The Past Is Painful Part 1
As mentioned before, this is the last story, so you will see some flashbacks throughout this final story to remember the faces we sadly lost in this story! In this chapter we will focus on the characters Raul, Helena, Tiago, Hazel, Lexi and Jaime. We obviously know a lot about them already! But it's always good to have a recap to understand what they are feeling during this difficult time! We will also get a glimpse of how Keith is feeling as well! Hope you guys enjoy chapter 2!
Unknown POV…
It wasn't always about the present that caused me so much trouble over the years, especially with my friends! But in time you had to learn their individual pasts to really kind of understand what they were going through. Because I gotta tell you…even a bad past has it's way to morph you into the individual that you are today…
Let's Start With Raul And Helena…
"Sergio! Sergio, please stop pulling on Diante's feathers!" Helena sweetly but sternly ordered her son, as he kept yanking on his brother's tail feathers, making him very annoyed and agitated. "I said cut it out!"
"But mama! He started it! I only wanted to get him back for calling me a doodie head!" Sergio cutely cooed in annoyance as he let go of his brother.
Oh yes, if I didn't mention this earlier…all the kids can talk now! But that's probably something you expected them to learn in 8 long months.
"I don't care! You shouldn't fight fire with fire! Because all it does is create a bigger fire!" Helena split up both of them and sat in the middle, to stop them from fidgeting.
"Don't say fire! Cos that's how uncle Michael died!" Diante spoke up as he sat back against the stand.
"Who told you that?!" Their mother widened her eyes in surprise, because she clearly did not tell them about that. Because they weren't even born yet when the fire occurred at the beach pad.
"Uncle Raul told us!" Sergio responded as he gripped his mother's side.
"Oh he did…did he?! And uncle?!"
"Did what honey?" Helena immediately shot her head towards the row of seats and saw her lover approaching her with two guavas. "I brought you food!"
"Oh I see? Is that to make up for the fact you told them about how Michael died?! And the fact that you are not…daddy?!" Helena rose to her feet and narrowed her eyes at him in annoyance. Making the white hawk male gulp nervously, trying to decide on the right things to say.
"Hey kids? So…why don't you find Carlos and his siblings? I believe they are playing football with Roberto and Fernando?"
"YAY!" Both of the young dove chicks flapped their wings and shot off to the pitch to play with their respective uncles. Only because Raul didn't want the kids to get involved with this…heated discussion.
Raul chuckled at the behaviour of the younglings, and turned back to face his beloved, who still gave him the same icy cold glare. "What? What did I do?"
"Why did you tell them that you are not their dad? We could have raised them normally without them having to know about…"
"What? Their real dad? You have no idea what it was like to grow up not knowing whether your dad was real or not!" Raúl argued back as he walked away from her, with his head hung low.
"What's that supposed to mean? You know that I watched my father die?!" Helena argued back as she crossed her wings.
Raul's face immediately dropped when he saw how upset his girlfriend was, and he started to feel her pain.
"Honey…I didn't mean it like that. It's just…I never knew my dad. And it killed me to find out that my dad didn't want me! He left me alone in a hollow crying like crazy!" Raúl started off quite slowly as he felt this gut wrenching pain shoot across his body.
Helena immediately softened her expression, and placed a wing on her heart. On the verge of tears. "W-W-What? Your dad…didn't want you?"
"After a couple of days I got really ill…really Ill! And I thought that I was going to die! As a chick we need to eat regularly as we are smaller! But when my dad left two years after my mom died giving birth to me…I was all alone!" He immediately started to feel the tears streaming down his face, and he lowered his gaze slightly. "I cried out for my dad! Many…Many times! But he never came back! But someone did find me…Diante!"
Raul's Flashback…
"DADDY! DAAAAAD?!" A young white hawk chuck cried, as the youngling sat in a nest all alone.
The winds started picking up and the rain came pouring down, giving the atmosphere a really dull and gloomy look.
"Cough! Cough! D…AD!" The young chick cried once more, as he curled himself into a ball, and started to cry and shiver. As he felt so cold!
"Erm…Excuse me? Is…Is someone in there?!"
