-This oneshot is about the statement that Andy made in the flashback of the wedding scene before she walked down the aisle in 3x12-

It was 7:30 in the morning and the sun had just risen about 30 minutes ago. It was a pretty sunny morning which was always a good thing especially when wanting to start the day off early and planning activities that deal with the outdoors.

Robert had a special adventure planned today for Andy due to the fact that he knows that he has made some faults in both their friendship and their now newly found relationship. He knows that he can't change what has already been done so instead he is planning on focusing on their future.

He turned off his phone beside him on the bedside table and slowly got up out of the bed of which Andy had been sleeping peacefully next to him. He went into his bathroom and he brushed his teeth and took a quick shower.

Before leaving his room completely he applied some lotion to his body and he put on his deodorant and then his black sweatpants and tan colored T-shirt. He sprayed a few sprays of cologne onto his shirt and made his way downstairs and into the kitchen.

He knew that Andy wasn't a big morning eater; just a simple coffee and some buttered toast would be enough for her until she at least had more energy inside of her. Due to the fact of what he had planned for her in the late morning he decided to make her a bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar sprinkled on the top and a side of fruit with her coffee just the way she liked.

"Andy wake up please" he said rubbing her cheeks softly.

"Robert please no not today I just want to sleep." Andy commented pulling the covers over her head noticing he pulled the curtains open revealing the natural light.

"I have breakfast for you and I also have something planned" He commented setting the meal down onto her side table.

Andy turned over to look at what he placed down and even though he couldn't see her face fully she gave the thought of him cooking her breakfast a smile. She removed the covers from herself and sat up in the bed looking directly over at him.

"Good Morning to you too . Thanks for making breakfast"

Robert then decided to climb back into bed in a sitting up position and before he went back onto his phone he placed a gentle kiss onto her cheek and smiled up at her crazy bed head.

"What are we doing today?" Andy asked taking a bite of the warm nicely sweetened oatmeal into her mouth.

"Releasing built up emotions" Robert answered simply hoping that he wouldn't have to elaborate any further due to the fact of him not wanting her to back out of the plan.

After Andy finished eating she got up and brought the dishes downstairs and into the kitchen and washed up the dishes and then went back into the bathroom and took a shower.

"Why are you watching me?" Andy asked laughing noticing Robert standing in the bathroom doorway looking directly at her.

"No reason just came to ask if you could please move a little faster." He replied looking down at phone.

Andy rolled her eyes at him and slightly pushed him away from the door and closed it.

"I'll be done in a minute just wait Robert" she called out hoping he heard her.

After getting completely dressed in a pair of black jeans and a tan shirt to match with Robert she added in her silver hoop earrings and put her hair into a slick low back bun and met Robert downstairs on the couch.

"Oh so your trying to match me I see; even down to our sneakers" Robert said hugging her close to him and leaning down to kiss her.

While waiting on Andy to finish getting dressed upstairs in the room, Robert thought about if what he was planning on doing was the right decision or not. He had spoke to Andy about the passing of her best friend after they had made up with each other and she had told him many stories about her restless nights and her screaming into pillows just to release her emotions when it became too much to process.

Andy was strong, fearless, and a person who loved ongoing action. She was never the type to back down from something unless completely necessary so yes hearing the words from Robert about her needing to take a break did hurt her emotionally but she was grateful for the time off to just think even if that was the last thing she wanted to do.

"Andy before we go to where we are going I want you to know how much I care about you and how much you mean to me even if I don't say it often." He stated rubbing his hand softly against her lower back.

"You mean a lot to me too now let's get going because I see you keep eyeing your phone which could only mean we're on a times schedule" Andy responded walking away from him and following him out of the door.

After a 30 minute drive they pulled up to an abandoned warehouse that had caution tape around the front of it and a crew of construction workers who were working on demolishing a part of the building.

"Robert what are we doing?" Andy asked looking out at the building not really putting together the pieces.

"Andy this is a condemned burn site. This was once a warehouse building that was used for storage for certain businesses. Half of the building caught on fire but with how the wind was blowing that night it quickly caught up and before they knew it the entire building was up in flames. This building has already been investigated and investigation is now closed and they've already decided that this building can't be repaired so it's getting taken down fully the day after tomorrow." Robert began saying but was cut off by Andy question.

"What exactly does this have to do with anything though?"

"Like I said earlier this is a way for you to release your emotions. I know you have plenty built up somewhere inside of you and what better way than to you know help smash in some walls, a couple beer bottles and other things. You can go and scream, cry do whatever it can be about the loss of your best friend, me, just anything you want.I brought you some eye protection, a pair of gloves, noise cancellation headphones and a hammer. I'll walk you to a safe enough place in the back and then wait for you out here in the car. Take as long as you need and we'll go from there."

Andy listened carefully to his every word and while the thought of his idea was clearly made out of good intentions Andy didn't know exactly how she felt about doing the actual damage. She knew she definitely was still shaken up from the night Ryan died, she knew that if she listened close enough in a silent room she could hear the faint crying of Milo and the heaving panting and gasping from Ryan. This is what she needed, she needed something to make her feel, something to lash her anger out without actually hurting someone around her, this was something she knew that could help her enough to drop the heavy baggage on her back and come back to the real world fully.

"Let's do it, but I want you there with me please I want you to just keep an eye on me so nothing happens. Firefighters can't go in without a partner, nobody goes in without partners" Andy said seriously looking up at Robert.

