The Power of The Quirkless Ch 3
Everyone was talking amongst each other even Midoriya in his white wig and red contacts was talking to some people the girl they saved back in the exam and a boy with engines in his legs. Don just started staring at Var who was not paying attention to him or Aizawa off in his own world that only lasted a couple of more seconds when Aizawa caught the attention of the teens. Everyone turned towards his direction and everyone fell silent except for Var "Hey what is he doing here!?" he pointed at Don "what is a worthless person like him doing here" before Aizawa could say a word a spiky-haired boy moves to Var and shoved him "You talk like that and you won't like the result" he said in an angry tone.
*oh someone who sticks up for Quirkless people weird* Var falls over but gets right back up and into the face of the spiky-haired boy "Oh and what's that loser" Don looks up to Aizawa "Hey sir could I spar against Var so I can shut him up" Aizawa looked down and was going to say something on the lines of no its not appropriate but saw Don's determined face so instead he asked, "So this is personal then is it?" Don nodded "maybe depending on how fast we do things".
Aizawa shouted "ok that's enough you 2 if you can't act like your age then I suggest you leave" the 2 boys became quiet and calmed down while the tour was happening. Don walked over to Midoriya while the tour was happening and put his hand out for a handshake "I don't think we have formally met my name is Donavan Kingstone" Midoriya looked at Don and smiled "Hello my name is Lofu Kashi" Lofu put out his hand and shook Don's.
After the tour, Aizawa gave the class the details of where everyone's rooms where Don was on the 2nd floor closest to the stairs with Lofu being his only neighbour. For the other classmates, this was their day of unpacking their stuff but since don was the only person already done, he decided to help Lofu unpack. "hey, do you know the kid that defended me?" Lofu glares at him "He is the reason I'm like this" Don looking shook just apologises and continues helping in silence.
Near the end of the day, most of the class was in the common room talking the only person not present was Bakugo, Mina was talking when she gasps "I know a fun way to get to learn about each other let's say what our quirks are" *Hmm I wonder if Midoriya is going to hide the fact he's Quirkless* they go around the room leaving Don and Lofu last "ok Lofu what's your quirk?" Lofu smiles "my quirk is analysis I'm able to think of a way to beat any opponent if there is one" "Ok and lastly you Donavan what's your quirk?" Don went from a smile to a bit of a frown and scratch's the back of his head "I am actually I'm Quirkless and please call me Don" everyone looked shocked *and here comes the hate* Don put his head down waiting for the insults "Wow and you got into UA you must be amazing" said Kaminari *huh what?* everyone started to encourage Don except Var (who looks like he's about to explode) and Todoroki who was just sitting there eating soba.
When the explanations of everyone's quirk and Don revealing that he is indeed Quirkless everyone went to bed. Don woke up in an unfamiliar place he sees his hands covered in a red flame like energy *where am I* Don looks around and see's stain and Midoriya on the ground bleeding *what!?* he looks up to see a man in a well-tailored suit fighting Allmight and Allmight is losing *No he can't he's the only hero Stain recognises as a true hero I can't let him die* he starts running to the fight and notices that he is a lot faster and he feels a lot stronger *what is this power* he gets closer and closer shockwave after shockwave is coming from the fight but they were not slowing him down he got faster and faster until he saw Allmight in a skeletal form and embedded in a wall "I have done it Symbol of justice I have won" the man in the suit shouted in triumph Don screamed "I am not finished with you monster" the man turned and laughed "oh and what is a Quirkless little cretin like you going to do" Don starts to get filled with rage and screams back "NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE QUIRKLESS" the red he was seeing over his body was now accompanied with slight flickers of blue at the base of the red, he rushes over to the man and winds up for the punch "QUIRKLESS FURY" he throws his punch at the man and it connects with man's chest putting a hole through him.
The man gasps for air and falls to the ground dead Don looks around and sees people with a smile and they are cheering *This is nice but this is not the path I have chosen* he turns to see that the man in the suit has changed to Allmight. Don shot up from his bed gasping for air and hyperventilating but manages to calm himself down quickly *that is the most intense thing I have experienced* he looked at his phone seeing that it is almost time to get up, so he gets out of bed still freaked out a little and gets dressed.
