So I guess this story was published around 1 am, so it's not really a new day, but to me it is, ha, so have a new chapter!

A Rash Rescue Chapter 2 -

Rogue Agent

"Kensi, go home and get some sleep," Callen said Tuesday night, after a long day of misleads and red herrings. "You're going to be tired tomorrow if you don't," he pointed out as Kensi surveyed every little bit of evidence they had collected over the last two days. Various photographs and files were spread out in front of her as she inspected them closely. The team had managed to retrieve the codes, and they were now secured in Ops. Corporal Mitchell and his wife had been taken into protective custody and we residing in a safe house until their daughter was found.

"Callen, we have to find this kid. She may not even be alive at this point!" Kensi exclaimed.

"I know we do. And we will. But for now, Kensi, it is after midnight. Go home, that is an order. Take a shower, eat something, and go to bed. You're going to be ornery and off your game tomorrow if you don't, and that's going to get you into trouble," Callen said sternly.

"Why should I have to if you don't?" she shot at him angrily, leaning back to cross her arms over her chest. Callen sighed sadly.

"You know I have insomnia, Kenz," he said honestly, frowning.

"Fine, I will go home," Kensi said, sighing loudly, slamming her laptop closed. She moved to put it into her messenger bag. "No. Leave the computer here," Callen said pointedly.

Kensi scowled, but listened, leaving her work there and heading for the door.

...

Bright and early next morning, Deeks, bright-eyed and awake, entered the bullpen, an exhausted Kensi in tow.

"Did you get any sleep last night?" Callen quipped as she collapsed in her chair, opening her laptop straight away to begin more work on the kidnapping case. Kensi just glared at him with a huff. Callen raised his eyebrows. "You had better behave today," he warned. Kensi didn't look at him.

"Guys! We may have a lead. Ops! Now!" Eric exclaimed suddenly from the balcony. The four in the bullpen quickly headed up to Ops.

"Kaleidescope got a hit on the Camry that was seen near the Mitchells' house, we've got a location and an owner! It's parked outside a coffee shop in Hollywood, registered to a Michael Robinson. Address is on your phones!"

"Thanks Eric. Kensi, I want you to stay here with Deeks. Work from Ops. Sam and I will take Robinson to the boatshed for questioning," Callen instructed, turning towards the door. Kensi's jaw dropped.

"No way!" she exclaimed. "I'm going to be the one to bring him in! Callen, you can't keep me here!"

"Kensi," Deeks started gently, grabbing her arm lightly. Kensi jerked, jamming her elbow back into his shoulder. Deeks grunted, jerking backwards.

"Kensi!" Callen scolded, grabbing her wrist and holding tight. "You are staying here and that is that. You're so obsessed you can't even think straight!"

"I'm fine, Callen!" Kensi exclaimed, actually stomping her foot on the floor. Eric and Nell were standing stock still, eyes wide, as they watched one of the people they looked up to the most throw a tantrum like a 4-year-old. Deeks and Sam were frozen in shock, never before having seen Kensi like this.

Callen scowled at her, silencing her with one icy glare. He started for the doors, still gripping her wrist.

"Sam, take Deeks and bring in Robinson before we lose him. We'll regroup later," he ordered before heading out.

"You got it," Sam said with a quick nod.

"Shotgun!" Deeks cried as they headed down the stairs.

...

Callen quickly towed Kensi to the corner office, her second visit in three days.

"I warned you," he scolded. "I warned you about this attitude, and I'm positive this is from stress, and lack of sleep, and did you listen to me? No!"

Kensi scowled at him as he released her wrist and closed the door. He sat down in the empty chair behind the desk, scooting it back. He beckoned for Kensi to come closer.

"Uh-uh," Kensi said, rather childishly, shaking her head. Callen raised an eyebrow, not quite believing just how immature his agent was being.

