I have always favored the Snowbarry ship. I love how much chemistry is between them both and was rooting for Snowbarry since day 1. It has been so. Many years so I have decided to write some fanfiction about them. By the way, some scenes may get very intense just a heads up.
It was a typical Friday morning. As Caitlin's alarm went off, she quickly jolted up falling on the floor and bumping her head. "Shit!" she exclaimed. Caitlin tried not to yell to loud because she had remembered she had just gotten a new roommate.
Caitlin slowly stumbled out of bed and into the shower. The hot water felt so good running down her entire body as she began to feel her body release cortisol. As she steps out of the shower and starts to get dressed, she lets out a sigh. As Caitlin walks out of the bathroom, she sees her roommate, Iris.
In her hand was a small stuffed bear from her fiancé, Eddie. Caitlin frowned, envying that closeness Iris and Eddie shared. Caitlin sighed again as she slipped out the door, carful not to wake Iris.
At this moment she couldn't get someone out of her head.
As she starts to walk over to S.T.A.R. Labs she stops by Jitters on the way, Caitlin saw that her friend Kendra was the Barista today, so she decided to wait in line and say hi.
When she got to the front of the line, she decided to do something nice today and bring everyone a coffee. So, she ordered four coffee's, for Harry, Cisco, Barry, and herself. When she got to the front of the line, she payed for the coffee and exchanged pleasantries with Kendra. "Say hi to everyone at S.T.A.R. Lab for me." Caitlin smiled, "Will do." She replied.
Then Caitlin started walking to S.T.A.R. Labs again with the coffees.
As she walked into S.T.A.R. Labs, Harry and Cisco were working on a prototype for device to boost Barry's speed, while Barry was in the speed lab training. As Caitlin walked in, she first gave Harry his coffee. "Thanks Snow." Harry said in his normal mumbling voice. "You're welcome." Then she gave Cisco his coffee. Cisco said, "thanks Caitlin".
She then walked into the speed lab as Barry stopped running. "Hey Cait." Barry said in a friendly manner. "Thank you" he said, as she handed him the coffee.
Caitlin didn't look as bright as usual when she said hi to Barry every day. She looked deep in thought.
"You alright Cait?" Barry asked
"Yeah, I'm fine", she replied.
"Good."
But before Barry got a chance to speed away again, Caitlin stopped him. "actually… do you want to get dinner later?"
Barry wasn't sure what to think. Was this supposed to be a date? But Barry was too scared to know the answer, he had never really looked at Caitlin it that way. Even so, he would never miss an opportunity to hang out with his best friend. "Sure. Does 7ish work with you?"
Caitlin smiled, "7 is great. Just meet me at Jitters, I'll take it from there."
Barry looked a little puzzled but shrugged it off anyways.
