Back with Jenny and Victoria...
Not long after Tim, Pinky, and BeeBee had left the coffee shop, both girls had finally arrived there...
The two girls entered the small building, then made their way over to the front counter so that they can order their food. Jenny ordered herself a cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin, while Victoria ordered herself a cup of tea with chocolate-chip muffin. Both of their orders came rather quickly to them, as they were the only customers here after BeeBee had left. Once they both gotten their food, both girls collected themselves some napkins and then went off to find a table to sit at.
The two had eventually found a table that was located on the left side of the coffee shop. It wasn't one of the booth tables like James and his friends would usually sit at, they had picked one of the tall tables. Once they were seated, the two of them began to eat the food they had picked for their breakfast. Their breakfast was small, but to them, it was delicious.
"I must say, fair Jennifer...we hast decided a rather excellent choice for our breakfast today." Victoria said, before taking a sip of her coffee. "Thou truly picked such a brilliant location to eat."
"Thank you, Victoria." Jenny said with a nod of the head. She then frowned, before pointing at herself. "By the way, we talked about this already...you can just call me 'Jenny'. You don't have to be so formal with somebody like me." The drama teacher's daughter nodded her head, before Jenny smiled. "Anyways, why don't we talk about boys right now? Shall we?"
Victoria chuckled a bit. "Very well, we shall. I hast been waiting for us to talk about this all day, really." She then leaned forward, placing her hands under her chin as she stared at Jenny. "So tell me...hast thou ever heard anything from thy 'Secret Admirer' after the last letter he hast sent to thee?"
Jenny shook her head as she pulled the letter from her 'Secret Admirer' out of her jacket pocket. "No. I didn't hear anything from him about this letter yet." She simply said, before suddenly realizing something. "You know, the more I think about it, I actually haven't seen Rob Jarrett in days after we've met down at the mall's arcade the other day. I wonder where he is and what he's been doing lately." Victoria shrugs, before Jenny places the letter she's been carrying back into her jacket. "Oh well, one of these days, hopefully we'll again so that we can talk about this."
"Well that is jolly wonderful to hear."
"So...now let's talk about you and romance now, Victoria. Have you seen any hot boys recently?" Victoria lifted a finger prepared to speak, only for Jenny to immediately stop her before she could say anything. "...By the way, Ray doesn't count before you say him."
"Well..."
Before Victoria could even speak, her eyes immediately caught notice of the entrance of the coffee shop nearby. Entering the building were at least four goths. The goths who had came in were Goth Boy, Yuki, Raven, and...much to the girl's surprise, Ray. The moment she saw him walking into the building, the girl couldn't remove her eyes away from the sight of the goth man walking in. She knew that Raven was with him right now, but that didn't mean she can't just sit there and not look away from him. He was too handsome to Victoria, she just couldn't look away.
Jenny eventually figured out what was going on, seeing the group of goths who had just walked into the coffee shop seconds ago. She then looked forward, seeing that the girl was now completely distracted by the sight of her crush here. It seemed like she had forgotten that she was even hanging out with Jenny the moment she saw the goth man come in. The geeky girl had to wave a hand in front of the girl's face in order to get her attention.
"Oh, my apologies, dear girl." Victoria said as she turned her head towards Jenny.
"Haven't we talked about this?" Jenny asked her, before pointing at one of the goths. "Yeah, you see that girl in the black dress and the red hair in the single braid? That's Raven Wright, his girlfriend."
Victoria took another glimpse at the two goths who were now approaching the counter together after Goth Boy and Yuki ordered their food. Raven kisses Ray on the lips, much to the horror of the girl in the pink beret. The girl slowly lowers herself in her chair after she had witnessed this happen right before her very eyes. It was almost as if fate had decided to conspire against her at this very moment.
"Oh...I know I shouldn't be in love with him...but how can I not?" Victoria asked the geeky girl as she rubbed a hand down her forehead. "Out of all of James's companions, Ray has got to be the most handsome out of all of them. He is the most kind, the most wise, and possibly the most competent when it came to our drama class back in high school. Ray...is everything that I could ever ask for in a boyfriend, if I were to be perfectly honest with thee." Victoria sits back up onto her own chair, before leaning her head down onto the table in front of her. "How did somebody like Raven even end up with him in the first place?"
"Well...according to James, those two have been together ever since the tenth grade." Jenny said while shrugging her shoulders, unclear with how those two goths truly end up dating. "But hey, don't be too down. I'm sure somewhere out there in this world, there's somebody else waiting to date somebody like you. If anything, maybe..."
"Hey Jenny!" A female voice said loudly from nearby. "I was looking everywhere for you."
