Saturday, 4:15pm - I decided to visit the apartment complex of Keiichi Maebara, who was under police watch. He was an innocent man, but… it made no sense. He was freed from his cell, the night before Nodoka Manabe's death. She was fired from the club, after letting Maebara in.
"Nodoka's dead?" He gasped, "And by the same person?"
Friday said, "We figured it could be you. But I know for a fact it wasn't. What is your relationship with Nodoka Manabe?"
"No relation, just business. She is my favorite hostess, with glasses and that ninja outfit."
"Is that so? What about the issue with you Mr. Kuroki? The moment you got an unwelcome send-off to this nightclub. Miss Saion-Ji said that you and the first victim were banned from the club, after the scuffle. And I say well-deserved. Not because you hate him, but something else."
Keiichi moaned, "Maybe… But it's more than that. The moment he said Shion's name, I snapped. That's all. We brawled, and that was it. After that, the bouncers threw us both out. That's all. I won't discuss it."
Friday nodded, "Very well. I will have a word with one of your ninja girls you played Grab-Ass with. What is she? I'm looking for one that looks like me; minus the huge boobs and soft skin."
"You mean Fu?" He asked, "Yeah, Fu is one of my babes. But she doesn't like the way I play."
"Are you always perverted?"
"Only when I'm drunk…" He moaned, "But I'm a sick man… a very sick man. I used to hang out with girlfriends, down in the countryside. But now I know that I won't see Shion again, unless it's another Shion."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, she has a twin sister. She goes by the name, Mion. But… Haven't spoken to her, since. Since Shion's death, Mion took her own life…"
He told me about Mion Sonozaki, Shion's sister. After the death of Shion, Mion killed herself by hanging in her room. Suicide. That was the moment when Keiichi hit rock bottom. His girlfriend died of a freak accident, and her sister took her own life. But there was no way that he'd go and kill Tomoki Kuroki.

Saturday, 4:55pm - After talking to Keiichi, I visited the bar to have a word with the owner, Yuri Nakamura. She has a lot to say about this.
Yuri said, "I see… So, was I at fault for making him get over himself? I admit it. I did talk some words into Tomoki Kuroki's head. I told him that it is not the end. What happened with Shion was an accident."
"Do you know what he said to you, about her death?"
"He was trying to apologize to Keiichi and Shion. They used to be good friends, until the drugs got him. He told me he tried to apologize, but Shion told him to go away, and wanted nothing to do with him. After that, the rest was told." Yuri sniffled, "I did talk him out of saying he wants another chance, but Keiichi took it upon himself to alienate him! I told him it's not the end. If he didn't accept his apology, leave it alone. You cannot save yourself. And apologizing doesn't bring Shion back. I know it. I even spoke with Keiichi about this, and said that it's not the end. Of course, he had no right to assault Keiichi. He started the fight verbally, but Tomoki landed the first punch. After the scuffle, Tomoki told me about it… and I was appalled. But I said that you don't need that jerk."
"One death, severe, doesn't make a bridge mended. So to speak."
"You're so right. The Akebara Bridge discontinued construction, after that. Though, it wouldn't be finished, until after the murder. Now they're saying that the bridge is closed down indefinitely, due to the news. Shion died in an accident, Tomoki died in the alley of the club, and now, Nodoka died."
"Is there a relationship with Nodoka and Keiichi?"
"Keiichi, well… He loved her. Shion was gone from his life, but it was Nodoka that saved him. And that guy gets banned for life, after the chaos?"
Friday explained, "He did get banned, but Nodoka let him in, without the guards knowing. It was a perfect set-up, but after a talk with Miss Hanao, they were caught. Nodoka was fired, and hours later, she was murdered."
"You did all this?"
"Only to ask a few questions. I didn't expect this sort of news."
"Well… That makes sense. Miss Hanao would've allowed it, but Miss Saion-Ji…"
"I know. She's also a suspect. She fired Nodoka, after learning of the issue."
"That's all I know, officer. Some say it's my fault that these two gentlemen went down the straight and narrow, only to reach the bottom."
Friday smiled and said, "I'm sure you'll be fine. You got Tatsumi, after all."
"Yeah. Tatsumi's a nice guy, but he did have a girlfriend, before."
"I know. I don't look like her, but my hair's much shorter."
Friday shook her hand, and then departed her office. Tatsumi watched on and said, "I heard everything. I am sorry about Nodoka."