A voice emerged from outside of the hollow, that revealed to be a slightly older white hawk with his feathers all damp and messy.
"Who…Who's there?" The voice called out again, as he walked into the hollow very cautiously, only to see a young white hawk chick crying in the nest. "Excuse me?"
The young chick immediately shot out of the nest and hid behind the wall in the shadows, shaking violently.
"PLEASE! D-D-DON'T HURT ME! I'M…all alone!" The sad youngling cried as he continued to shiver.
The older child hawk stared curiously at the younger bird and he slightly softened his expression.
"Hey? Come on out? I'm not gonna hurt you!" He softly spoke as he lifted his wings up in defence.
"How can you be so sure? I don't know you?" The young chick cried as he saw the presence of this older white hawk.
"Oh…well…my name is Diante! What's your name?" Diante introduced himself as he walked closer to him.
"I'm…ughhh…I don't…I don't have a name?!" The young chick answered as he slowly emerged from the shadows.
"You don't? Where's your mom and dad?" Diante asked curiously as he sat down in the nest. "Come here! Sit with me!"
"Oh…Okay?" The young hawk waddled over to the white hawk teenager and sat down next to him. (Just to be clear, Diante is an early teenager in this! So he left Lucia at this point to become a doctor early! Just thought I'd clear that up!)
"So…my mom died when I was born, and my daddy told me that I was an accident and that I killed my mom?" He cried sadly as he buried his face in his wings in grief. "Nobody wants me!"
"Really? That's terrible!" Diante responded as he tried not to spook the young child.
He placed a wingtip on his chin to think, because he did have the idea of him possibly raising the young kid himself, and even though he had his doubts, he knew that it was the right thing to do.
"Well…if you want? I left my parents and girlfriend early to be a doctor and I moved to São Paulo to become a healer? And…I hate being on my own?" Diante kind of hinted that he wanted to look after the young chick.
"What are you…What are you saying?" The chick rose his head up, as he had no idea about what Diante was getting at.
"You could come live with me? I can take care of you! Like…Like…You are my…" He was trying to find the right word to say, but the youngling already beat him to it.
"COUSIN?!" The chick beamed happily as he clapped his wings together and smiled at him with so much excitement.
"Yes exactly! Like a cousin! What do you say? Wanna live with me?" Diante offered as he smiled at his potentially new little cousin.
"YES YES YES!" The chick cooed happily as he jumped into Diante's wings and wrapped them around his belly. "THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!"
Diante smiled down at him and stroked his head feathers, and as he did so…he already thought of the perfect name for him.
"So…I was kind of thinking? Now that we are cousins, I should give my new baby cousin a name!"
"Yay! What is my new name cousin?" He got even more excited as he rose his head up to face him.
"Hmmm…how about…Raul?" Diante proposed, as he rose his eyebrow curiously.
"Raul…I like it!" Raúl cooed loudly again as he let go of his cousin and clapped his wings.
"Great! Now…let's get you back to my hollow cousin! Maybe, we could learn how to heal together? Would that be something you'd like?" Diante proposed happily as he hovered above Raul to pick him up.
"Yes! I would love to! And I love you cousin!" Raúl happily chirped as Diante picked him up.
"I love you too cousin…my baby cousin…I love you too…"
End Of Flashback…
Once Raul finished his story, he lowered his head to the ground, and Helena just stood there with a completely different look on her face. She was in shock!
"So…Diante wasn't related to you? He…saved your life?" Helena has full streams of tears flowing down her cheeks, as she felt touched by his tragic past.
"Yeah…he sacrificed everything to save me! You know…he had girlfriends after he left Lucia all those years ago. But none of them wanted to raise me as a chick. So he broke up with them just so he could bring me up! He gave up so much for me!" Raúl lowered his head again and sighed in defeat.
"I had no idea? I can't believe you never knew your dad properly! What an asshole!" Helena cursed as he started to rub her boyfriend's back.
"That's why I didn't tell them that I was their father! Because your kids deserve to know who their real father was! Because I never knew mine properly!" Raúl sadly finished his backstory, and wiped away his tears. "He left before I got the chance to really know him."