Jenny quickly looks behind herself at the person who had called out to her, seeing Liberty was coming up to the table right now. "Oh, Liberty, it's been awhile." She said, before getting off of her chair to greet her friend. The two gave each other a hug, before stopping so that they can talk. "How are things going between you and Travis? I haven't heard from you after you moved in with him in his new house."
"Things have been amazing really." Liberty held up her hand, revealing her engagement ring that Travis had given her days prior. "We're engaged now."
"You are?! Dude, that's totally awesome!"
"Also, I've been given it some thought, and I was meaning to ask you...do you, by chance, have any sort of plans for December?" The geeky girl raises an eyebrow, a bit confused by why she asked about this. Liberty then continued. "Me and Travis have planned our wedding to be around that time, about a few days before Christmas. Most possibly around the twentieth. Do you think that you and James will be free that day for you guys to come?"
Jenny shrugs her shoulders, before nodding her head. "Well...I'm sure that me and James won't have anything much to do around that day, so...sure. We'll come to your wedding."
"Uh...apologies for interrupting this conversation, but fair Liberty, certainly I too am invited to thy wedding, am I?" Victoria asked, finally hopping into the conversation between the two geeky girls.
"You? I'm terribly sorry, Victoria, but...me and Travis mutually agreed to not invite you." Liberty said, now turning to glare at the drama teacher's daughter. "I don't believe you recall the day that you indirectly sent Travis to detention for demanding him off of his phone during drama class?"
"I just told my father to tell Travis to stay focused, I didn't know that he'd end up in detention, fair Liberty. Clearly, one single accident mustn't be a major reason to not invite me to thine wedding? Yes?"
Liberty just kept her glare focused on Victoria. "I'm sorry, Victoria...but me and Travis's decision is final. You're not invited." The girl then faces forward, smiling at her best friend. "I hope you and James can make it, Jenny. I must go now. Me and Travis are going to continue talking about our wedding plans now."
"Alright. Good luck with all of that." Jenny said, before taking another sip of her coffee, finishing her cup in the process. She then looks forward to stare at Victoria across the table. "Dude, you sent Travis Dylan to detention?"
"Well, I never intended to." The girl said, sounding very defensive about being asked that question. "All that I hast done was told mine father about Travis being on his phone during class, then the two argued a bit, then...Travis ended up in detention. That is genuinely all that hast happened that day."
"Damn...well, I'm sorry Liberty's not inviting you to her and Travis's wedding."
Victoria sighed, before finishing up her own cup of coffee. "It doesn't really matter, to be perfectly honest with you." She then got up from her chair, throwing away her cup. "Shall we just head off to the mall now?"
"Yeah. I think we shall." Jenny then threw her trash out, before she and Victoria began to make their way over to the front doors of the coffee shop.
As the two were seconds away from walking out of the small building, Victoria decided to take one more glance at Ray and his friends at their table. Obviously, her sights remained focused on Ray out of all four goths at the booth table. She also had her sights focused on Raven sitting next to him. The more she stared at the goth girl, the more jealous Victoria becomes. All she can really do after a few seconds pass by was just let out a sigh of defeat.
'One of these days, I surely will be able to be together with Ray.' Victoria said in her thoughts. 'I don't see any other boy around Simport who could even compare to a person like him.' She soon followed Jenny out of the coffee shop so that both of them could head off to the mall.
Meanwhile...
At the mall...
Sapphire was busy there, shopping at all of the stores there before she and her friends can go off to enjoy a night at Club Candy. Now that the hurricane has come and gone, she can finally be able to do the things that she wanted to do yesterday, but couldn't. She was meaning to go to the mall in order to do a bit of shopping for herself, but unfortunately, she woke up right as the storm was starting. To her, she felt like if she had woken up a bit earlier than when she did yesterday, she probably would've been trapped at the mall throughout the entire day, which to her, would've been awesome.
At the moment, she was busy roller-skating around the mall trying to figure out what store she wanted to go to first, all while trying a cup of soda as she was skating around. She normally placed on roller-skates in order to get around the mall faster. Her friends, on the other hand, pretty much have to run in order to even catch up with her. It was almost damn near impossible to even find her most of the time whenever she was skating around this big of a building.
"Hey Saph! Wait up, babe!" A female voice shouts from behind the party girl, who was currently skating down one of the corridors in this mall.
Sapphire stops in her tracks, holding onto the side of a bench in order to fully stop. She glanced behind herself, seeing her girlfriend, Candy, was making her way over to where she was at. Candy was a tomboy like Katie, but her hair was blonde and short, had freckles, and wore light green headphones on her head, a black jacket with a red tank-top underneath, and green baggy cargo pants. Once she caught up to her, Candy leaned on the side of the bench in order to catch her breath.