"Come. Here," he said again darkly. Kensi shook her head, backing up against the wall. "If I have to come get you..." Callen trailed off threateningly. Kensi shook her head. Callen stood up, starting to get very annoyed. He grasped her by the upper arm, tugging her back to the chair. She dug her heels into the floor in an attempt to get away, but Callen gripped her tighter. He sat down and positioned her between his knees, frowning at her darkly. Kensi stuck her lower lip out in a pout.

"Do not give me that look," Callen scolded. "I warned you, and you decided not to behave, and now this is where we're at. You are off this case!" Callen exclaimed, tightening his grip on her wrists.

"You can't do that!" she exclaimed angrily.

"You are in no position to argue, young lady," Callen scolded, reaching for her belt to unbuckle it. Kensi scowled at him, growling as she was upended unceremoniously over his lap. "I wasn't going to, but now you're getting it bare," he said unhappily, as he bared her bottom, tugging her jeans and underwear to her knees.

Kensi whimpered as her bottom was suddenly subject to the cool air and Callen's wrath. He wasted no time in getting started, bringing his hand down sharp and hard. Red angry splotches showed themselves after each swat. Hot tears sprang to her eyes as Callen continued to rain down hard smacks on her bare backside.

Kensi thrashed, squealing angrily. She kicked, legs flailing about, almost managing to dislodge herself from Callen's lap.

"Stop it," Callen said shortly, tightening his grip around her waist. Kensi kicked harder, causing Callen to pause, tugging one leg out from under her to clamp it over the backs of her knees. He then resumed her spanking, smacking in a fast tempo. Kensi's bottom rapidly turned an angry shade of red.

She couldn't stop the tears from rolling down her cheeks as she started to cry. Callen was spanking her harder than he ever had before, drilling the pain in deeper and deeper to create a long-lasting burning sting. She thrashed again, although her legs were now effectively trapped beneath Callen's.

Kensi's shoulders shook as she started to cry harder as Callen moved lower to her sit spots and thighs, rapidly turning them a shade of pink to match the rest of her bottom.

"I'm sorry!" she exclaimed between cries, going limp over Callen's lap with a squeal. Callen nodded, quickly finishing off her punishment with two final swats. Callen sat back in his chair, releasing Kensi's waist and leg. He reached down and tugged her underwear back up, trying not to frown when she whimpered as the fabric chafed against her sore skin. She pushed herself up to stand, replacing her jeans.

Callen stood up and gathered her into his arms, rubbing her back up and down. Kensi just stood there, making no move to return the hug.

"You understand why I had to do that, right?" Callen asked gently, pulling back. He tipped her chin up with a finger. Kensi nodded with a sniffle, eyes downcast. She opened her mouth to speak, but Callen cut her off.

"You're still off the case. Head back to the bullpen and catch up on some other stuff," he directed, walking to the door, opening it and ushering her out. Kensi scowled at him, still unhappy and not quite fully sorry for her actions. "I'm heading to the boatshed. You stay put."

Kensi nodded numbly, heading back to her desk with a sigh. Callen headed for the tunnel. Before he drove away, he shot a quick text to Nell, telling her to keep an eye on Kensi, who he had taken off the case.

She repsonded with a dutiful 'yes sir,' and Callen was off.

...

"Hey Kenz?" Eric asked a little while later, coming down the stairs. She looked up from her paperwork.

"Yeah, Eric?"

"Are the guys back yet? Nell and I cracked that IP address and have a location."

"Really?!" Kensi exclaimed, jumping up, ignoring the shot of pain that sparked in her backside.

"Yep," Eric said proudly. He came the rest of the way down, showing the screen of his tablet to her. Kensi immediately commited the address to memory.

"The boys aren't back yet," she said. "I can check it out for you, if you want."

"Okay, I'll send the address to your phone," Eric replied cheerfully. "See you later." He quickly trotted back up tp Ops.

Kensi bolted out the door as soon as he was gone.

...

Nell came down the stairs a while later, checking up on Kensi as Callen had instructed. She found her desk empty. She immediately dialed Callen.

"Yeah, Nell?"

"Kensi's gone!"
