Time Period: A Flashback
Place: A Hospital Delivery Room
Event: Wesley's premature birth and death
A Nurse (shifting the fetal heartbeat monitor on Stiles' stomach): Your baby has a condition called PROM. This is why your baby is arriving early.
Stiles (choked up, he rubs his stomach): What is PROM?
Nurse: PROM stands for Premature Rupture of Membranes
Derek (fighting back tears): Our son's name is Wesley. Is it possible for him to survive outside the womb?
Nurse: Let's take it one step at a time.
Stiles (feeling uncomfortable in the stirrups): I must push
The Doctor: Stiles, you can't push yet. You must wait for your contractions to start up again. They will help you to push.
Stiles: OH GOD! I am having them again.
The Doctor (preparing for the delivery): Listen to your body. Use your contractions to push out the baby.
