Back to the theatre, the audience was crying loudly from seeing the death of their hero. They were denying that the story ended there with the horribly tragic fate of the keyblade boy. Pete sobbed as he blew his nose in a rag.
"Sora is dead!" he said in tears as he hugged his wife Peg, who was also in tears. "Come here, you."
As the husband and wife started crying together, Iago flew to the fat cat and landed on his shoulder.
"Quiet, you two!" he ordered them rather vehemently. "Why don't you look at the screen?"
Pete listened to the red parrot and was in a huge shock.
"Iago's right! Look! It's the tear of the Dippy Goofdawg!"
Back to the screen, the heart-shaped tear that Sora and Geno let out before they died took back its original teardrop shape and slid from the table to the defective cable (which was attached to the cannon) that was plugged in a socket. As the teardrop reached the inside of the electric plug, it short-circuited, causing the cannon to get unstable and exploded. A huge explosive wave knocked down the tallest and most unstable shelf in the room, knocking the boxes of golden brooches with it. The brooches scattered all over the places, all of which landed on the trophies. Two of the brooches landed on Sora and Geno's trophies. After a while, the brooches glowed and Sora and Geno were glowing with it, slowly turning back into what they actually were before. They woke up gasping on the table. They looked at themselves and wiggled their fingers before their eyes. That could only mean one thing!
"Hey look, we're alive!" Sora claimed, overjoyed.
The crowd in the theater was wildly cheering. Their hero revived and was still alive.
Back to the hero, Sora and Geno ran toward the table which had the glove display on it.
"Let's get the glove, Geno!" Sora declared seriously.
"Got it!" Geno agreed.
They made their high jump and landed on the other table. They admired the giant and bright white glove worn by the dummy hand. They hugged it for a bit before tightly grabbing the fabric with their two hands.
"Okay Geno, let's try to pull the glove out of this fake hand, got it?" Sora instructed. "On three. One. Two. THREE~! Hey, it was easier than we thought!"
Sora thought he and Geno were lifting the glove, but realized that he was being lifted with it, causing his feet to not the touch the ground anymore. He looked back and saw, to his horror, Tabuu just pulled out the glove out of the fake hand as he stared at them, seething. Sora and Geno started screaming as they were about to suffer a fate way worse than the one they just went through. Suddenly, a small earthquake was shaking the room. Tabuu looked around in confusion. All the trophies started glowing as he backed out, in concern.
"What's happening here?" Geno wondered.
"I'm not sure, but look over there!" Sora pointed at the glowing trophies.
Sure enough, the figures that were motionless trophies came back to life. Among them, the Sonic characters were revived as a bee (Charmy Bee) flew and buzz around as he threw a fist bump in the air yelling obnoxiously "I'M A FREE BEE, YEAH!". Takamaru gasped as he woke up from his frozen state, but smiled gratefully for being able to move again. Some Kremlings on a shelf were each revived one by one, recovering from their frozen state. The Chorus Kids on the other table also came back to their original state. As soon as they can move, they started singing together. Tabuu slowly came to realization as more and more trophies were turning back into living beings. And they were all looking at the now surrounded blue entity in anger and spite. Someone knocked behind his head. Tabuu turned around to see an army of angry Octolings before him on a tall table. The Octoling took out the glue and the jar of accessories that he used on the trophies.
"Uh oh!"
This was what Tabuu could say before the Octoling squirted the glue all over his face, making him fall on the ground. Then, everyone lunged at the now helpless Tabuu, beating him up cold, destroying his butterfly wings. The Chorus Kids watched the scene before they resumed singing during the commotion.
During the whole commotion back at Tabuu's gift shop, Sora and Geno escaped the place while they both hold on the glove with both of their hands. Outside, the world they were in looked like some sort of giant floating island surrounded by an ocean of thick cloud.
"Come on, Geno. Let's get the glove back to Smash World!" Sora declared as he and his friend ran to the edge of the island.
Realizing that they can't fly through this (and even if they could, they can't do it fast enough), he put the glove on the ground and started asking his friend:
"So, do you still have the bag that contained the dragoon?"
"Yeah! I did!" He showed him the bump hidden by his blue hat.
Sora smiled, thinking this was the bag, and laughed with Geno about it, until Geno pulled out the actual bag from his blue cape.
"I always hid it in my cape."
This made spiky-haired brown haired boy confused as he looked at the bag in the puppet's hand before staring at the bump on the hat. If that was the bag, then what the heck was that bump?
"Huh?"
"What's wrong?" Geno asked his confused friend.
"Huh, nothing", he'd rather not ask. He then pulled out the instruction paper from his jacket and started reading it. "Okay, let's go on the instruction. Let's see, it says here that: Step 1 – Have all three pieces for the dragoon to work."