"Raul…I…I'm sorry! I…I didn't know?" Helena apologised with teary eyes, running up to her beloved and embracing him warmly. "Why didn't you ever tell me that before?"
"Because I am not going to make the same mistake that my father made! I know the kids aren't biologically mine…but I will love them like they are mine! Because I love you more than anything in the world!" Raúl rested his head on hers, and gently brushed her back as she held him closer. "And the kids will be so loved by me! I want to do you and Sergio proud…as well as Diante! To follow his instructions and raise them like he raised me!"
"If I had known…I wouldn't have…"
"Shhhh…it's okay my love! It's okay! Diante wasn't my blood cousin, but he raised me like he was! And if it wasn't for him…I'd be dead right now!" Raúl softly spoke as he looked up at the sky and smiled briefly.
As Helena continued to hug her boyfriend, she started to feel bad about the way she shouted at him.
She too looked up at the sky and smiled briefly during this beautiful moment. "Thank you Diante! If it wasn't for you…I never would have met my soul mate!"
As soon as he heard this, he lowered his face to look at hers, and the two of them smiled deeply at each other, before he leaned in and kissed her passionately on the beak.
"And you are mine!" He spoke softly again, as the two lovebirds continued to enjoy their beautiful moment together!
Okay…Now Let's Check On The New Couple…No! Not Fernando And Iris! NO! Not Cabot And Jamison! You Know What? Let's Just See Lexi And Jaime!
Lexi had been flying all over the stadium trying to find her new boyfriend as she saw him earlier on working out. It did turn her on a little to see him so muscular! But she was so excited to see him, which was weird for her because she never felt this way about anyone before!
"Ahhhh…why couldn't have I just met Jaime years ago? Typical that it had to happen the day I broke up with Malcom before his death! Oh! There he is!" The scarlet female spoke to herself as she gazed down the commentary box, only to see Jaime doing some pull ups on one of the podiums that was holding the box up. "Oooh, I'd love for him to grip me that tightly…Mmmmm!"
The blue jay was grunting and panting with every pull up, as he was getting to the final count. He was going for the full one hundred pull ups!
"Ninety…Six…Ninety Seven…Ninety…Ahhhh…Eight…Nine-Ty…Nine! And one more…ahhhh…ONE HUNDRED!" Jaime immediately swung around the podium and sat on top of the box, wiping away the sweat with a jumbo leaf, and sat back to relax as he was enjoying his after work rest. "Woooo! I definitely love my new look!"
"I think someone else does too?"
Jaime knew who this voice came from, and he turned over to his right to see Lexi standing there with a seductive pose, slightly revealing her sensitive spot. Not that she knew anyway.
"Well now…there is my sexy rainbow!" Jaime smiled seductively at his beloved and stood up from where he was resting, only to plant a little kiss on her cheek. "How is Lila doing? Iris told me you went to check on her? Poor girl…I hope RDJ is still alive!"
"Yeah…me too! I've spoken to Lila a lot in the last few months, and she's just been so keen to find out if he survived?" Lexi remarked, groaning a little as she felt a little hot from the weather. "It's getting so hot today! Although, there is a massive heatwave today!"
"Can you blame her? If you somehow disappeared, I wouldn't give up! I'd keep searching to the end of the earth and back just to see you smile!" Jaime beamed happily, and brushed a wing against her cheek.
"Oh Jaime…you are literally the nicest guy I have ever met! And you are so genuine and kind!" Lexi giggled and nuzzled her face in his wing.
"Didn't Malcom ever treat you this way?" Jaime asked curiously, but then saw that Lexi started to feel quite emotional. He instantly regretted asking that. "I'm sorry! I…I…I shouldn't have asked…"
"It's ok…I think you deserve to know about what I did!" Lexi simply responded, as she felt comfortable enough now to tell Jaime about…that night!
"Oh…about how you got pregnant?" Jaime asked again in a smooth manner, as he didn't want to be too pushy when asking about her past.
