weirder and weirder around each other every day."
Violet's heart skipped at the arising accusation, "Nothing weird, we're just friends."
"Vi, you two sometimes can't take your eyes off each other," she pointed out that day where she noticed that he was being too friendly with her, "what's going on there?"
"Nothing," she remained stubborn as Clem just sighed.
"Vi, I know this is personal but . . . does he like you more than a friend?" Louis asked hesitantly knowing Violet's sexual orientation.
She remained silent but it was enough to answer his question.
"And you know about it," Clem added with a concerned tone in her voice.
Louis went to grab her hand looking straight into her eyes, "You probably won't tell me and that's fine, but do you like him back?"
She still stayed quiet looking away from his gaze but he became extremely shocked when he saw Violet's little nod.
Of course, this came to a surprise to him. All the time she's been at the school he clearly saw that she liked girls no matter how much she tried to hide it, the only that wasn't kept a secret was her and Minerva's relationship. After that, it never crossed his mind Violet would have something with a guy, one of the reasons being that the two being thirteen and twelve with Louis asking her on a date one day ending up getting a punch in the face instead.
Okay, we were dumb little kids, Louis rolled his eyes at the thought, it was probably just Vi being Vi.
Still, she never tried to get with any guys even with the few that asked her out when there were more kids at the school.
Everyone assumed she was a lesbian until he saw her with Moo.
The two had noticeably similar personalities already but they oddly clicked sometime over the month they had been with each other. He made her smile which she rarely did aside from Blossom, all she wanted to do was be around him just like how much she wanted to be around Minerva. He may have been blunt, snarky, and rude to others but he showed Violet nothing but kindness by listening to her, helping her get around, and just kept her company, something Minerva didn't want to always do.
She didn't just leave to save her mother, she wanted to run away with him to be happy.
He wanted to go further, "How do you like him?"
She shrugged, "Like like, like him."
"Oh?"
"I don't even like him," her whole face turned red almost not wanting to say it, "love, I love him."
Both Louis's and Clem's jaws hung low at her confession. This was no high school crush anymore she was actually in love, something else she hasn't been for a long time.
She looked over at Clem who has been one of her longest crushes frowning in guilt as Clem frowned back.
"I know you want me back there, but I realized my place isn't there, it's here with family, my other friends; my place is with him."
Clem and Louis then looked at each other really contemplating what was next. Clem honestly wasn't ready to see the blonde go as so did Louis. She's been at that school so long she thought it would be her place to call home, but, once again, she was wrong.
As for Louis, he didn't want to see her walk away from their home after all they've been through with her basically being some of the only other family he had.
He knew the others would take hard but not as hard as Louis.
Though at the same time he thought if they loved her this much they should . . . let her go.
Clem had to understand that too, it was still kind of new to her. It was a bit hard for her to understand that if really love that person you let them go eventually in order for them to be happy. Violet didn't want to be sheltered from the world because of her condition, she wanted to be free, apparently for a long time.
And when their kids got old enough to get to that point she would have to same no matter how much it would hurt.
He looked over at Clem with a sorrowful expression as her heart couldn't help but race on what he might be thinking.
"We have to," he whispered his eyes becoming teary.
"What?!" she gasped at the decision, "we can't just leave her like that, you know how I feel about communities, and look what happened to her."
"I know but it's not like that like the other groups you told me, hell, her mom's the leader and doesn't seem horrible," he tried to reason, "someone temporarily took over that time and Mary even said they'll heighten security in a case like that happened again."
She pursed her lips looking back at Violet who seemed to have attention all on Blossom, "I just don't want anything else happening to her, ya know."
"That's understandable, Clem, I don't want anything bad happening to her either, but now that her mom's here she's safe now and, most of all, she's in love and I don't wanna deprive her of that just like we wouldn't deprive of Hope and Lee's happiness when they get to that point."
Everything that he was saying hit her right in the heart. Clem couldn't shield her from the world forever, she was an adult with a child of her own just like her. Just like Louis, she loved Violet but realized that by loving her she shouldn't take away her happiness and one of the things that made her happy was being with Moo, the person fell in love with.
Even though I still don't agree with it.
She looked over at Louis with a sad frown, "I hate to do this."
"It'll be okay, Clem," he squeezed her shoulder giving her a reassuring smile, "we're doing this for her, this is where she belongs."
She slowly turned to Violet with tears starting to swell in her eyes. Violet noticed out the corner of her eye that Clem looked at her wanting to say something so she looked at her then furrowed her brows worryingly at her expression.
"Clementine?"
She sniffled, "Vi, you really want to be with him, don't you?"
