So it Begins

As the gates opened, all discussions stopped. My head was low, my body tensed as I walked between monsters and men. Upon my back, Atlas shifted, his thighs clenching my sides harder as the monsters stared at us in awe.

The fires gave out more heat than light as we began our trek. The demigods' parted, their eyes filled with wariness as they stared at my body mass. Hm, I wonder if I reveal my full height if they will-

What the-

I snapped at a hellhound who dared to attempt to sniff my behind, my claws out and ready to dig into its face. I am not your friend, do not trifle with me, pest. It whimpered, head bowed low in submission as it retreated with its tail between its legs.

Good, know your place.

Empousai snarled, smashing the butt of her trident onto the ground. Her sisters made a line at the side of us, barring any other monster or human for coming close. Another snarl and they all slammed their trident butts unto the floor, similar to the way the Spartans did as their champion came, except with grim silence instead of rousing cheers. Armoured Telekhines opened the gates and bowed in deference as we passed.

The swirled above us, dark and angered as it bore down on upon the straining blonde. Huh, I expected her hair to be longer. Ah, there's the strain. I eyed the strand of white hair, before I grunt, as Atlas dismounted, the tank of a man elbowing me in my side. With his hand outstretched, a javelin formed with his reach as he sat upon the Silver throne slowly being brought back into reality. The shadows curled around his frame, the only thing exposing his location to the three souls watching is the javelin that gleamed in the fire.

Wait….three-?

I snapped to the first soul watching. Onyx eyes and raven hair. She stiffened as my eyes, alight with all-seeing magic, bore down upon her. Ah, Zoe. She stiffened, eyeing me warily as I circled her soul form. Beautiful as ever, traitor. I turned toward the other soul, who seemed ignorant of my eyes staring at his orange and blue form.

Perseus Jackson. In the soul. Oh, you are short.

His hair was messy as ever, his sea-green eyes glowing with his father's power over the seas, unnoticeable to those that have no bestial form. The bags under his eyes were more pronounced, his fist clenched as he stared in at his friend. His eyebrows furrowed, looking a little intense as Atlas chuckled, his voice drawing the demigods' attention.

My eyes strayed to the goddess chained at Luke's feet. Silver eyes. I wonder why they don't portray you much in RWBY/PJO crossovers…You'd be much better there than old Perseus...

The goddess glared, the chains that kept her in check rattling.

"How is the bearer?" Atlas ask, his presence reminding me of the times of old. Luke, ever the caretaker, rushed to Annabeth's side, his hand on her neck, checking for the faint pulse.

"She's fading," He said, as he turned to Atlas. With a flex of his power, Artemis was dragged towards the demigoddess in pain.

"You heard him, Huntress. Decide." Atlas demanded, the javelin pointing to her spine. She scowled.

"Free my hands." She declared. With a flashy twirl of his blade, he slashed, the chains coming apart like cornflakes out a box. She leapt forward, bearing the sky on her shoulders. Annabeth collapsed, ending up by Luke's feet.

Atlas hummed, and I tuned out the rest of the dialogue, focusing on the third soul.

IT, looked like a human, its hair neatly combed, and its blue eyes widening in surprise as I stalked towards it. A snarl escaped me, my claws alight in a blue fire as I brought it down upon the pretender.

SNIP.

Its soul was gone, alongside the other viewers. Atlas stood, his eyes narrowing at the area my claws gorged. His eyes snapped towards my bristled form.

"What did you see, Xénos?"

I snarled, my claws retracting, my head lowered at the spot.

"Fate has deemed it necessary to gift me another Heracles."

Atlas scoffed, his eyes revealing to me his amusement. "You dealt with him quite fine last time, why are you worried-"

"THIS ONE IS FATE'S CHOSEN!" I roared.

-May I introduce my friend, linebreak, and his girlfriend, POV change?-

"You see what you are up against."

"I don't see why I have to do it."

Old arms held my own in a vice-like grip as yellow eyes looked at me. In her hands was a grey string that vibrated in my presence. Clotho looked at me with a smile. It wasn't a nice smile.

"You don't have a choice." Her arm plunged into my chest, Alight with a multitude of colours. I screamed.

"You never did."

I gasped, my hand reaching over my chest as I rose from my bed. Beads of sweat ran down my face as Percy stumbled towards me.

"You alright Theo?" I nodded, not trusting my voice. My brother looked unconvinced.

"I'm fine Percy. Just a dream."

"Alright, alright. Get dressed. We have to see Chiron."

BOOM! INTRODUCTION TO THE MAIN ANTAGONISTS.

THE FUCKN FATES.

AND THEIR CHOSEN? ANOTHER OC THAT'S THE SON OF POSEIDON ALSO!

Right, so I did say that I wanted to write a good Percy betrayed fic, what other to start it than with a prequel? Yes, you're reading a prequel!

Surprise motherfuckas!

I chose the fates because come on, who likes when something deviates from the plan? Nemean Lion, suddenly smort? Not a problem, Heracles gonna off him. Heracles gets his arm chewed off? Okay, next quest! Write how he killed it, enchant some poor lion's hide to be impenetrable and drop it at Heracles Doorstep! Task complete!

Alright so yeah, this chapter sucked ass. I wanted to completely delete it and just write the Museum scene, but I had to introduce the main antagonists and their unwilling henchman! And I'm pretty sure there's nowhere else to introduce that would be very much dramatic. Yes, spoilers; Percy is gonna get horned, but that's not how he leaves CHB in the next fic.

That, my friend, is gonna be, awesome! U know what, I might just write it- nahh Imma focus on this fanfic alone.

Yes, the next chapter is going to be Museum, with some tension between ole boi Neamen and Atlas.

Annabeth lives. For now.

:/

Malice: Okay, first off Why tf are you a guest if you read my shit? Get an account dumbass. And secondly, I'd like to be a ghostwriter. Sounds fun.

Kinglayla: Why tf are you on fanfiction if you don't know shit? :/

Bable631: I mean, yeah but last time I check this fandom favourites, it was only overpowered!Percy and the communities...fuckn overpowered Percy or a Percy blessed by all the fuckn Olympians. Like no. It doesn't make sense. The stories are boring, or either a cringe-fest like this one :/ and I'm not going anywhere with this fic except to the museum.

Overlord Makluan: Absolutely. But how is the real question you should be asking.

Shadowlorde: You an FSN fan my friend?
