Knowing Who To Trust

Now…what do you think this chapter is going to be about? No it's not Keith, he's already made it clear who's side he is on! But why do you think someone isn't to be trusted? I mean…it's not exactly like all birds have been completely innocent since the very beginning have they? But instead of me ruining the chapter…shall we find out who the mystery character is? I thought you'd never ask! Let's get to it!

Unknown POV

What you should be wondering is why trust others that you barely know? I mean…with the tight situation that you are in. No freedom, no easy life, a huge war going on, do you really have much of a choice? I didn't think so! But one thing was for certain…you really have to learn in life…who you should definitely trust, or definitely do not trust…

Present Day…

"Dude I am telling you, you look fine! Will you stop whining about this?" Pedro shouted at the male falcon Tomada, as he saw that his friend had covered his abdomen in mango juice. But he wasn't best pleased with this. "What's the matter with you?"

"I asked you to give me advice on any kinks I could try?! Not rub fruit juice all over my abdomen!" Tomada argued back as he felt quite humiliated by this. "What am I supposed to do with this?"

"She can lick it off you? That's what Zara does to me!" Pedro responded with a smirk as he saw his situation.

"How about things I could do to her?" Tomada asked as he felt a bit annoyed by his friend's efforts.

"Oh…well…Erm…it's mostly her doing stuff to me? Have you tried dirty talk?"

"Yeah, that's one of her turn ons, but I took it way too far!"

"Damn, I've been there before buddy! You know? Blu is pretty good at kinky shit! Jewel got him into loads of these dirty things! He'd be the better dude to ask about this!" The red cardinal responded as he patted him on the back. "Good luck cleaning yourself off dude!"

"Yeah…thanks buddy…dickhead!" Tomada sarcastically replied as he flapped his wings and flew away from the red crested cardinal. He shook his head in amusement and went back to finding some food for the evening.

Let's Go To Jewel And Sorrel Now…

Sorrel was having a little dilemma of her own…she was having a lot of problems with Tomada…sexually! She does love him a lot! But she does think that their marriage needs a little spark to keep things spontaneous.

"See…Jewel…I'm kind of having problems with Tomada? So I was wondering if I could…you know…" Sorrel softly spoke to one of her closest friends nervously, and she nervously twiddled her wingtips. "You know Blu?"

"Oh…Hell no! You are NOT breaking up with Tomada and having sex with Blu! That's my job!" Jewel angrily bellowed and narrowed her eyes at her.

"What?! No! I'm not breaking up with Tomada! I love him more the anything! I'm not trying to have sex with Blu!"

"Oh…" Jewel paused and giggled in embarrassment, blushing a really bright red. "Then what did you mean?"

"Seriously Jewel? You think I'd steal your husband away from you?!"

"Sorry! I clearly wasn't thinking! What's on your mind?"

"Well…we are trying some new stuff sexually? And I know that you like to do some kinky stuff? Anything you can suggest?" Sorrel pleaded with puppy dog eyes, trying to get all the help that she possibly can.

Jewel was a little embarrassed to reply to this, because she does have a lot of wild nights with Blu! Especially in the last four months…so she did try to gather up some of her energy to answer this question properly.

"Well now…Erm…considering that I've never had sex with a falcon before? I'd say that my suggestions could be limited here!" Jewel giggled in amusement and covered her face while blushing again.

"Come on? Can't you give me something?"

"Well…have you tried dirty talk?"

"Yeah, but Tomada took it way too far and made me feel uncomfortable!" Sorrel responded a bit annoyed and waved her talons about.

"Okay…have you tried, tying each other up?" Jewel suggested another one and started giggling in amusement.

"What's so funny?"

"Blu did that to me last week! I love that one!" She blushed in embarrassment and couldn't stop herself from laughing so much. "Makes me feel like his naughty prisoner!"

"Okay, tying up is a good one…" She responded unconvinced, as she waited for another suggestion.

"Oooh! You could try role playing?"