Yuri glared, "Don't be. Cut Mr. Maebara's tab. I don't ever wanna see him again." She walked back to the bar and added, "And those two women in the back, make sure that they do not drop a glass, this time. Glue doesn't help it!"
He said, "I'll try."

Saturday night, 7:12pm - Shira and I returned to the Angel Wings Club, to have a word with the hostess, the night I first came here, as he was fawning over her.
Mugi said to the girls, "Oh, you mean the girl that resembles you… You must mean Fu Sagami. She and Mei Yachiyo are part of our hostess club, to which Nodoka leads. But now that she's dead, we needed a replacement."
Friday asked, "Is she available?"
"Not today. She is ill, after the death of Nodoka. Mio and I tried to calm her down, but she didn't want any tea."
"I'm sorry. Can you tell her to come to the police station, tomorrow afternoon? I'd like to hear more of this story, concerning two former regulars, Keiichi Maebara and the late Tomoki Kuroki."
Mugi bowed, and Mio said to them, "Are you Good Friday?"
"Yes, ma'am."
"Miss Saion-Ji wants to see you. And she's pissed."
Friday gulped, "Hau…"

Enju was walking by her desk, as the police were sitting down. She hissed, "First, there was a brawl in my nightclub, after a petty dispute over a dead girlfriend… Then, one of those bastards died, near the alleyway of the club… NOW, you're accusing me of his death, and one of my hostesses is killed!"
Friday said, "She wasn't one of your hostesses. She was fired. Pink-slipped."
Shiratsuru added, "You have a thing against people that break-in, uninvited. What do you have against Keiichi Maebara?"
Enju barked, "He was drunk and a pervert. And I'm glad he's arrested! If anyone has a grudge against the hentai, Kuroki, it's him. No doubt, he did it."
"What about what you said to Nodoka, hours before she died?"
Akari said, "It's my fault… I chastise him." She sniffled, "I forgave her, but I didn't want to accept something like that. I don't care if she loved him! What she did was unacceptable!"
Enju said, "She was broken, after she told Nodoka off. Before Nodoka walked out, she told the both of us to go to hell."
Akari growled, "Who needs her? After everything she did to me?"
Friday asked her, "Do you two knew what happened that day? The night of the brawl… What happened?"
Akari moaned, "I don't know."
Enju stated, "Well, I couldn't remember, but one of the hostesses knew."
"Fu Sagami."
Enju gasped, "Eh? W-W-What do you mean?"
Shiratsuru said, "She was there, during the fight, and she is telling us everything. We need to know more, before we accuse anybody."
"And by your track record, you're in third place, behind Keiichi Maebara, the #1 suspect. Miss Nakamura of the Prat Raff Club is a suspect, too. She told Mr. Kuroki to apologize to Mr. Maebara, and all it did was make things worse."
Enju said, "Really? Well… I'm not the murderer. And neither is Akari! It's obvious that it was Keiichi. And by the way, you tell Miss Nakamura to stay the hell away from my business."
Friday asked, "You have a thing against her?"
Enju barked, "No, but I don't want her to show up and tell her side of this story-!"
"Enju, stop!" Akari cried. She explained, "Detective Friday, you know we were closing the club for the night, the night Mr. Kuroki died."
"What about Nodoka? Where were you two?" Friday asked them.
Akari blushed, as Enju stated, "That's none of your business. Besides, it was raining, and we chose to stay indoors. We didn't want to get sick."
Friday glared at her, "Are you hiding from me? Know this, tsundere tramp. I know for a fact Keiichi Maebara is innocent, and I'm going to learn more about this past, even if I have to gut your hostesses. I'm not saying you're guilty, but as of now, you are. You, and your partner, are as of now suspects to the murders of Keiichi Maebara and Nodoka Manabe. This is between us. So, unless you want this place shut down, you stay quiet and do not fire girls, for no good reason."
Enju blushed, "I-I-I… I am n-not a tsundere… Wait, I would n-never…"
Friday said, "We may talk to you again. We won't post this in the news yet… not without evidence. But I know for a fact someone killed your hostess. The same way Mr. Kuroki died."
She walked off, as Shiratsuru said, "We'll keep in touch, if anything goes wrong. For now, do a review on each girl. Your two stars, Ginti and Stelar. They could be related to this case."
They left, as Enju asked, "Mio & Mugi would never-."
