"Okay, can I just, say something crazy?" I ask, half sarcastically.
"I love crazy!" Harry says, just as sarcastically.
"All my life has been a series of doors in my face, and then suddenly I bump into you." I sing, glaring at Harry. I start to dance a little. But this si still awkward.
"I was thinking the same thing! 'Cause like I've been searching my whole life to find my own place, and maybe it's the party talking or the chocolate fondue." I let out a stiff laugh.
"But with you." I sing with a snarl.
"But with you, I found my place." Harry sings, lightly shoving me.
"I see your face." I sing- spit out.
"And it's nothing like I've ever known before! Love is an open door! Love is an open door! Love is an open door!" We both sing sarcastically.
"With you."
"With you."
"With you."
"With you."
"Love is an open door." We sing sarcastically together. Music plays for a few seconds.
"I mean it's crazy." Harry sings, glaring at me.
"What?" I snarl.
"We finish each other's-" Harry says.
"Sandwiches!" I exclaim, half sarcastically.
"That's what I was gonna say!" Harry says, pouting.
"I've never met someone Who thinks so much like me! Jinx! Jinx again! Our mental synchronization, Can have but one explanation." We both sing, snarling at each other.
"You."
"And I."
"Were."
"Just."
"Meant to be!" We both sing.
"Say goodbye." I sing.
"Say goodbye." Harry sings.
"To the pain of the past. We don't have to feel it anymore! Love is an open door! Love is an open door! Life can be so much more!"
"With you!"
"With you!"
"With you!"
"With you!"
"Love is an open door." We sing together, still annoyed.
"Can I say something crazy?" I stand there. "Will you marry me?"
"Can I say something even crazier? Yeah!" I sing, finishing the song. "Ugh, no way, Jose." I say after the song finished. "Next song. I want to get off this stage ASAP." The next song plays. "There's something sweet, and almost kind. But he was mean and he was coarse and unrefined. And now he's dear, and so unsure, I wonder why I didn't see it there before." I sing with a fake smile. Huh. Harry and I on the Isle, but that's the past. The music plays for a little bit.
"She glanced this way, I thought I saw. And when we touched, she didn't shudder at my paw. No, it can't be, I'll just ignore, but then she's never looked at me that way before." Harry sings with a snarl.
"New, and a bit alarming. Who'd have ever thought that this could be? True, that he's no Prince Charming. But there's something in him that I simply didn't see." I sing, that fake smile still there.
"Well, who'd have thought? Well, bless my soul, Well, who'd have known? Well, who indeed? And who'd have guessed they'd come together on their own? It's so peculiar, wait and see, we'll wait and see a few days more. There may be something there that wasn't there before. Here's a thought, perhaps there's something there that wasn't there before." a chorus sings. The song finishes.
"That wasn't exactly too terrible." I say with a grin. "Next, please." The music starts to play. "All those days watching from the windows. All those years outside looking in. All that time never even knowing just how blind I've been. Now I'm here blinking in the starlight. Now I'm here suddenly I see, standing here it's all so clear, I'm where I'm meant to be. And at last I see the light, and it's like the fog has lifted. And at last I see the light, and it's like the sky is new. And it's warm and real and bright, and the world has somehow shifted. All at once everything looks different, now that I see you" I sing, half sarcastically. The music plays for a little, while I slap Harry.
"All those days chasing down a daydream. All those years living in a blur. All that time never truly seeing things, the way they were. Now she's here shining in the starlight. Now she's here suddenly I know, if she's here it's crystal clear I'm where I'm meant to go." Harry sings, snarling.
"And at last I see the light, and it's like the fog has lifted. And at last I see the light, and it's like the sky is new. And it's warm and real and bright, and the world has somehow shifted. All at once everything is different, now that I see you, now that I see you." we sing, teeth bared at each other as we spit out the words.
"Wow, I've never hated anyone more." I say. "Okay, next song, which is mostly music." The music plays for a while.
"I know you, I walked with you once upon a dream. I know you, the gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam. Yet I know it's true that visions are seldom all they seem, but if I know you, I know what you'll do. You'll love me at once, the way you did once upon a dream." I start dancing across the stage, being Aurora herself.
"But if I know you, I know what you do, You love me at once, The way you did once upon a dream." We (Harry and I) both sing.
"I know you, I walked with you once upon a dream. I know you, the gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam." Harry sings.
"And I know it's true that visions are seldom all they seem, But if I know you, I know what you'll do. You'll love me at once, the way you did once upon a dream." a chorus sings.