"What's that?" Sorrel asked as she rose her eyebrow curiously, causing her friend to widen her eyes in surprise.

"YOU HAVE NEVER ROLE PLAYED?! SERIOUSLY?!" Jewel was beyond shocked and placed a wing on her chest and gasped.

"I'm not used to being kinky! How does it work?" She whined in annoyance and was eager to know more about this.

"Erm…okay, come here!" Jewel motioned with her wing for her to sit down in front of her, and she immediately obeyed and walked towards her. Sitting close to her and got ready for an example. "Okay, so you basically pick a character right? Or in this case…a fantasy shall we say? Then…you act it out in a seductive manner! Are you following me?"

"Ughhh…no not really? Can you start from the beginning?!" Sorrel still didn't get what Jewel was trying to say, and she started to grown a little in annoyance. Well…Jewel did due to annoyance of repeating herself, not Sorrel.

"Okay! Let me give you an example? You wanna get into character! Like so! Okay…You're a bad bird! I'm a guard who has caught you…sneaking around? I'm gonna need you to come with me…down town!" Jewel batted her eyelashes and whispered in a seductive voice. Making Sorrel widen her eyes a little. "See what I did there? Now your turn! Say something clever!"

"Ahhh okay, okay! Alright…ughh…Well…what seems to be the problem…officer?" Sorrel responded by batting her eyelashes, and she gave Jewel a cheeky wink. Which for some reason caused Jewel to carry on.

"Well…we've been getting some complaints? Your causing a distraction to many of the locals…keeping their eyes off the skies and making them stare at you!"

"Well, what you gonna do about it? You gonna…teach me a lesson?" She responded smoothly as she ran a wingtip down her thigh to her butt.

"You bet your fat ass I'm gonna teach you a lesson! Bend over, Cos I'm gonna spank you!" Jewel blurted out in a demanding voice…still completely unaware that this was only a game.

"Ooooh I am so scared!" Sorrel sarcastically whispered as she bent over slightly and put her wingtip on her butt. "Ssssss…you can't handle this hot ass!"

"Well then…what do you make of this?!" Jewel without even thinking about it, spanked Sorrel really hard on the butt, making her yelp and growl at her in frustration.

"OWW! THAT HURT!" She groaned in pain and rubbed her sore butt. "WHY DID YOU SPANK ME?!"

"Sorry! I was lost in the moment!"

"What moment?! We were only doing this as an example?!"

"Look, I'm really sorry Sorrel! Seriously though I have to tell you! That was…really good! I think you'd be amazing at role playing!" Jewel praised her friend and gave her a high wing.

"Yeah, I really enjoyed that! I'm sure Tomada will love it!"

"Did you love it because it was me?" Jewel joked as she wiggles her butt at Sorrel playfully, making her chuckle and roll her eyes.

But as Sorrel was about to reply, a certain macaw decided to be creepy…

"Don't stop there! What comes after the spank? A little breast squeezing? A little doggy? A little tongue action?" Fernando creepily whispered while licking his beak, causing both females to just narrow their eyes at him.

"GET OUT OF HERE FERNANDO! YOU PERVERT!" Jewel screamed at the military macaw male, who rose his wings and backed away.

"Jeez! You we're the ones flirting with each other? Where else am I gonna see some girl on girl action around here?"

"How about in your dreams you dirty perv! GET OUT OF HERE!" Sorrel screamed and threw an orange at him.

"Alright! Alright! I'm going!" Fernando flew away in fear as the other two just shook their heads in a really creeped out way.

"Damnit! This is definitely going to be brought up later in a conversation!" Sorrel groaned in embarrassment and just placed a wing on her head.

"Don't worry about it! I'm sure when Blu hears this story he's gonna want to role play with me again hehehe!" Jewel giggled mischievously in response as she looked over her shoulder. But the weirdest thing happened just now.

In the distance, a shadow of a figure emerged from some of the seats in the stands, and jumped down to the field, before turning around and pushing their way into the tunnel. Where the players normally emerge from before a big game.

