Warning – Human/bot scene between Optimus and Kathy, so if you don't like scenes like that skip over this chapter. I was asked by Private Message why Kara's scenes are not detailed between her and Bumblebee the answer is simple my friend asked me not to put those types of scenes I am respecting her wishes plain and simple. The only scenes which are detailed are those who are comfortable with that going on with their OC's; please respect my friend's wishes.

Chapter 50

(Normal POV – 24 hours later)

Optimus walked back over to where Kathy was; and he noticed she was awake.

"Hello Kathleen, how are you feeling today?" he asked her as she noticed his optics looked slightly sad to her.

She shrugged faintly, and tried to smile.

"A little better; but I am a little scared regardless." she said as Optimus transformed into his vehicle form and activated his holoform.

Optimus sat by Kathy and slid his hand into hers and he kissed her hand. She glanced up at him and smiled sadly at Optimus.

"I guess I'm not too brave, am I?" she asked.

"You are very brave; you still helped Sentinel and revived those three sparklings regardless of what would happen to you." Optimus replied as she looked away her eyes filled with tears suddenly.

Optimus reached for her face gently and tried to get her to look at him.

"Look at me, Kathleen; I give you my word we will get this Seed from Lockdown and we … no I will find a way to save you." Optimus said as he leaned in and pressed his lips against hers.

The kiss he started was gentle at first; but then his passion started to boil over for her. The kiss flowered into one of enthusiasm for more. Kathy slowly wrapped her arms around Optimus' waist and pulled him closer; but her one hand worked its way upward as her fingers ran through his hair which made him moan.

Optimus could feel every bit of passion stirring in his holoform's body; he started to feel regret and guilt though for what he had done to her hit him once more.

(Flashback starts)

She found several sparklings dead and she choked back sobs; they were just babies. She tried to focus her gift onto the sparkling when she heard something behind her and saw Megatron standing behind her.

"What did you do to my sparklings, human?" Megatron demanded.

Kathy spun around and saw a furious Megatron with his fusion cannon pointed at her; and she started to hold up her hands at him.

"Do not even think about using that power on me I will have you blown apart before you could even attempt it. OPTIMUS, get over here!" Megatron ordered as Optimus walked over toward Megatron.

"Put that weapon down, Megatron!" Optimus demanded.

"Your pet human murdered a few of my sparklings; she is to be punished for that at immediately, Optimus. You know the rules for offling innocent sparklings or have you forgotten already?" Megatron demanded of his brother.

"I haven't forgotten, but you need proof before you can blame her. She was with me, Megatron," Optimus said.

"Then the twins showed up with a message and I saw Sentinel coming from over here and decided to follow him." she said. "That's when I found them dead like this." she said.

Those words seemed to affect Optimus oddly; and he stiffened at them.

"You are accusing Sentinel of such an act after his spark was cleansed; and he cannot possibly have any ill-will toward any of us now." Optimus demanded.

"I am just saying…" she started to say until he stopped her in her tracks.

"ENOUGH…." Optimus yelled.

Kathy gaped at him like he was insane.

"You honestly believe I could kill babies without batting an eye; what type of person do you think I am, Optimus?" Kathy asked her eyes filled with unshed tears then.

"I don't know what to think all I know is you're accusing a Prime of this scandalous crime; and you were seen in the area and not Sentinel." Optimus retorted.

"Either way, but keep her away from me and the rest of the sparklings or I will kill her myself." Megatron snarled as Kathy saw Megatron picked up the remaining sparklings and leave; when Kathy turned to face Optimus he had such an expression of disgust in his optics.

He believed Megatron, and that tore her heart apart.

"Let me try to revive them, please Optimus." she begged.

"I cannot allow you near them," Optimus remarked.

"I was with you together until the twins popped up and told me about Thunderwing, Nemesis Prime and Galvatron working for Unicron….." she said as he sighed then.

She narrowed her eyes at him then; she wasn't sure why he was doing this now.

"What….?" she asked.

"Your story is getting more outrageous as it goes on," he said as she stared at him in disbelief.

"I was with you…." she started to say until he held up his hand.

"Perhaps I made a mistake with that as well; I was lonely and didn't realize the trouble you would be." he said as Kathy felt her heart explode with pain.

"I never lied or did anything wrong can't you just for once just listen to your spark like what your famous for!" she shouted as Sentinel walked up.

"Your tone to a Prime is contemptible, human," Sentinel remarked.

"Shove it up your ass, Sentinel," she finally said as she turned toward Optimus. "I don't care anymore, you want to fight Cemetery Wind and Thunderwing and his thugs do it without me. Let's see how far you get bringing Cybertron back too without me, you ungrateful jerk!" Kathy shouted as she took off running.

