Freddie and Robbie are sitting on the couch watching the series finale to Zoey 101 when they here a knock at the door
"Uh Robbie are we babysitting today?" Freddie asked
"I don't think so." Robbie replies
"Then who's at the door?" Freddie asked
"I don't know." Robbie said
Freddie opens the door and standing outside is the building manager
"Hello." Freddie says
"Who are you?" Robbie asked
"My name is Larry. I'm the owner of this building." Larry says
"Why are you here? We paid our rents." Robbie said
"It has come to be that you two are living here by yourselves with no adult." Larry said
"Yes that is correct." Robbie said
"Well I'm sorry but if you don't have an adult with you by the end of the week, you're gonna have to be evicted." Larry said
"Hang on. I'm 19 so I am an adult." Freddie said
"And how old is he?" Larry asked
"17." Robbie said
"Since he's still in high school, you have to have someone over 21 living here. I'm sorry. You have until Friday." Larry said
Larry walks out
"He can't do that? Right?" Freddie asked
"I think he can. We have to find an adult." Robbie said
Scene now cuts to Elderly Acres
"What's going on?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
"Okay so the landlord of our apartment came by and he said that if Freddie and I don't have an adult living with us by Friday, we would face eviction." Robbie said
"Isn't Freddie 19?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
"Yeah but since I'm still in high school, we need someone over 21." Robbie replied
"Hey what's that guy doing up there?" Freddie asked
"One of the pipes burst open so they're fixing it." Mrs. Shapiro replied
"Okay grandma will you help us out?" Robbie asked
"Sure but only to get that guy off your backs." Mrs. Shapiro replies
"Sweet we have nothing to worry about." Freddie said
Just then a construction guy falls on Robbie's grandma
"Grandma!" Robbie yelled
"Call Dr. Schneider." Mrs. Shapiro says in pain
"Dr. Schneider!" Robbie yelled
"Use your phone." Freddie said
"Okay." Robbie says as he pulls out his phone
Scene cuts back to the apartment
"Okay thank you Dr. Schneider." Robbie says
Robbie hangs up
"Is she okay?" Freddie asked
"She sprained her ankle and won't be able to come." Robbie said
"So we're gonna get evicted?" Rex asked
"What are we gonna do? I don't want to get evicted. I'm having so much fun living with you." Freddie says
"Wait I got it!" Robbie yelled
"You got an idea?" Freddie asked
"Yes." Robbie replied
"I bet it's stupid." Rex said
"Hush Rex. What's your idea?" Freddie asked
"We can go to my school and ask one of my teachers to pretend to be our guardian." Robbie said
"Robbie no teacher will be our guardian." Freddie says
"No real sane teacher." Robbie says
Robbie laughs for 6 seconds
"You'll see where I'm going with this in a second." Robbie said
Scene now cuts to Hollywood Arts High School with the cheer applause playing
Tori, Jade, Beck, André, and Cat are all on stage and facing backwards as Sikowitz is teaching them about backwards acting
"Alright class it's time to began a new exercise called Backwards Acting"." Sikowitz said
"Yay I love backwards acting." Cat says in the background
"Cat!" Jade yelled in the background
"Okay now as you can see..." Sikowitz says as Robbie and Freddie enter the room
"Sikowitz!" Robbie yelled
"Robbie you and Rex are very late. Class ends in 2 minutes." Sikowitz said
"This is more important than class!" Rex yelled
"You mean there's something more important than teaching these people how to act backwards?" Sikowitz asked
"Uh why are you dressed like a clown hobo?" Freddie asked
"Who is that boy?" Sikowitz asked
"He's my friend and roommate Freddie Benson." Robbie replied
"Well Freddie you are not allowed to be in here." Sikowitz says
The bell rings
"Dang it. Class dismissed. Have a great weekend." Sikowitz said
"Bye." Cat says in the background
"Now what's going on?" Sikowitz asked
"We need your help." Freddie says
"Freddie and I live in this apartment and our landlord came by saying that if we don't have an adult by today, we could face eviction." Robbie said
"But he looks like he's 19." Sikowitz said
"The landlord doesn't care." Freddie said
"Can you pretend to be our guardian so we can get the landlord off our back?" Robbie asked
"Sure only because you seem to care about each other." Sikowitz said
"Thanks Sikowitz." Robbie says
Scene cuts back to Freddie and Robbie's apartment with Sikowitz
"So this is where you guys live?" Sikowitz asked
"Uh huh." Freddie said
Doorbell rings
"That must be the landlord." Robbie said
Freddie opens the door and it is the landlord
"Hi." Freddie said
"So did you two find an adult?" Larry asked
"Yes we did." Robbie said
"Sikowitz." Freddie says
"Hi I'm their guardian." Sikowitz said
"How old are you?" Larry asked
"I am 37." Sikowitz replied
"Okay well since you're over 21, it looks like you two boys can keep living here." Larry says
Larry walks out
"We did it." Freddie said
"He felt for it." Robbie says
"What an idiot." Rex says
"Thanks Sikowitz." Freddie said
"Anytime. If he comes back, let me know and I'll come back to pretend to be your guardian." Sikowitz says
"We will." Robbie said

A/N Let me know what you think of this episode. Sikowitz and the main Victorious characters (excluding Trina) guest star in this episode. Hollywood Arts High School also makes an appearance. The main Victorious characters only make cameos and only Cat and Jade have dialogue. Stay tuned for the next episode.
