Forbidden Sweets

*Chapter 12*

Months have gone by and it was time for the baby to come. Lelia and Black couldn't think of a name. Although Lelia did favor the name, Daxton. The couple resolved to wait till the baby was born, before home hunting.

By now, Lelia's huge pregnant belly made it difficult to even put her clothes on. Because of this, she began to wear gowns to make it much easier.

One evening, Lelia was in the kitchen wobbling pass things. Black had commented that it was a good look for her. In return, Lelia stuck out her tongue at him

Even though, she didn't go long in this pregnancy like a human would. It still was agonizing. When she felt the pain, she called for Black and instantly he was by her side.

"It's time." Lelia whispered out.

Black guided her into the bedroom and carefully laid her down.

Lelia pushed, and screamed as she worked on bringing their baby into the world. As the baby comes out, the world shakes and Black witnesses this occurrence. He loved it, and soon his new utopia will be set in motion. Everything he truly desired was now here.

Lelia hears the cries from her infant child and grimaces at the sound. She watched her love scoop their newborn up after cleaning the baby and bundling it in a soft blanket.

Lelia eyed Black's smile as he sooth the child and gave it a smile. The perfect memory to forever keep.

As Black celebrates in his mind, he peeks down to realize the lifelessness of his love. The darkness of sorrow fills within him.

"NOOO!" He yelled out.

Black looked at his son, the old him would destroy this thing, but he couldn't bring himself to do that. This little being was part of him.

Unexpectedly, the baby illuminated a teal color. Then, the infant threw a punch at him, which Black dodge from it.

'Oh yes! This baby will be the new utopia. It will begin with him.' Black thought to himself.

Black glanced down at Lelia's lifeless body, his Enchantress, his love. He wouldn't let her miss out on this! He knew exactly what to do and that was to find all the dragon balls and wished her life back.

Unfortunately, Black had to go back to those fatuous mortals' world. In order to find the dragon balls to make the wish.

However, Black hoped he didn't have to wait a year before making his wish.

"It's worth the wait," he told his son.

Black formed a power aura over his love to preserve her body. Black's full attention was on their son, Daxton as he spoke the following.

"Soon, my son! She will be with us, once again!"

He didn't realize how much he missed waking up close to her. The first night without Lelia's touch was painful. To the smallest most annoying thing she ever did of recollection, made Black crave her existence even more.

The gathering of the dragon balls was a quicker process than expected. Within this time, Black trained the boy to be a mighty warrior, which started in life as mere babe. Nonetheless, he wanted to make sure the boy was ready for his mother's return.

Lelia had told him while she was carrying the baby that it might grow faster than humans. Turns out, she was correct. At seven months of age, the boy looks as if he was seven years old.

Lelia mentioned that when the baby reached a year old, the rapidly growing spurts would dissolve and the other DNA would take over. Black had to hand it to Lelia's research. Once, she commenced on something she didn't give up. He concluded as he read through her past notes that were in her handwriting. In her print, "human characteristics" was darkened and circled multiple times. Black had wondered about this note.

For a split second, Goku and Vegeta sensed Black's energy, but it vanished. The reason for this is because one of the dragon balls was hidden behind a cliff of where they were.

Goku and Vegeta knew something was up after they sensed him. They took off following Black's ki and arrived at a location.

Suddenly, Goku and Vegeta saw the scenery of complexion and the weather had changed.

"The Dragon!" Goku pointed out.

"What now?!" Vegeta beseech.

Next, they all heard the Dragon speak that Black's wish was granted. With that, the dragon disappeared and the dragon balls flew away from them in different directions.

"Everything okay?" Goku asked.

"It is now. " Black responded, followed by him placing two fingers to his forehead and disappeared.

Black returned to Daxton and nodded to him, indicating that it was done. They have been waiting for this for an eternity seem like.

Black and his son watched as Lelia's body brightened back to life.

Lelia opened her eyes and raised up from her sleeping tomb, Black assisted her out of it. She stepped onto the hard ground.

"Black?"

"Welcome back, my Enchantress!" Black verbalized, cheerfully.

"It's good to be back. Where's the baby?" Lelia questioned, worried.

Black stepped to the side to reveal a boy that was behind him.

"Meet Daxton. Our son," Black stated.

Lelia studied the boy's features. He had dark hair, like his fathers, but not spiky. The boy's eyes mirrored her very own. When he smiled, it was Black's known smirk. The boy's saiyan-muscle body was covered with a red undershirt, with a brown jacket, sable boots and pants. She stretched out her hand to touch the boy's cheeks.

"Daxton, my boy." Lelia hoarse out.

"Hi, Mom!" Daxton replied in almost tears.

Black informed her that he wished from the dragon for her to be brought back. The dragon could not reward immortality, that another deed had to be done beforehand.

"I thought the Dragon could bestow any wish?"

"They do, but it must have something to do with you being a witch," Black acknowledged.

"Really?"

"If I am not mistaken, yes."

"Wait! Didn't you wish for immortality?" Lelia quizzed.

"No, I did not. I had mentioned that was one of my future plans. Yes, it is true this saiyan body from a noble warrior keeps me aging slowly like a human. Nevertheless, I will still age. That is why is important we proceed with the analysis."

Lelia sighed and announced the subsequent assertion.

"What?" Black query.

"I'm just tired. What a day!"

"No, My Enchantress, it's been almost a year."

"WHAT?"

Later on, Black and Lelia continue searching on what other endeavor had to be completed.

All of a sudden, a ruckus was heard outside their home. The shouts from the gang, 'Hope' to let Lelia go, echo repeatedly through the wooden door.

"Foolish mortals!" Black said as he disappeared, holding onto Lelia.

The angry mob was now frightened at the sight before them.

Daxton swiftly emerged besides his parents and powered up to his whitish-blue glow.

Lelia whispered the following words into Black's ear.

"Let's just go find our own place. No need to kill them."

"As you wish." Black affirmed and took her hand.

Black viewed into her deep hazel eyes without looking, he charged up. Thereupon, he threw a ki blast away from the people, causing a lot of smoke to form. Thus, it gave them the opportunity to escape.

Black took hold of Lelia's hand as they went somewhere else.

Seconds later, Daxton had materialized. He learned very quickly and could mimic his father's maneuvers.

They ended up at a place that was dark and gloomy with no one around. There on top of a cliff sat a lonely house.

"This is perfect! Look at the crescent moon!" Lelia exclaimed.

There behind a dim clouded sky had a semi-circle moon.

"This feels like home!" Lelia rejoiced as she twirled around on the cold grassy field.

"Lelia, my love, my Enchantress?"

"Yes, Black?"

"Be forever mine."

"Of course! Always!"

Lelia's face was exposed with joylessness.

"What's wrong, Lelia?" Black pressed, as he took hold her hands and kissed them.

That was the first time in a while that Black had called her name.

"Mom?" Daxton implored, as he waited for his mother to answer.

"We can't be-Witches, don't do weddings!"

"Neither do deities."

"What about handfasting?"

"Hmm...That will work."