"Sorrel…I just saw something!" Jewel spoke quietly in concern as she saw this shadowy figure disappear into the tunnel.

"What did you see?" She rose her eyebrow before turning around. "I don't see anybody?"

"I'm not quite sure? But grab Blu and Tomada and meet me by the locker rooms!" Jewel beamed as she flapped her wings vigorously to make it over to her destination. Causing Sorrel to cock her head to the side in confusion. "Come on! Hurry up!"

"What the hell?" She thought to herself, before noticing Tomada and Blu having a conversation a few feet away from her. Probably about their whole sexual relationship. "HEY! GUYS!"

Both of them turned around to face her with concerned glances as they saw Sorrel approaching them with a confused glare.

"What's wrong honey? Are you okay?" Tomada asked her as he was just finishing his conversation with Blu. "We were just talking about maybe doing some role playing? Or maybe using tree sap?" Tomada started rubbing her shoulders, while she just tried to explain to them what Jewel had just said.

"Jewel asked me to find you guys and bring you to the locker rooms! She saw something strange?" She beamed as she started pulling on both of their wings to head towards the tunnel. With both of them starting to feel extra concerned for her well being.

"What do you mean by strange?" Blu asked unsurely as they followed her on foot. "What did she see?"

"I don't know? She didn't tell me! But let's just go along with her and back her up if it was someone we don't know!" Sorrel ordered them as she leapt into the air and went to meet Jewel.

As for Tomada and Blu, the two of them just shrugged their shoulders and nodded their heads before following the blue female into the tunnel.

If only they knew what they were getting themselves into…

Meanwhile…In The Locker Rooms…

There was in fact, a certain someone inside of the men's locker rooms. It definitely wasn't a member of team samba club. But whatever this male or female was…they clearly weren't messing around when having a look through some of the cupboards.

"Come on! Come on! Where are they?!" A very feminine voice emerged from this bird's beak. Clearly a female bird, but what was she looking for?

She knocked over a bag full of water bottles, and she immediately felt her heart race. Because she didn't want to attract any unwanted attention.

"Shit! Could I be any louder?" She slapped herself in frustration, and opened up another cupboard door. Which of course lead into the medicine cabinet. "Bingo! Now…let's see if I can find some morphine and anti inflammatories!" She spoke to herself as she rummaged through some of the items. Only until…a certain someone placed a machete against her throat. Causing her to freeze on the spot, and raise her wings up in defence.

"YOU! WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?!" Jewel growled at the newcomer, and went to pull her hood down. But as she was about to do so, she wasn't expecting an elbow to the face by this mystery female. She elbowed her in the nose, and took some syringes and boxes of drugs from the cabinet, and ran to the exit to try and make a fly for it. "BLU! TOMADA! STOP THAT BIRD!"

"Huh?" The female rose her eyebrow curiously before kicking the door down. Only to see that she was outnumbered by a falcon pointing a tomahawk at her, a blue macaw male who aimed a machete at her, and a blue macaw female who got her wing blades at the ready. "Oh crap!"

"DROP THE MEDICINE!" Blu called out as he took a step closer to her, keeping his weapon aimed at her head. "I SAID DROP THEM!"

"Okay! Okay! Don't get your feathers in a twist! I'm dropping them!" The female figure rudely spat, throwing the medicine on the floor and continued to keep her wings up.

"Now get on the fucking ground!" Sorrel rudely said the next part as she stood next to Jewel, who came outside with a really angry growl on her beak.

"You are making a huge mistake here..."

"GET ON THE GROUND!" Jewel screamed, kicking her in the back of her talon, knocking her into her knees. "Now let's see who you are!"

With one swift motion, she slowly walked up to the female figure and pulled her hood down…only to reveal a…scarlet macaw female?

"What the…Who the hell are you?" Tomada asked as he started to feel a bit suspicious of her. "Another one?"

"Good job falcon boy! You know what species I am! Good for you!" The female cockily and sarcastically remarked and she just sat there with a really infuriated look on her face.