"Yay. I did it." I say. The next track starts to play, and I start to dance, imitating Evie. "Don't freak out, it's okay 'cause true love can save the day. And I think we feel the same, but I don't know. When we met, it was sweet. He was oh so into me, seems like things are meant to be, but I don't know. Does he love me? Or does he love me not? Do I love him? And is it strong enough? One kiss, one kiss. It all comes down to this. One kiss, one kiss, ohh. One kiss, one kiss. This moment could be it. I, I, I wanna know, so here I go. Keep it cool, keep it calm. Think he's loved me all along. But maybe I got it wrong, so I don't know. He's so good, got my back, but maybe I'm just too bad. Could we be a perfect match? Now, I don't know. Does he love me? Or does he love me not? Do I love him? And is it strong enough? Ooh-ooh-ooh, one kiss, one kiss. It all comes down to this. One kiss, one kiss, ohh. One kiss, one kiss. This moment could be it. I, I, I wanna know, so here I go. Yeah, here I go. I feel my heartbeat beating saying, 'It's gonna work,' but if I'm dream-dream-dreaming, this is gonna hurt. Either I will or I won't. What if I do and he don't? Is he my Romeo? Oh, there's only one, one way to really know. Hey, one kiss, one kiss. It all comes down to this. One kiss, one kiss, ohh. One kiss, one kiss. This moment could be it. I, I, I wanna know. So here I go, here I go, here I go, here I go." I sing. I lean down to Harry, who's laying down. At the last second, I swoop up. Harry, however, takes my face and gives me a quick peck on the lips. I roll my eyes.
"You didn't do your part." Harry says. I nod. The next track starts to play.
"Look at me, I will never pass for a perfect bride, or a perfect daughter. Can it be, I'm not meant to play this part? Now I see that if I were truly to be myself, I would break my family's heart. Who is that girl I see, staring straight back at me? Why is my reflection someone I don't know? Somehow I cannot hide who I am, though I've tried. When will my reflection show, who I am, inside. When will my reflection show, who I am inside?" I sing. The crowd goes wild. Literally. I smile. "Now, it's intermission. My throat hurts from singing." I say, exiting the stage. I get to my parents.
"That last song was beautiful, honey." Mom says.
"It really was. Just like the very first one with you and Mal." Dad says.
"Thanks, guys." I say with a smile. I turn and see Ally about to give Harry food. My head is telling me to stop her, and my heart is telling me to let her. "Ally!" I call. She turns to face me. "That food looks amazing. Where can I find some?" I ask, walking closer to her.
"Oh, over there." Ally says, pointing me in the direction. I "accidentally" knock over her plate of food. I cover my mouth with my hands.
"Ohmygosh! I am so sorry! Did that have the love potion in it?" I ask. Ally looks up at me.
"Well, yeah, it had the love potion." She stood there for a few seconds. "Wait, how did you know?"
"It's 'cause I'm smart." I say with a grin. "Have a fantastic rest of your day. Actually, don't. Learn from your mistakes." I walk over to Harry. "Your welcome, Hook." I say, going to walk away.
"You know why the potion wore off, don't you?" Harry asks.
"No, I don't want to know either." I respond.
"I'm going to tell you anyways, it's because I gave my true love a kiss." Harry says.
"Okay, then it wasn't me." I say, walking back to the stage. I see Ally with a vial, but think nothing of it. I sit on the edge of the stage, lights on me. I sigh. Harry comes and sits next to me, then Ally comes over. Everytime Harry even tries to glance at me, Ally tells him to look at her. I get flashbacks of Cotillion, Uma, and Mal's spellbook. Finally, I piece it together. "Harry!" I exclaim. Harry looks at me.
"Harry, look at me." Ally hisses.
"Harry, over here." I say. Harry looks at me. "Harry, I need a favor, and you are the only one who can do this favor." Harry nods, and I continue. "I need you to pretend for, like, thirty seconds to be my boyfriend." Harry looks at me skeptically. "You've had practice." I say, rolling my eyes.
"I'll do it." Harry says. I stroll around, Harry holding my hand. We were walking in silence. "Do you still love me?" Harry asked, breaking the silence.
"No, loving someone else is overrated." I repy. Harry stops walking, so I stop walking too.
"Is it my fault that you think that?" Harry asks, his voice breaking. I sigh.
"Sort of."
"I'm sorry I did that to you. Maybe we could turn over a new leaf?" Harry asks, hopefully.
"No." It pained me, but I have to keep up my facade. Harry mumbled something. "What?" I ask. He shakes his head.
"It's silly."
"No, it isn't. Tell me what you said."
"I said, maybe I could change your mind. But how would I do that?" Harry asks. Realization spreads across his face. I roll my eyes.
"Time to go back up there." I say, nodding towards the stage. I leave Harry standing there.
A/N: awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! I think soon they get back together. Yay! I like how I rewrote Ally to be more of a villain... I tend to do that a lot, so... Anyways, have a great day!
