Father Dunn hated early morning meetings, but after Sister Rosamond came into his office in a fit of hysterics, he felt he needed to speak with Jeffery. Before he called the classes to arrange for him to be out of class, Dunn had to get his file. That involved speaking with Dr. Brenner. Father Dunn was a man of faith, passion, and tolerance, and every time he met with Martin he wanted to throw the man out of a window.

Dunn still remembered when Sister Rosamond came into his office. She was in near hysterics. "Father, you need to do something about the Raines boy!" She demanded. It was not his first complaint about the boy. "Hello to you to Sister Rosamond." Dunn said as he placed his briefcase back on the desk.

She looked at him with anger. "I just had an encounter with him. Look what happened when he touched me!" She said, pulling her sleeve back. The handprint was still visible. "Maybe he just grabbed you to hard?" Dunn suggested. "Handprints like that don't burn!" She declared. Father Dunn grabbed a bottle of cognac and pored two glasses. "Use this to calm yourself." Dunn said. Sister Rosamond took a drink and began to calm herself.

"Jeffery Raines does not belong here." She said finally. Father Dunn looked at her curiously. "Why do you say that?" He asked. "I am sure the other sisters have told you about his behavior. Cursing, blasphemy, he even scares the younger children!" Rosamond said. Dunn nodded as he listened.

"You have only been with us a short while yes?" Dunn asked. Rosamond nodded. "Jeffery Raines has been sent all over the state. Foster homes and group homes keep throwing him out. I know you see him as disruptive, but if we send this boy away, wouldn't that be a failure on our part?" Dunn asked. Rosamond pondered this for a while.

"Is it failure if he doesn't even meet us halfway?" She asked. "Maybe some kids cannot be helped." She explained. Dunn nodded. "Yes, but we cannot stop trying. You know about Raines past, correct?" Dunn asked. Rosamond shook her head. She never had time to read their files.

"Jeffery was born in Chicago. His mother was a waitress and her husband was a cab driver. While she was walking home, she was violently raped by an unknown subject. The couple decided to keep the baby, but problems came soon afterwards. Mr. Raines tried to kill the baby and Mrs. Raines killed her husband. The courts sent her to prison for 20 years." Dunn explained. "I had no idea." Rosamond said. Dunn shrugged.

"Yes, I believe Jeffery never had any treatment for the trauma he experienced as a babe. And the constant rejection from foster homes and orphanages doesn't help. Until we do all we can, I do not believe in casting out Mr. Raines from here." Dunn explained. Sister Rosamond accepted his answer.

"Can you at least speak with him though?" She pleaded. Dunn smiled and told her he would. As she left the office, Dunn poked his head out to watch her walk out. He wondered if she wore a tight habit on purpose.

Bringing himself back to the present, Dunn had a hard time getting an appointment with Martin. The events that happened later that night with his meeting with Sister Rosamond weighed heavily. That girl getting attacked and it being posted online.

But he made a promise to Sister Rosamond and he hated not keeping them. Dunn walked past the receptionist and found Martin at his desk signing paperwork.

"Hello Martin. Having a good morning?" Dunn asked. Martin glared at him. "Another attack last night. Two girls on the rugby team were beaten to a pulp." Martin said. "Oh, is there anything to be done?" He asked. Martin shook his head. "They said it was dark and they didn't see anything." Martin explained.

"Listen Martin, I need to speak with the Raines boy. In a non disciplinary role." Dunn said. Martin was confused. "You wish to speak with him as a priest?" Martin asked. Dunn nodded. "I keep getting complaints and wish to have a hat with the boy." Dunn said. Martin snorted. "Yes, a nice chat where you spew scripture." Martin said. Dunn's eyes narrowed on him. "I am also a trained councilor. I know you have no patience for mediation or even basic discipline but I think we an do more than just sweep things under the rug." Dunn said. Martin snorted at that. "Do what you will Dunn. Here is his schedule." Martin said, handing him a paper. Dunn thanked him and walked out. He would wait till after lunch to talk to Jeffery. Meeting with Martin always left a foul taste in his mouth.

El sat in the church, she was feeling conflicted. As much anger she had, she felt bad putting those girls in the hospital. Hopper always taught her to find a better way. But when he said nobody was doing anything, she just let her anger get the better of her.