"Who…the fuck…are you!" Tomada asked again as the four birds just circled her, until both females stood in front of her, while the two males stood behind her.

"I'm the fucking tooth fairy! Who the bloody hell do you think I am?" The scarlet macaw female groaned while rolling her eyes. "The name's Emily, not that it's any of your business! I really don't appreciate you arresting me like this!"

"Well, you tried to steal medicine from us! Why else would you be on your knees?" Blu pointed out the obvious, and took a little step closer to her.

"To suck on your wife's cloaca until she sprays in my beak!" Emily rudely spat, cockily laughing at the blue macaw male. Then she slowly looked Jewel up and down and gazed at her chest. "Dayum…where were you five years ago?"

"You little…" Blu went to so something, but a certain someone pulled on his wing. A certain blue wing pulled him back…but it wasn't his wife…

"Emily?" A voice spoke out from behind them…and it revealed to be Mason. "Is that really you?"

Emily looked up at the hyacinth macaw male, and her facial expression immediately changed and she felt shocked and ecstatic at the same time.

"MASON?!" She jumped up to her talons and tackled him in a big hug, lifting him up and spinning him around. "Oh my god! It is so good to see you!"

"It's good to see you! I haven't seen you in so many years! How are you?!" Mason beamed as he warmly smiled at her.

"I'm okay…well…not so good!" She responded with a saddened look while glancing at the pills on the floor. "I was here trying to borrow some medicine before your friend here caught me!"

"Wait a second! Wait a second! Who the bloody hell are you?!" Jewel spoke in a rude tone while crossing her wings. "And you weren't borrowing them! You were stealing them!"

"Well good looking, I'm Emily, I'm from London originally…"

"We didn't want to know your whole life story! Maybe another day, just tell us how you know Mason?!"

"Wow, fiery one aren't you?" Emily joked and gave Jewel a cheeky wink, making Tomada and Sorrel incredibly confused. "If you must know, Mason and I met many years ago in Amsterdam when I was on vacation, happy?"

"Erm…are you…ughhh…a…Erm…" Sorrel tried to say something without sounding rude. While Emily just continued to stare at her.

"A lesbian? Not that it's any of your business sweet beak but yes, I'm a lesbian and happily married! What it to you?!"

"Nothing? There's nothing wrong with being a lesbian?!" Blu blurted out before the conversation became more awkward.

"No way! You got married?! That's so wonderful!" Mason beaked as he patted her on the back. "I told you that you would meet someone!"

"Yeah…to Talita! You remember Talita right? She's hidden in the stadium somewhere!"

"No way! How's her thigh doing, after that attack?"

"That's why we are here, we need a good place for her to get checked on regarding her injury!"

"Great! Did you know Florence is here too?!"

"No freaking way! I gotta see my old hottie bestie!"

"What?! How comes we didn't see you sneak in the stadium?" Tomada asked as he cocked his head to the side. "We have birds all over the pitches and stands?"

"You should really have security on top of your stadium! If Felix saw you in here he'd…"

"Wait…you hate Felix too?" Jewel asked as Blu held her a little closer to him.

"Of course I do! But I don't want to get into that now, I'd rather tell you in my own time! Anyway, would you guys like to meet Talita?" Emily asked as she looked back and forth at the samba birds in front of her.

Where Mason immediately trusted her because he knows her so well…the others weren't exactly too convinced. But maybe a screaming voice would always put matters into perspective.

"EMILY!" Speaking of that loud voice! Everyone turned around very sharply, only to see RDJ arriving on the scene with Lila walking just behind him, tightly gripping a female harpy eagle's wing in his wing, and he threw her on the floor in front of the others and he aimed the staff at her head in annoyance. "OWW! IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT A LADY?!"

"Found a harpy eagle in the shadows! I think she must be here to cause problems!" RDJ remarked as he saw the female struggle to stand up. "At least I found the staff before you guys did!"

"You found the staff?! That's great news!" Blu beamed in excitement as he went to give RDJ a first bump, but clearly he wasn't in the mood for this at the time! "Got it…" He lowered his wing back to his sides, and returned to embrace Jewel.

