Chapter 6 : Al and Syl Honored

As weeks and months pass Albert and Sylvia continue to help and bless the Earth with their Heavenly powers. They are known to Earth as Al and Syl. to the main Town and Cities they are called, The Heavenly Hero and Heroine. To the Indian Nation they are called the Sky people.

It is now 2 weeks before Thanksgiving 1893 and Rev. Anthony Felcher and his wife Libby the Pastor that was with the Wagon Train whom Al and Syl (Albert and Sylvia) helped a couple months ago with Savage Indians are conducting a Church function in Sleepy Eye, MN. Pastor Felcher get word that Al and Syl are living in Walnut Grove.

Pastor Fletcher being friends with one of the Secretaries of State at the White House gets in contact with his friend tells him about Al and Syl and everything they have done and asks if the President of the United States, President Grover Cleveland and his wife could come to the honoring ceremony for Al and Syl.

The United States President and his wife already knew about Al and Syl and agree to be at the honoring ceremony.

Two weeks later on Thanksgiving Day the ceremony is being held with a Thanksgiving dinner at Nellie's Restaurant in Walnut Grove. The ones honoring Al and Syl is President Grover Cleveland and his wife, Pastor Fletcher and his wife and the Bank President from Mankato where the bank was robbed that Albert and Sylvia helped get the robbers.

The President of the United States, A U.S. Army Honor Guard, Pastor Fletcher, the Bank President along with their wives are standing in front of the whole Restaurant that is packed with out of town folks who came in for the honoring of Al and Syl because they were all so appreciative of what they have done in the past few months.

The families of Albert and Sylvia are there. Charles, Caroline, Carrie, Grace, Cassandra, James, Laura and Almanzo Wilder with their daughter Rose and Niece Jenny, and Sylvia's Pa, Hector Webb

Isaiah Edwards as well as Jonathan Garvey and his son Andrew are there.

Nelly and Percival Dalton are there with their twins Jennifer and Benjamin along with Percival's mother Elizabeth Colen

Mary and Adam Kendall are there both the Daltons and Kendalls have come from New York to attend the ceremony.

Willie Oleson and his wife Rachel Oleson are watching along with their mother Harriet.

Dr Baker and Reverend Alden are there too.

The ceremony starts, the President of the United States makes a speech and says, "We are here today to honor Al and Syl for all they have done to make our land a better place to live with all they have done to help people in time of need and trouble. Pastor Fletcher has a gift for them to show our appreciation."

Pastor Fletcher then speaks and says, "Al and Syl please come up to the front of the Restaurant."

Al and Syl come up to the front and then Pastor Fletcher continues to say, "Al and Syl Quinn we give you this Bible that the President of the United States and his wife as well as myself and my wife along with the Bank President of Mankato signed to say 'thank you' for all you have done. I personally want to thank you for saving my wife by getting the arrow out of her chest so many months ago by the Savage Indians."

Al and Syl accept the Bible as Al says, "My wife Syl and I both thank you for honoring us today but all the honor goes to God our Father above Who we are serving."

Just then in the back of the Restaurant a Chief Indian and one of his braves stand up. Pastor Fletcher did not know that they were there.The Cheif begins to speak, "I am so sorry for what me and my Indians did to your wife and others so many months ago. We were the ones who attacked the wagon train."

"As well, the Sky couple saved two of my people that same day. We are grateful to them and are indebted to them," The Chief motions to his braves and two Indian children come around and go to their Chief who is also their father.

Pastor Fletcher and his wife just stand there speechless with tears in their eyes and showing forgiveness in their faces.

Al and Syl, Pastor Fletcher and his wife go up to the Chief and his brave and they tell them, "All is forgiven."

Nels Oleson who is sitting close by sees that the Chief Indian has true remorse. Nels has a Bible with him and says, "Here, I want you to have this."

The Chief Indian says to Nels, "Thank you, I will read this every day because I want to get to know the love of God Almighty"

Nels answers, "You're welcome. That's why God gave everyone the Bible so man would learn the love of God.

Al an Syl, the Pastor and his wife offer to sign the Chief's new Bible.

The ceremony is now over Al and Syl are standing at the back of the Restaurant as people are leaving. Each and every one of them shake Al and Syl's hand and show their appreciation for what they have done.

After everyone has gone Albert and Sylvia take to the air and continue to go out and help others in time of need.

Epilogue

High above the Earth at the beginning of the void of space. The sun slowly rises above the planet. Two flying figures appear they are slowly coming around the planet. The couple are holding hands as they slowly stop and hover. They watch the Sunrise.

Beautiful music can be heard then the couple put their faces together and they slowly engage in a passionate kiss.

As the kiss ends the couple still holding hands resumed their flying positions they turn and they fly off. Both of them smiling as they hear the voice of their Lord.

"EXCELLENT AND WELL DONE MY HEAVENLY CHILDREN. GO AND CONTINUE YOUR DEEDS AS THE HEAVENLY HERO AND HEAVENLY HEROINE I WILL BE WITH YOU."
