~6 months later~
It's been six months since Lucas and Elizabeth tried for another baby. Turns out Elizabeth didn't get pregnant because Elizabeth and Lucas are worried because Kenzie is almost two years old and is very sick with stomach cancerso Lucas and Elizabeth are back and forthform the infirmary with Kenzie for chemo which was very exhaustingfor them. Now on to the chapter!
It is the middle of the night and Lucas and Elizabeth are sleeping and they get woken up to Kenzie screaming in her crib in her bedroom. Elizabeth shots up and runs into Kenzie's room and turns on the light to see Kenzie coughing and mucus and blood is coming out of her mouth all over Kenzie's sheets. Tears start to fall down Elizabeth's face "Kenzie!" She spoke as her voice began to break. She walked over and picks Kenzie up and rushed her to the bathroom to clean her up. "Lucas call Carson!" Lucas immediately shot up and went for the telephone and called Carson. Carson answered the phone "hello?" Lucas spoke in worry "Carson we need you right away!" Lucas was worried. "Lucas everything ok?" Lucas spoke again "it's Kenzie!" "Lucas calm down I'm coming as fast as I can." Five minutes later Carson showed up at the door and Lucas let Carson in. Kenzie is still screaming upstairs in Elizabeth's arms as tears fall down Elizabeth's face. Carson goes upstairs to them. "Elizabeth let me take her so I can look at her" Elizabeth nodded and gave Kenzie to Carson then she walked over to Lucas and cried in his shoulder. "Lucas take Elizabeth and you all go to Rosemary and Lee's I'll send faith to get you guys soon". Lucas and Elizabeth went over to Rosemary and Lee's. Carson examined Kenzie and realize that Kenzie'a cancer is getting more worse and he had to do something that he did not want to do something that'll help but is very very dangerous. But he had to try to save her from the cancer.
