The Southern Tribe Territory
In the middle of a field Romulus stood there with an blank expression with his tribe behind him battle ready while Kate pointed a dagger at his throat and spoke with a growling tone "Where are they?"
"Who?"Romulus responded earning him a slap across the face by Princess "Flynn and Amber." She barked.
"Our children."Claws hissed Romulus looked between Princess and Claws as he had a fake stunned expression on his face "You two have pups together when did this happen i thought you two didn't swing that way."
Claws eyes widened in fury as she decked Romulus across the face hard making him stagger backwards a little then he looked back at Claws with a sly grin and chuckled mockingly.
"You think I'm in the mood for games?!!"Claws roared was she tried to lunge at Romulus but was held back by Scar Kate glared at Romulus with a hateful glare "I'm giving you this one chance to give back Flynn and Amber on your own or i will have my alphas tear through your territory to find them."
Romulus narrowed his eyes in frustration and he clenched his fists but then his expression changed as he had a little smirk on his face "Go ahead look all over the territory you won't find no trace of your Flynn and Amber because they were never here." Kate made a hand signal that told the alphas to start their search.
They shoved pass the southern wolves as they began to search all over the southern tribe territory Kate and Romulus continued to stare at each other in the eyes never once breaking eye contact.
A small smile formed on Romulus's face "You have such beautiful eyes Kate honestly i could stare into them all day." Kate giggled mockingly then looked away from him after about half an hour the alphas came back with some bad news.
"They weren't here Kate we looked everywhere including outside of their territory they were never here."the male alpha said Romulus looked at Kate with a snarky grin "What did i tell you?"Romulus asked with a laugh Kate grunted with frustration as she hit another dead end with the search she was certain the southern tribe would've had Flynn and Amber because they've kidnapped pups from other tribes before including the North,West and Eastern tribes they were the crystal clear suspects.
Romulus stared kate dead in her eyes again and spoke in a very ominous tone of voice "Believe it or not kate You caught us in a good mood today otherwise we would've killed you already so I'm going to let you off with a warning:Leave and don't come back."
Kate glared at Romulus one last time before letting out a defeated huff and began walking away with the rest of the alphas following behind.
"Argh another dead end we're never going to find them!"Claws cried nearly bursting into tears causing Scar to wrap an arm around her in comfort.
"Don't say that claws we'll find them even if we have to search the entire planet i just wherever they are they are alright."Kate with a hopeful look on her face.
Meanwhile
Deep within The Dark Forest
Letting out soft groans Flynn and Amber woke up "Oh what happened?"Flynn asked blinking a few times "I don't know one minute i was trading insults with you and everything went black."Amber said looking around then when she tried to move she realized she couldn't.
She looked down and she realized she was tied down with some strange rope it was jet black and it was emitting a black mist Flynn also tried to move but he realized he was tied with the same black rope. "Hey What the...what is this i can't move?!"Flynn said struggling to move Amber looked back and saw she was tied to a big tree and Flynn realized he was tied to the same tree they were sitting against it back to back.
Flynn looked around and noticed the environment around him and the creepy feeling he was getting told him he was in one place. "oh no we're in the Dark Forest."Flynn said causing Amber to roll her eyes in annoyance "Really how could you tell?"she asked sarcastically.
Flynn gave her the side eye before speaking in a warning tone "Don't start with me little girl,What are we doing in the Dark Forest?"
Amber struggled to get out of the strange ropes they were in "i don't know Flynn but we're not staying." Amber then proceeded to try to break out of the Ropes they are in Amber proceeded to try and break out of the Ropes closing her eyes tightly and clenching her teeth and letting out prolonged grunting sounds.
Flynn looked back at her in confusion "Uh Amber what are you doing?" "I'm trying to break out of these ropes what do you think I'm doing?" Amber asked grunting "It sounds like you're trying to let loose the biggest fart ever made in history." Flynn said with a light chuckle making Amber stop and look back at Flynn in annoyance "How about instead of mocking my farts how about you help me get out of these weird ropes."Amber said struggling again.
Flynn looked down at the ropes and began studying them "Amber i don't these are ropes."Flynn said Amber grunted in frustration "If they're not ropes then what are they?"
Flynn was about to answer when he saw something that frightened him to the core of his soul standing infront of him just a few feet away was the Shade. The shade stared at Flynn who was beginning to wet himself out of paralyzing fear.
"Amber.."He whimpered not taking his eyes of the Shade Amber grunted again trying to break out of the ropes "Hush Flynn I'm trying to concentrate."
The Shade slowly cocked his head to the side staring at Flynn who was more scared than ever "Amber..."She whimpered again but Amber ignored him grunting again "Man these are strong what are these made of?"Amber asked in frustration.
Flynn's heart was pounding in his chest like thunder as the stood there not moving just staring at Flynn "Amber..."Flynn squeaked looking back at Amber for a second before turning back to see the Shade wasn't in front of him any more.
Flynn looked around in confusion as Amber grunted one last time officially giving up and Fed up with Flynn calling her name. "What what is it?"Amber exclaimed looking back at Flynn who didn't respond he just continued scanning the forest around him.
"Flynn?"Amber called again but no response from him just silence as he continued scanning around, Amber rolled her eyes "idiot."She muttered then she turned back in front of her only to be met with the terrifying face of the Shade who was kneeling down towards her.
Amber let out a loud scream as she began kicking at the Shade with her legs that were free although it wasn't doing any good as her legs went right through him. "No get away!"Amber whimpered kicking at shade who just sat there not moving. "Help someone help us!"Flynn shouted hopeful someone might hear.
Then the Shade stood up and walked towards the front of the tree making both Amber and Flynn look at him with fear "It's the Shade.,It really is real."Flynn whimpered in fear.
Amber gulped as she kept her eyes on the The Shade "What do you want with us?"Amber cried in fear the Shade didn't respond "Are you going to kill us?"Flynn asked terrified The Shade still didn't respond.
Amber made a little face and looked back at Flynn "Can it Understand us?" she asked Flynn shrugged his shoulders looking at the shade "I don't think it can even talk."
Just then The Shade dashed away leaving Amber and Flynn confused "Woah where's it going?" Flynn asked Amber shrugged her shoulders looking towards the direction the Shade went.
Meanwhile
The Shade traveled at high speed through the forest until he reached the outside of the Dark Forest he looked around and saw a lone dark gray furred male wolf walking about 30 yards ahead of him reaching an arm to the ground black shadowy tendrils raced on the ground and then latched onto the shadow of the wolf making him immediately stop in his tracks his eyes turned pitch black as the Shade was in complete control of him via his shadow.
With a whoosh Shade grabbed him and took him back to Amber and Flynn who looked at the wolf in confusion and nervousness "Whose your friend?"Flynn asked creeped out by the wolf with black eyes.
The wolf turned to Flynn and stared at him with his soulless pitch Black eyes then the wolf spoke in a monotone voice "He is my mouthpiece given i can't speak." he said Amber and Flynn immediately understood this as he was using the wolf to talk.
"To answer your other questions no I'm not going to kill you,And what do i want with you I'm going to use you as an example."The Wolf said causing Amber And Flynn's eyes to widen in total fear.
