With Katie...

Of all days for her so far, today felt like wasn't going to be one of her best days. She honestly couldn't believe that Crystal was inviting some random guy she never met before over to her house. She likes Crystal, but she gets infuriated whenever she tries to get her to befriend or date some bad boy that she recently became friends with. Thankfully, the only good part about all of this is that neither her or Crystal had informed her father about what's going to be happening while he's at work.

While Katie was waiting for Crystal to finally arrive at her house, the tomboy was sitting in her bedroom looking at a couple things on her laptop. She wasn't really doing anything too special, she was just doing whatever she can to pass by the time before Crystal got here. She had her phone placed aside her next to her computer, just in case Crystal either texts or calls that she's here. So far, she hasn't heard anything from her yet.

Eventually, Katie did end up getting a text from Crystal. Her friend had informed her that she and her two other friends...or truthfully, one of them...were finally here now. She got up out of her chair, headed downstairs, then opened the door allowing Crystal into her house.

"Crystal. You're finally here." Katie said, only seeing her best friend standing there. "Where's that friend you've been wanting to make me meet?"

"They should be coming up anytime now." Crystal told her friend. She rolled her eyes, before crossing her arms muttering the next thing said. "...Or whenever the hell those two end their conversation."

After muttering that, Crystal heard the sound of one of the two people who came with her approaching her from behind. She steps aside, assuming that it was Chaz so that Katie could finally meet him. Unfortunately when she did so, she glances behind her only to see that it was actually Summer was had came up first.

When she saw Summer standing there, Katie was immediately surprised. Of all people who she could bring to her house, Crystal brings along the person who she hated the most? She always thought that Summer would be the last person that the rebel would even think about inviting along anywhere. She honestly wasn't too sure what to even say seeing something like this.

After a couple more moments of silence, Summer decided to break the silence between all three of them. "So...I'm guessing you're suppose to be Katie, are you?" Summer asked the tomboy.

Katie nodded her head to the girl's question. "Yeah...I am..." She said while placing her hands in her pockets. "I'm...guessing you're Summer Baxter, huh? Crystal's said a lot about you." Summer scoffed to that being said.

"I doubt your bitch of a best friend had said anything good about me, huh?"

"No...not really..."

"Well...glad to see you two have finally met..." Crystal said, both completely sarcastic and deadpan when she said this.

It was at this moment when Chaz finally started to make his way up the driveway. The three girls turned their directions towards where the biker was, just as he approached the three of them. Chaz approached the side of his girlfriend, who was just staring at him when he came up beside her.

"There you are." Summer said with a smile. Chaz smiled back, before the two then kissed. "What did you so long, babe?"

Chaz reaches into his jacket pocket, then pulled out his Smartphone. "I was trying to find my phone. That's all." Chaz told her, before slowly turning his attention to Crystal now. "Anyways, now that we're here, where's this..."

When Chaz finally turned towards where Crystal was, which was the front door, he immediately took notice of Katie standing next to her. At first, he didn't think nothing much of her, she just seemed like any girl that he would pass by whenever he's out and about. However, it wasn't until a couple seconds later when he started to realize something about her. On top of that, he was realizing who she actually was.

The same could be said with Katie. At first, looking at this person that Crystal had been pestering her to meet with, she didn't really see anything much out of him but an annoying bad boy. But it wasn't until a couple seconds of looking at him that Katie suddenly realized who was standing there a couple feet before her. She honestly couldn't believe who she was even seeing. This man, somebody who she had only met about two days ago already...was standing right before her again.

"Wait a minute..." Katie said out loud, rather surprised by the sight of Chaz. "I know you!"

"Funny, I know you too." Chaz said back, as his look of surprise immediately became a glare. Hearing both of them somehow knew each other, both Crystal and Summer became rather confused. The biker then spoke again. "You're that chump you crashed into me when I was leaving the apartment buildings two days ago."

"I was an accident. I was going too fast on my skateboard in order to stop."

"Wait, hold on!" Crystal said, hopping into the conversation. She then looks over to Katie while raising an eyebrow at her. "It was YOU who crashed into Chaz that day?" The tomboy turned her head towards her best friend, nodding her head at that question. "Damn...I had a feeling that you were who Chaz was talking about..."

"Like I said, it was an accident." The tomboy continued to glare at her best friend, while pointing at Chaz as she continued to rant about all of this. "Damn it, Crystal. I can't believe of all people to invite over to my house, you'd invite this asshole."

"Asshole?" Chaz asked, raising an eyebrow at that being said. Katie turned her glare towards him as he continued to speak against this. "You literately just said you were the one who crashed into me."

"Well, like you're any sort of better..." Katie then took a couple steps towards the biker, not removing her glare away from his eyes. Chaz also didn't remove his eyes away from the tomboy's glare as she stepped closer towards him. "I know you would've started an argument with me over it."

"Oh please...I would've just told you to watch where you were going." The biker rolled his eyes, before glaring at Katie again. "Like I really was going to argue with some random girl I never met."

"Yeah, I find THAT hard to believe."

Getting rather annoyed by this little argument that had occurred, Crystal went in between the two to try to put a stop to all of this. "Guys, can you two stop this?" She complained to them. "This was not what I was hoping would happen when I get you two to meet. I was expecting you guys to be friends."