"Jeez, if this is the way you treat all women, then I'd be surprised if you do ever get married!" Talita shouted at the blue and gold male, who only got angrier when she said this.

"Oh shut the fuck up! How dare you infiltrate the stadium!" RDJ shouted in anger and narrowed his eyes at her. "I only treat the ones I know with the same respect as they would to me! As I don't know you, you get fuck all!"

"Look, I'm sorry! I really need the medicine! My friend is really hurt and I asked my wife to find the necessary…" Talita tried to say, but Mason cut her off by getting involved in the conversation.

"You gonna keep talking or are you gonna give your old friend a hug?" Mason beamed as he went to give her a hug.

"Are you going to keep interrupting Mason? We don't know who this girl is? For all we know, she could be working for Felix!" RDJ angrily huffed, and paced up and down on the spot. But Emily and Talita payed no attention to him, and returned their gaze the the hyacinth male.

"It's a long story! But I swear the last time I saw you two, you were just prisoners escaping Armando and his men?" Mason beamed as he held wings with both Emily and Talita.

"What?! How the fuck do you know them?!" RDJ angrily growled as he continued to narrow his eyes at them. "How do you know that they weren't working for him?! They cannot be trusted!"

"Honey, relax! If Mason knows them then surely they can be trusted?" Lila cooed in her boyfriend's ear and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

The blue and gold male did soften his expression only slightly, but when he looked at Emily and Talita just giving him warm smiles to try and persuade him…he still felt like he couldn't trust them.

"Ughhhh…I got my eye on you!" RDJ growled in annoyance and pointed his wingtip at them, making the two of them gulp nervously. The blue and gold male clearly didn't trust them at all…but why?

He turned away from them and flew away, causing both Emily and Talita to feel a little confused by him, but also kind of scared of him.

"What's his problem?" Emily remarked as she placed a wing on her wife's shoulder.

"Nothing…it's just that…a harpy eagle was involved in his family's death? So he kind of hates them in a way! I mean…Dominic is also a harpy eagle but it took him a few months to get used to him! Give it time, he will come around!" Lila reassured the two newcomers and decided to give them a wingshake. "I'm Lila by the way! I'm his girlfriend!"

"Emily! And this is my beautiful wife Talita!" The scarlet macaw female introduced herself as the two of them shook wings with her. "Might I say that you have really unique eyes!"

"Yeah…I get that a lot!" She giggled in response and blushed at the compliment.

"Well, it's been nice seeing you girls again! Where is your friend? The one that needs the medicine?" Mason asked as he looked at the harpy eagle and scarlet macaw couple.

"They are in a tree hollow just outside of the stadium! I'm surprised they haven't been found yet!" Talita remarked as she continued to look at the girls in front of them.

"Well, we should at least bring them here? Wait…they? Who's they?" Blu finally joined in on the conversation as he was still a little shocked by the newcomers.

"Well, one of them is a former member of the scarlet macaw tribe in the Amazon all those years ago! The other, is a bird originally from Rio! A green winged macaw female! (Sound familiar anyone?)

"Oh wow! We definitely need all the help we can get! Okay, Tomada, Blu and Mason! The three of you take Emily with you to bring her friends here! As for Talita, I'd like to bring her to my boyfriend to try and get through to him that we can trust them! Sound good?" Lila suggested a plan to the others.

They all nodded their heads in agreement and decided to go along with this plan, as they haven't really got much of a choice! "Okay, follow me and keep close! You see anyone following us who's not one of yours you kill them!" Emily ordered them as she flapped her wings to get out of the stadium.

"Wow, she's the leader type? Nightfly stand aside!" Blu whispered to Tomada who just chuckled in amusement before the trio of males followed the newcomer in pursuit of her friends.

As the females watched them leave, Sorrel, Jewel and Lila stood next to Talita and tried to reassure her that everything will be ok.

"What if your boyfriend kills me? I mean you no harm! I just want to help out my sick friend!" Talita spike a little anxiously while trembling in fear.