She nodded without hesitation, "I really do, he needs me."
Clem sighed raggedly trying her best not to burst into tears, "Well . . . Lou and I decided that you . . . you . . ." it was getting harder by the minute, " . . . you can stay."
Violet's eyes went round at this as couldn't believe what she was hearing.
"S-seriously?" she tried to keep in her excitement, "you guys mean that?"
"Yes," Louis spoke knowing Clem was on the verge of tears, "we don't want to get in the way of your happiness."
She frowned, "What about the others?"
"Don't worry about that, we'll tell them what you decided," he sighed, "They won't take it very well but it's for the best."
Couldn't believe this, Violet spent most of her life at that school never thinking she would ever leave. Was leaving behind so many good memories as well as bad ones.
It felt good to have a home but it felt better to have a home with the person you love.
It started to hit her when she realized she was leaving friends behind her as well with so much joy clouding her conflicted feelings.
Tears began to run down her cheeks at the thought of having to leave people that she really cared about like Louis and Clem. It was harder to watch Louis go because she has never had a friend like him and didn't know when she would ever see him again.
"I'm . . . I'm really gonna miss you guys," her voice wavered thinking out loud.
Louis noticed she was starting to get emotional as he went to hug her tightly hugged back. Clem also joined in as she couldn't help but started sobbing when Violet started to cry.
I never realized I was giving up so much.
They stayed like that for minutes until Louis and Clem pulled away wiping some of their tears. He held Violet's hand his thumb rubbing the top gently as tried his best to muster up a smile.
"We been through a lot together, haven't we, Vi?"
She chuckled, "Too much, honestly."
He laughed before slowly frowning again, "Well, we have to leave soon, Vi," he kissed the top of her hand, "I hope everything goes well between you two, and, if you can, you always come back and visit."
"I'll make sure I will."
He stepped aside to let Clem say her final goodbyes as she went over to hug the blonde again.
"Stay safe, you hear?" she said, "get better soon, alright?"
Violet nodded, "I will."
"Make sure that guy's good to you and Blossom because he doesn't deserve someone like you," she whispered, "You're such an amazing person, Vi, don't ever think otherwise, there is no other like you."
She pulled away kissing the side of her cheek making blood rush to her face turning it purely red then kissed Blossom on the forehead. She was thankful Clem didn't notice as the two began to make their way to the door.
"We love you, Violet," Louis told her making the blonde more, "we're really gonna miss you."
That was the last thing he said to her until they finally left leaving Violet already heavily missing the two already.
Now all she needed to do was see Moo and she could finally be happy.
As Moo drove through the light rain Raven put her hand on one of his trembling arms noticing he was starting to get a little warm.
"Please, dude, don't get a fever right now," she groaned, "you're getting overly nervous about this."
"I'm trying not to," he said not taking his eyes off the road, "just thinking about her makes me shit bricks."
"Then don't think about her then."
He turned to glare at her her face turning into a more apologetic look.
"Sorry, that came out wrong, " she chuckled making Moo roll his eyes, "all I'm saying is don't keep stressing about this, just remember what I told you back at the house."
He shook his head, "I mean what is she gonna say when she sees me? Shit, I can't imagine how pissed she might be to see me."
"The only reason I can see her getting pissed at you is that you left her," Raven argued, "other than that, she's probably worried sick because of that whole fucked ordeal you two gone through."
He didn't think about it that way, he may have been the to save her but Violet didn't how he really felt when he was. She didn't know it was sore, bruised, or bleeding out himself.
He just hoped he didn't make her feel that way.
Either way, it was unpredictable how this whole meeting was going to go down. He wanted to believe Raven, he really did, but his negative thoughts just kept clouding his positive judgment.
"I just don't want you stressing out too much for her sake, " she sighed, "I bet she's worried sick about you."
I hope she isn't.
Victoria had grown sick of not knowing where her son could be. She knew that he was upset and wanted to be there because he did all kinds of dangerous things to himself when he was distraught.
Including harming himself.
She wanted to ride over to his apartment to see if went over there but kept thinking about all the other possible places he would go. Her head just kept spinning at the fact there were so many places with probably little time to finding her baby before he did any damage.
She jumped out of her thoughts when she saw Cobra's limping figure rushing towards her along with two others following behind him.
She smiled with a bit of relief, "Mis hijos, " she breathed to herself.
Before she could speak to them he wrapped his arms tightly around her as she didn't have to hesitate to return the gesture.
"How are they doing?" he asked making Victoria frown.
"Violet's fine but Matéo isn't feeling well."
