Hey y'all! Welcome back to 50 Nobleshipping Drabbles! Only 4 chapters after this guys! We're so close to finishing the story! I had a bit of trouble thinking of a good prompt for this chapter, but I eventually came up with this prompt.

Prompt #46: Sweet and Sour. Rating: K
Critias couldn't understand it. Even as he watched Zigfried eat the marshmellow and sugar treats called peeps, he just couldn't understand how Zigfried didn't recoil at just how sweet the confections were. Critias couldn't stand how sweet some of the candy Zigfried ate was. Peeps were only one of those super sweet candies he could bring himself to eat. This list also included white chocolate, gumdrops, toffee, and the pixy stix candy.
At the same time, Zigfried couldn't understand how Critias liked the candy HE ate. Zigfried just couldn't manage to eat the candy his boyfriend ate. Critias didn't like sweet candy, but rather preferred the more tart or sour candy like Sour Patch Kids, dark chocolate, various sour gummy candies, and even Warheads. Zigfried couldn't stand how tart these candies were, and it amazed him how his boyfriend was able to eat them with no issues.
While they did have their own favorite candies, there were quite a few they both liked. Cotton candy, red licorice, Sweettarts, candy canes, and many more were the perfect balance of sweet and not sweet that allowed the two to enjoy eating them together. Zigfried smiled at the thought as he ate another one of the marshmellow and sugar chicks that he always bought around Easter time. He chuckled at the face Critias made.
"Liebe, don't you vant one?" he asked, holding out the treats to the knight. Critias looked at them, then looked back up at the German. "Zigfried…. You know I hate Peeps… they're too sweet…" the blonde said, frowning. "Nonsense! Zhey taste vonderful!" Zigfried said as he pulled the treats back to himself. Critias shook his head and took a package of sour gummy worms from the basket in the center of the counter, opening it and eating as Zigfried made a face.
"you're horrible…" said Zigfried, glaring at the bag of gummy worms. "Love you too Zigfried….." said Critias, grinning. Zigfried rolled his eyes and smiled. He couldn't make Critias eat sweet candy, but he didn't mind. They had their preferences, and they were perfectly ok with that.