Akari said, "Well, not really… They have a thing against perverts. And they are married." She pondered, "We should ask our remaining hostesses about what they were doing, during the night of Mr. Kuroki's murder."
"You think they have a thing against Miss Manabe's death? Now I feel bad. I didn't mean to fire her. I was too headstrong. She had no right to bring Maebara in."
"Maybe not… But it could be someone from the club."
"I'll have a chat with them, after tonight's show. I don't want any problems. If you don't mind, I'll stay late and speak with each hostess."
Akari smiled, "Sure. I was about to pack up and punch out. I'll see you tomorrow."
Akari left to go home, as Enju relaxed in her chair.

9:30pm - Shira and I decided to stick around, and watch the performance. Suddenly…
"OH! Officer!" Tatsumi was at the table, as he said, "Join me?"
"What happened to the bar?" Friday asked.
"Closed for the night. Yuri wasn't feeling well. So, I thought I would visit the nightclub, without noticing."
Friday sat with him and said, "Well, we'll join you. Cy's our ride. Tell me, any news you want to share with us?"
"No, nothing yet. But I do know that these hostesses are a popular band in this club. I was just scouting to see if our bar needed entertainment."
Shiratsuru asked, "How so?"
He stated, "Well, Miss Stelar is a bassist, while Miss Sagami's the drummer. Nodoka Manabe used to be the singer, but after her death, the club's looking to hire pinch singers."
"I see. Hoping to fill the void, after one was let go, due to personal issues." Friday stated.
Shiratsuru added, "Not to mention they are coming over their grief."
He said, "I wouldn't say that."
A woman with long brown hair appeared, wearing glasses and a black ninja outfit. She called out, "Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, I'm Sawako Yamanaka, and I'm here to introduce to you some fine fresh talent for the Angel Wings Nightclub's entertainment. Now, as you all know, it was a tragedy that Miss Manabe died, last night. But the show must go on. Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like for you to introduce to you a special singer…"
Friday asked, "Who's she?"
"MC. Master of Ceremonies. She introduces the band and entertainment. The hostesses not only play in a band, they do dancing and such. Even play magic tricks, like throwing shuriken to a spinning wheel at balloons, avoiding the girl to get hit. They used to have that, a Miss Kikuko Hattori. But she retired, after her back gave out."
Sawako announced, "Anyways, here visiting for the first time, here in Tokyo, she's a proud beauty with absolute pitch, and the Soul of Seoul, please welcome the popular and rising K-Pop songbird, Kim Cheonsa."
A girl with black hair, flowing down, wearing a white dress, appeared on the stage. She bowed and said, in a nervous voice, "H-H-Hello… I'm, uh… AHEM! I'm Kim Cheonsa, from Seoul, Korea. And I would like to sing you a song I wrote myself. We rehearsed it, hours after Miss Manabe died, so… This is for you, Miss Manabe."
They played a soft ballad, as she sang like a beautiful song bird.
Miz-K NOTE: This is Kim Cheonsa, the first Korean member of The Gang. (The Gang member #16)
And that's all.
Friday said, "Beautiful. Her singing is perfect."
Tatsumi said, "Yeah. This was specially made for Nodoka, after she died. Mio told me about it, when she came to the bar, during break. But I told her the bar's closed, so I'd stop by and see."
Friday said, "Indeed. Mio is friendly to you, huh?"
"Well, she used to work at the bar. And she did give us something to soothe ourselves. Yuri wanted to come, but she was sick." He enjoyed the soft tones, "You know, her voice and body reminds me of a popular and retired K-Pop legend, Kim Pilsuk. She had perfect pitch, like her."
Friday was enjoying it, as Shiratsuru said, "Hmm… This is odd."
Friday said, "It's a coincidence. Kim Cheonsa and Kim Pilsuk are not the same."
"NO! I mean, Tatsumi is in the club, invited by Mio. Does that ring a bell?"
"Hmm, you're right." She asked Tatsumi, "Did you get invited? Or did you pay for admission?"
Tatsumi said, "Oh, Mio paid for my ticket. It's the least she can do."
As I enjoyed the wonderful song, a strange occurrence came to me. Tatsumi was invited by one of the hostesses, similar to how Nodoka invited Keiichi. And Yuri Nakamura was absent. Something strange is going on here.
As the song ended, I had almost all the pieces together. All I asked was for Fu Sagami's alibi. And I'll get that.
