The Boy With The Sword and The Broken Pair

All Percy could do was stare blankly at the spot the Manticore used to be. "Annabeth!" The black haired girl called, threw her shield, and almost jumped off the cliff, but failed by being held back by the auburn haired girl.

"I'm sorry Thalia, but you are in no condition to jump off a cliff, nor chase after the Manitcore." The black haired boy noticed the black haired girl's expression change and quickly covered her mouth. "She might be your half-sister, Thalia, but that doesn't mean that you can start insulting her. She's a god, an Olympian!" The black haired boy said, and Percy let out a gasp. The hunters that stood behind their leader quickly turned to look at the two unknown demigods. Artemis ignored Thalia and turned to the two demigods. The older one was a maiden. A perfect candidate for her hunt. The other one was a male. He would be sent to the camp.

Bianca stood infront of her brother and covered his mouth. "Timeout! One, who the heck are you? Two, the gods don't exist. So can I please get an explanation before I loose my mind!" She shouted, and Percy looked at her. Artemis stepped in front of her hunters, "I am Artemis, goddess of the Hunt and you are a demigod, along with the boy that's behind you." Percy quickly let a grin show on his face. "Mythomagic is real! Does Zeus really have lightning bolts?? Does he get powerups??" He exclaimed, and Thalia face palmed. Bianca shook her head in disbelief and quieted Percy down. "Our parents are dead. We're orphans and a bank pays for our school." Zoe shook her head and stood next to Artemis. "You are a half-blood. One of thy parents were mortal, and the other was an Olympian."

"An Olympian athlete?" Bianca asked, and the black haired boy snorted. "No, one of the gods." Percy quickly started jumping up and down, "This is so cool!" Bianca furiously turned to Percy, "Percy, shut up!" She exclaimed and put her hands to her face, "This isn't your stupid Mythomagic game. There are no gods." The black haired boy stepped forward, "It's hard to believe, but the hunters tell the truth. The gods are still around. They're immortal and have children with mortals. Demigods have a dangerous lives. We have dangerous lives." Bianca glared at the boy, "Who are you?? Stop speaking nonsense." The black haired boy shook his head and sighed, "The name is Nico." After a few minutes of explaining everything to the siblings, Artemis took Bianca inside a tent. Thalia let out an annoyed growl. The smaller boy had taken the news, barely settling into the life of a demigod, and Artemis was ready to take his sister away. Percy didn't know that he may loose Bianca. He was too happy that his game was real. Grover had shown up a few minutes ago, and he quickly made his way to Percy. "Hey Perce, where's Bianca?" Percy stopped jumping up and down and looked at his friend. "The goddess, Artemis, took her to a tent." Grover froze and gave a soft pat to Percy's head. He was not going to break the news to him.

Percy sat on the snow and waited for Bianca. Nico kept glancing to Percy with a frown. He really didn't want to see the cheerful boy loose his cheerfulness. Artemis was the first one to come out of the hunt, followed by Bianca, who was wearing different clothes. Percy quickly stood up and ran to his sister. "Woah, what happened to your clothes?" Bianca looked up to see Artemis shaking her head, and she quickly looked down to her brother. Grover, Nico, and Thalia looked away as Percy's expression changed to a heartbroken one. How could someone be selfish? Bianca watched as Percy walked away from her, his head down. He found a fallen tree and sat on it. He let out a small sigh and pulled out his favorite card. The card was a photo. A photo of his mom, Bianca, and him..but Bianca had chosen a different path. One away from him.
