So, because Fanfiction sucks, the font can't be changed. This chapter is SO much better read in the google docs font "Waiting for the Sunrise". It also got rid of my beautiful chart. I also had to remove the strike-through since it wouldn't keep it, imagine the underlined stuff is crossed out. So yeah, basically this chapter got ruined in 5 ways.

Saturday, May 14th
I've decided to start this journal because something really cool happened. I found out my Magikarp is speshal. She's super old, and it looks like it made her stronger. Wait, that's not it. She's not old, she's a revived fossil. Uhm, prehistoric. Anyways, I don't know why she's so much better than a mor normal Magikarp, but I hope to find out.
I think she may have died stronger, I don't think it had to do with her coming back to life. The only thing the professor changed had something to do with her gills. There were tons of yellow letters already there, which he said had to do with existing vareations. But that makes me wonder, were all Magikarp like her? Or is she even more speshal than I think? And if she is common from her time, what happened to make such a big change happen to the speceis? I have so many questions. But, I have no way to answer them yet, so I want to take notes.
I have a trip coming up. I want to go study Magikarp in the wild, so I can make this chart more complete. Right now, all I have are vague stories and pictures for refrence. A Trainer even let me write down the entry from their Pokédex:
"It is virtually worthless in terms of both power and speed. It is the most weak and pathetic Pokémon in the world."
Most Trainers don't choose to keep a Magikarp in the first place for ovius ov obvious reasons, so I've had problems finding any solid information without any water nearby. This town has mostly rock-type users and it is just making it too hard to find anything out, so I need to go see for myself.
Things that I could confirm as being different:
Looks:
-colorful blue eyes
-long side (pectorle?) fins
-white barbells
-4 barbells
-short barbells, maybe ¼ normal size?
-Eight sided rather than six sided armor scales
-additional row of armor scales
-HUGE lips-seriusly, why?
-3 separate triangle fins on top of head, instead of one three-pronged one
-top fin is white, not yellow
-really buff body, I mean, really buff-she looks like
she could break concrete with her tail, but she is so
gentle I have yet to feel it (will do a strength test in future)
Behaviour:

seems really smart- I've been told others are kinda dumb,
and she is already learning words after just 3 weeks

Chapter Note:
-The picture in actually in the text on ao3. Here you have to paste it into the address bar and remove the spaces.
-I had problems drawing the head fins as three separate fins at that angle, and they ended up looking like spikes. Oh Well.
-Also, fish do not have abs. Those are actual muscles that extend lengthwise down a fish's body. So drawing them realistically beefy is nearly impossible. XD
-The title is because it is a journal entry, has a picture attached and on ao3, the text is actually also a picture. lol