He walks down to get breakfast and hangs around the common area taking off his blazer showing all of his cut wounds up his arms but he does not realise it until it's too late "hello" he hears from behind him he jumps and turns around seeing the boy with white and red hair "jeez you scared me Todoroki right?" the boy just looks at Don's arms with wide eyes and Don realises this and quickly put on his blazer "were those" "you saw nothing" Don ran up to his room after this leaving Shoto in the common room.
Don is pacing in his room *how could I be so stupid why did I take off the stupid blazer* Don hears a knock at his door "who is it?" Don asks, "It's me Shoto can I talk to you a quick second?" Don walks up to his door and opens it "what do you want?" Shoto looking as stoic as ever "can I come I in" Don rolls his eyes and moves to let Shoto inside his room. Don closes his door "ok what is it you want Shoto" Shoto sits on Don's bed "I'm not one for being social but I need to know are you ok?" Don is a bit defensive "Of course I'm ok what kind of question is that?".
Shoto sighed "show me your arms again" Don put his arms behind his back "No I don't want to" Shoto looked at him with a straight face "Ok it looks like you don't want to talk about it now but if you need to talk just tell me" Shoto gets up and leaves the room, After 10 mins the 1st class starts everyone sits down with Lofu and Don sitting in the back right corner. Aizawa walks in through the door "Alright we are going to do the quirk assessment test meet me out by the field in these" he holds out a set of PE clothes.
Don picks up his set and goes to change in his dorm room *damn why does this have short sleeves* he puts on a black thermal shirt under his PE outfit and goes outside to meet the rest of the class. Aizawa lists off the tests and Don was able to get average scores on the tests but during the tests, Var keeps putting Don down with constant insults able to keep up with the quirked teens until the last test the ball throw everyone was going up and getting amazing scores with the best being Bakugo at over 700m and Var with a 500m in second.
"Ok Donavan you're up" Don walks up and takes the ball and ready's himself "Come on worthless show us why you shouldn't be here" Don stumbles and screws up his throw getting a lot worse than he would normally. Everyone started to get annoyed at the constant interruptions, but Don just goes and picks up the ball and walks back to Aizawa. "Don have another go this time you won't have any interruptions" Don with his head down walks into the circle and hears a constant loop of Var's voice in his head "Quirkless loser, you don't belong here, you will never be a hero you will always be worthless".
Don lifts his head clenches his fist tight "you want me to show you why I'm here Var?" Var's face went from a smile to confusion "This is the" Don's body is surrounded by flowing red energy "FURY OF THE QUIRKLESS" Aizawa started using his quirk before Don threw the ball but nothing happened to the red energy it stayed there *What!?*. Don throws the ball with all his rage and strength screaming his heart out with the accidental ripping the arms of his thermal shirt up to his elbows.
Everyone was wide-eyed and had a gaping mouth looking at the throw and the red fire-like energy flowing over Don's body. Don is standing there heavily breathing and drops to 1 knee with the red fire-like energy dissipating, Don notices his arms were exposed and takes off his PE shirt and covers his arms *that power … it was like the dream* Aizawa rushed over to his student "Don are you alright are you hurt?" Don shakes his head "no I'm just out of breath and a little tired" Aizawa looks at his phone *524m jeez that power must have increased his physical strength by 3x that's unheard of for a Quirkless kid*.
The class were talking between themselves looking worried and watching Aizawa on 1 knee talking to Don when Var screamed "I thought he said he was Quirkless has he been lying for pity" Aizawa turned around activation his quirk "this was no Quirk I had my eyes on him since the energy appeared and it never went away" Var looked confused "what are you saying that it was not a quirk what was his score" Aizawa flips his phone showing the results - 524m.
Don looked down at his arms *I have an idea* he moved his PE shirt off his arms revealing the wounds on his arms "Aizawa get recovery girl this might have been worse than what I thought" Aizawa looks down seeing Don's cut wounds "Iida can you bring Don to Recovery girl" Iida nodded and picked up Don running to her office, Iida knock on the door and opens "Excuse me Recovery girl I have a student that needs attention.