"No…he barely said anything nice to me! But…maybe if I wasn't so hung up on him flirting with that girl…I wouldn't have done what I did…"
Lexi's Flashback…To The Night Malcom Flirted With Another Female…Well…That's How Lexi Saw It…
"Honey?! Honey! Where are you?!" An agitated Lexi flapped her wings as she soared across the sky, trying to find her boyfriend. "It's been hours since our little disagreement? I hope he's not fucking some jungle slut somewhere?!"
She searched throughout the whole jungle for him! By the clearing where Blu and got attacked by Eva's kids. The man made structure in the jungle. Even the river in the jungle where Pedro met Zara.
"Where the bloody hell…" She was about to say as she edged closer to where her hollow was, but a certain somebody cut her off of her sentence.
"I hope you are ok sweetheart? I'm sorry if I did knock you too hard?" Malcom's voice was heard from a hollow just nearby to her, and she started to get worried! But just as she was about to investigate, another voice confirmed her suspicions.
"Hehehehe! You are such a gentlemen for helping me!" Lexi suddenly shot her head around, and almost as if it was coincidental…there he was…her beloved! Standing there talking to another female macaw.
"That…rotten…bastard!" The scarlet female landed on a tree branch just above where Malcom and this female were standing, and she did something pretty horrific, because of how angry she was. "Alright…let's see what happens when you feel shit!" She spoke to herself as she turned around on the branch.
"So anyway, I hope you'll be okay? I didn't hurt you did I?" Malcom asked the female macaw who blushed and giggled at him.
"Oh no! You were gentle with me! I guess that's why…WHAT THE?!" Suddenly, the female felt a large splat on her head, and it had been revealed that Lexi had actually decided to take a poop on the poor female's head. "EWWWWWW!"
"What the fuck?!" Malcom quickly glanced up on the branch above them, and saw his girlfriend angrily glaring at him as he stood there with horror in his eyes. "LEX?! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!"
"WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING?! YOU CHEATED ON ME WITH THIS…SKANK!" Lexi screamed at Malcom as she spat on his face, causing him to growl in irritation.
"Skank?! Who shits on other people you fucking psycho?!" The female cried in sadness, as she started rubbing a damp leaf on her head, only for Malcom to help her out.
"Come on, let's get you to the stream to clean your head! YOU ARE UNBELIEVABLE LEX! WE WILL TALK ABOUT THIS LATER!" Malcom scowled at his girlfriend, before ushering the grossed out female out of the hollow.
"YOU ARE STILL GONNA HELP HER?!" Lexi screamed in annoyance, as she landed on the branch they were previously on, as she watched the two of them fly away. "FINE! SCREW YOU MALCOM! YOU CAN HAVE HIM YOU SLUT!"
"YOU NEED TO REALLY PICK YOUR PARTNERS! HE IS TOO GOOD FOR YOU!" The female screamed back at her in sadness, as she flew off with Malcom to go to the stream, leaving Lexi there to fly away in sadness after what she just witnessed.
"Fucking idiots! I need a drink!" Lexi angrily whispered as she turned around and see her sights for the samba club.
1 Hour Later…
"Brrrrb! Whoooo! God I love my vody hahaha!" Lexi slurred as she was laying down in her nest with a bottle of vodka that she clearly stole from the samba club.
She tipped her head back and downed the last quarter of the bottle, then throwing it against the tree outside, watching it smash.
"Hahahaha! Kaboom! Hehehe!" She giggled in amusement as she heard the glass bottle smash. Then she slowly started to drift off to sleep…until…
"Well now…isn't this a beautiful sight?" A new voice had entered the hollow, and a scarlet macaw slowly strolled in.
"Mmmm baby? Is that you?" Lexi groggily responded as she slowly lifted her head up, only to see a scarlet macaw who definitely looked like Malcom…but wasn't! "Mmmm come over here! So I can really say to you that I am, say I'm going to be Ughhh, sorry!"
"Free sex eh? Well it has been a while?" The bird remarked as he jumped right on top of her and immediately started to thrust on her…but what was horrific about this, was the fact that Lexi was now asleep! And whoever this male bird was…he just kept fucking her, while she was sleeping.
