A/N: My dumbass forgot to add some chapters of the fic in between so uhhh, whoops.
The window where they could see the outside world closed. Leaving Lewyn...utterly speechless.
"You're quiet againnnn. Come on! You didn't like the fight that just happened before our very eyes?" Forseti laughed at his vessel, oh it was all just so funny.
"I'm just...at least Arthur and Tinni are alive...but...how did this happen?"
Forseti leaned on Lewyn's shoulder, red eyes glistening evilly. "Aaaaaaall thanks to your tragic death! Arthur is absolutely BONKERS now, and Ced...the power within the Divine Wind is too much for him to handle!"
"Arthur never deserved this...gods why couldn't I just-"
"Quit your whining, you wanted to see your kids, and I let you. Are you not happy with the result?" The dragon asked rhetorically.
"The 'result' was nothing but gruesome shit. And Ced...he didn't need to use the book."
"Did I not warn you, Lewyn? I told you that it was going to be gruesome. You should be lucky Arthur didn't die right off the bat. As for Ced, the tome of my namesake is supposed to be powerful, and if he uses it enough...heh, it'll all come together!"
"I know what the tome does!" Lewyn countered the dragon, who didn't look angry in the slightest. "But it's bringing my children to ruin, I can't just sit here and watch it all go down. I wish I could do something about all of this."
"Hate to break it to you, but you can't. You are dead, I am merely using your body, if I were to leave it at any given moment. You will no longer be useful." Forseti began to explain. "Now if you were alive, maybe you could actually be free, but you were dumb enough to die by the hands of Loptyrians. I expected more from a descendant of mine, but oh well. Cannot do anything about it now. But if you are so desperate to be free again, then I can consider it."
Lewyn glared at him, unbelieving of his posesser's words. "But aren't you using my body for your own motives? Why are you acting all nice all of a sudden?"
"No, no reason in particular, just thought of something that caught my interest. Also you are so kind to lend me your body, might as well treat you sometimes.
"Huh? Why are you gods so confusing? You know what, maybe I won't bother asking! Just make up your mind for once." Lewyn said, turning away from Forseti, before saying, "Unless you are trying to confuse me?"
Forseti only laughed. "No no no, I'm just...setting things up, to put it simply to a human mind like yours. You will find out everything soon enough, if my predictions are correct, of course."
"I'm not even going to ask, I suppose I'll just watch this unfold, as I always have been."
"Don't be like that, my son. The fun has not ended yet, are you really just gonna give up?"
"As if I haven't already."
"But we haven't even gotten to the best part yet! Plus, don't you want to be released from this purgatory?" Forseti decided to ask.
"Yes but-"
"Then stop complaining and watch this show with me! You'll be finally gone from here in no time! Hahaha!"
And as Forseti put his plan into action, he laughed maniacally.
It would all unfold in due time.