"Hey, you okay?" Mike said as he walked up to her. El smiled as he sat next to her. "Not really. I'm a little conflicted." El said. Mike nodded. "I'm guessing those girls put in the hospital was your doing?" Mike asked. Reluctantly, El nodded.

"Am I a bad person for getting revenge?" El asked. Mike put an arm around her and she leaned into him. "No, a bad person doesn't feel regret. Besides, if you don't show justice, who will?" Mike asked. El nodded. "You wanna know a secret?" Mike asked. El nodded. "Brenner and Dunn are useless. Brenner pretends nothing is happening, and Father Dunn lets keeps a kids will be kids' mentality. He only ever interfered once." Mike said.

"A couple of years ago, when Max started dating Lucas, her older step-brother Billy, started harassing and attacking us. He almost hanged Lucas. Father Dunn was forced to interfere. Billy was sent to prison and we realized we couldn't trust authority here. We find our own justice." Mike said.

"I need you to get the group together at lunch. I'm no longer conflicted about what I am doing." El said. Mike nodded and hugged El before the pair walked out of the church.

Baal stalked through the halls, most students keeping a wide berth from him. He liked that just fine. As he headed for his algebra class, he heard a commotion. Baal usually paid no mind to fights in the hallway but he was curious. He walked through the throngs of people and saw Troy Walsh kicking Roland on the ground.

Baal liked a good fight, but this was one of his and he could not tolerate this. Pushing his way through, he heard Troy braying like the ass he was. "That's what you get you little geek!" Troy yelled as he kicked the boy rolled into a ball.

"Leave him alone!" Baal demanded. Troy turned onto Baal and fear took his face. "You have been a very bad dog. Go to your kennel." Baal said, concentrating on Troy's eyes. The boy nodded and let out a squeaky bark as he ran off. Baal would deal with him later.

Baal extended his hand to Roland on the ground. The crowd dissipated. "Are you okay?" Baal asked. Roland merely nodded meekly. "I just kind of ran into him and he just wailed on me." Roland said. Baal nodded. "Troy is an insufferable prick. But like all scared dogs, he knows not to anger his master." Baal explained while Roland picked up his stuff. "Well, thanks for the help Jeffery. We gotta get to class." Roland said. Baal nodded and he headed for his own class.

El joined the A/V Club at lunch. She found them easily enough, with Dustin loudly waving to her. She smiled at the goofy boy. "So, heard a couple of girls are in the hospital. You wouldn't happen to know anything about that?" Max asked. El, now committed to her revenge plan, laughed. "Who, me?" El said, faking shock. "I think the next part I might need some help." El said. The boys and Max looked at her, ready to listen to her ideas. "Jennifer Hayes and Stacey Albright need a little taste of their own medicine. I think they might not like having the same things happen to them." She said.

"They have cheerleading practice after classes, they usually stay later than the others. I think I have an idea to get them in the locker room." Mike said. Will pulled out his note book at Mike's cue and he drew the girls locker room. "How the hell do you know what the girl's locker room looks like?" Max asked. All the boys looked embarrassed.

"Never mind that. We just need to get some equipment. Is there a sauna int here?" El asked. Max nodded. "Yea, it works better than the boys sauna. That thing is broken. Coach Josh says it might fry someone." Lucas said.

"Okay, well, this is an idea we can do." Mike then began explaining his idea. To the group.

Baal was heading to his next class when a nun, Sister Creek, stopped him in the halls. "Mr. Raines, Father Dunn would like to speak with you." She said. Baal rolled his eyes and headed for Dunn's office. The nun stopped him again. "He is in the library boy, now hurry up." She said. Baal looked at her with hateful eyes that made her step back and run away. "Fucking cow," Baal said as he headed for the library.

Baal found himself in the library, towards the back, he found Father Dunn sitting in a back table. Because class was in session, no student would be in the large building. The library was three stories tall, with three floors. Brenner was very proud of the accomplishment.

Baal stopped several feet from Dunn, who looked up and saw him. "Good afternoon Jeffery. I trust ou had a good lunch?" Dunn said. "Come close, I won't bite." Dunn said indicating a seat.

"Why?" Baal demanded. Dunn was surprised, most children liked talking to him. "Because I don't like talking over a distance. If I did, I would call you on the telephone." Dunn said.