End Of Flashback…
"And you know the rest!" Lexi sadly spoke as she sat down on the box, with Jaime sitting behind her. Slowly wrapping his wings around her, as she rested her head on his muscly chest. "If I could go back in time…I should have just confronted him like an adult. Instead…I got him killed!"
"You didn't get him killed?! He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time! It could have happened to anyone?" Jaime responded as he continued to massage her sides, but then Lexi grabbed one of his wings and moved it to her breast, making him chuckle mischievously. "Isn't this a treat?"
"Yeah well…you deserve a little treat after being so nice to me! Especially after everything that I've done! I'm a slut! A whore! I don't deserve to be happy!" Lexi sadly spoke as he started massaging her left breast, making her moan in pleasure.
"Lex…honey…it's not your fault! If anything, Thomas should have been more accepting with you! If you were sober you wouldn't have done anything with him!" Jaime reassured her, as he held her even tighter, squeezing both her breasts this time. Making her moan a little louder. "You have me in your life to treat you like a queen! I am never going to leave you! I love you!"
"Awwww Jaime! I love you too!" Lexi turned around and gave Jaime a kiss on the beak, and once the two of them separated, they both relaxed in each other's company. As the two of them awaited for the evening to come, as they awaited the next stages of the plan that surprisingly, Jameson was organising.
Okay Now The Moment We have Been Waiting For! Now We Go To Tiago And Hazel…
Tiago was hanging out in what looked like a storage cabinet in one of the locker rooms where the players would normally go to get showered and changed before playing their games.
The reason he was there, was because while Apollo sent Bia next door to work on some upgrades for the army, he was sorting out the medical supplies that he found in the medical room at the stadium.
"Hmmm, syringes, bandages, rubbing alcohol, huh? Eye cleanser? I wonder if we would ever need this?" Tiago spoke to himself, as he started rummaging through some of the supplies.
"Hey, Tiago? You in there?" The blue male chick turned around to see the hybrid chick Hazel standing there with a big smile on her beak, and he immediately widened his smile before approaching her.
"There you are sweet thang! I've been worrying where you've gone off to!" Tiago hugged his girlfriend cutely and separated from the hug, before showing her some of the stuff he found. "Can you believe that I found all of this?! It was so lucky that they have a medical room here!"
"Well, players do get injured a lot?! If only Raul and Diante realised that when our mom got injured!" Hazel giggled as she thought about how Blu told her that Jewel got Injured in the game.
"Yeah…mom!" Tiago sadly remembered that Hazel wasn't his actual sister, and that her mom had sadly died in a fire almost a year ago.
"Tiago…Are you thinking about my mom and aunt again?" Hazel consoled him as she rubbed his back. "I miss them too sweetie! You have no idea! But I think we need to focus on the here and now! Before we even think about grieving!"
"It's not just that…I also remember the very last thing that your mother said to me…one hour before she left for the beach pad!" Tiago responded sadly, as he sat on the bench in the locker room, lowering his head to the ground.
"What? She…She spoke to you?! What did she say?!" Hazel replied a little shocked that Alice had spoken to him before she died.
"Only the words that I will never forget…and always cherish…"
Tiago's Flashback…
Tiago was sitting comfy in Hazel's lap as she sat there stroking his head feathers lovingly. He closed his eyes in relaxation as he enjoyed this feeling.
"Ahhhh…thank you sweetie! That feels incredible!" The male chick beamed as he adjusted his head to get a little more comfortable.
"I know right?" Hazel giggled as she leaned downwards and gave Tiago a peck on the cheek, making him blush a little. "Okay…I have to go pee!"
"Oh…very charming!" Tiago joked playfully as he smiled at her warmly.
"Oh shut up will you! Hehehe!" She playfully slapped him before getting up from where she was seated, and left through the back exit of the samba club. Meaning Tiago got to stare at her booty as she left the room.
"Mmmmm…she's got a cute butt!" He whispered to himself as he sat up in the seat.
"She got that from me!"
