I'm guessing any of you who read the intro, probably liked it, but was confused by the mention of names that wouldn't be too familiar.
Some of these characters are actually from the Adventure of Tokyo DisneySea video game for the PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Advance.
The names these characters have are ones I gave them since the game was in Japanese and there's no English translation for it whatsoever.
I already mentioned the quartet of Yuu, Kay, Shin and Koya, who are from Disney's Star Smash (and just to make it easier for you, they're those teens you saw in the trailer for the game)
Not to mention Duffy the Bear, who's a mascot at the the park.
Sinbad is the legendary sailor of the Arabian Nights and Chandu is his pet tiger and their both from Sinbad's Storybook Voyage.
Ned Land is from 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas and Otto Lindenbrock is from Journey from the Center of the Earth (both works by Jules Verne).
Now let's go over the other characters...
Kaigami-She's the goddess of the world of Tokyo DisneySea and rules over the various realms. She's quite similar to Palutena from Kid Icarus as despite having such a benevolent title like goddess, she's a total madlad. Kaigami looks like a tall, beautiful woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, wears a sea blue dress, and has a tattoo on her forehead that resembles the symbols of North, South, East and West.
The Mariner-Kaigami's mysterious and aloof advisor. He serves as the perfect foil to the goddess, as he's much more serious and wishes for Kaigami to take her job a little more seriously. He's always dressed in a red hood and cloak, with his face always being hidden, wears a black robe underneath, and a carries around a scythe-like scepter.
.Max Clark-He's a toy marker from New York City (American Waterfront) in his early 20s and the best friend of Duffy the Bear. He's mild-mannered, creative, but can get a little over his sometimes whenever he tries to create a great new toy for kids. He has short blonde hair, wears a pair of glasses, a white long-sleeved shirt, brown overalls, and black dress shoes.
.Escarabajo-A talking brown Hercules beetle from the Lost River Delta.
.Suku and Kii-A duo of teenage siblings who live in the Lost River Delta, and are part of a tribe of descendants of the Mayans that once lived in the ancient city a millennium ago.
I'm sorry that I had to make another page just to explain some of these characters. I just felt like it would be best to do the opening first and and introduce the characters soon after.
