Chapter Six - School Turmoil

()()()

Edward couldn't focus on class. School was the last thing on his hungover mind. Last night he had been much drunker than he thought. Passing around the bottle of whiskey had been a little too much. Though perhaps the nights events would not have occurred if not for whiskey. Thank god for whiskey.

He had kissed Edward.

It was Edwards first kiss. He took his kiss virginity, without even asking first. The man must be at least a hundred years old, and beautiful to boot. How had he not kissed anyone before? How did he feel about Jacob just kissing him like that? He didn't seem mad, but maybe he should have been.

If Edward has never kissed anyone... He must be a real virgin too.

"56" Whispered Embry into his ear.
"What?" Jake asked, way too loud. Surprised out of his reverie.
"What is the answer to this problem Jacob?" Asked an irritated sounding Mr Delaney. "You need to pay attention Jacob, These questions will, no doubt, be on the upcoming quiz."
"Sorry, Mr Delaney." Jacob said, clearly embarrassed about being caught daydreaming.

As Quill and Jake walked out of their last class for the day, Jake's hair got swept about his head in the strong winds.

He hadn't payed attention all day.

"Bit hungover are we?" Inquired Quill.
"Yeah, can't seem to think straight today. Replied a tired Jake.
"Ya' know, I've been thinking... maybe I should just shoot my shot with Jessica? What could go wrong? Maybe she would go out with me...? What do you think I should do, Jake? Asked Quill.
"Crazier things have happened."
Jake knew this perfectly well, yesterday was the perfect example of a crazy romantic...miracle?
"I've been meaning to tell you something, Jake."
"Ah yeah, What's that? He responded curiously.
"Seth Clearwater was at my place the other day, He asked what's been going on with you lately. Apparently he overheard his dad, Harry, talking to your dad. Billy was explaining how he was worried about you. Saying you were distancing from him...Distancing from the pack..."
"Seth said this?" Jake was shocked
"Yeah... Just thought you should know." Countered Quill. "Anyway, I'll see you tomorrow?"
"Yeah of course." Replied Jake quietly.

Billy was worried about him. Hopefully he didn't ask Jake too many questions. He would know the reason for his distance soon enough. It was inevitable. Quill and Embry's thoughts would get back to Sam, the pack Alpha. They couldn't prevent themselves from thinking about it. Not when it was something they were probably trying to hide for Jake's sake.

Jake had a lot to think about. How to hide from Billy for a while, especially now when he was concerned for Jakes wellbeing, and how to plan a date with the most beautiful man on earth. Friday was two days away. Jake had lost the confidence his drunk self had embodied. How would he make the night perfect?

Rosalie rode Emmett. It was like being on a bucking bull carnival ride. A strong one. A real bull.

She rotated her hips within his tight grip while be bucked underneath her. He never failed to excite her sexuality. He was always strong. She could handle it.

The man was pure chemical attraction.

Rosalie's curled blonde hair bounced and swayed all around her. Her necklace pendant slapped against her chest rhythmically while her breasts slapped against each other.

This always had Emmett enraptured. Rosalie's breasts had a power over him like nothing else. He'd seen his fair share of breasts in his lifetime, but Emmett knew that none were as perky, or as perfectly rounded, or felt as good squashed in his hands as Rosalie's did.

She was a goddess.

She put her hands flat on Emmett's chest, and thrusted her hips against him, matching his strength.

She could see his facial expression changing. When Emmett was near orgasm, he was as his strongest, most single-minded animalistic version of himself.

She was close herself, feeling the powerful sensations rising between her legs.

Rosalie needed Emmett to take control.

Right in that moment of need, Emmett swung Rosalie underneath him, put his arms on either side of her head, and focused his strength on fulfilling Rosalie's desires. Her hair wildly splayed, she began making involuntary noises. Emmett knew this meant she was close.

Rosalie put her hands onto Emmett's ass, and utilised her strength into pulling him into her with every thrust.

Between the two of them, there was enormous strength and power focused exactly where they needed it to be.

Their completions occurred at the same time, and the feeling was all consuming.

That was how it always felt when they had sex.

They were never disappointed.