"Hold on, are you…scared of RDJ?" Sorrel asked with an amused smile, and she crossed her wings.

"A little? He's a very intimidating man!" Talita responded a little fearfully.

"Don't worry! I'll have a little talk with him!" Lila beamed as she went turn around and leave, but Jewel pulled her back with her wing. "What?"

"I don't think that's going to work! What if I talk to him?" Jewel suggested as she rose a curious eyebrow.

"What? What makes you think that you can be more persuasive than his own girlfriend?" Lila giggled with a smile.

"Because where you would be more loving and sensual, that won't work on someone who is in a bad mood! Just ask Blu!"

"Huh…so how do you propose you change his mind?" Lila asked in curiosity, tilting her head to the side. "Without sexual flirtation!"

"Oh, you worry about introducing Talita and Emily to the others…you let me worry about RDJ…" Jewel responded with a mischievous grin, before she flew off to another part of the stadium to find the grumpy blue and gold macaw. She whispered this last part quietly. "Some flirting may be involved..."

Speaking Of RDJ…

"You gotta be fucking kidding me?! Another harpy eagle?! How come Jair never told me about her?! Is this supposed to be some kind of test?!" RDJ angrily growled as he placed his staff down in the corner of a locker, then he slammed the door shut and locked it. Before putting the key around his neck like a necklace. He was absolutely fuming with the fact that they just intruded like that. "Why is it that they think those two are innocent?! One harpy eagle, one scarlet macaw female, another scarlet macaw from the scarlet tribe that Armando was part of…and a green winged female from Rio who suddenly decided to turn up?!"

The blue and gold male was stressing himself out while searching through some of his notes in the room, only to see that he had no information on either Talita or Emily!

"Seriously?! Well…maybe they could be working for Felix?! To find out where the staff is! Then Emily took the drugs because she wants to get rid of our medical supplies for when we really need them?"

"Orrrrr…you could be a stubborn bird that overthinks everything?" A new voice entered the room, and RDJ instantly recognised who the voice belonged to. "Are you really gonna let the past cloud your judgement?"

"Go away Jewel, I really don't have the time and patience for…" Suddenly the blue female turned him around and slapped him across the face really hard. Causing him to stumble back a bit, holding his cheek in pain. "OW! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!"

"You really think that Talita would be the same as Zenon?! What's the matter with you?!" The blue female angrily growled and placed her wings on her hips.

"Look…this is my problem, not yours! I'd appreciate it if you didn't get involved in my personal feelings, okay?" RDJ responded as he saw her standing in this pose. "Are you flirting with me?"

"No...Of course not!" She responded cheekily and massaged her thighs, only for him to just smirk at her efforts.

"Nice try, but it's not gonna work!"

"Too late! You already made that decision five years ago!"

"What are you talking about?"

"The day that we met? If you remember correctly, you bumped into me the day I met Blu for the very first time…Emilio?!" Jewel emphasised the fake name that RDJ used, just to try and get her point across. But this just made him stand there looking at her blankly.

"Your point is?"

"Why trust me, huh? You barely knew me for more than five seconds? Why did you decide to trust me?" Jewel asked with a more serious tone while approaching him.

"I don't…I…I don't…" He began to stutter when she approached him more vigorously. Backing himself into a corner as Jewel closed him in.

"You don't…You don't…You do…"

"JUST DROP IT JEWEL!" RDJ blurted out as he went to walk away, but she wasn't done with him just yet.

"No! Just tell me? Why did you trust me and not her?" Jewel pulled him back around, and he just gave her an annoyed look. "Don't give me that look! Tell me!"

"Ughhhh…" RDJ sighed heavily in defeat, and he sat down on the rock hard surface behind him and lowered his head. "Because I was intrigued by you, there you happy!"

He sat down on the hard surface and cupped his wings around his face, sighing heavily in annoyance.

Jewel was a little surprised by this sudden remark, and she wanted more information from him.

