Hey guys! Sorry chapters have been so slow! Things should start happening after this though, so yay. Anyways, on with the story!

Disclaimer: We've been over this, I don't own PJO.

Seeing the ship up close was breathtaking. It was unlike anything Orion had seen before. Sure, some of the boats in the harbor had been big, but they were nothing compared to this. It took up the majority of the arena and the hull gleamed in the midday light.

Campers were gathered around the ship. Some jostling each other excitedly, others just staring up in awe. Only a few of the campers left had been there during the wars. Only a few had met the seven. So many had grown up and moved on, whether that meant to the mortal world or to New Rome.

It had been years since the seven had been at camp half-blood. After the giant war, things finally calmed down. Frank and Hazel were praetors, Leo went traveling, Percy and Annabeth went to college and began building a life for themselves in New Rome. Piper and Jason had stayed around a little longer than the others, but eventually they left too.

No one really knew why the seven were coming, just that they were. It had been all anyone could talk about for the past week. To say the campers were excited is an understatement.

They seemed to stand there for an hour before the ramp finally lowered. In reality, Orion figured it was less than five minutes. They didn't appear single file or in pairs. Instead they stepped onto the ramp just as they did everything else, as one. Big smiles graced their faces, and they looked truly happy to be back. Their eyes scanned the crowd, searching for familiar faces, or perhaps unfamiliar ones.

The campers had gone dead silent, not daring to move. As excited as they had been, no one knew what to expect. All they had were the stories.

Orion looked at his brother. Even from this distance he was intimidating. He wondered what Percy was like. Sure he had heard the stories of his quests, everything he'd been through. But he hadn't believed they could all be true. That is, until now.

Penny stared at her sister. Annabeth was everything she strived to be and more. The pride of Athena, hero of Olympus, designer of Olympus at only 16. Sometimes she wondered if she would ever measure up to that. Perhaps even if she couldn't make Athena proud someday, it would at least be enough to prove herself to her half-sister.

So that's how it went through all of the siblings of the seven: the Athena cabin, Hephaestus cabin, Aphrodite cabin, Ares cabin They stood there wondering how they could compare to the greatest heroes of the generation. They wondered who would take their places in this new generation.

Of course it was Leo that broke the silence. "So, um, how's it going?"

After the initial shock, chatter began to pick up again. Some of the older campers rushed forward to embrace their old friends. A couple others finally had the common sense to run and get Chiron.

Orion and Penny pushed forward, trying to get closer, but they were at the back of the crowd. Penny was scanning the area, trying to find a way through when she heard someone yell above the noise. No, not just someone, Percy Jackson. And he was looking at them. She nudged Orion who was also looking for a way through.

"Huh?"

"I think he's motioning to you," she pointed to the eldest son of Poseidon.

"Me?"

"No, the other son of Poseidon. Yes you!"

"But- we can't even get through."

"You know what? I was trying to be nice but forget it."

In a matter of seconds, she began clearing a path towards the front. Whatever she was doing was working. People were jumping out of her way left and right.

She called back behind her. "Well are you coming or what?"

Orion glanced back up at Percy and saw an amused look on his face before quickly falling in line behind Penny.

They finally broke through the front of the crowd and it was like a breath of fresh air. A breath that was quickly gulped back down at the realization that he was about to meet his brother.

Before he could retreat back into the crowd though, a strong hand clasped his shoulder. Looking up, he was met with a bright smile and piercing green eyes. Eyes so unlike his own.

"Hey man! I'm gonna guess that you're the new brother dad told me about."

At a loss for words, all Orion could do was nod.
