"The ones dressed in purple!" The alien calls forward Daphne and Pacifica.

Daphne and Pacifica had both dreaded their turn. Despite the seemingly random order, they had hoped that a team would have won before their turn.

Pacifica had to be grateful that her team was still in, but she knew she had to win. Whatever way she could win too. Looking down at her hand she sees the diamond ring, one of the last things she had from being a part of the Northwest family. Yes, Pacifica was going to win, one way or another.

Daphne needed to be just as confident, why wouldn't she be? She was Daphne Blake, she could do anything. There was no need to be scared of some spoiled blonde brat. She wasn't like that, spoiled a little, sure, but nowhere near what the girl across from her was.

"You two will be doing a makeover challenge," the alien announces and both girls are enthusiastic, although they both hide it. They can't be getting too cocky now. Glancing sideways at the other, they each think they got it in the bag.

"You, " the alien looks at Pacifica, "will makeover the other girl from the opposing team." Velma's complaints aren't heard as the alien snaps their fingers rendering her unconscious.

"And you," now looking at Daphne, "will makeover the flannel one." the alien gets cut off once again Wendy's immediate objections. The alien rolls their eyes, the girl should know she doesn't make the calls. With a snap of the creature's fingers, Wendy is passed out in a chair in front of her designer for the day.

"Now that that is settled we can begin the competition. The rules are fairly simple, you two may use any of the materials in the arena around you," the alien snaps their fingers again, making racks of clothing appear, along with tons of other beauty products, such as makeup and accessories, "you two will have an hour to do this task. May the best designer win."

The girls in purple immediately rush up to their assigned doll and look at the many options around them. It won't be easy to fix such a mess, but they are Pacifica Northwest and Daphne Blake, they needed a challenge, didn't they?

Daphne runs over to the closest clothing rack. She grabs a red v-neck dress that, when she holds the dress up to the sleeping mannequin, falls just above her knee. The dress comes with a black belt so she grabs a black fur-collared blazer and a pair of black heeled boots. Daphne closes the curtain she was provided as she changes Wendy into the dress, blazer, and shoes. It's a struggle to get the ugly flannel off the Corduroy girl but the ginger makes due before quickly pulling the dress over the passed-out woman's head. She quickly replaces the dirty mud-covered boots with the ones she selected before putting the blazer on.

"Perfect!" Daphne mumbles to herself, "now for some accessories."

Daphne knew she shouldn't be talking to herself, it was a habit she had picked up as an anxious child while striving for perfection but right now she couldn't help it, no matter what her father would think of her, she was going to win this competition and this helped her focus.

Daphne looks at the options surrounding her. She empties a basket that contains a bunch of scarves and dumps them onto the floor before picking up one of the white scarves that had fallen. She doesn't pay much attention and she swoops a bunch of other accessories into the basket. The Blake girl runs back to her passed-out model before seeing the accessories that she had chosen at random.

The white scarf goes around her neck and gets tucked into the dress, giving it a much more modest look. Daphne pulls a pair of heart-shaped earrings, surprised to see the tomboy has her ears pierced, she puts them in, thinking they match nicely with the dress. Next, Daphne grabs Wendy's hand and slides thin golden bracelets onto her wrist.

Daphne pulls out a bottle of violet nail polish. With Wendy's hand still in hers, she looks down to see the poorly taken care of cuticles. She can fix this, at least she hopes she can. The red and violet shouldn't clash too much. The clock says she has less than half an hour left to finish the look she is trying to achieve. Going as fast as she can without messing up, Daphne drags the small paintbrush across Wendy's fingernails.

Setting Wendy's hands aside so as not to mess them up while they are still wet, Daphne starts to style Wendy's hair. Trying to style Wendy's hair similar to her own, she gives it nice bouncy waves before sliding a black headband into her hair. Daphne shakes her head, why did she ever think she could do this?

Reaching into the more or less mystery basket again, her hand searches for makeup. Daphne is happy to pull out a red lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, and also finds some perfume in her search. She can definitely make do with these products. For choosing at random, she is happy with her selection.

Daphne feels awkward as she holds Wendy's eye open in order to apply the mascara, but she is willing to do it if it helps to ensure a victory for her team. Next, she takes the liquid eyeliner and drags it across the other ginger's eyelid. Her wrist flicks up at the end creating a sharp and beautiful angle. She takes the red stain and carefully paints it onto the sleeping girl's lips. She takes slow but shallow breaths, she is so afraid of her shaky hand that might mess up the lipstick, but in the end, the product is only on her lips, a huge relief for Daphne.

