At Freddie & Robbie's apartment, Freddie and Robbie are doing their show and Ally is opening her presents live on the show
"A new PearPod? No way!" Ally said
"You said you always wanted one so we went out to get it for you." Robbie said
"Thanks big brother. I love it." Ally said
"Okay we are out of time. We hope you all have a great Christmas and a great New Year. Until then, I'm Freddie." Freddie said
"I'm Robbie." Robbie said
"I'm Ally." Ally said
"And thanks for watching The Freddie & Robbie Show." Freddie said
Ally goes to shut off the camera
Scene now cuts to the gang in the kitchen as they have just got done decorating their place for Christmas. Robbie is cooking a ham in the oven
"I just can't believe that it's finally Christmas." Ally said
"I know. Where did this year go?" Freddie asked
"It went by fast." Ally said as Robbie's phone dings
"Hey Ally grandma is on her way over with some cranberry pie." Robbie said
"Who's all coming again?" Ally asked
"It's just our grandma and Freddie's mom." Robbie replied
"Aren't your parents coming?" Freddie asked
"No they decided to spend their Christmas in Hawaii." Ally replied
"Why?" Freddie asked
"So they don't have to spend Christmas with Robbie since he's a big disappointment." Rex jokes
"Rex!" Robbie and Ally yelled
"Okay don't hate me, but your parents sound horrible." Freddie says
"I'm used to it." Robbie said
"No you shouldn't. You need to stick up for yourself." Freddie said
"That'll never happen." Rex said
"Shut it Rex!" Robbie yelled
Doorbell rings
"It's open." Ally said
The door opens and Robbie's grandma and Freddie's mom walks in
"Merry Christmas!" Mrs. Shapiro and Mrs. Benson said
"Hi grandma." Robbie and Ally say
"Hey mom." Freddie said
"Who's this little girl?" Mrs. Benson asked
"Mom this is Ally. She's Robbie's sister." Freddie replied
"Oh nice to meet you Ally." Mrs. Benson said
"Nice to meet you too Mrs. Benson." Ally said
"Mom where's T-Bo?" Freddie asked
"He's spending Christmas with his family." Mrs. Benson replied
"So who's watching your place?" Freddie asked
"I turned the alarm panel on." Mrs. Benson replies
"I'm going to get started on making the Mac n' Cheese. Freddie come stir these mashed potatoes." Robbie said
"Okay." Freddie says
"Well I'm going to make a pitcher of tea." Mrs. Benson said
Robbie's grandma sees Ally is a little upset
"Ally are you okay?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
"Yeah I just wish mom and dad were here. It feels so wrong that they chose to go to Hawaii for Christmas and not spend it here with us." Ally replied
"I know." Mrs. Shapiro said
"They didn't even care that Robbie moved out or that I moved out. Are they embarrassed of us?" Ally asked
"Yes." Rex said
"That does it Rex. You're in a timeout." Robbie said
"I was just kidding." Rex says
"That wasn't funny Rex." Ally said
"Your friend needs to control his puppet." Mrs. Benson said
20 minutes later, Mrs. Benson has finished making the tea, Freddie has finished making the mashed potatoes while Robbie has finished the Mac and Cheese
"Everything is done but the ham." Freddie says
"How much longer will it take?" Mrs. Shapiro asked
"I'm hungry." Ally said
"It takes a long time for the ham to get cooked." Robbie says
"So Ally what did you get for Christmas?" Mrs. Benson asked
"A new PearPod, some clothes and makeup." Ally replied
"Aren't you a little young for makeup?" Mrs. Benson asked
"Mrs. B, she's almost 13." Robbie replied
"So mom in case you haven't heard, Robbie and I started our own web show." Freddie said
"I seen it. I had a feeling you were going to do something like that." Mrs. Benson said
The oven dings
"Finally the ham is done." Mrs. Shapiro says
"Robbie get the plates." Freddie says
"Kay Kay." Robbie says
Robbie sets out plates for him, Freddie, Ally, Mrs. Benson and Mrs. Shapiro
They fill their plates with ham, mashed potatoes, and Mac n' Cheese
"Time to dig in." Mrs. Benson says
Just as they're about to eat, a knock is heard at the door
"Who's at the door?" Ally asked
"Come in!" Robbie yelled
"Dude you don't tell random strangers to come in." Mrs. Shapiro said
"Yeah what if it was a criminal?" Mrs. Benson asked
"Or a weirdo?" Freddie asked
The door opens and on the other side is a man
"Hello." The guy said
The guy is none other than Mrs. Benson's ex-husband and Freddie's dad
"Leonard?" Mrs. Benson asks
"Leonard? Wait dad?" Freddie asked
"You have a dad?" Robbie and Ally asked
"That's right. I'm back." Mr. Benson says
"This just got intense." Mrs. Shapiro said
"You have some nerves showing up here Leonard." Mrs. Benson said
"Can someone please tell me what's going on?" Ally asked
"I want to know too." Robbie said
"My mom and dad split up way over 16 years ago. My mom was not happy about it." Freddie says
"Look I'm sorry that I left you. I was going to come back but was too scared. So I spend 16 years hiding from regret." Mr. Benson said
"Well do you want to spend Christmas with us?" Robbie asked
"Sure. Why do you look like Andy Samburg?" Mr. Benson asks
"I'm not Andy Samburg!" Robbie yelled
"Ha!" Rex yelled
"Calm down Robbie." Freddie says
"Merry Christmas everyone." Ally said as part 1 ends