"Understood"

Robert then leaned over and gave her one last kiss and opened his door and got out. He walked over to the passenger door and opened it for Andy. He gently took her hands and placed the heavy duty glove onto each hand and made sure it was secured. He then slid on the eye protection glasses and placed on her noise canceling headphones and helped her out of the car. He gave her the hammer and locked up the car. They walked passed all of the construction workers who were all doing their own things already knowing that the both of them were coming.

Andy walked into the safe side and noticed that the part of the building she was in, clearly wasn't as bad as the rest but with her quick firefighter instinct she looked around for any roof damage or water damage. When she felt safe enough she began doing what Robert brought her there to do.

She took the hammer and softly swung at the two beer bottles that sat in front her. She watched as they exploded into multiple tiny glass pieces. She was immediately reminded of her mother and that fact of she left her with what seemed to be little to no reasoning. She began getting infuriated at the thought of how many memories she could've been making with her both in the past and right now in the current time and so she swung again at the next two bottles watching them do the same thing like before. She couldn't hear the shattering which she was grateful for because the only thing she wanted was to feel this pain to filter out of her.

Bottle after bottle, scene after scene Andy just kept on going. She kept stopping and thinking about something else she had been holding in and taking a breathe and swinging. After she had finished breaking all 25 beer bottles she walked back over to where she left Robert.

"You ok?" He immediately asked noticing the tears in her eyes and the reddish color on her face.

He lead her over to a secluded area away from everyone and embraced her into a hug. He knew he couldn't find the words to say as he knew there probably wasn't anything she wanted to hear at this moment anyway. Robert pulled out a small thing of tissues from his back packet and helped clean up Andys face. After he felt like her face was clear enough he handed her an iced cold water bottle of which she took a few sips and handed it back to him.

"Thank you" she whispered rubbing her hand up and down his chest.

"You spent maybe like 35 minutes doing that" Robert commented which made Andys eyes go wide.

"I was there for that long it felt like ten minutes the most."

"It's fine I could tell you needed that." He replied.

After a couple more minutes of taking a break, Robert walked Andy back over to her small section and handed her back the hammer and gave her a smile.

This was the part that Andy didn't know if any damage would be done considering that she didn't feel strong enough to break through a wall at the moment but she knew that just the rapid force of pressure was enough to break out her lasts few inside thoughts.

Andy was now yet again thankful that with her job there was more painful things she had to do including wearing the heavy ponds of gear at least twice each shift.

She took one swing at the wall testing it out. As the thoughts came back to her mind she threw punch after punch into the wall not realizing that she was actually doing damage. With this new set of emotions that flooded over her she couldn't take it her eyes clouded over in tears and she began screaming a bunch of different words into the walls not caring who heard her anymore. She thought about how her father had messed up the one thing she had always dreamed of while being in the job she is in, she thought about how closed off Robert was to her after their first kiss of which she could've sworn was the best decision she made considering how fast their friendship shifted, she thought about the looks her best friend gave her that day as she walked past her with no remorse after taking a job that was equally important to all three of them.

Everything flooded over her and everything in her body ran hot. She swung a couple more times repeatedly blow after blow until she felt like it was enough for her. She dropped the hammer and leaned against the wall crying out whatever emotions she had left to remove. She knew by now she looked anything but good but with having a man like Robert he would literally tell you otherwise.

Robert came and embraced Andy from behind resting his chin on her shoulder holding her up as she cried. He knew this was it, he knew at this point that this was the right decision despite him standing up for nearly two hours watching her; now it was worth it because the one person closet to him was now back on the path to feeling better.

Andy turned to look up at Robert who instantly removed her glasses and her headphones and smiled at her. He then lifted her up into his arms and placed kisses all over her face.

"Stop Robert put me down please I'm tired and dizzy as is already" Andy commented.

"Are you happy? Do you feel okay?" He started asking out quickly.

"Yes to everything. Thank you for being one of the best things in my life and thank you for always trying to make me feel better even when I'm being very hardheaded and stubborn" she said laughing at him bringing her hand down to his waist playing with the strings on his sweatpants.

"Don't do it" Robert stated realizing the sudden change in the mood that was created from before.

"Everyone's gone for lunch now" she replied looking up at him realizing she wasn't going to get her way. "Fine back at your place then?" she asked.

"We'll see as for now let's grab our own lunch and get you into a shower."

"Can I try some of yours?" Andy asked Robert who was eating a grilled chicken wrap and had a smoothie made with strawberries, banana and pineapple.

After getting the ok she tried a bite of his wrap and when finished she took a sip of his smoothie.

"Next time I'm going to get your smoothie" Andy said softly regretting her choice of getting the peach coconut flavored smoothie.

They ate in the car looking out onto the lake of which Robert had found and decided to park in front of. They made small talk due to the fact of not knowing how or if they wanted to rip of the bandaid from their previous emotional activity.

"Can we not tell my dad about what we did at least not yet?" Andy asked as Robert put the car back into drive.

"This is 100% your personal business so I promise you I won't talk to anyone about it." Robert answered truthfully.

"So now that we're full and I released all my heartfelt emotions, is that deal still available seeing that we have plenty of time before night even comes." Andy said persuasively putting her hand on his thigh.

"Actually can I get you a rain check for maybe next week I'm kind of tired now from eating." Robert answered trying to contain his smile.

"Very funny but I guess your just going to have to wish you never said that because now I'm going to torture you with the look but no touch game all the way until next week."

Robert groaned at Andy statement realizing that he should've just agreed like he planned to in the first place because now his words had officially backfired on him.

"I take it back;Andy please"

"No take backs Robert Sullivan just get ready to let the games begin" Andy said laughing removing her hand from off of him and turned to look out the window.