"WOAH!" Tiago jumped up in horror as he heard none other than Alice, slowly sneaking up behind him. He immediately felt anxious about it already. So he just cupped his wings together to show that he was sorry. "Oh my god! I am so so…"
"Oh relax Tiago! When I was your age, I licked a boy's butt once!" Alice naughtily spoke while chuckling maliciously. Causing Blu to throw a grape at her. "Hey! It's true!"
"Just don't tell my son that ok?" Blu argued back, turning his attention back to his wife.
Alice turned back around to face the embarrassment in Tiago's eyes, and she warmly grinned at him, before getting down to him at eye level.
"There is actually something I wanted to say to you though?" The female goose whispered as she sat next to him on the seat.
"Oh…okay?" He answered quite scared, as he had no idea what she was going to tell him.
"I just want you to know, that I really appreciate you making my little Hazel happy! She thinks the world of you, and believes that you are the most important bird in her life! Thank you for being there for her!"
"You're welcome! I…I love being with her, and spending all my time with her! Now that my mom and dad are having more chicks, this could be good for me! Because that way, I won't need to mate with either of my sisters!"
"But what if all three of them were boys?" Alice asked curiously, while placing a wing on his back.
"Well…then I would have to then won't I?"
"Relax! I'm really happy that you two are together…I think you will make a wonderful mate for her!" Alice kissed Tiago on the forehead and walked away.
Hazel came back in from her business, and she saw her boyfriend was cockily staring at her. "What?"
"Nothing…your plumage looks a little damp!" Tiago joked once more as he cheekily winked at her.
"Ahhh, you are such a jerk! Hehehe!" Hazel giggled as she tackled him to the floor and the two of them started play fighting. Giggling and laughing away…like the cutest couple in the world!
End Of Flashback…
"Oh wow! She really said that?" Hazel was rather surprised by what her mom told him before she died in that fire.
"Yeah…I'm never gonna forget what she said to me for as long as I live! And now, with me having two brothers to eventually mate with my sisters, and maybe one of Roberto and Jacqueline's sons could mate with my other sister, we could be together with no problems!" Tiago explained happily as he nuzzled his beak against hers. "Because you are the only one that I want to be with!"
"Awwww baby! You are the only one I want to be with too!" Hazel started to tear up slightly, and the two of them shared a little kiss. As they haven't really learned how to passionately kiss yet.
"Even if Roberto and Jacqueline do have girls, I would still want to just be with you!"
"Hmmm, I don't know? Maybe…you will think that your future sister could be more attractive than me!" The hybrid goose macaw chick smoothly but sarcastically spoke as she took a few steps away from him.
The young blue male knew exactly what she was trying to do, so he decided to just play along with her little game. "Yeah, you are probably right!"
"Huaaaaa! You take that back you little rascal!" Hazel giggled cutely as she looked like she was about to tackle him again. "Or you are gonna so get it!"
"Maybe I will…Maybe I won't! But…you must do one thing first!" Tiago responded amusingly, as he took a few steps backwards.
"Oh? And that would be to do what exactly?" She took a few more big steps towards him, getting ready to pounce.
"CATCH ME FIRST!" Tiago laughed as he flew out of the locker room, and Hazel wasn't going to let him go without a fight.
"YOU AREN'T ESCAPING ME THAT EASILY!" Hazel giggled as she too flapped her tiny wings, and zoomed out of the room, trying to catch her boyfriend who she dearly loved.
Now…Let's Check Up On Keith Now…
The assassins guild had gone completely silent in this time of the day.
Mainly because Felix was out with Rose for the evening doing…well…mature stuff! Thomas was planning an attack on a local bar by the beach, where a lot of the locals have fled off to when escaping their homes.
As for our barn owl muscular enemy, he was sat in a tree hollow by himself staring into darkness as he was having so many negative thoughts floating around his mind.
"Siax…" Was the only thing that he could say, because to be completely honest, he still wasn't over her in any way possible! He still wanted to kill Alex for taking his beloved away from him!
But normally in situations like this, you would expect the bird that was hurting to be rather angry and infuriated with rage. But not Keith…he was…really suffering.