"Damn babe...you really need to slow down when it comes to doing this, you know?" Candy said, before standing back up. "I think even RoadRunner would have trouble catching up to somebody like you in a mall like this."
Sapphire simply gave a laugh. "Sorry about that." She said, before rolling over to her girlfriend to kiss her on the cheek. "You know I'm just happy that the hurricane's gone so that me, you, and Zack can spend time together again." The party girl looks behind the blonde tomboy, seeing if the only boy in their small group was behind her or not. "By the way, where's Zack?"
Candy looks behind herself. "I...don't know really. We separated from each other when we were trying to find you." She faces forward, before the two began to slowly make their way down the path they were currently on. "I'm sure he'll catch up to us in a little while. For now, let's just try to find a store to shop at."
"Alright." The two continued to walk around, trying to find which store to shop at first.
As the two were walking around for a bit, the two soon found themselves walking passed one of the four entrances to the entire building. They were just about to pass by it, until Sapphire quickly took notice of two of the people who were about to enter. One of the two was Jenny, however, instead of somebody like either James, Rob, or one of the other geeky people that the girl knew of, the person that she was with was somebody Sapphire had never seen before. She didn't know how she was friends with the geeky girl or when the two became friends in the first place...however, Sapphire must admit, whoever that girl is, she is pretty.
"Candy, stop for a moment." Sapphire said, before pointing at the two girls who were just entering the mall.
"What?" The tomboy asked, before immediately taking notice of Jenny entering the mall alongside Victoria. "Who's that girl with the beret and scarf? I don't think Jenny's ever mentioned her before."
"I have, like, no idea either...but I got to say, that shirt she's wearing does not go good with those boots. If she had heels, I'd totally understand." Sapphire then points forward, as a disgusted glare appeared on her face. "Also, that scarf...I swear, it's not even December yet."
"I don't know, Saph. I think that scarf looks kind of cute on her if you ask me." The party girl turned her head, raising an eyebrow at her girlfriend. "What? At least I'm not attracted to her. Only you're the girl I'm attracted to, Saph."
Sapphire blushes, before kissing her girlfriend on the cheek. "Of course I am." She glanced forward, staring at the two girls who had just arrived here. "I'll talk to Jenny later on this week. For now, why don't we leave her to spend time with...whoever that girl in the pink beret is...because I actually have a plan to help James's little situation."
"Dude, you're going to straight up tell Jenny all about James's crush on him?"
"No, that's what the plan I have in mind. Just leave it all to me, sweetie." The party girl then looks off to one random direction in this mall. "Like, should be finding Zack now?"
"Yeah. We probably should." Candy wraps an arm around her girlfriend, then the two headed off to go find the only man who hangs out with them the most.
Meanwhile...
With Crystal...
Now that the storm was gone, the rebel girl was out and about in the neighborhood like her best friend was. She had left the Morris's house earlier today so that she can finally head on home...or just head off somewhere else, the last she needed to deal with now that the storm was gone is her cheerleading sisters. She could stay at her best friend's house some more, but she didn't want to become a bother to Katie or her father by staying longer. So she was left to wander around the neighborhood until she found something to do.
Crystal walked around the neighborhood for a couple more minutes, until she found...Summer's house of all places. Even worse, the girl herself was standing outside of her own house...along with that surfer guy that she's now currently dating after she broke Chaz's heart. From the look on Summer's face, she looked genuinely happy, and not looking like she regretted anything that she had done to Chaz yesterday morning. Just seeing the blonde girl happy about her new boyfriend angered Crystal.
"Well, it sucks that we were unable to go to our jobs yesterday." Summer said to Luke as they exited her house. "Thank God it's all over now, am I right?"
"Totally, dude." Luke said, before kissing his new girlfriend on the cheek. "Should we take my car to the Boardwalk?"
"Totally. Let's go."
Crystal watched as the couple gotten into the minivan with the surfboard on top, which then pulled out of the driveway once the two got into it. They then began to head their way off to the Boardwalk, unaware of the rebel girl standing there glaring at them as they leave. The rebel just remained standing there for a few more seconds, glaring at the vehicle as it was living, even going as far as to flip off it as the couple left.
"I always hated you, Summer Baxter..." Crystal mutters, before turning around to head off to a different part of town. "I don't know where the hell you get off, but I sure hope that your relationship with Luke doesn't last long, and don't even try to go back to Chaz and apologize...because you damn know that he's going to be my boyfriend later on..." The rebel then sighed, before nodding her head. "...But, like Katie told me, I'll give it a bit of a wait. Chaz still needs to heel after the pain he went through, then I'll be able to ask him out." She then pulls out her phone, continuing to walk away from Summer's house. "I think I'm going to see if Yuki will be able to hang out later tonight. It's been awhile since me and her hung out together."