She took barely a moment to recover from the orgasm, until Rosalie moved, quick as lightning, to sit in front of her vanity mirror. She picked up her brush, staring into her eyes in the mirror, brushing through her curls.
They bounced back to their normal perfect arrangement.

Rosalie pondered how things never changed. How her own body would always be this way, as timed moved on, leaving her behind.
Sure her body was perfect, but she was tired of looking at its perfection, though she couldn't seem to look away.

She didn't love herself.

"I wonder what Edward is doing. he doesn't seem to be around much anymore." Rosalie wondered out loud.
"I suppose he has a lot on his mind, I mean, a dude wolf imprinting on him is pretty crazy stuff." Emmett replied, not really interested in this line of conversation.
"There's no way they can be together. It's wrong."
"Because they're both men?" Emmett questioned. "Or because they're basically a different species?"
"Because they're a different species of course. I'm not homophobic, Emmett."
"Not for men you're not, for women you seem to be." Emmett retorted.
"That's just because I don't understand it." Rosalie snapped.
"Ok, ok, just saying. Esme, Carlisle and Alice are all really happy about it."
"Are you?" Questioned Rosalie.
"He deserves some happiness, Rose. He has never loved before in his 100 and whatever years."

Rosalie continued to look in the mirror, at her face that would never change. She reasoned that she was lucky to have Emmett, so perhaps Edward deserves Jacob. It's just a shame that he is a wolf, not a vampire. They wouldn't have an easy relationship.

"Come back here, Rose." Emmett beckoned.

Rosalie walked back to the bed and straddled Emmett. She was lucky to have such a beautiful, loving man.

She pushed his member back inside her and began the all too familiar motion of expressing her love.

Billy sat alone at the kitchen table.

It was the third night in a row that his son had not come to eat dinner with him.

He wasn't even sure if Jacob was in his room, out with friends, or running through the woods in wolf form.

He was concerned about Jake. Maybe the space he had been giving him was not beneficial. He wanted to remain close to his son, but how would he bridge this gap when there was no clue as to what caused it?

Being a good father is not easy. He felt close to his daughter who no longer lived with them, but Jake eluded him. It hadn't been easy on Jake when he became a wolf. He no longer had privacy. He now has great responsibility before he is even an adult. But Billy had to concede that Jake was excellent at being a wolf. The blood in their family runs strong.

It has not been long since Embry Call joined the pack. His change was a shock to everyone.

Sadly it was not a surprise for Billy.

Billy knew it was going to happen, though he hoped against hope that it would not be so.

You cannot fight the inevitable.

Embry Call was actually Embry Black.

Embry was Billy's son.

This secret he had closely guarded for many years. Though now it was not easy to keep. Quill Ataera senior and Joshua Uley already knew that Billy was Embry's father. They worked it out amongst themselves. Neither had been with Embry's mother.

But Billy had.

Billy supposed they kept quiet about it because it was an indiscretion in Billy's marriage. He was grateful they kept quiet.

Billy and Tiffany call had a brief affair. It was passionate. They both wanted a temporary escape from their own lives and marriages. Embry was the consequence of their indiscretion.

Billy felt that he had failed two sons. They faced so much burden now because of him. Embry and Jacob deserved a stronger father.

When it is revealed that Embry is Billy's son, the grandson of Ephraim Black, the pack will realise that it contains two natural born leaders. Jacob and Embry. Brothers. They both face the destiny of being the pack's alpha. Even though Jake turned down the honour, it is in his blood. A pack with two of Ephraim's grandson's has strong blood. He worried for the future rivalry. Wolves do not share. It is not in their nature. The pack order is important. The rivalry will be in Embry and Jake's blood.

Billy had caused this. He felt devastated. He had cheated on his wife, and now it will be discovered that all along, he knew Embry was his son. And he knew this mean't that Embry would turn. Still, he did nothing.

As the rain was being on the kitchen window, Billy wondered again where Jake was. Maybe he was with Embry? Maybe the brothers will have no rivalry? But as his heart sunk in his chest, Billy knew that there will be a divide in the pack. It would be his fault. His shame. His failure. It is against a wolf's nature to do wrong by his pack. This was exactly what Billy had done.
