The New Samba Club

Now we are heading into the final chapters of this final story of the samba club series! We have had a very long journey that had come all the way to this! The war is now over, and the samba club have won the battle! But…now they need a new place to call home! RDJ has thought of the perfect place to call home as he leads his samba club friends to the place where he thinks they can set up a new club…which might be quite familiar to you! So instead of me explaining…let's gets to it!

Unknown POV…

Just like that…the war was finally over! The samba club had beaten the thugs once and for all and they are never to return to Rio ever again! But at what cost did it all have to come to an end? Eva…she was a remarkable female with so much fire and passion…she gave up her own life just to save Lila…if I had known that we would lose somebody so close to us on the final day of the battle…I would have prevented her from saving our lives…by saving all of them myself…

Back To Present Day…

RDJ flapped his wings as he soared through the jungle, dodging and weaving in between the trees that surrounded the jungle. He was very excited to show his friends the place he thought would be perfect to set up the new samba club. But how the others will react, will remain to be seen.

"How much longer honey? I'm feeling a little dizzy!" Lila giggled in tiredness as she felt her body getting heavier with each passing second as she flew right next to her beloved.

"We are almost there my love! Do you want me to carry you?" The blue and gold male pondered as he smiled at her lovingly.

"I'll be alright for now honey! I'm just a bit exhausted that's all!"

"I'm not surprised! Even a mommy needs her rest!" RDJ cheekily joked while calling her a mother. Which made her giggle and blush at the thought of it. "What? What's so funny?"

"Oooh, I like the way you are talking…daddy!" She whispered the last part seductively as they continued on their journey.

"Ahhh, you calling me daddy now?" He chuckled mischievously as he looked over his shoulder to see her narrowing her eyes at him playfully.

"Is daddy getting angry?" Lila soothingly spoke in the most seductive voice she could. Causing her fiancé to get a little flirty with her.

"Oooh I don't know? Is mommy trying to annoy her…big strong daddy?" He answered back in a playful tone.

"Is daddy gonna spank me?" She replied while biting the bottom of her beak.

"I don't know? Maybe mommy needs a little…punishment! Hehehe!" The two of them laughed mischievously when continuing to lead their friends, who all gave them really weird looks.

"Oh great, she's in the early stages of the pregnancy! Which means she is gonna be pretty horny!" Helena remarked to her boyfriend who only nodded his head in agreement.

"Are we seriously listening to this conversation?" Jaime remarked with a little bit of fear and disgust as he saw the two of them flirting together.

"Oh relax dude! They are only flirting with each other! It's only natural to flirt!" Dominic remarked as he chuckled in amusement at the reaction he made. "I remember back in Russia, me and my girlfriend couldn't keep our wings off of each other…ughhh…boy do I miss her!"

"I think it's gross…but that's just me!" Apollo spoke up as he was flying next to Dominic and Talita.

"Is it because you've never had a girlfriend before?" The harpy eagle asked him playfully and gave him a slight nudge while he was joking around.

"NO! I just find it a bit weird!" The barn owl argued back and groaned at the joke his close friend just made.

"Oh okay…kind of like the time you made out with your boyfriend?" Siax pointed out as the rest of the group burst into laughter. "Your little toy boy from the hotel!"

"HE WAS NOT MY BOYFRIEND! I WAS DRUNK!" Apollo argued back as he got really annoyed at the burrowing owl female. "AND HE WAS NOT MY TOY BOY!"

"What did you just say?" Mimi asked curiously as she leaned over her shoulder to look at the barn owl who immediately just went silent. Before Martin decided upon get involved on the discussion.

"HAHA! That's what I said when I first came out!" Martín spoke up in a feminine tone and made a high pitched squawk. Making all of his friends laugh in response. "Relax darling! It could have happened to anybody! It couldn't have been as bad as the time I kissed my boyfriend for the first time!"

"Why? What happened?" Apollo asked with a curious tone.

"He missed my face and accidentally kissed my eyelid! Poked my eye right out!" Douglas remarked with a chuckle.