(Flashback ends)

Optimus pulled back broke the kiss; while he caressed her face with his fingers.

"Please forgive me for my ill behavior toward you before; I never meant to say such things to you I was so wrong." he said sadly.

"I forgive you, I was hurt but I still forgave you." Kathy replied as she kissed his nose with a grin.

He glanced at her then.

"I thought you were so angry with me that you gave your heart to another….. Barricade." Optimus said as she grinned.

"No, he was just a good friend to me and that's all," Kathy said as Optimus growled.

"I did not like the idea of him being close to you or touching you, it made me get….." he started to say.

"Jealous…?" she asked.

"Yes, I was jealous," he replied with an amused grin. "I know it does not become a Prime to be jealous." he answered.

"Actually to the contrary I find it cute and sexy coming from you," she replied giving him a quick kiss on his lips.

"I do not believe Barricade would have found it amusing or cute if I had confronted him in my jealous state." Optimus replied as she slid her fingers over his face and kissed him once more.

(Normal POV – 24 hours later…..)

Optimus looked at Kathy; he wanted to make her his now it was time to mark her as his completely.

"I wish to mark you now," he said.

"Mark me...?" she asked confused she never remembered that in any of the books about Transformers.

"Yes with my scent and coding from my spark; this ensures no other mechs will dare desire or touch you then." Optimus said.

"I would never go with anyone else when I am with someone I am loyal, Optimus." Kathy said.

"Sometimes other mechs when they desire a femme can be rather insistent in their actions." Optimus said.

"So, you're going to mark me with your scent and then coding from your spark?" she asked.

"Do not worry the scent is not something humans would smell," Optimus said. "Yes, we have special scent marks to warn other mechs to back off of what belongs to us." Optimus said. "It is only something another Cybertronian would smell not another human." Optimus remarked.

"So, how does this scent thing work?" she asked.

"When we interface that is when you will be marked; especially if my spark merges with your heart." Optimus explained.

Kathy stared at him with wide eyes; she would be lying if she said she wasn't intrigued with the idea of being marked as Optimus Prime's girl. She smiled, and looked at the flamed mech; and had a sexy expression on her lovely face.

"I want you, and I love you, Optimus" she said. "Only you," she added.

"Very well," Optimus said.

Kathy grinned, oh yes she could get used to this very quick.

Optimus held Kathy in his arms; his holoform always as Kathy liked in his bi pedal form. Kathy turned over and ran her fingers over his chest plates; which made him start to purr slightly.

"That sounded nice," she said as she leaned in to kiss his lip plates.

"You do know that Cybertronian mating is wild and uninhabited; which means it can be brutal." Optimus said.

"I don't scare that easily, Optimus." Kathy said kissing him.

"I'm starting to see that," he said.

"See that you do since we are mates; I don't want you to ever feel ashamed or scared. If you want to try something just ask; if for some reason we don't do that particular thing is fine but always ask, alright?" she said with a grin as he kissed her.

"Indeed," he said. "Indeed." Optimus said as he kissed her deeply; his glossa sliding into her mouth.

Kathy could smell and taste everything; it was different everything was different with Optimus. It was much more alive and fresh. Optimus smiled sadly, he was starting to fall in love with her; and was scared regardless but he gave her the benefit of the doubt.

'Please do not waste the tiny trust I am starting to give you; please Kathleen Optimus thought to himself as he held her against his body.

He wanted to believe once more that some humans could be trusted, even after some humans like Cemetery Wind and those others who betrayed them.

Several hours later...

Kathleen and Optimus fell asleep in each other's arms; however a snarky smirk plastered on his face just as Optimus slowly groaned and onlined first and kissed her unhurriedly on her neck.

"You're an amazing femme, Kathleen; thank you for coming into my life not just now but from the beginning." Optimus said as he leaned down and planted a kiss on her tenderly on her lips then.

Kathleen slowly woke up; and stretched with a bit of laziness to her actions.

"Hey Optimus," she said stretching once more.

"Good morning," Optimus whispered.

"Morning," she whispered as Optimus' chest plates opened automatically while they kissed; and his spark slid into her chest marking her as his so everyone would know she belonged to him Optimus Prime always and forever.

Optimus smirked to himself; as he deepened the kiss and had to admit he was falling for this human and would stop at nothing to keep her with him. He would get this Seed away from Lockdown that he was determined to do. He knew Lockdown was dangerous; but at this point he could be rather dangerous too.