"Okay", Geno emptied the bag, revealing a white and red nose cone, body and colored feathers.
"Step 2 – Attached the nose cone to the half heart-shaped part of the body", Sora kept instructing.
"Got it!" Geno put the nose cone and body together.
"Step 3 – Attach the feathers on the body, on the opposite to the nose cone."
"Doing it!" Geno obeyed.
Suddenly, as soon as Geno attached the feathers, thus completing the dragoon, the air ride machine quickly took flight and flew away from Geno, causing him to look at it in concern. Sora was too busy reading the instruction that he never paid attention to him, or his mistake he just made.
"Well, seems simple enough. Okay Geno, we can start on this dragoon."
"Huh, Sora…?" he said uneasily as he pointed at the dragoon.
Sora and Geno watched the board flying at full speed toward the sky horizon on top of the thick clouds. This caused them to yelp in horror as they tried to get it back, but couldn't since they were already dangerously close to the edge of the island. Sora fell on his knees in despair as he watched hopelessly the dragoon completely disappeared from his sight. Geno was standing next to him, mortified. He couldn't believe his stupidity caused them big time. He now had to live with this shame for the rest of his life.
"Oh no. How are we supposed to go back to Smash?" Sora wondered, completely hopeless.
"I can help!"
The heroes heard a man voice coming behind them. They looked back and saw a very tall tan man with black hair, wearing black pants and vest, and a white shirt underneath, running toward them.
"Who are you?" Sora asked to the towering man.
"I'm Ragii Fis-Aimii*", he introduced himself.
Sora and Geno cheered wildly, but the former realized something was missing from this man.
"Huh, pardon me, sir. But where's your private jet?"
"Private jet?!" Ragii laughed heartily.
The next thing that happened to Sora and Geno was that they were sitting, with the glove next to them, on Fis-Amii's back as he started flying in the air like Superman.
"Go! Fis-Aimii!" Sora yelled rowdily as he felt the wind blowing through his hair and jacket.
"To Smash World!" Geno ordered.
Back to Smash World, now called World of Dark, the possessed Smashers were still mindlessly working on rebuilding the place for Dharkon while chanting for their beloved overlord. The natural light had been completely snuffed out by the dark thick cloud, only a handful of lights, mostly from torches and the red glowing eyes of the possessed Smashers, lighted the otherwise very dark place.
"Oh Hail Dharkon!"
"Oh Hail Dharkon!"
Inside the Smash Mansion Ultimate, Dharkon floated toward the frozen Sakurae, smirking.
"Well Sakurae, do you know what today is?" Dharkon ripped the calendar page, showing the October 5 on it. "October 5, also known as the day Sakurae gets blown!"
"Here we are!"
A voice could be heard outside the entrance. Indeed, Master Hand arrived at the mansion by the carriage driven by Crazy Hand. For Dharkon, this couldn't be more than perfect.
"Eh, eh. You have some visitors coming for you", he teased Sakurae, whose eyes widened for what was to come.
Back somewhere in the sky, Ragii fis-Aimii was now flying at full speed, making clouds blown away, leaving behind a very long trail. Sora and Geno held to him excitedly. They flew by a fat mustachioed man, wearing goggles on top of his head and a red outfit (Doctor Eggman), who was flying on his eggmobile all alone. He yelped as he got accidentally pushed back by the flying man, causing him to tumble down from his metallic egg-shaped floating machine and fell into the cloud. He presumably kept falling until he crashed into the ground down below.
Back to Regii Fis-Aimii, Sora kept shouting at him.
"Alright, Fis-Aimii! Nothing can stop us now!"
"Huh? What the heck is that flying object?" Geno looked behind him, confused.
Behind the Fis-Aimii, something blue, bright and translucent was pursuing them in the sky. It somehow looked familiar to Sora.
"What is that?" he said, squinting his eyes to identify the mysterious thing. "It looks like… Bigger Boot? But how is that possible?!"
The blue foot parked itself on the foot of Ragii, who somehow didn't feel it. Then suddenly, a familiar man detached himself from the sole and landed on the giant's man foot. However, he was a bit different from the one they saw before, as he no longer wear a full green armor, instead, just a green short-sleeved armor shirt, matching green pants, and black gloves. He also lost his mask, revealing a manly-looking man with short brown hair. Even without the old armor, Sora and Geno could recognize this man somewhere and freaked out.
"AAH! DOOMGUY!" Sora screamed in terror from seeing the Slayer.
"Missed me?" he coldly jeered as he held his now broken helmet in his muscular arm.
Back in Smash World, Crazy Hand spun on the ground, signalling the execution to start. Master Hand advanced toward the frozen Sakurae, who couldn't leave no matter what he did. He was placed in front of a target so that the hand could target him easily. Dharkon was observing the scene on the side, already amused.