"Only because you have such yummy eyes my yummy dummy!" The green winged male sensually spoke as he gave him a cheeky wink, making the military macaw male blush deeply in response.

Mimi overheard everything that was going on at the time, and she started to feel a little confused about all of this.

"Do you guys just…kiss…fuck…and play with each other every day? What else have I missed?" Mimi spoke up to her niece who just blushed when she said that.

"AUNT MIMI! We don't spend every day having sex? We usually do that at the weekend!" Jewel replied in embarrassment as she continued to blush.

"Geez, back in my day I was lucky if I got some action once a month! How do you guys get anything else done?"

"We just find time to train, and find time to have private time! But now that the war is over…" Blu was about to say something dirty, but his wife gave him a cold glare. "Ughhh…we will just raise our family!"

"That's a good answer Blu! You have six children I have been told?" Mimi beamed as she had stars in her eyes at the fact that Jewel had children.

"Seven actually! Bia, Carla, Tiago, Hazel, Rafael, Eduardo and we still haven't named the girl yet!" Jewel responded as she listed the names of the children that they share together. "Hazel was a child that Blu had with another female!"

"WHAT?!" Mini blurted out in horror as she almost crashed into a tree. "YOU HAD SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH ANOTHER FEMALE?! YOU BAS…"

"Hey! Aunt Mimi, it was a very long time ago before he met me! And it was a drunk sexual experience! Even though it was a threesome!" Jewel giggled and blushed when looking at her husband.

"Wow! So you have had a fair share of females in your life Blu?" Mimi remarked with a cheeky grin when flying next to him.

"Thanks honey…" Blu sarcastically responded as he groaned and rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"We are still trying to figure out a name for our little girl though! Even though there are so many names to choose from!"

"Hey…I got an idea?" Blu added as he joined in on their conversation, making his wife look at him in curiosity. "Why not name her…Eva?"

"Eva? You…You sure?" His wife replied with a widened smile.

"I'm sure! Let's call her Eva…after the wonderful bird who saved Lila!" Blu replied as he felt really satisfied with that choice.

"Yay! So we are calling our daughter Eva! I love that!"

"Me too!" Blu beamed happily as he smiled at her beloved as they continued on their flight.

"That reminds me! You should meet my kids some day guys! You guys will absolutely move them!" Max remarked as he was also in the group to go along with RDJ his mentor.

"Aren't you a little young to have kids?" Violet asked with a cheeky smirk, looking at the annoyed look that he shot her.

"I'm a young adult! Plus, it's actually her children, but I saved a young mother from an attack in Paris! I am now married with two little girls! Precilla and Fleur!"

"Beautiful names!" Donkor and Mandisa were also part of the group as they joined in on the conversation.

"HEY! WE ARE HERE!" RDJ announced to his friends as he landed right outside the place that he suggested.

Once all the samba birds made it to this clear area in the jungle, they all gazed at what looked like some old abandoned shack in the middle of the jungle.

"What the fuck is this?" Pedro cursed as he felt a little underwhelmed by the sight of this place. "It looks like this stupid old building where I bet some assholes or birds with diseases just hung out to get away from the world! Hahaha!" The red crested cardinal laughed out loud and rolled on his back. Causing RDJ, Tomada, Jaime, Lexi, and Jamison to give him annoyed glares.

"Actually…this used to be my home…" RDJ groaned in anger, as he felt incredibly insulted by the jokes that Pedro made.

As soon as Pedro heard this, he immediately stopped laughing and felt intensely scared. "Ohhhh ughhh ughhhh…NICO THINKS YOU ARE A PLAYER!"

"DUDE?! WHAT THE FUCK?!" The yellow canary bellowed in response as he narrowed his eyes at his best friend. "I never said that!"

"Dude…just play along!" Pedro whispered to his best friend thinking that the blue and gold male assassin couldn't hear him. But boy how wrong was he.

"I heard you!" RDJ replied with that same annoyed glare while crossing his wings. "Plus this isn't just some old building? This used to be the old assassins guild! The one my dad trained his very own students in!"

"Really? Your dad was the head of the assassins too?" Jacqueline asked in amazement as she held a wing over her heart.