Glancing at the awkward headband again, Daphne makes the decision to hold her bangs back with a pair of black sunglasses that have a golden accent. She nods at her change as she rummages through her basket of collected items once again. With only two minutes left, Daphne throws a red purse with a golden chain strap over Wendy's shoulder and gives the model a few spritzes of the perfume she found. The bell rings and Daphne steps back for her model, satisfied with the work she has performed.

Pacifica runs to a nearby rack that has evening gowns. She grabs a purple dress with off-the-shoulder straps. Just below the dress are a pair of matching heels that she quickly grabs as well. Looking for something else to make a statement, she grabs a pair of black fingerless evening gloves and a black feathered boa.

Pacifica closes the curtain and struggles to pull off the sweater that her model had chosen to wear originally. Once the sweater is off though, she can easily slide the purple dress onto the figure. She straps the purple heels around her ankles. Picking up her hand and sliding the fingerless gloves up her arm, Pacifica notices that a manicure definitely wouldn't hurt the nerdy girl.

She runs back to what feels like endless shelves of supplies. She grabs a pair of earrings, a matching necklace, a golden bracelet, and a bottle of red nail polish to help fix her nails.

Pacifica uses the curling iron and does Velma's short hair in gentle curls. She weaves a rose in her hair for a cute design as well. This exposes her ears so when Pacifica removes the back from the earring, she easily sees where to put the needle in. The white diamond earrings are resemblant to pearls. It makes the pearl necklace that Pacifica carefully clasps behind Velma's neck look less cheap.

Pacifica takes the golden cuff bracelet she had selected and secured it around Velma's wrist before unscrewing the nail polish container. She has just less than half the time remaining. Taking a deep breath to remain calm and confident, she starts stroking Velma's nails with the red paint.

Pacifica goes back to a table that is full of different makeup products. She grabs a red lipstick, an eyeshadow palette and brush, and mascara. Going back to her station, a bottle of perfume, as well as a purple fan catches her eyes, and so she picks them both up and goes back to where her sleeping model is.

She starts slowly emphasizing the natural heart shape of Velma's lips with the red lipstick and smiles at her work wishing she could pull off such a bold color. Next, she taps the brush into a purple eyeshadow and begins applying it to the closed eyelids. She takes a darker purple and applies it to the outer edges, creating an ombre of purple. It's difficult to apply the mascara without messing up her eyeshadow but Pacifica makes do without getting any of the mascara onto the eyelid.

She glances at the over-looming timer once again. Stressed to see she has just over a minute left. She quickly takes the perfume that she had gathered earlier and puts a few sprays onto Velma. She takes the purple fan and sets it in the mannequin's hand, hoping with everything in her, that the red nail polish is dry.

"Time is up! Hands off your models!" The alien shouts as the piercing timer goes off.

There is a silence as the alien slowly walks around the still sleeping models. He observes them up and down, no detail goes unnoticed. Pacifica twists the ring on her finger nervously, the last true thing she has that signifies that she was ever wealthy Northwest. With a wink, the alien comes closer to the blonde girl and she slides the ring into their hand without anyone noticing a thing.

After a few more glances at both the models, to make it appear fair, the alien knows who the winner is. Standing in the center, they clear their throat in order to gain everyone's attention.

"We have a winner!" the alien says and points toward Pacifica and Velma.

The gravity falls team erupts in cheers. They still have a chance.

Wendy and Velma are now awake and still complaining about the competition until they realize that it is over and they are both dressed in ridiculous outfits. They would love to hurt the girl in purple that did this to them but what is it all worth. They can't do much about their appearance now. The two both cross their arms and roll their eyes as they take their spots back by their teams. Both Wendy and Pacifica struggle not to fall in the heels their designers put them, each swore this had to be a new form of torture.

"We're all tied up," Dipper reminds them, "can you do this Mabel?"

"Definitely!" Mabel says with her natural optimism.

"Who are you even going against, the dog?" Pacifica says with a snarky tone.

"You got this, Mabel," Wendy says, trying to hide the fact that the dress was riding up in a very uncomfortable place.

"Yeah, you got this dude," Soos chimes in.

"It's okay, Daph, you tried your best," Fred tells his girlfriend, just happy not to be the only one who lost a challenge.

"I can't believe it. I should've won!" Daphne pouts, "it was rigged, somehow, I'm sure. I mean look at Velma's outfit, I wouldn't be caught dead in that!"

Velma raises her eyebrow, that was quite the statement she needed about the outfit.

"No offense, V," Daphne quickly adds.

"Scoob, will get 'em. Won't you buddy?" Shaggy asks, trying to change the topic.

"Me?" Scooby says, raising a paw to his chest.

"You're the only one left," Velma, who is discarding the accessories that Pacifica gave her, points out.