He quickly pulled away looking at his mother with concern and worry, "Not feeling well? W-what's wrong with him? Where is he?"
"Oh no, no!" Victoria stopped him from getting the wrong idea, "he's just not feeling well about the whole situation about Violet after the surgery, he just feels culpable."
"How come? He saved her life after all."
She shrugged, "I know, I know, he just cares a lot about her, ya know?"
"I guess."
She left out the part where he admitted he was in love with her too.
Victoria then turned her attention to the other figures that were Nicóle and Lynx. The two just stared at her wearing guilty expressions while Victoria looked at them blankly.
She honestly didn't know what to think of her two children, Nicóle had turned her back on her back at the mansion, Lynx had a history of abusing Moo without her knowledge, and the two betraying the group by joining Miguel.
She loved them no matter what but couldn't help but be disappointed in them for what they did.
"Haven't seen you for a while, mamá," Lynx smiled sheepishly, "glad you aren't dead."
Victoria stayed quiet turning to Nicóle to see what she had to say. Like her, she looked down staying quiet, and if her eyes weren't deceiving her, it looked as though she's been crying not too long ago by her glossy pink eyes. She wondered to herself what was there to cry about? She didn't want her mother, everyone made it out, and she and Lynx weren't shut out by Marisol.
What more was there?
Then it caught Victoria's eye when Nicóle looked up at her beginning to speak.
"Mamá, I-I didn't mean what happened back there," she apologized shyly making Victoria raise a brow at this, "Seeing you back there it felt so unbelievable. I had to stand my ground so wouldn't seem weak like everyone else sees me."
Victoria frowned sullenly, "But did you have to make it seem like you hated me? Everything I did for you two, everything we had! And you just tossed away like basura."
"I don't want you to feel that way, mom!" she cried out, "We had to stay hard in front of Miguel, it was one the only ways to not let him see you as a disappointment."
"But you two aren't disappointments to me, " Victoria grabbed her daughter's hands her eyes full of heartache, "I may be upset for what you did, but I see you no less than my babies, and your padre should've seen you the same way."
Lynx sighed through his nose, "And I guess he never will."
"We just wanted to apologize for everything we did and took Miguel dying to realize that we were traitors to our group, Miguel was just using us, and Lynx losing the love of his life."
He sniffled at the mention of Izzy.
"We're trying to be better, mom, we already started with helping you guys escape, we're not asking to come back but all we ask is for you to give us another chance."
Her eyes moved to Cobra who just remained still before stiffly nodding at his mother.
Though she would give them a clear answer it was really up to Marisol to decide. She knew Marisol wasn't the forgiving type, she was colder on those types of things. She only forgave a person if she felt like they deserved it.
But in this case, Victoria thought they did.
She looked back over to them trying her best to hold back tears, "You know I forgive you but if Marisol doesn't I'll do everything I can to try to convince her."
"I will too, " Cobra added with a smile.
She went over to embrace them as they took no time to hug back their mother tightly. Cobra soon joined in as couldn't help staying from one of the most heartfelt moments between them in a long time.
They were finally a family again, now the only person that was missing from this reunion was Moo.
"We're here, dude, " Raven said with concern in her tone, "Anything else you wanna get off your chest?"
Moo turned over to the hospital before slowly shaking his head, "Nothing else, I'm ready."
She smiled at him softly holding his hand, "That's good, just remember what I said and if you need me I'm there."
The two soon got out with Smokey following behind them before entering the hospital.
"You think we should go look for him?" Storm asked worryingly, "It's been almost an hour."
"I guess, " Sophie said then felt ill to her stomach, "You don't he's out doing . . ."
"If he is I'll make sure to cast—"
"Storm, stop it!!" she cried in disgust covering her ears, "It was just my big mouth thinking out loud, I shouldn't have even assumed something like that in the first place."
Storm shook her head and sighed, "I dunno why I thought that either, but I still wanna go look for him, I hate that he did that in the first place."
"We can go check the apartment and start from there."
"We can do that."
As the two went to the exit stairs they jumped at the sight of a large black wolf running towards them leaping on the two. Moments later, Raven rushed up the stairs finding the wolf pinning Storm and Sophie on the floor constantly licking their faces.
"Smokey, get off of them!" she commanded, the wolf instantly backing away with a whimper.
While Sophie sat up laughed out loud Storm was quick to cringe in disgust wiping away most of Smokey's slob. She turned her attention to Raven who gave them a half-smirk helping the two up. Sophie then leaped into the girl's arms without hesitation with Storm face brightening at the sight of Raven.
"I missed you, I missed you, I missed you!" Sophie squealed happily hugging her tighter.
