A few days had passed since Padme's arrival. The other three dolls showed her around the house and explained to her how things worked in Mark's room. They gave her a full tour in their 1999 air force blue Jeep Wrangler, blasting *NYSNC(Padme's favorite) the whole way.

"This, Miss Padme, is the entertainment center," Qui-Gon announced, making a grand gesture to the big wooden piece with one hand and holding the steering wheel with the other.

"Master Qui-Gon likes to climb up to the top shelf sometimes," Ani said.

"And then he gets stuck up there and we have to get Mark to help him down," Obi-Wan said, rolling his eyes.

"It happens to be a great spot to think, looking down at the rest of the living room! And Mark doesn't mind helping one bit, unlike you two!" Qui-Gon said.

"What sort of entertainment do you have in this center?" Padme asked, attempting to change the subject.

"Mostly just television," Obi-Wan said.

"And video games!" Ani added.

"Or climbing to the top to contemplate life and the meaning of the Living Force," Qui-Gon said.

Padme cleared her throat. "Well, um, what sort of television do you all like to watch anyway?"

"Sometimes we watch movies with Mark. He likes a lot of different movies though," Ani said.

"Star Wars included," Obi-Wan added. "We enjoy watching Episode I with him."

"But for some reason he never lets us watch the last half hour or so?" Qui-Gon said.

"Oh really?" Padme asked. "I wonder why he would do that?"

The four dolls brought their hands to their chins to ponder the reason why Mark doesn't let them watch the end of The Phantom Menace.

A/N: Mark here. There's a very good reason why I don't let them watch the end of Phantom Menace :')

"Is there any chance Mark might want to watch a movie with us tonight?" Padme asked.

"Maybe! I think he's working tonight, but if doesn't get home too late and isn't too tired, perhaps he'll want to," Obi-Wan explained.

The little dolls continued to drive around the house, singing along to "I Want You Back" and "(God Must Have Spent)A Little More Time On You." The rest of their day was spent exploring the kitchen, in which Ani nearly got himself stuck in the icemaker. He had to be wrapped in blankets and Qui made him some hot tea.

Before long, Mark got home from work, looking a bit cheerier than he usually did.

"Good evening, little one! How was work?" Qui asked as Mark came into his room where they all had settled on his bed. Ani was fast asleep under a pile of blankets.

"Better than usual!" Mark said. He pulled a fat wad of cash out of his pocket. "I got tipped pretty well today." He pulled out a few big bills from the stack to show off.

"Wow! Look at all that money!" Padme said.

"I know! I haven't made this much in one night in a long time," Mark said. "Hey, I don't know what made me think about it, but today I was thinking about Toy Story. Would you fellas wanna watch it with me tonight?"

After waking Anakin and pulling him out from under the blankets, the boy and his four Star Wars action dolls made their way downstairs to the living room, Ani and Obi riding on his right shoulder and Qui and Padme on his left. They had to hold on tight when Mark sat down and jostled around on the couch, looking for the remote.

"Oops, sorry fellas! I should be more careful when you're on my shoulders like this," Mark said. He turned on the television and started looking through the queue for Toy Story. Qui-Gon hopped down from his shoulder and lent the other three his hand.

Soon, Mark found the movie and started it. As the opening scene played, where Andy plays with his toys, he pulled a blanket over his lap. The dolls climbed onto his knees.

"Wow, that looks like a lot of fun. I'd like to play cowboys! How come you don't play with us like that, Mark?" Anakin asked, turning around and looking up at Mark with sad eyes.

Mark frowned. "I'm sorry, Ani. I'm not as young anymore. My mom already doesn't like the amount of time I spend with you all. I'm almost eighteen. She thinks I won't be a real man if I keep carrying on like this."

Ani looked even more upset at this. "Oh. I'm sorry. I should have realized. I'm sorry for asking."

Mark grinned sadly and pulled the dolls closer to him, so they were nestled against his body. "No, I should be the one who's sorry. I shouldn't have mentioned how my mom feels about you. She's always been like that, it's no fault of yours." He sighed. "While I may not play with you four the way Andy plays with Woody and his friends, you fellas keep me young and happy. No matter how old I get, I hope that never changes."

Ani seemed pleased with this, and so did the other three. He crawled into Obi-Wan's lap and curled up against his chest. Mark looked down at them and smiled, snuggling all four of his little friends closer as Toy Story's signature tune began to play.