"Then maybe you should have, your wasting your time." Baal said. "I understand you like books, I thought you might be comfortable here." Dunn said. Baal stalked around, Dunn noticed red in his eyes. "I might be, if you would leave." Baal said. "You are wasting your time, I already know why you're here." Baal said.

"And why is that?" Dunn asked, curious. "Sister Miriam calls me 'incorrigible', Father Carry says I am a 'troublemaker' Sister Rosamond thinks I need to be sent away, isn't that right?" Baal said. Dunn was surprised how he knew that.

"That is true they say those things, but its not right that you are those things." Dunn said. Baal swiveled his head, looking at Father Dunn. 'No, looking in me' Dunn thought. Dunn got up and walked towards Dunn. "Don't approach me." Baal demanded.

"You're a psychologist, what do you see?" Baal asked. "I am a psychologist, not a mind reader. If I can't approach you physically, I can't approach you mentally." Dunn said.

"Then I will tell you what you see in me." Baal said. "You think I have a mental disorder, you think I am haunted by some past trauma. Is that right, Father?" Baal said, spitting the last part. "Yes, how did you know?" Dunn asked. Baal smiled. "I am interested in books." He said.

"Well be that as it may, why do you deny your past, why do you deny your name?" Dunn asked. "I don't deny my name or my past." Baal said. Dunn seemed to see more red in his eyes. "My name is Baal. That is my one and true name, given to me by my God." Baal said. "You seem to think I am affected by an incident in my past." Baal said.

"What incident is that?" Dunn asked. Baal smiled. "I seem to have forgotten." Baal said. "You are playing gamed." Dunn countered, "No, merely continuing the game you started." Baal said.

Dunn was taken aback by how smart this child was. Dunn realized Sister Rosamond might be right. "Okay, well, your file shows you have been to a half dozen homes, you don't seem to get along there. But here, you outright reject potential foster parents. I think you don't want to leave here. Why is that?" Dunn asked. Baal just merely smiled at him.

"Why don't you attend chapel with the other students?" Dunn asked. "Are you not religious?" Dunn kept asking. Baal merely smiled. "I am religious." Baal said, picking up a large tome. "Then you believe in God?" Dunn asked. "A god." Baal said. " You believe in a different God?" Dunn asked. The boy was making him nervous, Dunn was holding his rosary tight in his hand as the boy stared at him.

"Your god, is the god of the white steepled church, that is where his power ends. My god, is the god of the alley, of the whorehouse, of the world. He is the true king." Baal said. Dunn was shocked by this boy. "My God Jeffery, what made you this way." Dunn said as he approached him.

"Stay back." Baal said simply. Dunn ignored him and kept his advance. "I SAID STAY BACK YOU SONOFABITCH!" Baal yelled. He threw the tome at Dunn, surprising him. Baal then started throwing more books from the shelves at him, keeping Dunn back. "YOU GO TO HELL YOU COCKSUCKING SON OF A WHORE!" Baal yelled. Dunn grabbed his bible and placed it before Baal. "In the name of God you will stop!" Dunn commanded. Baal grabbed the book from Dunn's hands and threw it away. Baal then grabbed a shelf of books and threw them on Dunn, burying him in books.

When Dunn got out, the boy was gone. Dunn looked where his bible was thrown and he picked it up. Shock came over him as he looked over the cover. A burning handprint was where Jeffery had touched the book.

El stayed around watching the girls cheerleading practice. The girls coach largely ignored them as they performed a routine. El was impressed with them. She saw Stacey and Jennifer both performing and watching the rest of the girls. Max was sneaking the boys in to grab some items. "Eagle 1- we are in the nest, over." Dustin said. "We are not doing this." Lucas said into the radio. "Both of you shut up before we get caught." Came Mike's voice.

El was intrigued by Mike. When they met that day, she was just sure her attraction was seeing him barely wearing a shirt, but after her attack, he was one of the few just making sure she was okay. He was a sweet boy and she was glad he was on her side.

One girl messed up a step and El saw Stacey stop everything. "You fucking fat slut!" Stacey yelled. "Why are you fucking up my routine?" She demanded. The girl, who looked like she hadn't eaten much, tried to explain. "Sorry, I'm just tired. We have been working way too much." She said. Stacey glared at her. "Like hell you have been working hard. PRACTICE IS NOW TWICE A DAY YOU FAT COWS!" Stacey declared. "You lose weight before you come here again." She said to the girl. El was now super committed to the plan.

