Sunday, 10:22am - Fu Sagami came to our office, as she was about to explain to us the outcome of the chaos between the late Tomoki Kuroki and Keiichi Maebara, weeks ago.

Friday said to her, "Now, you were there, along with Miss Manabe, during the chaos that occurred. Weeks later, Nodoka was fired, then murdered by the same person that killed Mr. Kuroki. Do you remember every detail of what happened that evening?"

Fu said, as she was concerned, "Well… It all started around two weeks ago, on a hot Saturday, at 8pm. I wanted to stay away from that perverted Keiichi, since he's been grieving over Shion, his lover, and her sister, who killed herself. Tomoki was a regular at the club, before Miss Saion-Ji banned him. It happened days after the death of Shion."

She explained her story, as it was accurate in detail. Tomoki was relaxing in the bar, and Keiichi came along. The meeting was a brutal one.

"Around 8:15, Keiichi and Tomoki locked eyes. Keiichi said to get lost, saying he owns this club now. But Tomoki, who has gone straight, wanted an apology from him, and he'll apologize, for causing the accident that killed Shion. Shion died, because Tomoki wanted to make amends, but Shion was scared that she didn't want anything to do with him. The rest was told, and Tomoki was sorry for what happened, despite that he didn't lay a hand on her.
But Keiichi didn't believe him. He told him "Who are you to ruin my happiness, you drug-dealing dickbag!" And Tomoki replied, "I'm not here to cause a ruckus, but I've learned from my errors. It was all an accident." Then… Keiichi screamed at him, "YOU'RE the accident!" Mei, Mio, & I tried to restrain Keiichi, while Nodoka and Mugi stopped Tomoki. Keiichi yelled at him saying that he's not done with him, and wants him dead. Tomoki almost lifted his fist in anger… but…"

Keiichi spat at his face. Tomoki rubbed his cheek and growled, feeling the warm saliva running on his left cheek. He then lifted his fist and socked him right in the eye. Keiichi broke free, and they would go into a violent fist fight.

"Minutes later, Saion-Ji stepped in with five bouncers, and tossed them both out, after the chaos. She roared at them to never come back. But I noticed that Nodoka was saddened that Keiichi was kicked out, for something he started."

Friday said, "And that led to the murder, later on. Beforehand, Nodoka brought Keiichi back into the nightclub, even though she said that he's not allowed."

Fu nodded, "That's correct, detective. I kept it hidden from Nodoka, and I refused to let him be unhappy. But… there's so much a woman can take."

"He was too grabby on you?"

"On all of us. One girl that died, he's single, and gets into a drunken state, wanting some tail. Pervert! Glad he suffered!"

"Did either owner find out about you, keeping it under wraps?"

"Yes… but I said that I didn't want to suffer, like Nodoka did. She was the only one that cared for Keiichi, but I didn't."

"Did it strike you to kill?"

"No. I'm anemic."

Friday responded, "Very well. Thank you for the story. I think that covers it for the case."

"Am I excused?"

"We may need you again, if anything comes up."

Sunday, 3:42pm - I was relaxing at home, as I pondered the clues.

So far, I learned of what happened. It started with Tomoki Kuroki being a drug dealer, before he went straight. He spent his time at the nightclub and the Prat Raff Club. Keiichi Maebara has hated Tomoki Kuroki, and blamed him for the death of Shion Sonozaki. Though, the incident was all an accident. The hotheaded Keiichi was too angry by the fact that Tomoki killed her. Tomoki, after sage advice from Yuri Nakamura, the owner of the bar, reasoned with him, only to be spit in the face. The brawl ensued, and both men were escorted out, banned from the premises. With nothing left, Keiichi resigned to the Prat Raff Club, while Tomoki went off elsewhere. Behind the scenes, Keiichi returned to the nightclub, after Nodoka felt sorry for him, behind Akari & Enju's back. Fu kept it hidden, despite her resentment for the perverted man. Then the murder happened, one week later.

Tomoki was found dead in the alleyway of the Neon District. Keiichi was at the nightclub, when it happened, Yuri & Tatsumi were at the bar, serving drinks, and the rest were going home. It happened late at night. The only possible suspect was Keiichi Maebara, the one that hated Tomoki Kuroki.

Days later, after his death, Nodoka Manabe was fired from the nightclub, after she confessed to bringing back Keiichi. And at the park, she was murdered; same action as did Tomoki: strangulation to the neck. At the time of her death, Yuri was closing the bar, the co-owners were heading home, and Keiichi was being escorted away to a hotel room.