"No…but he had individual students who he trained…one of them being…Felix..." RDJ trailed off as he said the name Felix. "Felix…"

He clenched his wings tightly and bit the bottom of his beak. "And Tilly…who was murdered by Eli…the old head of the assassins…"

"Honey…Honey…relax! It wasn't your fault that she died!" Lila tried to calm him down by softly rubbing his wingtip. Which luckily for her made him instantly calm down.

"Wait…so Eli killed Tilly, tried to kill you…but he never mentioned anything about Felix killing your parents?" Alex asked curiously as he cocked his head to the side.

"Yes…but that's a story that I will tell you in time! Anyway, just take a look around inside you guys, and see what you think of the place!" RDJ beamed as Nico and Pedro wanted to get in there first to have a little scope around.

Lila softly rubbed her fiancé's chest with her wing lovingly, causing him to look at her with so much warmth. "Hey, just so you know? None of what happened recently was your fault!"

"I know…I'm just tired of others lying to me! Now you know how long it took me to trust anybody! But with you…it was pretty quick to trust you!" RDJ remarked as he wrapped his wings around her waist.

"So why the sudden exception for me? Why trust me quicker than you did with other birds?"

"Because did the first time in seven years, a bird who I barely knew had the ability to make me nervous! But not in fear of the bird themselves, but in fear of me saying something stupid!" RDJ responded as he softly caressed her belly with his wing and sighed happily as he felt the small lump in her abdomen. "Now, all I can say is that I am extremely excited to be a father! I will be lucky if I am half the father that my dad was…"

"Don't worry my son…you are twice the man that I ever was!"

Suddenly, this booming voice was heard from out of completely nowhere, taking some of the birds by surprise! But some of them…well, you can imagine how a certain couple of barn owls felt.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Apollo screeched like a little girl and jumped into Keith's wings, who immediately just held him tight as the two of them shivered in fear.

"Is this some stupid owl thing that you guys do?" Raúl piped up with an amused smirk as he saw that Alex, Jameson and Cabot have done this before.

"Why are you even screaming? It's not like I am going to devour your soul?"

"Who said that?!" RDJ demanded as he had a little look around the jungle space, only to see that there was nobody there.

"Son…look up!"

RDJ immediately obeyed and slowly looked up above him…to see…the one bird who he thought he'd never see again. "Dad?" He spoke to himself as he saw none other than the spirit of his father slowly descending down from the heavens, and he slowly landed in front of him and Lila. As both of them stood there with their beaks wide open.

"I take it you wasn't expecting this?" The spirit spoke with a mild chuckle as he stood opposite his son, while smiling at him in a warm and friendly manner.

"W…W…When could you do this?" RDJ stuttered as he slowly approached his father's spirit, as his beak quivered in shock. With tears slowly rolling down his cheeks.

"Well, after what you did to save the world, Jair granted me the ability to come to see you my son! Boy…how you have grown!"

"Daddy…I…I miss you and mom so much!" RDJ wept as he saw the spirit of his father standing in front of him. "I did it father…I killed the bird responsible for your death…I finally avenged you after all these years!"

"Hmmmhmmm you did more than that my son! You have proven to be a very good assassin! You saved so many lives in your time! Even though you lost so many! But you did something far more spectacular than I have ever done!"

"I did?"

"You made a family out of birds you barely knew! You brought them together after so many years of pain and heartache! The birds who you brought together, were the ones who saved Rio! Saved the world! And rid the world of Felix, Armando, Zenon, Nigel, Julio, Omar, Alexander and so many others! Including Eli…"

"I'm sorry dad…but I had to…"

"Save your breath son! Eli was a good man, with a heart of gold, and he saw the world like many others did! He wanted to take out Armando for many years, but somehow you found him! I'm just sorry I wasn't there for you when you were growing up!"