After a half hour of the routine, Stacey and Jennifer sent the girls out. El found it weird they didn't let them change or shower in the locker room. El was perched in the upper balcony under some blankets, she hoped they didn't notice. "They are heading into the showers." El said into the radio. "Roger that. We are set up here." Mike said.

The coach lingered for a bit before Coach Josh entered. "Hey Lily, I need your help with something." He said to the woman. She nodded and walked out. Josh looked at the hidden El and she swore she saw him wave at her before walking out. "They must have him in on the plan." El said to herself. El got out fo the pile and headed down to the shower area.

"Did you see Anya almost crying when I wanted more practices?" Stacey said while laughing. Both girls were undressed and showering. El waited while they showered. When she heard the showers ending a few minutes later, El signaled for Will. He then began shutting the lights off in the locker room. El kept shadowing them as they squealed in fright. "Who the fuck is that?" Jennifer demanded, angry.

Max's voice came from their trap. "Come over here you bitches." She said through a radio. "Who the fuck?" Stacey said. The pair followed the voice and found a figure standing in the sauna. "Okay, you had your fun so who the hell are you?" Stacey demanded as they entered the sauna.

When Stacey touched the figure, it turned out to be a mannequin with a radio taped to it. El pounced and slammed the door shut with the pair inside. She then reached for the controls and turned the steam on.

Both girls screamed in fright. "HELP LET US OUT!" Jennifer yelled. El saw the steam rising up in the room. El put her mask on and was joined by Max, also wearing a mask and a hood to hide her hair. She was wielding a chain. El then opened the door, letting steam escape. Both girls ran out into the dark, wearing only their towels.

Mike was waiting on one end of the dark hall as the girls ran. Mike then set up a flashing strobe light that scared the girls and sent them back. El and Max set up on both sides of the hall and tripped both girls onto the floor. El and Max then handcuffed the girls and dragged them back inside the locker room.

Both girls were sat in chairs that Dustin brought in and were taped to them. El then had Will start video taping. "You both seem to think you can act cruel and mean and think you can get away with it." El said, she used a voice synthesizer to hide her voice. "Fuck you bitch." Stacey said. EL smiled under her mask.

"Well, today is the day you pay the piper." El said and pulled out two pairs of clippers. "This is for all your cruelty. You both will be nicer from now on." Max said as she cut Jennifer's hair. El did the same thing to Stacey, both girls crying the whole time.

The group left, leaving a note for Coach Lily to check the showers. "Now we wait for dinner time.

At dinner, the group sat together as they waited for Stacey and Jennifer to come to dinner. The other cheerleaders were barely eating their salads and El was pissed they were eating even less. Right on time, both Jennifer and Stacey entered. Both still had over serious faces, but both were wearing hats. El nodded to Will and both walked up behind them and quickly removed the hats.

El didn't want to shave their heads, that would just point the finger at her. Instead, she opted to shave the middle of their heads, giving them a reverse mohawk. The entire school looked at the two who were now sporting deer in the headlights looks. Suddenly laughter erupted as people saw the two popular girls humiliated.

Both girls ran out of the cafeteria crying. El hoped they got some humility from this. She looked to her new friends and smiled. "Thanks guys, I am glad you had my back." And she kissed Mike on the cheek. Everyone looked at her funny till she moved on to do the same to Will, Dustin and Lucas. Max she gave a seductive look to and both looked like they were going to make out with the boys looking hopeful. Both girls got very close then missed each other and laughed. Everyone at the table was happy that for once, justice was done.

That evening, Robin stopped Max and El at the desk. "El, you have a new room assignment. Jennifer Hayes refuses anyone to see her new look." Robin said. El looked at the room and Max squealed a little. "That's my room. Let's go welcome you here properly." Max said as she grabbed her hand and rushed her up the stairs.

Roland was having a hard time studying. He sat at his desk but he kept hearing noises from Jeffery's closet. The dorms were large enough to have two closets. He swore he was hearing a dog whimper.

Jeffery entered the dorm, looking frustrated. Roland let him lay down and take a deep breath. "You look like you had a shit day." Roland said. Jeffery nodded. "All days are shit in this prison." Jeffery said. Roland grunted in agreement. The noise came again. "What the hell is that?" Roland asked. Jeffery gave a feral grin. "That would be my dog." Jeffery said. He got out of bed and opened the closet. Roland was shocked.

