TW! TORTURE, AND MAIN CHARACTER DEATH!

He ran. Faster. Faster. Maybe he could make it. He knew he was to late. He could feel her force signature. It was weak. It was so weak. He ran down every hall searching, scanning for answers. He opened door after door. Until he found her. She was chained to the wall by her wrists. Both of her wrists were broken, her lips was split open, and blood was dripping from her mouth, her wrists were bloodstained. Her entire body, was scarred and bruised and bloody and broken. Tears filled his eyes. The room smelled of blood and burnt flesh. He wiped his face with his gloved hand as he ran to her. He quickly began to undo the restrains that were holding her up. She blinked her eyes open, terrified as she whimpered quietly.

"Snips, Snips it's okay, it's me breathe, it's okay," he whispered, biting back tears as he tried to as fast as he could untie her from the restraints. He caught her as she collapsed against him, and he slowly set her down in his lap as he sat on the floor. She whimpered and moaned in pain every movement he made. It shattered his heart.

"Master..." she said, it was a small sound have between a whisper, and a whimper. He took her hand as gently as he could.

"Y-Yes, Snips," he whispers his voice shaking. She adjusted slightly so her bloodshot blue eyes met his tear-filled dark blue ones.

"I... I didn't tell them... anything," she whispered before leaning back against him barely able to breathe without moaning in pain. Her voice was small, and raw from screaming.

"Shhh," he whispered stroking her leku. She screamed with pain at his touch sending a horrible pain through his heart. He had hurt her. He had hurt the one person he has promised to protect. She put her bloody hand on his cheek.

"Kill me," she whispered, barely loud enough for him to hear her. He gasped.

"No, of course not, we'll make it out of this, I promise, you'll live another day," he said, tears flooding down his cheeks. She shook her head.

"Please... I'm too far gone," her voice was shaky. He could barely hear her.

"No, no we can save you please, Ahsoka," he whispered, his voice breaking.

"Anakin," she spoke his name, a rare thing for the duo. Anakin's eyes filled with tears as he gently stroked her cheek.

"Yes Ahsoka?" he whispered.

"Please... rid me of this pain," she whimpered, and she adjusted so she could cup his face in her bloody hands.

"Please," she's begging him now. He looked into her eyes.

"Ahsoka... Ahsoka I don't... I can't." He shook his head. She bit her lip and reached her hand down to his belt, resting her hand on his lightsaber.

"No Ahsoka," he whispered, shaking his head. She slowly unhooked it from his belt, pressing it into his right hand, sliding her right hand into his left one.

"Ahsoka," he whispered, begging now as well.

"Please... together," she said, resting her right hand on the hilt. He shook his head.

"I can't lose you," he whispered.

"You won't, I'll always be with you, right here," she gently put her hand on his beating heart. That did it for him. Tears streamed down his face as he wrapped his arms around her, hugging her as tightly as he dared.

"Master...please," she whispered. He rested his hand on the lightsaber hilt, right next to hers.

"I... are you sure?" he whispered. She ran her finger to the button of the lightsaber. He met her gaze to find her eyes full of tears.

"Please," she whispered. And she ran her thumb over the button. He put his on top. And she ignited the blue blade. She cried out quietly in pain before turning the blade off and collapsing against his chest, her arms wrapping around his neck.

"I love you," she whispered before her breathing stopped and her eyes fluttered shut.

Some say, that Anakin Skywalker turned to the dark side four years later. But dear reader, I believe that that very day, that Anakin Skywalker lost his padawan, that he turned to the dark side.