"Dad, if you never would have died, I probably wouldn't be doing what I've done for almost the last decade! All I wanted to do was live my life! Marry the girl of my dreams! Have children! Be a good father as well as friend! But do I regret anything in my life? No! The only thing I regret was leaving you alone in that tree hollow! But now…I see that it was fate that made it happen!" RDJ explained as he slowly turned to his left, and wrapped a wing around his beloved and kissed him on the cheek. "Dad, this is my beloved Lila! She saved my life when Zenon tried to kill me! She made me feel love again for the first time in seven years! And now I am marrying the girl of my dreams! And I will be the father of our soon to be children! And I am very proud to have her as a mate!"

"Awwww RDJ!" Lila cooed emotionally and wiped away a couple of tears of joy.

"Son…I am so proud of you! For all that you have accomplished! I'm proud of both of you!" Leandro spoke as he also caught a glimpse of Iris from a few feet away. "My daughter…please approach me!"

The blue and gold macaw female nodded as she took a few steps towards him, and starting weeping herself feeling overwhelmed by his presence.

"So its was Blu who gave you the name…Iris?" The spirit of her father asked as he rose a curious eyebrow.

"Yes, he is a very good friend of mine, and a wonder husband to Jewel!" Iris responded as she turned to smile at the blue spix's macaw male. Before he smiled in response and wrapped a wing around Jewel.

"Your mother would have liked that name! I am also so sorry for the way I just left you in Cairo! You see…I knew that I was going to die in the next few years! That's why I sent you away! So that there would be a small spark of hope that my DNA would be safe from enemy wings!"

"So…why didn't you send me away?" RDJ asked as he felt a little confused by his decision to keep him there in Rio. "Did you not believe that I could do what I have just done?"

"Quite the opposite my boy…you see…I knew that one day you would lead the assassin order yourself after so many years of training and heartbreak to get to where you are today! It's just a shame that many of your friends had to die in the process! But above all, if it wasn't for you RDJ…The thugs would have won! And the world would bend to their will!"

"Well it's a good thing that we stopped it when we did!" Lila remarked as she held RDJ from behind affectionately.

"And you…you have definitely given my son the ability to show emotions! You must be one very special bird to be able to get him to feel again!"

"Even though I was his first crush…" Jewel whispered to nobody in particular, earning her a little slap from Jacqueline. "Ow!"

"My dear…you are a fine specimen for my son! And I would have been proud to call you a member of my family!"

"Ohh, hehe…thank you!" Lila responded with a bright blush as she waved her wing at him.

"Dad…before you go…may I ask you something?" RDJ asked as he took a small step towards him.

"Of course! What's on your mind?"

"How did you know that I would do it? Kill Felix and save the world?" RDJ asked as he tilted his head to the side.

"Son…I knew from the moment I gave you that medallion that you would be the one to continue my work! I believed that one day you would be the one to defeat Felix, recover the ancient tools of the thugs! And eventually return them to Jair's sanctuary in Belarus! But before I go…I must warn you…"

"What is it?"

"You must go there alone my son…Belarus is crawling with bandits and thieves which would be too dangerous to bring your family with you!"

"Don't worry dad, I plan on going there alone…" RDJ responded with a bright smile while gazing at his father.

Lila, Jameson, Alex and Tomada looked at him sadly when he said this. Because they all wanted him to bring them with him.

"Farewell my son…good luck finishing my work! I am proud of you…my son!" Leandro beamed as he slowly started to ascend back into the heavens.

"Bye Dad! I WONT LET YOU DOWN!" RDJ called out as he waved at his spirit as he was seconds away from disappearing into the heavens.

"I know my son…I know…"

After a few more seconds had passed…he vanished! Leaving all of the samba birds completely astonished by this incredible display.

"What the…How the…Huh?" Alex kept stuttering as his eyes were still wide open in astonishment.

"That was incredible! How did he do that?" Sorrel spoke up as she too was in awe.

"Was it the staff which caused that to happen?" Cabot asked in surprise as he tilted his head sideways.

"I think it might have just been a miracle!" Douglas suggested as he was too into this moment.

But as everything seemed to be quite calm and relaxed…a certain voice caused all of them to feel concerned.