Recovery girl comes out and motions to the bed Iida put Don on the bed and leaves to go tell Aizawa the news. Don gets up and sits on the bed "hello Recovery girl" the old woman walks to Don and looks at his arms "and how did you do this?" Don explains the situation, but Recovery girl just looks at him "Well firstly I know what these kinds of wounds mean" Don gulps "you have been harming yourself haven't you?" Don sighs "they old cuts back when I lived with my parents they just have not healed yet" *wait why did I say that out loud* Recovery girl heals Don "Ok your all healed but I need to give this information to Nezu" Don sighs "yea I know just please remember that these are old cuts before I lost my parents".
Don walks out and re-joins the class with his arms clean and clear of cuts he sees everyone except Var is looking worried "hey guys" he waved and smiled at the class look at Don and smile back. "Ok now that Donavan has recovered, I will show the results Don sees that he was at number 7 while in last place was a kid named Mineta he looks to a purple-haired kid bawling his eyes out Aizawa points to the dorms "ok clean out your dorm and leave your expelled" the kid rushes off crying screaming about Momo Yaoyorozu's breasts.
Momo puts her arms uncomfortably crossed over her chest and this catch's Don's eye *that kid is disgusting maybe should do something to make her feel a bit better maybe I can cook my favourite food for the class* after class they all grouped up in the common room except Lofu and Var who decided to go to bed earlier than usual. Don is sitting down surrounded by the class but not talking to anyone.
*what could I do to make her feel a bit better because that kid is just disgusting, ill just go make some food* Don gets up and goes to the kitchen to make some food *thank god I learned how to cook one of the only things my mum taught me* Don put on some headphones and started to make dinner for the class. The class were talking with each other when they started to smell something coming from the kitchen.
Mina looked towards the kitchen in confusion "Is someone cooking food?" everyone got up from their seats and walked to the Kitchen peeking their heads around the doorway except Shoto who just walks in. the whole class (except Var and Lofu) watches as Don walks around the kitchen cooking enough food for the whole class humming to himself. Mina grabbed Shoto by the arm and lightly pulled him outside the room.
The class whispered "I didn't know he could cook" and "I wonder who taught him" Don started taking off his headphones and wiped his forehead "almost done" he walks over to where the plates are and walks back "I hope they like this" he starts to plate the food and puts it on the table and sighs *ok let's let them know* as he turns to the door the class starts to scramble back to the seats.
Don walks to the doorway and the class "hey guys I made dinner" the class turn to Don and smile except Bakugo, they all walk in to see enough Sushi to feed the whole class Ochaco says "wow how did you do this in such a short time" Don rubs the back of his head "it's kind of personal" Ochaco quickly changes the subject before the Don gets sad. Don sees everyone enjoying the food and sits down digging in himself. Everyone enjoys the food and thank Don for the food and go to bed while Don is in his room, he opens his phone and starts texting stain.
Quirkless: Hey Blood I have a target for you.
Blood: Oh? Who?
Quirkless: a kid named Minoru Mineta was in my class and seemed like a complete pervert without shame.
Blood: well, what do you want me to do to him
Quirkless: well, the fact he made it into UA is a complete misplacement of trust.
Blood: you have a point ok I need a description
Quirkless: (gives description)
Blood: Ok anything else
Quirkless: Yea I had a dream last night about a red and blue power flowing over me with that I killed a man in a suit with a weird mask. But when I turned around, I saw only Allmight dead.
Blood: Come on kid I'm not a dream catcher get to the point
Quirkless: right well that red power I was talking about appeared today and it was extremely powerful compared to my usual strength.
Blood: how much stronger?
Quirkless: about 3 times stronger or at least that's what my teacher said.
Blood: 3 times is that just strength or is that speed as well
Quirkless: I'm not sure it went away as soon as it came so I didn't get to test it out.
Blood: you sure you're Quirkless?
Quirkless: Positive anyway I need to get some sleep.
Blood: right