"My love…my Siax! If only…If only I told you how I felt…the day that you left me…"
Keith's Flashback…The Last Flashback…
"Okay mom, I'm all ready to go on my big adventure!" A younger Siax beamed happily, as she got herself all prepped for a day of adventure and excitement. As they were in Cairo, you could imagine that she was sweating with excitement as well as being in the blazing hot sun.
"Well, be careful out there my desert flower! Please promise me you will come home some day?" Donkor pleaded, as he gave his daughter a comforting hug.
"I promise dad! Now, I think I'm all about ready…OH! Where is Keith? He said he was going to say goodbye to me?" Siax asked her parents, as they both smiled at her.
"I think he's by the garden! He will be waiting for you!" Mandisa spoke up as she tightly wrapped her wing around her daughter. "I'm gonna miss you so much!"
"I'm gonna miss you too mommy!" Siax cooed siftly, as both her parents gave her one final hug, before she flew over to the garden.
Meanwhile…
"Siax…I love you! No…No No! That won't work! Okay…ughhh…Siax…when a man is in love…SHIT!" Keith cursed as he threw his spear on the floor like a child and crossed his wings in irritation. "How hard is it to say something positive?!"
"You could try to be a little more supportive?" Keith immediately spun around and his jaw immediately dropped. As he saw the elegance in Siax's step, which made his heart race. "Hello? You do know my eyes are up here right?" She spoke a little seriously, as Keith was just staring at her plumage, which was all shiny and clean. With the sun perfectly reflecting off her silky feathers.
"Huh? Oh! Sorry Siax! I was just…admiring your…bag!" Keith panicked slightly as he felt quite nervous by the way she was staring at him.
"Ummm…thank you?" She replied a little scared of the way he was staring at her. "Are you drooling?"
"NO! I'm just…setting my beak!" Keith lied as he started licking his beak, before drinking some water from his container.
"You are acting very weird! You've clearly been in the sun too long, or you flew into the garden pole again?!" Siax smirked at her childhood friend, who started to laugh nervously at the thought of it.
"Hehehe…so! Today is the big day! Are you excited?" The barn owl tried to change the subject, and even flexed his muscles. But Siax just stood there really confused, before shaking it off and returning to the original subject.
"Yes! I can't wait to see the world! It's a shame that you can't come with me!" Siax warmly spoke as she gave her friend a hug.
"R-R-Really?" Keith stuttered in anxiousness, as they separated from the hug.
"Yeah, you're my closest friend here! I'm gonna miss you!"
"Yeah…I'm gonna miss you t…" Keith was about to finish his sentence, but someone immediately cut him off very rudely.
"Excuse me princess Siax? The plane will not hold forever you know?" One of the guards spoke up as he patted her on the shoulder. "It's time to depart!"
"Oh…okay then!" Siax sadly spoke up, as she gave her old friend one final hug, before leaving for the airport. "Well…goodbye Keith! Maybe we will see each other again soon one day?" Siax spoke one last time, before she flapped her wings and followed the guards out of the land. Leaving Keith there to sadly watch her leave.
"I love you…" Was the last thing he whispered, before slowly turning around, and disappearing inside…not to be seen by anybody for the rest of the day.
End Of End Of Flashback…
"Grrrrrrr! No! I'm not gonna let Felix decide who I can and can't kill! ALEX IS DEAD!" The barn owl angrily spoke up, as he flapped his wings and flew out of the hollow. To gather up some of his men…to find the target that he intends on killing…Alex. "Siax…you will be my mate! Whether you like it…or not! HAHAHAHAHA!"
And that is the end of chapter 2 my dear readers! Boy isn't this exciting so far? We have had a little scene on how Raul met Diante! So they weren't blood relatives, but they were cousins for life after Raul was abandoned at a young age! We saw the whole incident between Malcom and Lexi, the day that Thomas got Lexi pregnant! But did she really need to shit on that poor girl's head? We also saw the cutest scene between Hazel and Tiago, as well as a little memory of Alice accepting the fact that Tiago was dating her daughter! And we had Keith at the end, remembering that his feelings for Siax will never go away! Now he wants to kill Alex now! I wonder how that is gonna go?
