I'm sorry if this doesn't follow the previous chapter, I have a lot of spare time and decided to write this.
During the dinner
Annabeth POV
"Hey Percy!" I yelled when the Jackson's walked in. He had a dark forest green button-down shirt with a pair of dark blue jeans and a pair of black Nike's. He has hair that just seems to have no light on it, it is as dark as squid ink at midnight at the bottom of the Mariana trench. His eyes were like a dark abyss that had nothing in them, but there was something special about his eyes. Whenever he got excited or happy, his eyes lit up like quasars. It was like watching a kid get a new toy and see his face light up, but times about 1000 and concentrated into his eyes. He had some pretty tan skin for a child of Night. He seemed to be a lot more nervous now, which was weird, since that never happened before. I don't think it's because my dad and stepmom are here, nor the fact that I'm about to be a big sister, and I don't think he has a crush on m-, wait, the sudden nervousness, blushing, recent wanting to spend more time with me. Oh my gods, he has a crush on me. "Why are you blushing? It's not like you have a crush on me or anything." Oh yeah, I'm going to milk this and embarrass him at every chance I get. I saw his eyes widen as I said that. "Who told you?" "Who told me what? That you have a crush on me? No one did. I figured it out, and I'm going milk it for every drop." At that, his face paled and I smirked.
