Chapter-6 An unfavorable request
Kierra woke up early and tried to go back to sleep but she couldn't. She laid there for a few minutes then got up and did her hygiene after that she made her way into the kitchen to make breakfast for her and Rae. It was something Rae showed her how to make during her free time in the orphanage and the other workers didn't really care as long as she didn't mess up anything in the kitchen. She got both of their plates and put the food on them then set them on the table. She was glad that Rae wasn't asking anymore questions from last night because they were too personal.
"I thought you weren't a morning person" Kierra looked and saw Rae dressed already. "I'm not just woke up early and couldn't go back to sleep." Rae knew it would be a while before she would be fully awake. "Well, you need to be fully awake because I'm pretty sure you have something going on later." Kira looked confused. "How do you know?" Rae chuckled "You came out of the chancellor's room with that look you always be making when something goes your way." Kierra frowned "Shut up I did not!" Rae laughed "I was just kidding anyway what is it that you are doing later?"
Kierra thought about how she was going to train "Well, I told him and he said I will be trained on using the force as he calls it. Rae was happy but also, she was going to be bored by herself while Kierra was training. "Do you know who is training you?" Kierra forgot to ask who will train her before she left his office "No, but I know it won't be a jedi." Rae didn't know if she was joking or actually knew. "And you that how exactly?" Kierra sighed "I read Ahsoka's and they have a certain way of recruiting jedi." Rae then remembered that Kierra said she saw a vision but didn't say anything about reading her mind.
"I'm surprised you didn't kill her like you did the last person." Kierra gasped. "That was an accident and you know it besides how was I know that was going to happen I just wanted to see what they did!" Rae cringed "Yeah and look what your little proboscises from your cheeks did they turned their brain into mush and then I remember you saying something like it tasted like some kind of soup." Kierra didn't want to be reminded "Can we talk about something else because after that I had to have you lock me in a room and you had to give me food through a sliding window so I wouldn't be a danger to anyone else."
Rae quickly changed the subject back to Kierra's training. "Do you know when you start training?" Kierra looked down "No." That's when it came to her if she is training, Rae needed to train also just for self defense even though she knew that the person she is going to ask to help Rae might do more than self-defense. She went to her wrist commlink and pressed a button and just had to wait until they arrived.
When she heard a knock on the door, she went to open it. "You need something?" Kierra gave a small smile "I was wondering if you could, you know do a small favor for me." Rae was watching tv and turned around and saw a clone in red and white armor at the door talking to Kierra. "And what is this favor you want me to do?" Kierra knew this was a fifty-fifty but she asked anyway "Can you teach Rae self-defense?" The clone crossed his arms. "No." "Come on Fox why not?" "No." "Commander Fox please." He uncrossed his arms "Give me a good reason why I should."
She looked at Rae then to Commander Fox "I'm like one of the jedi and I'm suppose to start my training on these powers they call the force." Commander Fox waited for her to continue "I was wondering while I train you could train her because I'm not always going to be with her and she needs a way to protect herself." Commander Fox deciding if he should train her or not was confused about one thing. "If you're like them, wouldn't they have brought you to their temple because aren't force users suppose to be able to tell if another is close by." She sighed "Yes but for some reason they can't tell if I'm near or not I've already came by two in the senate building and they didn't know I was there." He looked at Kierra "Was it Skywalker and Commander Tano?"
"Yeah, it was but how did you know?" "He told me to tell his captain and commander that he was going to talk to the chancellor because he forgot to tell them and they were the only jedi in there at the time and something had Tano on edge and I'm thinking it has to do something with you." He turned around "I'll train her but if someone asks, I'm going to direct them to you. Kierra didn't care she was just glad that he decided to train Rae "Don't worry if someone gives you trouble then just say that she has permission from someone higher than you if they are still bothering you about it tell them that Palpatine is the one that let her train because I'm pretty sure not everyone knows about me so they will think you are talking about the chancellor."
Commander fox thought about it. "When you get called down to go do your training just contact me and I'll come to get her so both of you can leave and train at the same time but I don't know how long your training will be but if it is the same length both of should be able to meet each other somewhere after you both are done." Kira smiled and was thankful for doing something he didn't have to do because he wasn't ordered this time. "Thank you!" "I better not regret this later." He started walking away "You won't!"
Kiera closed the door and walked to the couch. "Who was that and what did he want?" Rae didn't bother looking at her because she was too interested with what was on the tv. "It was Commander Fox." "A commander, they don't send commanders to do things that are not important, so what did he want?" Kierra chose her words carefully not to Alarm Rae. "I asked if he could do a favor for me since he is a commander, he should be able to pull some strings." Rae looked at Kierra "Is there something you aren't telling me?" "Don't worry about it you should be fine." "Should!?" "You'll be fine now I'm going to get dressed we are going shopping I need more clothes."

Business was slow in the afternoon as usual but he knew the bar would be packed later on, so he really didn't have much to do until then. He was cleaning a glass when he heard someone sit down at the bar counter. "I'll be there in a few I just need to finish something." He didn't get an answer back which he was use to because people that come in usually come because they had a rough day. He was finished drying the glass and went to go see what the person wanted to drink. "What can I get for…?" When he saw who it was, he was confused "What are you doing here you only come here when something happened or you just come to vent because no one else will listen because of your reputation here.
"Don't be like that Kev, besides this is my last time coming here. He raised an eyebrow "its Kevin and what do you mean its your last time coming here?" "I've found her." He was surprised "You mean you found the one you call Kierra when you come venting to me?" The Twi'lek who he was talking to looked down "Yes." He looked sadly at her. "All that stuff you did, all the people you hurt or killed that is in the past Ale… I mean Talon, you're going to have to tell her why you couldn't go back to her she should understand." She looked at Kevin "I'm not worried about that I'm worried that she will move on" Kevin made her favorite drink and gave it to her.
"Here are my suggestions 1) Kill the other person she likes but she will hate you for it. 2) Find someone else if she moved on. 3) Stay here. 4) You are going to have to learn to share." Darth Talon cringed at the thought of sharing someone that was hers. Kevin laughed at her reaction which she didn't like. "So, that is how it is two can play that game." He stopped laughing and looked at her "What do you mean?" Darth Talon smiled even if she didn't like the options, she knew he was right and had to choose one. "I think I wouldn't mind sharing." She held up both hands and put all of her fingers down except her pointer and middle fingers on both hands. "These two on the right are Mustang and Sally and the two on the left are Scott and Sonja." Kevin was confused but didn't like where this was going.
"They like to play and torture their prey until they beg them to stop but they wont they will keep going and all you will hear is screaming but not from one but two they will be screaming in p.." before she could finish Kevin stopped her "That's enough nobody wants to hear your dirty minded thoughts."
