"I- Uma, don't you think it hurts me, too?" I ask. Uma nods. "He's broken my heart so many times, I'm surprised there is still a relationship to save. Now, he didn't exactly break my heart, but breaking up with him broke my heart. My heart broke when I broke up with him the first time, my heart broke when Aziz broke it… not getting into that one… my heart broke when I had to pretend I didn't still have feelings for Harry, my heart broke when Harry looked at me as if I was a stranger, my heart broke when he broke up with me, my heart broke today."

"Hadie… he'd literally kill another person to have you." Uma says.

"I don't care!" I exclaim.

"Hadie, I'm so, so sorry." Harry says from the doorway.

"You broke my heart, and all you can say is sorry?" My voice cracks.

"Hadie, I-"

"It's okay. I understand. You can leave just like everyone else."

"I'm not leaving you. Not like this."

"I'm telling you that you are."

"Listen, Hadie. I need you. Ally she-"

"Don't talk about her."

"-She cursed herself."

"Cool. We'll team up."

"Hadie-"

"No. I'll team up with her. It'll be fun."

"That's dangerous." Mal says.

"That's why it's fun." I say, my eyes dancing. Mal gives me the disappointed parent look. "I'll be back soon. Anyone wanna join?"

"I will." Uma says. "We can both work on taking her down."

"No, we're working with her."

"Nevermind, then."

"I'll go by myself. I don't need anyone anyways." I form a plan to get on her side tomorrow, and teleport home.

"I hope she'll be okay." Mal says as I teleport away.

"I've got a lot of scheming to do, don't talk to me." I say to my parents when I get home. I hope my plan works, if not Auradon is in danger of another Audrey incident. And that is not good.

THE NEXT DAY:

"Ally, how are you?" I ask the blonde good-girl-gone-bad. She turns to face me, and a smirk grows on my face.

"I was wicked 'til you got here." she responds.

"Is that so? I'm always wicked." I pause a second. "You know, Ally, I could teach you how to be rotten, but, hey, I could also go against you." Ally visibly pales, and my smirk grows larger. "Scared?"

"Not even close."

"Good. Can't be evil when you're scared." I walk away, smirking. "I pulled that off so well." I mutter to myself.

"Wait, Hadie, let's do this."

"That sounds too Auradon. You should say, 'I found my partner in crime,' instead." Ally scowls. I'm doing exactly what I came here for. I use my powers to wrap vines around a building. "Second rule, have magic powers." There it is. Yeah, that. Cracks in her facade.

"Stop tearing me down." Ally says, trying to stand. I push her back down.

"Or what? I save Auradon?" I ask. There, again. More cracks. "I'll be the hero while you can be the villain. The bad hero and the good villain."

"I can't do this anymore."

"Then it worked." I say with a shrug. "See you around, Ally." I say, smirking as I actually walk away this time. I teleport to Evie's castle. "Handled it." I say to Mal.

"Any dead people?" Mal asks.

"Not right now." I reply, walking inside.

"Good." Mal follows me inside, and I hear sobs. I immediately follow the sound to a closed door. Just strangled sobs that I somehow recognize. Who is it? I go to open the door, but think otherwise. My hand lays at my side, while I try to figure out how to go into this situation.

"I love you." the person sobs. Then all is quiet. I furrow my eyebrows. I go to open the door again, but can't bring myself to open the door.

"Just open it." Quelle says as she walks past. I take a deep breath and open the door. My breath hitches in my throat. I leave the door open as I run to Harry's side. His eyes look half dead and his arms are limp.

"What happened?" I ask, I feel the tears before they come.

"Cursed by an evil Ally." Gil says sadly. "You weren't here in time to save him."

"So Ally was stalling." I say. Anger rushes over me, but I ignore it. "I know what I have to do." I whisper.

"What's that?" Gil asks.

"I have to go save his soul." I say, looking over at Harry's limp form.

"You what?" Evie asks, stepping into the room.

"I have to go save his soul. From the Underworld."

"Hadie, you can't do that."

"As his fiance, and the daughter of Hades and Persephone, I believe I have every right to do that." Evie stays silent.

"Will you need any help?" Gil asks.

"No."

"Okay." I hold Harry's lifeless hand in my own, and a tear falls.

"I feel so bad. Our last interaction was a fight." I say as another tear falls. Then another, and another.

"He'll forgive you." Evie assures me.

"What if this was the last straw? What if he doesn't feel the same about me anymore?" I ask.

"I'm sure you'll be fine."

"I didn't think I had any tears left." Mal walks in.

"Oh no. There is actually a dead person. Please don't tell me Hadie killed him." Mal pleads. I turn to face her, tears still falling. Mal's eyes soften, and she pulls me into a hug. "You have to go rescue his soul."

"I know."

"I'll go with you."

"You'll stay here, little sis. I'm a big tough girl, I can handle myself."

"I want to go with you. I want to help you."

"No, Mal." I say. Uma walks in.

"No! Harry, wake up. You can't be dead!" Uma sobs.

"I'm going to rescue his soul." I say to Uma.

"What?"

"I'm going to rescue his soul from my dad, alone." I explain.

"You can't do that." Uma says.

"I think I can." I pause for a second. "And even if I couldn't, I'd have to."

"Because you and Harry got into a fight."

"Exactly. So, I'm going to go and rescue Harry." I say teleporting away, but not before I brush my thumb over his cheek and saying, "I love you," and pressing a kiss to his cheek. "Dad, I have a situation." I say, entering the throne room. Dad looks up to my tear stained cheeks, and he fails to hide his sadness upon seeing my own.
