We'll allow Genna and Tech a moment alone together while my lovely co-author, Luxs_Sister, helps me to explore what everyone else is up to in the mean time.

Hey you with the dreams in your head

You've been so mislead by your heart's pull

I know you're waiting for your ship to come in

You anxiously wait for such a long time

"Maybe we should have brought some jogans," Omega slumped dejectedly as she walked. "We know Tech likes those."

"Yeah, maybe we should have." Wrecker adopted the same posture as his younger sister, but his taller stature allowed him to watch where they were going. He and Omega had broken off from the main crowd leaving the stadium and were now … well, it looked like they were back in the harbor district. It seemed as good a place as any to sulk.

Omega lifted her head to meet Wrecker's sightline. "What are we going to do now?"

"I dunno." He shook his head. So far every tip from the 'zine or what he and Omega could glean from the HoloNet had fallen flat, and leaving Tech and Genna alone together was a last-ditch effort. Still, what could they possibly get up to in a stadium full of people? That sure wasn't a "mood-setting location" like the magazine said. They should have brought Tech and Genna with them and left them here, where they could look at the water and maybe have a bite in one of the pubs dotting the district. They seemed popular among the sailors at least…

"Omega!" Wrecker grabbed his sister's shoulder, bringing her up short. "The pub with the green sign. Is that the guy who delivered the crate of not mujas?"

He was almost sure it was. How many one-eyed men ran around wearing wildly embroidered coats? But Wrecker himself was blind in one eye and he'd like confirmation before they moved in.

And he got it: Omega nodded. "It's him! Maybe he's on a mission."

"Or maybe he'll know how to help Tech and Genna." They shared a devilish look and then hurried to the pub in question. "C'mon!"

The pub in question wasn't packed, nor did it seem like too rough an establishment for Omega. For every sailor drinking at the bar there were groups enjoying food and drink, including the one-eyed man. He was sitting with the pink-haired woman who'd ordered the mujas.

"-visitor at the museum," she said as Wrecker and Omega took a seat at the table next to them. "Not sure what his angle was but he sure asked a lot of questions."

"I'll keep my eye out for him," the man sipped the ale that had been set before him. "You should probably get going."

"Why? You and Ellie have plans for a hot date?" She cocked an eyebrow and only then did Wrecker realize how young she was. She couldn't be more than a teenager.

"Why would you think that?"

"Don't make me an aunt yet, Sloan!" The girl tossed a couple credit chits onto the tabletop and scurried out of the pub.

"Sisters," Sloan sighed and took a gulp rather than a sip of his drink before he seemed to notice Wrecker and Omega. "Well if it isn't the muja fans! What brings you to these parts?"

"Love," Omega sulked.

"Love? What happened, did someone get dumped? I'm afraid if that's the case, your expert just walked out of here."

"No, it's our brother," Wrecker explained the situation: his and Omega's plan to get Tech and Genna together and their lack of success. "So now, we don't know what to do."

"You want my advice?"

"Well we saw you kissing that girl on your ship and thought she might be your girlfriend."

"Unless she's the whore the ship was named after," Omega piped up unhelpfully.

Sloan spat out his mouthful of ale with a laugh. "Don't let her hear you say that. No, she's mine alright and since you think I'm an expert, tell your brother to be bold, have fun, and only go for the ones with fine shebs. Only not too fine, 'cause my girl's got the finest in the galaxy!"

To this Omega and Wrecker just nodded. "Not sure we can say anything about her shebs if we haven't seen 'em."

"Why are we looking at peoples' shebs?" Echo's voice came from behind them and they turned around. Their brother stood at the end of the table, eyebrow raised in confusion.

"We're not. Tech is," Omega supplied.

"Do I even want to …" Echo sighed, deciding he probably didn't, and gestured to an empty table on the other side of the pub. "Come on, both of you."

They didn't yet have any food or drink to gather up so they followed Echo to the table in question and placed their orders from there.