Friday was in her pink dress, moaning, "It made no sense. What happened that day? It's an open-and-shut case, and I need to know more of the clues. There's still Mugi & Mio… they were responsible for the chaos between the two men."

Mugi & Mio's alibis were exact. They talked to me, this morning, after my time with Fu Sagami.

Sunday, 10:34am - I spoke with Mugi Ginti, as she was upset over last night.

Mugi said, "After the issue with both Nodoka and Keiichi, Enju summoned us to her office, after our performance. At 11pm, she told us that if anyone brings in any people that are unwelcome to the club, or crash in without paying, then they're fired. That's when Mio shivered, as she sobbed, "I'm sorry…"

Mio said to Enju, as she handed her nametag, "I'm sorry… It's too much to take."

Enju said, "Just stay for a while longer. I'm sure what happened to Nodoka wasn't your fault."

Mio sniffled, "What if I'm next? I can't go on."

Enju said, "Calm down! Akari's gone, so I'll talk to her tomorrow about this matter. For now, all of you are dismissed."

Friday asked, "So, you were worried that Mio may be next?"

"She was too timid. Two people she knew of have died, and she cannot bear to witness anymore bloodshed."

"Where was the murder, before Mr. Kuroki died?"

"I don't know… But I was leaving the nightclub, possibly to go to the Prat Raff Club, for a stiff drink. But then… I saw the body fall."

Mugi was leaving the nightclub, and she saw a body crash into the dark alley. She gasped, but then shivered. She went to the alleyway, and saw a rat scatter by. She ran off, heading to the bar.

Mugi sobbed, "But I never saw the body… They said it was found at around 6."

Friday glared at her, "What time did you leave?"

"11."

"The autopsy said that he died at ten. But still… The body fell, one hour later. What were you doing, around ten at night?"

Mugi shivered, "I don't know… I was wrapping up a little practice, and had tea with Mei & Fu. I didn't do anything to Tomoki Kuroki! He was banned from the club! It could've been Mio!"

Friday asked, "What was Mio doing?"

Mugi said nothing, and bowed her head.

Mugi sealed her lips. Mio was nowhere at the club.

Sunday, 11:01am - Mio Stelar came to my office.

Mio replied, "I… I was in the bathroom… throwing up. Having to witness boys fawn over me, it started to make me queasy."

"But that was not what you said."

Mio shuddered, "I was at home… I felt ill… and I decided to take the night off. Before the murder happened, the same drunk Maebara tried to fondle me. But I ran off and was terrified of this guy."

Friday said, "You were at home, feeling ill. Before the murder happened, Keiichi Maebara, illegally came in, and grabbed your ass."

Mio sniffled, "It… It happened, after the moment. I threw up, and I asked Miss Hanao for the rest of the night off."

"Don't lie to me!" Friday barked, "You said that you felt ill, and decided to take the night off! But then Mugi said, earlier, that you and her had tea together, to ease the pain. You were at the club, at the night of the murder of Mr. Kuroki." She stated, "At 9pm, you and Mugi had tea. One hour later, Tomoki Kuroki died of strangulation. And another hour later, his body was chucked off from a five-story building, and Mugi was stopped by a rat, before the murder was discovered. You're hiding something, are you?"

Mio trembled in fear, as she wept, "I'm sorry, officer… I went to the club, the night of the murder, after I said that I was ill! I wanted to tell Mugi! About Nodoka and Keiichi! They were in love, after Shion's death! Keiichi's soul was soothing, and Fu kept her mouth shut about this! Now she's dead, and Keiichi is even more miserable! I would never hurt Tomoki Kuroki, even if he was a drug user! But even so, having so much to take, seeing a man suffer, losing his love… it irritated me."

"Do you have a solitary grudge on Keiichi Maebara?"

"Only since he's a goddamn pervert!" She calmed down and sobbed, "Sorry… My husband was worried about me… and he doesn't know about my time as a musician at the nightclub."

"Is that right?"

"Yeah… Mugi always comes to me, whenever troubles come in."

"I've heard enough."

Friday was worried, "There were so many suspects that it has boggled me to no end."

I decided to visit the club, maybe to learn more. But first, I would tell Keiichi everything.

Sunday, it was 5:20pm - I made a brief trip back to the hotel, and visited Keiichi Maebara, who was under police custody.