"LEXI! GET IN HERE!" Pedro screamed in a panicked tone as he flew out the front entrance of the guild. "LEXI! LEX! LE…"

"WHAT?!" Lexi screamed back in annoyance as she growled at the samba bird duo. "What is soooo important right now?!"

"Erm…I think it would be better if I showed you!" The red crested cardinal sadly spoke as he grasped her wing gently, and slowly lead her inside the assassins guild.

RDJ rose his eyebrow in curiosity and turned towards his blue jay friend Jaime. "You better check up on her! Because I already know what's in there…" He sadly beaned as he ushered him gently to the door.

"What is it?" Jaime mmmmmm asked with a tiny hint of fear as he had no idea on where he was going with this.

"Just get in there…then you'll see what I'm…"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Suddenly they all heard a high pitched scream from Lexi, and they all decide to fly in after the scarlet macaw female to check on her to make sure that she was okay.

"LEXI! LEXI I'M COMING!" Jaime screamed as he zoomed ahead of the rest of them, bursting through the door to the main room…but as soon as he pushed open that door…his eyes were in complete shock. "Oh no…" he muttered to himself as his eyes fell upon a certain bird in the room…but it wasn't a live bird…it was a body of the deceased.

"Malcom…" Lexi sadly whispered…as she dropped to her knees and covered her beak with her wings as she gasped in shock and horror. "Malcom…no…"

Everyone else ran into the guild after Jaime and the others, and all of them soon were stunned into silence as they saw who Lexi was leaning over.

"No…so…Malcom really is gone?" Blu sadly muttered as he started to tear up again…causing Iris and Jewel to hug him from either side.

"Malcom…why him? Why did he have to die?" RDJ sadly spoke as he lowered his gaze to Lexi and placed a wing on her shoulder. "I'm so sorry Lexi…I'm so sorry!"

The scarlet macaw female didn't answer straight away, because she was too upset to move at this point. And all she could do was cradle the cold lifeless body in her wings, as she buried her face in his cold chest feathers.

"Malcom…this is all my fault! You died because of me!" Lexi whimpered in between sniffles and cries as she wiped away her tears. "I'm so sorry that we ended how we did! I know I wasn't the easiest girlfriend in the world! But you…you were amazing! And I am gonna miss you…so much!" Lexi cried again as she laid the body on the floor and slowly stood up, only to be greeted by her boyfriend Jaime who stood by her side while sharing the pain that she was in.

"Lex…I…I wish that there was something that I could do?" The male blue jay whispered as he grasped her wing gently.

"Just…hold me! I need to be in your wings right now!" She sadly muttered while turning around and burying her face in his chest feathers as he wrapped his wings around her while resting his chin on her head.

As this was going on, RDJ stared down at the lifeless corpse of Malcom, and he noticed one small detail. His eyes were still wide open.

He took a knee down towards the body and turned his body over so that he was laying flat on his back. Then he slowly closed his eyes with his wingtips.

"Adeus meu amigo, que voce deixe esta vida suavemente e sua alma pura junte-se aos ceus…descanse em paz Malcom!" RDJ spoke as he placed both of his wings on his chest and kept him still. "You have earned this peaceful rest my friend…"

Without any of the others saying anything else, he picked up Malcom in his wings. And slowly started to make his way towards the exit, making a few of them wonder what was going to happen.

"Honey? What are you doing?" Lila asked as she walked just besides her boyfriend.

"We can't leave him like this! He deserved a proper burial! We will do it the same place my parents were buried…"

"But I thought you was saving that spot for you?"

"I know…but I'd rather have a spot next to you! So we could be together for all eternity!" The blue and gold macaw male whispered as he kissed her on the beak, as the two of them left the room. Leaving all of the others to split up to either follow them outside, or to stay with Lexi and Jaime to make sure that they were doing okay.

Siax was in tears because of this horrible moment, and she was completely dumbfounded by this horrible discovery.

"Alex…why is it that everyone we love always ends up falling to the enemy?" The burrowing owl female asked her beloved, who just stood there in complete silence. But not because he was deliberately ignoring her…but because a random memory popped into his mind…a memory that he has never forgotten.