"This is the best movie experience ever! Go Master Hand! Finish him off!"
"Sakurae, your nine months wait is already way past its due date, and it is time for you to die!" he announced grimly.
Sakurae sweated ice cubes, as he tried desperately to explain that he was innocent, but his mouth was muffled by the ice.
"There is nothing you can do to stop…"
"You can give Sora and Geno a little more time!" Arle popped out behind her father, whispering to his finger, before she got out of him.
"Except giving Sora and Geno a little more- M-mo-momore time?!" he stuttered at the last bit, before he understood what happened. "WHAT?!"
Arle was smiling innocently, her arms crossed behind her back. That trick almost worked.
"Arle! Will you be quiet!? You're doing nothing but stalling the execution!" Master Hand bellowed furiously at his daughter.
"Stalling? What are you talking about? I'm not stalling or anything?" she said innocently.
"Yes, you are!" he argued, dryly.
"No I'm not!"
"Yes you are, and I can see you doing it right now", he pointed at her amusingly, waving his finger at her.
"You think I'm… stalling?"
"YES!"
Arle thought to herself a bit, and started to grin mischievously. She had an idea in mind and it might just help the cause.
"Stalling?" she asked while putting on a fake innocent smile.
"Stalling!" he roared, trying to make her get the hint.
"Stah-ling?"
"STALLING!"
Dharkon groaned in annoyance from seeing those two buffoons stalling his Sakurae's execution show.
Back to Sora and Geno, they were shaking and sweating as Doomguy walked toward them menacingly, charging his giant gun.
"Now, where were we?" he coldly asked as he threw away his mask.
"Geno, please save yourself", Sora ordered his friend, fearing for both of them.
"No, I won't run!" Geno said in determination. He prepared his Geno Whirl move toward the cold-blooded killer. "If we run, we will never stopped be-"
Suddenly, Doomguy slapped Geno hard, making him stop using his move. He was flung in the air, but luckily caught himself to Ragii's foot.
"RUN, SORA!" He yelled from the foot.
Sora ran under Doomguys' legs, heading toward where Geno was. Doomguy turned around and chased after the boy while he pointed his gun at his direction. Next, Sora slid on Ragii's butt as the Slayer tried to shoot him, but missed and targeted the butt instead. Ragii obviously felt that and yapped in a bit of pain.
"Ow! Be careful over there, guys!" he said, turning his head toward their direction, a bit harshly.
Sora ran through the leg, while being careful not to fall. He tried to catch himself up as he tumbled and almost fell.
"Be careful, Sora!" Geno warned, while still holding the foot, not too far away.
"Give up, kid!" Doomguy taunted Sora.
Sora looked down, feeling a bit dizzy. Part of the cloud did clear up a bit, and he could see a very long fall from this distance. However, he knew that it was either giving up to this demon-slaying maniac or risking his own life to save himself. He knew what to choose.
"I always destroy my victims!" Doomguy prepared to grab Sora with his muscular arms.
"NEVER!" Sora leapt dramatically from the leg that he and Doomguy was on to the other leg. Doomguy missed his target as he looked at him jumping. It was a leap of fate as he floated over the cloudy sky. He succeeded barely to land on the other leg as he was trying to get back up.
"YEAH! I did it!" Sora congratulated himself as he got up to the surface of the other leg.
"You got guts, little man!"
Sora turned around and to his shock, Doomguy was already on the other leg. Now, he was ready to rip him apart.
"Too bad you're gonna have to taste my gun!"
"Huh, Doomguy sir? I'm not sure how much Dharkon paid you, but I can give you all the money in my pocket if you let us live", Sora took out his brown pouch from his pocket as he pulled out some diamond and ball shaped objects. He handed them to Doomguy, who ripped them out from his hand, unimpressed.
"It's gonna take me more than five gems-" Doomguy paused a bit and took a good look of the "gems" Sora gave to him. "What are those?!"
"This, sir, is my five munny! The currency used in Twilight Town, and the one I'm using to pay for food in Le Grand Bistrot", Sora explained. Doomguy angrily threw away the munni and grabbed Sora by the collar. "I got pepper. Good for giving the food more flavors!"
He took out a pepper shaker and showed it to Doomguy. However, he didn't realize that the lid was unscrewed and the black pepper flew right into the Slayer's face, burning his eyes in the process.
"MY EYES!" he shrieked in pain.
He threw away Sora as he tried to get the pepper off his face while sneezing. Luckily, Geno caught Sora's hand in time before he flew too far from Ragii.
"I got you, Sora!" Geno said.
"Thanks friend!" Sora then looked at Doomguy, who just recovered from the stinging pepper (His eyes were now all red and teary, and his nose runny) and he was looming over them, pointing the gun at the two victims. "Huh, thanks a lot!"