"Well...so far, your friend is a total asshole." Chaz said looking over to the rebel.

"Yeah, the feeling's mutual." Katie said back at him.

"I don't know what had happened between you two around that time, but whatever happened, can't we just leave it as an accident and move on from this?" Crystal asked. "Because to me, this little argument is just plain petty to me."

Katie was about to say something against what her best friend had told her, but found herself unable to, because she knew Crystal was right. What had happened pretty much was an accident, and to her, she felt there was more blame on her than the other way around. However, despite that, she still couldn't help but not like Chaz at all. Just from the looks of him, Katie couldn't help but think he's a total jerk.

With a sigh, Katie turned around and went back to the front door. "Fine..." She muttered in response to what Crystal had told her. She stopped at her front door, then turned around to face the three people behind her. "Anyways, since you're all here, why don't you guys come in and make yourselves at home?"

"Alright." Crystal said as she entered the house first.

"Finally, I can go inside and sit down." Summer said, as she entered the house.

Chaz was about to enter the house last, but right before he could do so, Katie stood in front of the doorway glaring at him again. "By the way, my bedroom's off limits...mainly for you." The tomboyish dentist said, contempt and distrust clearly heard in her voice.

"Like you have anything to worry about, princess." The biker said with clear disdain in his voice. "Step aside, I have to talk to Crystal about something."

Katie steps aside for him to enter her house, all while glaring at him as he entered. 'Did that prick really just called me 'princess'? Nobody calls me that...' Katie said in her thoughts as she entered her house, closing the front door behind her as she did.

Meanwhile...

At Main Street...

James was walking down the sidewalk all by his lonesome. He wanted to hang out with Jenny today, but at the moment, she was working at the SPA Agency as most of her mornings go. But, thankfully, all wasn't too bad for him this morning. He did end up getting a call from one of his friends to meet him here at this exact area. So he had one reason to be walking along Main Street right now.

During his walk, James looked over to Gino's Pizzeria to see two people that he knew. One of the boys has neatly combed dark brown hair and wore a black jacket with a white buttoned-down shirt underneath and black pants. The other man has light blue hair with a black buttoned-down shirt and black pants. The man with the brown hair is who James was meeting here, while the other one was somebody that he didn't know all too much about.

"Ray! I'm here!" James shouts as he made his way over to the pizzeria building. When he got close enough to the two men, the one with the blue hair got his attention. "Um...hey. Uh...who are you?"

"Oh, I don't believe we've met." The man with blue hair said, before holding out an arm towards James. "My name's Ghostly Alder. Are you another one of Ray's friends?"

"As a matter of fact, yes. My name's James, James Louiston."

"James had been...trying to hang out with the rest of the goths for...about two years now, but..." Ray started off saying before pausing for a moment. "...He told me that some girl convinced him that he should just give up on it."

"Really? Do you think that he'd be fine with me showing up around his house?" Ghostly asked them, causing James to be a bit confused.

"Wait...you want to hang out with those goths?" James asked Ghostly. The blue-haired man nodded, before the geeky goth continued. "Well, not sure about you. Goth Boy completely rejected me all because I'm not exactly spooky enough to him. What makes you think you have a chance?"

"I...only asked since..." Ghostly blushes while chuckling a bit. "...Well...me and Violet have just started dating recently."

"Violet? You mean Violet Nightshade? The girl who's little sister works at the florist?" Ghostly nodded his head to that question. "Wow...does Goth Boy know yet?"

"Not yet. The only people who know are Violet's family, Ray, Raven, and...well, now you. We're going to be telling him one of these days though."

"Ghostly, you're break is over!" A voice shouts from inside Gino's Pizzeria. "Please come back inside!"

"Alright Gino!" Ghostly then walks over to the door, then faces the two goths behind him. "I wish to stay and chat with you guys some more, but unfortunately, I got to get back to work now." He then looked over to Ray. "I'll see you later, Ray."

"I'll see you later, Ghostly." Ray said, before walking over to the nearby bus stop.

"Hopefully, I'll see you around, James." Ghostly then said to the geeky goth.

"Hopefully I will to." The goth said.

James then left the spot, allowing Ghostly to finally enter Gino's Pizzeria alone. He went over to where Ray was now sitting at, which was the bus stop bench that was a few feet away from the building they were near. He approached the bench, sitting down next to his friend as he caught up to him.

"So...Ray, now that me and you are hanging out together today...what do you have in store for me and you this morning?" James asked him.

"You're...forgetting Raven." His friend told him, much to his confusion.

"What?" The geeky goth was instantly confused by what Ray was talking about. He thought it was just going to be the two of them hanging out today.

"You're forgetting about Raven. My girlfriend."

"Raven? Oh...now I know what you mean." The geeky goth said with a nod. He then became confused again. "I thought she had work today though."

"The store she works at is usually closed on Friday. So...today, we're meeting up with her at the coffee shop."

"Oh, then that's awesome."

"Yep." Ray then looks off to one part of the street. "Here comes the bus now." The bus approached the bench, allowing the two goths onto it. Once they were on, the two were off to go to the coffee shop to meet up with Ray's girlfriend.