Keiichi was upset, after Friday told him everything. He said, "Why? I was drunk out of my mind… and Tomoki wanted to set things right… but Nodoka… She was my heart and soul… All that guy did… was ruin my happiness. So many girls I befriended."

"So many you teased and fondled, some that you loved, only to be scorned by your presence. You are guilty of sexual harrassment, not murder. That's something Miss Saion-Ji doesn't like."

"But now I hear everything, and I can safely confirm that it was not me. I would never hurt Tomoki Kuroki."

"Yet you never remembered what happened that day… You were too drunk."

He sobbed, "I know… I… I don't even remember!"

"Were you at the nightclub, the night of the murder?"

"Yes… but I was so wasted that I left… There was a four drink maximum. When I saw Miss Hanao step out, I exited out the backway by Nodoka…" he started to remember a bit.

"Before the nightclub, what were you doing?"

"I was at the Prat Raff Club, with a huge drink. I wanted to visit the club, and tell them I am getting lucky tonight."

"And?"

"And the bartender said to me that I'm so wasted that I shouldn't be alive to slap asses, and suck cocktails!"

"Who told you?"

"Female bartender…"

Friday gasped, "Yuri…"

6:10pm - I was calling Shira, on my way to the bar, when…

Friday got a call, "Good Friday! Yes, Tuesday?"

Shiratsuru said, "Bad news. It's the girl at the nightclub. She's dead."

"Another murder? Who is it?"

"Miss Mio Stelar. The body was found outside the nightclub's entrance. Where's your location?"

"On my way to the Prat Raff Club. I want to have a word with Yuri Nakamura. Give me the full report of her autopsy, when I arrive at the nightclub." She pouted, "I'm gonna miss the body…"

Shiratsuru said, "That's just it. The nightclub's closed, as is the bar."

Friday gasped in fright, and then sped off to the scene.

The moment she arrived, Hota signaled to have Mio's body taken away. Friday called, "Lemme see the body!"

"Too late! Like, it's heading down to-!"

She shoved the paramedics out of the way and opened the body bag. She gasped, as she saw Mio's neck, with red abrasions all around. Her eyes were dilated, and her mouth was curled up. Friday snarled, "Same death…" She nodded, as she stepped back.

Shiratsuru asked, "Good, what do you think?"

Friday said, "When did the bar and nightclub close?"

"Just minutes ago, after Akari Hanao found the body!" Hota called.

Friday said, "Both places were closed… I know who did it now."

She explained, "Mio was so finicky over the death of Nodoka that she fibbed about what happened at the club. But at the time of Kuroki's murder, Mio lied to us, saying she had the night off. She arrived at the club, and had tea with Mugi. One hour later, the murder happened."

Shiratsuru asked, "Wait… Then, Mugi did it?"

"No, I didn't say Mugi did it. At first, I thought it was Mio, but she died from the same-." She noticed the size of the markings on her neck. Friday said, "How big are your hands, Tuesday?"

"Pretty small."

Friday called out, "BRING BACK THE BODY!" They rolled it in, and Friday said to Shiratsuru, "Place your hand next to the neck."

Shiratsuru's hand was near the markings of Mio's neck. They were the same size. Friday nodded, as Shiratsuru asked, "What does it mean?"

"This wasn't Keiichi Maebara's handiwork. This was a woman's handiwork."

"Yeah, but who?" Hota cried, "Like, the only suspects we know of are Miss Saion-Ji, Miss Nakamura, and Miss Hanao."

Friday said, "Then… Maebara was at the nightclub, on the night of the murder. But at the time, he was so drunk that he forgot. Around 9pm, he left, without being noticed, and Mugi & Mio were having tea. Mio was at the club, after having the night off, but was ill, because she feared that she would be in trouble. However, when we interrogated her, she feared she would be next. Too late for that."

Shiratsuru said, "You think so? Then… If Keiichi didn't remember, then who was it?"

Friday explained, "Someone made sure that Keiichi Maebara didn't remember a thing, at the nightclub. He was intoxicated that he was having the time of his life. Keiichi has the same hands as the murderer, so…"

Shiratsuru gasped, "Keiichi Maebara was framed! But by who?"

Friday pointed out, "There's only one person that did it to Keiichi Maebara, and murder the now-clean Tomoki Kuroki, in the process…" She called out, "The murderer is…"