Inside was Troy Walsh, naked as the day he was born, wearing a collar. He was acting like a dog. Barking and moving like one. "I am sorry if my dog here was bad, why don't you punish him?" Jeffery said handing Roland a rolled up newspaper. Roland looked at the boy and grinned ferally. He saw the boy was fearful as Roland smacked him across the face with the newspaper. He his him over and over. Once he was done, the boy was crying, but was still acting like a dog.

"Let's take him for a little walk, shall we?" Jeffery said. Roland nodded as he followed Jeffery. He was leading Troy with a leash. Roland thought it was surreal.

They made their way out to the grounds and Troy took a piss by a tree. He then took a shit on the grass, just like a dog. Roland laughed at the boy humiliating himself. "Roland, I brought you along because I feel we could be better friends." Jeffery said. Roland looked at him as they walked. "You see, I know all about you. How at your other school you were humiliated by those girls. They wouldn't even give you the chance. Those jocks would take those girls from you." Jeffery said. Roland nodded, but how did he know all this?

"I know everything in your soul Roland. I have seen it. You think nobody loves you, but that's not true. I love you Roland. And all I ask is you love me back. I will prove my love for you." Jeffery said. He pointed and Roland saw a pretty girl. She had black hair and was wearing the uniform of a skirt and white shirt. Jeffery lowered himself to Troy. "Do you want to be a good dog?" He asked. The dog seemed to say yes. "Get her." Jeffery commanded as he removed the leash. Troy got up on his feet and ran at the girl.

Aubriana was not enjoying her day. She felt bad about her role in attacking the new girl, but Stacey promised she would help her talk to Jack Huntington. Instead, Stacey sent her a video of her blowing him, telling her tough luck. She was out, feeling sorry for herself when she heard a dog barking. She looked up, and a naked Troy Walsh was running at her. Aubriana screamed and ran away.

She ran through the buildings, hoping to lose him, but Troy was hot on her trail. "Somebody help!" She yelled as she kept running. She rounded to an alley and found a fence that she tried to climb. As she made her way up, Troy grabbed her and pulled her down. The boy was on top of her growling and barking like a dog.

Troy pulled her up and held her with one arm around her arms and a hand on her mouth. Jeffery and Roland came around the corner and found them.

"She is all yours, Sir Roland." Jeffery said. He could feel the boy's arousal as he saw the girl. She struggled but the boy held her tight. "Love me and you will be rewarded." Jeffery said. Roland nodded.

"Do you love me Roland?" Jeffery asked. Roland looked and saw his eyes ere red. "Do you love me as your King?" He asked. Roland nodded. "I do love you." Roland said. "You will call me, Baal. You will show me love. And you will be rewarded." Jeffery said. Roland looked at the girl and he grinned.

"Have fun with her." Baal said as he stood to the side. Roland walked up to the girl, fighting against the boy holding her, fearful as the other boy walked towards her. Roland walked up and pulled up her shirt, settling on above her stomach. A cruel smile came over his face.

After twenty minutes, Roland was done. He pulled his pants up as the girl cried on the ground, her clothes ripped off. Troy sat on the ground looking pleased. "Thank you Baal, for everything." Roland said. Baal smiled and put an arm over his shoulder.

"She wouldn't have gone for you on a normal day. How do you think she should be further punished?" Baal asked. Roland smiled. "I think Troy did a good job." Roland said. Baal nodded and looked at Troy.

"Troy, be a good boy and dispose of that." Baal commanded. Troy walked up to the crying girl and looked up as Troy again was growling. She thought he was going to hurt her more, but Troy rushed in and put his teeth around her throat. She tried to scream as he bit down. Blood was coming out of the wound and soon, Troy let go, taking flesh and blood out. She was a tloss for air as Troy began clawing at her, pulling skin off.

Roland watched with intensity. He knew what this was. Baal said love would be rewarded. This is what disobedience was rewarded. He watched as Troy tore the girl apart and he felt satisfied. Baal had a glee to his face.

Once Troy was done, Baal put his head. Troy was sitting there, covered in blood and gore. He was satisfied. "Stay. Good dog." Baal said. Roland followed his king as they left the scene.

AN: Okay, so, I might be a little fucked up. From here on, people will die. Not necessarily every chapter, but Baal is kind of an evil little shit. Send me feedback and tell me if you enjoyed.