"Sophe, please, if you missed her that much you wouldn't want to kill her, " Storm said pulling the redhead off of her letting Raven take a breath, "It's good to see you by the way."
Raven huffed, "Yeah, glad you guys were able to make it out."
Storm frowned, "Vi wasn't so lucky though, she was stabbed but Matias was able to pull her through, " she ran her fingers through her hair with a sigh, "If only he was—"
She paused when Sophie gasped ecstatically at a large figure coming up the stairs. Storm's eyes began to beam at the figure that was becoming clear to her as well.
"Moo!!" Sophie shouted with a burst of happiness the two wrapping their arms around each other.
Storm couldn't help but join in with Moo wrapping an arm around her too holding onto them with his life. He truly missed the girls, especially Storm, he didn't realize how much she meant to him before he thought he was going to die. For Sophie and Izzy, he missed the positivity and joy they brought to him every day, if he needed a laugh they were there.
"Don't you two ever scare me like that again, " Storm whined hugging a Moo tighter.
Moo chuckled, "I might for your sake."
Storm growled lowly, "Matias . . ."
"You know I'm playing, Stormy."
She pulled away narrowing her eyes at him while Sophie stayed close beside him with his arm around her shoulder.
"Vi really wants to see you, Moo, " Sophie told him with a soft smile that slowly faded into a frown, "She was very upset when you left like that."
Moo wince guiltily, he wasn't in the right state of mind back then but now he acknowledge that he was a complete asshole for walking out on her just because of what she thought of him.
"Well he's back, " Raven spoke up putting her hand over his shoulder, "And I'm just here for moral support.
"How is she?" Moo asked concerningly.
"She's fine, but they did give her a pain reliever so she might be sleeping."
"Oh, " Moo looked down sadly.
"B-but she's most likely awake!" Sophie quickly tried to cheer him up, "It's been a while ago anyway, she might be up by now."
Raven and Moo looked at each other with Moo giving Raven an unsure look. Raven really wanted the two to reunite so she thought it was best to double-check before waiting until she woke up.
"We can go see, " Raven informed looking while looking at Moo, "if she's still asleep we can wait."
Sophie nodded, "Sounds fair."
At that, Raven grabbed Moo's hand guiding him where Sophie was leading them to the room. As he shyly followed Storm tightly gripped his arm giving him a deadly stare.
"I know your secret, Matias, " she reminded him lowly, "And if I hear on one peep out of one of you upstairs you're getting a special nurturing appointment from me; and trust me, you'll be getting more than what you bargained for."
He gulped at that knowing she was serious and was capable of doing it.
I might have move out or something.
After that, he continued to follow Sophie and Raven ready to see Violet again.
Violet's eyes were heavy when barely waking up. The nurses had told her that the medicine would put her out for a bit and asked would like to take it later. But she wanted it as soon as possible for she was in too much pain, so, afterward, she ended being knocked out after less than twenty minutes, sleeping for over an hour, and hardly waking up.
"Mama?" she Blossom's tiny concerned voice."
She smiled tiredly noticing that she just woke up too, "Hey, sweet face." she kissed her forehead, "I never got to tell you how sorry I am for leaving you."
In response, Blossom just touched her patch sliding her hand down her mother's cheek.
"I wove you, mama, " she yawned resting her head on her shoulder.
Violet's lip trembled trying her best to hold it in but tears started to rapidly run down her cheeks.
"I love too, Blossie, " she whispered stroking delicate dark hair, "Mommy's never gonna stop loving you."
Motherhood's just been so emotional for me.
She quickly wiped away some of her tears and clearing her throat when she heard a the door opening with slight creak.
"Vi, " she heard Sophie's soft voice call out quietly, "You awake?"
"I am, " she answered groggily, "You need something?"
"Someone's here to see you."
Violet rolled her eyes and groaned, "More?"
"I promise this is worth it, Vi, " Sophie reassured her, "Just give me a sec."
She sighed at the fact everyone else came back except for Moo. Tears started to roll down again as she started to think about all those negative possibilities on what he might doing right now without her.
Maybe I'm no good to him anymore, she thought painfully, too broken, I guess.
As she started to cry she heard large paws rapidly getting louder before yelped in fear at a massive wolf head popping up beside her bed.
"Woofy, woofy!!" Blossom exclaimed happily reaching to pet the wolf that turned out to be Smokey.
He instead jumped on the bed licking both Blossom and Violet getting slobber on both of them.
"Oh for fuck sake, " she heard an angry girl voice growl, "Get off of people!"
When Smokey was pulled off the bed by his collar his colossal figure revealed the girl to be Raven. Her frustrated expression turned into a more affectionate one when she saw Violet.