Alex's Memory Of Malcom…

"PAYBACK TIME!" Pedro shouted in a war cry while throwing a bunch of seaweed towards his best friend.

"Oh no!" Nico panicked and quickly dodged out of the way. Unfortunately Alex didn't see it coming and the seaweed landed on his head.

"Oh! Hey! What did I do?" The snowy owl whines while pulling the seaweed off of him. What he didn't see was a bunch of crabs have latched themselves to him. "Oh crap! Get them off! Get them off, get them off. Get them off!"

Hang on! HOLD STILL!" Malcom beamed as he kept kicking Alex in his sides to get the crabs off of him…

Back To Reality…

"ALEX!" Siax shouted in her husband's ear as he swiftly got back into reality.

"Huh? What? Huh?" The snowy owl male had no idea what his beloved was shouting at him about, but he had a tough idea.

"Why did you just stand there in silence? Are you okay?" She asked him in concern as she wrapped her wings around him lovingly.

"Sorry my love…I just thought back to the time when Malcom thought he could get the crabs off of me by kicking me several times! Hahaha!" Alex chuckled a little as he wiped away a few tears.

"Do you also remember how bad he was at standup comedy? He would stand on that stage for at least a minute before we started booing him!" The burrowing owl female giggled as the two of them tried to remember more memories.

"I remember when…Tiago cut off his head feathers and spray painted him pink!" Lexi did smile a little at the thought of that memory and she giggled slightly. "He looked ridiculous!"

"Do you remember the time he tried to hit on me? But I knocked him out with my drinking glass?" Jewel added into the conversation, making all of them chuckle.

"How about the time he got so drunk in the club, that he fell off the stage into that grape juice barrel?" Pedro pointed out as he started to laugh…but unfortunately for him, it ended up being someone other than Malcom.

"Pedro…that was me!" Nightfly pointed out as he crossed his wings. "Look, is love for us to keep talking about Malcom…but I think now we need to give him and Eva a proper goodbye! Let's all go outside to RDJ and prepare for the funeral!"

Everyone in the assassins guild nodded their heads in agreement and proceeded to follow their friends outside.

As Jaime was about to leave, Lexi quickly turned him around and asked him to stick around for a little while.

"Wait…stay with me for a moment…Alone?" Lexi spoke you as she saw that Martin stood there being a little nosey.

"Sor-ry darling! Can't a guy be a little nosey on the gossip? Jeeeeez!" Martín clicked his wingtips in a sassy manner before leaving the room swishing his tail feathers. Making the couple laugh in amusement.

"He definitely brings a lot of fiery flare to the group doesn't he?" Jaime smiles as he left them alone.

"He is literally the funniest guy ever! He definitely knows how to cheer us all up!" Lexi responded as she cuddled closer to Jaime.

"So, what is on your mind?"

"Jaime…ever since I met you, you've taken care of me like nobody has ever taken care of me before! You stood up for me when Rose was picking on me, you helped me through my pregnancy, you loved me like I've never been loved before! I have to ask…why me? Why did you choose to be with someone who has a…reputation?" The scarlet female asked curiously as she tilted her head to the side.

"Lex…I love you for you! Reputation or not! You have a heart of gold, the body of a Greek goddess! The beauty of Aphrodite! The fire of a Phoenix! You are the most incredible bird I have ever met! And I honestly believe that I have found my true soulmate…in you! I love you Lexi…with all of my heart!" Jaime spoke quite poetic as he passionately kissed her wingtip.

"Oh Jaime…I love you too! Thank you for being the love of my life!"

"You are welcome my love! Now…how about we say a final goodbye to those we have lost?" Jaime suggested as he pulled Lexi towards the exit.

"Okay…huaaaa…let's do this!"

And that is the end of this chapter! We now have a new home that will be turned into the samba club when our samba friends decorate it after the funeral for the deceased. Malcom's body was discovered and Lexi was in disbelief! They all remembered the memories they shared with Malcom…but what about the memories with Eva? That will be revealed in the next chapter, as RDJ will be hosting the funeral…but not only will the samba birds be there…but the entire army that took part in the final battle will also be there to show their support!
