Chapter 10: Gang Invasion

At the Frenchie Covent Garden, Victor told Sal of everything as the boss had his back turned to him.

"They managed to get away from us with the bullets, boss." Victor explained everything. "It looks as though those kids are gonna stop at nothing to get in our way when the war breaks out in the city.

Sal listened to everything while he kept his back turned to them as he looked out a window and at the bustling city with his hands behind his back.

Then an evil grin formed on his face.

"Well, that won't be so bad." He said.

"Why not?" Victor asked curiously.

Sal turns to him and says. "We're gonna give them what they want. If it's a war they want, it's a war they'll get." He walks to a vault and opens it. It shows a huge stash of rocket launchers, shotguns, pistols, butterfly knives, machine guns, grenades, bullets, missiles, and rifles.

As he admires his weapon inventory, he orders his men. "Get ready to take a trip to the military compound, boys. We're gonna make the message clear to the Anti-Mutagen Team to stay out of the way."

(Scene changes)

A little while later, in a garage, some weapons were placed in black cars as Sal's gang boys were preparing to attack the military compound.

Sal was admiring his men's work as Victor came up to him. "We're all set, Sal. Once those police and kids have the compound vulnerable, they'll get the message to not interfere with our business."

"Good." Sal said as he walked to a car. "Alright, boys. Get in the cars and get ready. There's gonna be a new landowner in this country and I aim to take control of it when Mesogog, his agents, as well as Logan and his friends are out of the way for good."

His gang complied as they all got in the cars with him and drove off to the military compound as the team were completely unaware of what's coming their way.

(Scene changes)

At the military compound HQ, Maggie informed Rebecca and Lennox of everything that Salvatore Maggio was about to do if the war will broke out.

"And so far, Sal will stop at nothing if he has total control of London if he and Mesogog go to war with each other." Maggie finished as one of the scientists was studying the biotoxic turpentine acid. "Us and against those creeps in this outbreak, we need more help if we're gonna stop Mesogog from taking over the world."

"We've been working on that, but Mesogog has been keeping all of our connections off from the satellites. After you guys went to confront Sal, his agents have been hacking into our computer terminals and rigged off almost half of the city power grid energy." Rebecca said with bad news as somehow the computers have been glitching. As if Mesogog's agents have anything to do with this.

The rest of the Anti-Mutagen Team were shocked by this as Lennox came in with a phone in his hands. "I can't even get to the National Guard or even the army. And there's no call from Logan and his family. We think the Indominus must have gotten to them when they went to Mesogog's base."

Dylan then dropped his shoulders in defeat. "Well, I guess that's it. We're doom."

"How exactly are we gonna stop this war now?" Betty asked with concern.

"Yeah, Logan is always the brains of the operation and has the better plan." Ashleigh added.

Then suddenly the alarm went off as everyone was on full alert. On the big screen it showed Sal and his gang approaching the base.

"Hey, who's watching the monitors?" Lennox asked as he eyed the screen with Rebecca.

On the screen, the cars pull on the grassy field as Sal was the first to step out as his mob gang followed him.

"Oh no, it's Salvatore Maggio." One of the police officers said with worry.

"Quick, everybody! Prepare yourselves, now!" Lennox ordered as the police and Anti-Mutagen Team armed themselves.

Betty, Ashleigh, and Dylan had their respective weapons with each other whereas Maggie had a boo staff in her hands she carried with on the plane.

Then all of a sudden, the doors exploded as everyone shielded themselves from the debris flying straight at them.

When the smoke lifted, the mob gang went in with guns aimed at the whole group.

They all glared at each other as coming into the scene was Salvatore Maggio as he walked in front of his group.

"Sorry to ruin the party, everyone. But we had to invite ourselves in." Sal mocked with an evil smirk.

Ashleigh, Betty, Dylan, Maggie, Lennox, Rebecca, and the rest of the police glared at him with their weapons in their hands.

"You didn't have to invite yourself in, Sal." Rebecca glared. "We were just expecting you to drop by with your thugs."

"Now, now, Rebecca. Let's not get too hasty." Sal said firmly. "We're here to give you morons the message to stay out of our way. We want no teams dealing with our business with Mesogog and his army. There's gonna be a war in this town and if we fall to his knees, who do you think is gonna live this out?"

Ashleigh replied. "We don't want any trouble, Sal. Just take your buddies and get back to your hideout."

"Is that so?" Victor cocked his gun as the others do the same.

"Come on, guys. What's the point of having a city if you can't share it with?" Lennox asked as he had a grenade behind his back in his hands.

"Don't agitate me, Lennox." Sal warned. "There is no point in sharing with a freak like Mesogog and his monsters. We're not leaving because we're all human. But you punks have no business interfering with ours."

Lennox and Rebecca silently smirked before Lennox said. "Is that so?"

Then he unplugs his grenade and tossed it at the end of Sal's gangsters.

"GET DOWN!" Lennox shouted.

"Oh you gotta be kidding me-" He was then cut off when the explosion went off as the others ducked for cover while the gang shielded themselves as well.

"Get them!" Sal ordered as he coughed a bit.

His gangsters complied as good guys came out of hiding and charged straight at them.

Ashleigh and Betty took on some of the gangsters as one of them charged straight at the girls, but they dodged, kicked, and punched them aside.

Dylan kicked one aside and punched the other to the ground.

Lennox, Rebecca, and their policemen were firing some bullets, hoping to hit the agents with them, but the gangsters missed them.

"Man, where's Logan and his family?!" Ashleigh exclaimed as she and the others kept on fighting.