"That's it! I've had it with you two, weaklings! I'll see you in hell!"
Doomguy was about to shoot the two cornered friends, when they suddenly heard honking. Doomguy looked behind while Sora and Geno looked in front of them. It turned out that Ragii was flying toward a giant blimp that was advertising costumes for Miis, and he was passing under it. Doomguy shrieked as he was about to crash into it. A sound of splat could be heard as Ragii succeeded to go under the giant blimp and resumed flying through the clouds. Sora and Geno just witnessed the death of some guy that they didn't like, but knew even he didn't deserve that.
"Goodbye!" Geno waved at him, bidding farewell.
Back to the lobby of the mansion, Master Hand and Arle were still arguing whether or not the latter was stalling the process. Now, the hand was fuming at her for making him lose all the patience he had left. However, she was still there, talking about it.
"So… You think… I'm stalling?" Arle asked slowly so that he could understand better.
This made the disembodied hand exploded as he howled furiously, finally going insane.
"AAAAAH! What is this!? Brain Age?! I have enough of your nonsense!" Master Hand made a lightning appeared besides them. He then turned at the exit of the mansion and pointed it with his finger. "You go outside and wait until this execution is done, lady!"
Arle walked toward the exit, demoralized. She failed keeping her father from destroying someone. With one last hope in mind, she turned around to talk to her angry father.
"B-but dad, I…" she tried to beg him.
"GET OUT!" he bellowed so hard that she quickly obeyed out of fear.
Once she went outside, Master Hand made a lock appeared on the door, locking the spellcaster out. He made sure that she didn't try to go back inside and mess with the execution any further. Arle gasped in horror, as she tried to force her way in by using her own spells to undo his magic, but it was proven too strong for her. She was desperate to stop this before her dad committed a huge mistake, and tried to knock the door open with her hands.
"NO! NO! NO! Oh, Sora, Geno, wherever you are, please come back here as soon as possible!" she prayed to the dark sky loudly and desperately.
Over the cloudy sky, the three arrived near a bright sun that was shaped like the Smash logo. It was the destination they were going for and they were finally here.
"Okay everyone, this is where you wanted to go right? This sun is directly above where Smash World is", Ragii announced to Sora and Geno.
"But we will never be able to float down there in time" Sora pointed out in concern.
"Who said anything about floating?"
"Initiating launch sequence", a mechanical voice could be heard coming from the man.
Ragii stood up as his pecs turned into launchers. Sora and Geno were confused by this.
"What the-?" they said in unison.
"Woah! Did you see that?" Sora said in amazement.
"I can't believe my eyes!" Geno still stared at the pecs in awe.
Next, they were grabbed, along with the glove, by Ragii as he put them between his pecs.
"My body is Ragii!"
He prepared to launch them as a mechanical voice could be heard once again, counting down.
"Ten second before launch. Nine, eight…"
Back to Master Hand, he was charging his laser from his index finger as he tried to target the frozen Sakurae.
"Mashpotato Sakurae. The time has come…"
Outside, Arle was watching this in horror through the window.
"No!" she gasped.
"Yes!" Dharkon, who was still inside the mansion, cheered.
Ragii was still preparing to launch Sora and Geno up over the sky as the countdown just went down already.
"…six,five…"
Master Hand's finger was glowing even further, signalling that the laser was about to be fully charged. He kept declaring his final sentence to Sakurae gravely.
"…for you…"
"NO!" Arle still panicked as she glued herself to the window outside.
"YES!" Dharkon acclaimed as he waved his tentacles all over him.
"…three, two…", the mechanical voice from the sky was still counting down the moment of the launch. It was about to get closer, at any second.
"…TO BLOW UP!" Master Hand finished his sentence as he directed his glowing finger toward Sakurae.
"NOOOO!" Arle screamed in despair. There was nothing she can do to stop him.
"YEEEEEES!" Dharkon sweated from excitation. Finally, the big moment had arrived!
"…One."
Ragii then proceeded to fire the two heroes at full speed through the cloud. They held on the glove that trailed behind them like a sheet blowing through the wind as they were catapulted down to Smash World, most precisely toward the second mansion.
"NO!" Sakurae could utter through the ice, knowing his demise was nigh.
Master Hand fired his laser toward Sakurae and the target he was standing in front. At this very moment, Sora and Geno crashed through the roof of the mansion and landed in front of Master Hand's target as they shield the landlord with the glove, which reflected the laser and went through the roof, destroying it even more, directing itself toward the sky.
Meanwhile, Ragii was still flying over the cloud, now feeling all relaxed.
"You did good, Ragii. You did-"
Master hand's laser hit the man above, as it blew up on him. Luckily, he came out all charred, but still alive.
"Ouch", he uttered in pain.