"What's the problem?" Wrecker asked once they were settled in at the new table.

"The problem is that you were listening to that guy," Echo rolled his eyes. "You don't know him; he probably doesn't even know what he's talking about."

"He had good advice," Omega protested.

"'Be bold, have fun, and only go for the ones with fine shebs?'" Echo repeated. "Yeah, sounds like great advice if you're looking for someone to take home from 79s, but you couldn't catch Tech dead in there."

"What's 79s?" Omega asked innocently.

Echo considered supplying a sanitized answer but ultimately decided against it. Instead he lowered his voice and changed the subject. "While you two were out here playing matchmaker, Hunter and I were staking out the campus looking for something that might have to do with Mollymauk. There was a guy dragging a muja crate full of paintings through the campus."

"Not the same muja crate we delivered to Genna's stand, that was definitely not filled with mujas." Wrecker asked.

He nodded. "If there was any doubt, that girl with the pink hair was helping him load it. Hunter's tailing him and I stuck with her until I saw you two."

"Do you think she knows who Mollymauk is?"

"I think she more than knows who he is; I think she works for him." He leaned in closer. "I think they all work for him, and they'll lead us back to him."

"We heard her talking to that guy. Could he…?"

Echo nodded. "Possibly. That would also make sense why he's trying to distract us with bad relationship advice. Like I said, he definitely doesn't know what he's-."

There was a squeal from across the room and they turned around just in time to see Ellie the redhead jump onto Sloan's lap and kiss him.

"Hope I'm not too late," she said. "We've been planning this date for too long!"

"Okay," Echo said. "Maybe he does know what he's talking about."

In unison all three of them tilted their heads to get a look at Ellie's shebs and compare to their mental image of Genna's.

She must have sensed all the staring because Ellie looked over her shoulder at them and smiled with amusement as they tried to hide the fact they were staring at her shebs. With the grace of a gymnast she climbed out of Sloan's lap and sauntered over to their table.

"So I heard my man's been trying to give you advice," she said in the same heavy accent Sloan and the muja girl spoke in. "I wouldn't take it if I were you; he's an idiot and I'm the greatest good he's ever gonna get."

"Only 'cause you're the greatest good anyone could get!" Sloan shouted in his own defense.

"Guess he's not a total clod," Ellie smiled to herself. "Though am I right that you aren't looking for just any girl?"

Omega nodded. "We're not. Tech only wants Genna."

"Genna you say? Wouldn't happen to be Genna Carid?"

"Do you know her?" Echo bristled. Just when they thought they'd ruled out Genna being involved in any kind of funny business.

"Not really know, but I ran into her at her fruit stall," Ellie explained. "And as a woman myself and therefore an expert in womankind, I think I know what she would like. What's she doing right now?"

To this all three members of the squad looked at one another in confusion. They'd all been so busy either wallowing in self-pity or chasing mollymauks that they hadn't bothered to ask Tech what his plans were after leaving the stadium. And Hunter … Hunter had barely paid attention during the limmie game in favor of chasing down leads to Mollymauk, so he definitely wouldn't know. What were he and Genna up to right now?

"Is Tech the one I saw Genna kiss?" Ellie asked.

This time the confusion turned to surprise and Echo was the first to recover. "Um, yes, that would be him."

"And they're alone together now." Ellie whistled. "Well, that's either really good, or really, really bad."

Before she could elaborate on why that was good or bad Wrecker's comm rang and he glanced down to see Hunter's ID. It wasn't like he could ignore that one so instead he took a few steps away from the table and answered. "Hello?"

"Wrecker, where are you?" Hunter demanded. "I've been trying to find you and Omega for hours. I've just picked up a lead on the university front and need to brief you, and I need Tech to go through any information he gathered during the match. Do you know where he is?"

"Erm...no! Don't do that! Tech's doing … he's doing something very important! The rest of us will come back to the ship and you can tell us what you found out."
