The cold air of the fields of Northern Kararagi was repelled by the black beast skin cloak Dima wore. A week had passed and after food and the cloak to keep him worn which he'd gotten for next to nothing as it was completely fake, he barely had enough money to pay his ransom to his village which he'd do at Einshold. His plan going into this was to send the money, go to the chapel, do whatever and go back the way he came.
As he approached the menacing gatehouse that sat at the city's southern entrance he got an odd feeling. He then noticed something strange about the guards, they were wearing Hoshin Uniforms. As he wandered through the streets searching for the merchants guild to send the money he noticed all the local guards seemed to be Hoshin Company mercenaries. Dima always hated how much the higher-ups treated being mercenaries, granted Dima liked to treat it as impersonal as possible. After all, he couldn't kill and think about how the people around him, Friend and Foe, were human.
After passing through to the old district of Einshold and its wooden walls he saw the sign for the merchants guild. He quickly did his business then headed towards the large church tower in the center of the district. Two Hoshin stood at its door. Dima only knew one way to progress.
As he approached the door the two tried to stop.
"No one is allowed inside the chapel at this time, and the chapel square will be closed soon too!". One of the guards yelled at Dima.
"If you don't let me into this chapel I will kill you, all of your friends, and your families, does that sound nice? You could do that or let me into the chapel and you can continue your stupid lives in a place where your life will never amount to anything,".
The guards were somehow scared off by his threat, obviously green recruits. As Dima entered the temple a familiar voice rang out.
"Ah so we meet again, I thought you might've died but still that scar on your face must be a terrible reminder. Oh how rude of me I forgot to introduce myself, my name is regu-".
His introduction was interrupted by Dima charging at him with his axe. The axe was planted in the white-haired man's side until it burst out and no damage had been done.
"You're just as rude as your master, or ex-master more like it,". The man taunted as Dima attacked again and again, to no avail. After countless swings Dima had tired himself out, too blinded by bloodlust and wrath to pace himself. "It's a shame that your pathetic life has to end like this but so be it," he said as he threw his hand forward "Huh? Aaaaaaaaah, you bitch my arm!". Dima was just as shocked that his attack landed
"Looks like this prevent's you from using your stupid fucking moves dumbass," Dima mocked holding the charm Minerva had given him in his hand as he stood over the man. He then squatted down over the armless man "Now what to do next," Dima pondered. The armless man snagged the charm and shot a blast at Dima, knocking his right arm clean off.
"Oh you bitch ass motherfucker," Dima said harshly as he got up, he'd knocked the charm out of the robed man's hand just as he'd been hit. Dima crawled to it, picking it up and wrapping it and its bail around the handle of his axe as he picked it up with his left hand. "I may have one arm but I can still kill you all the same,". Dima was barely even conscious and waddled over to the man in the robes in his bloodied state.
"Your name better be Regulus or else I'm fucked," He said as he gently put the axe over the man's neck. " See you hell," Dima said as he stomped onto the back of the axe decapitating the man, then falling on top of his corpse.
Dima had killed him, even if an old dead witch's charm had saved him from certain death he'd fulfilled his lust for wrath.
As he slowly passed out he heard a faint voice ask "what now?".