"Hey, beautiful, " she chirped kissing her on the cheek making Violet blush, "Doin' okay?"
"Yeah, " she yawned tiredly her eyes struggling to stay open, "Still hurts like hell but I'll be fine."
"At least you'll have a cool ass scar, " she pointed out.
Violet scoffed, "Like I need more of those already."
Raven's face then slowly changed into a more serious expression touching Violet's cheek while Violet raised a brow in confusion wondering about how Raven really felt.
"I know you're still hurting, " she whispered, "And I wanna make you feel better by bringing someone back to you."
She cocked her head at that.
"I'll get out of your guys' hair but just if you have any trouble just holler for me alright? I'll be right out in the hall."
When she walked out she left Violet very confused on what other person wanted to see her. She honestly didn't want to see anyone right now, sure it was nice to see Raven but she just wasn't in the mood for false hope.
She heard the door open again but just let her eyes get the better of her not wanting to talk to the person anyway.
But they quickly shot up when she heard a voice she doubted she would ever hear again.
"Hey, sunshine, " Moo chuckled softly gradually walking towards her bed, "You don't look all that thrilled to see me."
She felt like she was dreaming, she had to blink a few times to make sure she wasn't. She thought he left her for good never wanting to see her again after all that has happened. However, he was right here standing beside her bedside.
She wanted to get up and hug him but was too drugged out to even get up so all she could was helplessly reach to him begging for his affection.
"Moo, " she beamed reaching out to him as he came closer, "Moo, baby, come here."
He couldn't help but fall into her arms the two holding each other with their lives. He never knew how much he missed the blonde over those past hours, now he just wanted to be in her presence for as long as he could.
"I missed you so much, " Violet continued stroking his dreads.
"I missed you too, " he breathed feeling more and more regret each minute.
He then pulled away with guilt starting to overwhelm him as he started to cry. Violet cupped his cheek in concern wondering what made him so upset.
"Hey, what's the matter?" she cooed wiping away some of his tears with her thumb.
"This, " he sniffled, "I did this to you, I put you in here and yet, you're not angry at me."
She frowned, "I have no reason to get upset with you, Moo, you saved my life by the way."
"But everything I done to you back at the mansion, I was so afraid that you would leave me for good, " he looked down squeezing his eyes shut, "I would if I were you."
"That wasn't your fault, none of it was. I need you to get that whatever happened Miguel was the one that hurt the both of us and put me in here, not you, " she sighed heavily starting into his teary eyes, "When you left after the surgery I really thought you were done with me, I didn't know you were hurting this bad."
"And I hate that you felt that way. Vi, there's no other girl in the world that can make feel special as much as you can, " he held her hand making her smile, "You're everything to me and for you to leave me it would just kill me, that's why I left, but it was a stupid fucking way to go about it and I'm so, so sorry."
"It understand, you're heart's been broken too much, so has mine. I never wanna hurt you like that in any way."
He fidgeted his fingers, "But what about your people? They're bound to get you anytime now and make you leave."
"They did come, " Moo's heart jumped at this not ready to hear what they had to say, "And they said I could stay."
His eyes went round whipping his around at Violet's grinning face, almost couldn't believe it. She had to have said something to convince them, otherwise, they wouldn't have let her go for no reason.
"W-what did you say?" he asked trying not to get over-excited.
"I told them the truth about us."
They know now about the relationship and they still didn't make her come back with them?
Is she talking about the right people?
He got a bit curious if she went on to detail, "What all did you tell them about us?"
She sighed, "That we're together, Moo. They did want me to come back but I told them I would be safe here and that being with you has made me the happiest I've ever been in my life."
His heart fluttered at her words, he didn't know how much he meant to her. They may have been best friends in the past but their friendship has grown into something deeper than just a small relationship.
They grew into lovers that wanted nothing other than to be with each other.
"They wanted me to keep being happy; you make me happy, Moo, what more could I ask for?" she reached and grabbed his hand gazing into his eyes, "I told them that I loved you and that my place is with you."
Moo blinked, "Is it . . . true?"
"You know it is."
The two continued to get lost in each other's eyes before Moo slowly leaned to Violet's face placing his lips onto hers. She held the back of his head kissing him back with love and passion. The two had longed for each other after the whole ordeal, neither of the two had seen how much they greatly missed each other with Moo fearing for her life and Violet afraid he had left her.
Now the two were together and could live peacefully at last with nothing else standing in their way on living the life they've always wanted.
They soon pulled away with Moo pressing his forehead against her smiling softly at her as she returned the expression.
