Shotaro arm locked with him, to avoid separation through the tight crowd.
"Shouldn't we wear Kimonos for the occasion?" Jisung questioned him.
"Nobody wears that on the beach." Shotaro laughed at that comment.
Jisung smiled uncomfortably as they sat down on towel. "My ears are sensitive, tho."
"Yes, I am aware." Shotaro pulls out earplugs before putting them in Jisung's ears.
His smile fell as Jisung looks away. He sits back down beside him looking upward at the sky.
"You're such a bad influence, this and the party is banned from my kind." Jisung complained as he took off one earplug to talk.
"Those things shouldn't be-" Shotaro looked slightly baffled.
The fireworks immediately started scaring the heck out of Jisung.
He finds himself clutched onto Shotaro's chest, while Shotaro covered his ears.
They realized it was a bust.
Ten minutes later, they got a cab and rested in the backseat.
Jisung lets go him, fixing himself up. He felt like his old middle school self getting petrified over it.
"I should've been more considerate. I'm so sorry for that." Shotaro stares at him with worried green eyes.
Jisung smiled in appreciation. "Those colors in the sky looked beautiful. I never got to see them before, thank you."