"What? Intrigued by me? Like…attracted to me?" Jewel spoke as she slowly sat down next to him and placed a wing on his shoulder.

"Well that was one of the things! But I didn't act on that one because I was in the middle of my own problems! Plus…I wanted Blu to make the first move when I saw you guys meet that day!" RDJ replied as he placed a wing on her back, only in a comforting manner.

"So what is the main thing?" She asked as she scooted a little closer to him.

"Your past was very similar to mine! You grew up on your own…you survived on your own…you hardly knew your family! As for myself? I knew my family…but everyone I loved was getting murdered around me! I was intrigued by you because I wanted to know your story! So I know that I wasn't the only one who knew what loss was like!" RDJ explained as Jewel just started rubbing his back. He then realised what his friend was doing and returned the gesture by wrapping a wing around her shoulders. Only for Jewel to lay her head on his shoulder to comfort her friend.

"So…why is it…that you think Emily and her wife…cannot be trusted? Because you think Talita is like Zenon?" Jewel suggested as she tilted her head sideways. "Because Zenon was a complete psycho!"

"I…I don't know Jewel? I just think it's best that I keep my eye on them! Because when I turned away for one second all those years ago…" He nearly finished his sentence, but Jewel beat him to it.

"A harpy eagle took who was most important from you? I get that! But you still need to answer one question!"

"Oh? And what would that be?" He asked curiously, as Jewel leaned up from his shoulder to face him.

"If Emily and Talita wanted to kill you…why do you think they were only here to steal medicine?" Jewel rose a curious eyebrow, before getting up and walking away from the assassin. "Doesn't exactly makes them look like killers?"

He smirked slightly in amusement and started chuckling. Making the blue female incredibly curious, and she turned back around to face him.

"What's so funny?"

"You…You always know how to put smiles on all of our faces! Not just all the flirting haha!" RDJ chuckled as he stood up from his seat. "Don't tell Lila I said that!"

"Oh? And how do you propose to keep me silent?" Jewel asked mischievously while standing in a flirty posture, only to joke around with him.

"Well…there is something you could do for me! But you have to keep this to yourself!" RDJ chuckled as he approached her slowly running a wingtip up and down her thigh. Making her shiver slightly.

"Oh yeah? How does this work in my favour?" She giggled in response as she edged a little closer to him.

"At the end of the war…I'm gonna propose to Lila…and I would like you to officiate the wedding!" RDJ simply spoke in a low tone of voice. He tried to keep her calm about this…but of course it's an exciting thing.

"WHAT?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! THAT IS SO EXCITING!" Jewel excitedly beamed as she jumped up and down on the spot covering her beak with her wings.

"Shhhhh! Will you keep your voice down?! Nothing is official yet! But I want you to know that I think of you as one of my closest friends! So please…do not say anything to Lila yet!"

"Oh no of course! Of course! You really want me to officiate?! Isn't that like a guy thing?"

"It's a different time now Jewel! I think you should do it and show others that women can officiate weddings too!"

"Oh my god! Thank you so much! Don't worry…I will definitely keep this to myself!"

"Good! Blu is a very lucky guy!"

"And so are you…because you get to see me walk away!" Jewel remarked cheekily as she left the room swishing her tail feathers from side to side in a jokey way.

"Hahahaha! Lila still has the better ass!" RDJ called out to her with a cheeky grin, making her just laugh loudly in amusement. "But keep trying!"

"That's not what I'm going tell her!" She called back in response as a joke before she flapped her wings to go back to the others.

"You said you wouldn't say anything?" RDJ called out as he shook his head in amusement.

"You are so gullible!"

After a few more seconds had passed, RDJ turned back around to see his notes. But something very strange caught his eye.

"What the…"

He had a look at one particular note that he had made and took a closer look. His eyes started to narrow and his body became quite stiff. What he saw on a note that he made a few years ago…would make Emily and Talita's welcoming…more interesting!

"Well I'll be damned…So she is the one that Zenon once knew? That's probably why she escaped from him…poor girl…"
